Bertrand chuckled and asked to talk to Nagisa in private. Outside the tent, Nagisa leaned against some crates

"I'll try to keep it under control." Nagisa reassured Bertrand.

"Thank you General, if you need to take a week off to relax like I did, we won't go any more until you're back." Bertrand said as he placed a hand on Nagisa's shoulder.

"I'm good, just need to calm down." Nagisa said.

"Ok, so right now it looks like we need to take on the badlands and the FCC." He said as he looked at the map. Bertrand and Nagisa were looking at the map when a Biker rolled up to them.

"Who here is in charge?" the Biker asked as he got pointed rifles at him.

"I am. Who are you?" Nagisa asked the biker.

The biker got off his bike, removed his helmet to reveal a scar and eyepatch before he knelt in front of Nagisa.

"I am the Beta, second in command of the Barking Tigers Biker group, one of the 5 biker groups of the Badlands confederation. MY leader, the Alpha, is asking for help to save the confederation from total subjugation."

"Hm..." Nagisa held up a hand, causing his soldiers to stand down. He turned away. "I'll hear you out."

The Beta followed Nagisa and Bertrand into the command Tent.

"When the Bertrand Republic offered to protect the confederation, half of the leaders sided with him, the other half did not. The alpha was the deciding vote, and he chose not to help them. The two leaders who sided with the Bertrand Republic then left and soon we were under attack from them and their biker group Allies. We went into hiding and started a resistance in the badlands. But soon our base will be found and the Alpha is requesting support to keep our resistance alive."

"I see. Well, we are willing to help out. But the question is, what will you offer in return? We're operating in enemy territory, so we need to be aware of our own resources."

"The Alpha, Head Hanco, and Sentinel Prime will support you with our bikers as scouts and report any movement."

Bertrand looked up info on the biker leaders and whispered into Nagisa's ear.

"They could help us with gathering more intel then our drones could in forested areas" Nagisa nodded his head

"Hm. Alright, we have a deal." Nagisa said to the Beta

The Beta nodded his head and said, "Thank you sir. I will go tell the three leaders." He then stood up and walked out of the tent.

"Well, that's an extra resource we now have." Nagisa commented.

"Yeah, not to mention we can have some watch the Russians." Bertrand said as he leaned in his chair

"So, now that that's done, what were we discussing before?"

"The supply depots, and the Machine gun nests have been taken care of."

"Right. Now, we continue moving into the new area. See if we can find a good spot where we can deploy easily and defend well."

Bertrand nodded his head.

"Guys, the 2nd Army division has been hit near the border of Mexico!" shouted Akabane

"How bad is the situation?"

"Pretty bad, they lost a good amount of their senior officers." Akabane said as medical trucks rolled through

"Send back up right away, make sure the enemy troops are unable to get their hands on our technology, and rescue who you can."

Akabane nodded his head and ran off.

"The 2nd's going to have to hang back to recover after this." Bertrand said as he saw troops from the Hokkaido Empire marching through.

"Yeah. Which would leave the Mexico border defenseless. We'll need to fix that soon enough."

"Agreed, why not the 3rd and 4th divisions?"

"I'm not sure, they're busy at the moment dealing with some enemy territory."

"Well... there might be another way then." Bertrand said as he looked at his Portal gun.

"Would you like to hear it, general?"

"Laid it out for me."

"In one universe we traveled to, we assisted our versions of that universe in overthrowing a empire, it's a star wars universe."

"... Hm. If that's true, then we can end the war immediately." Nagisa said at the thought of using the Star Wars tech.

"Indeed, though the problem is that if a fighter from there get's shot down or we lose tech in a retreat..." Bertrand pointed out, and Nagisa nodded his head.

"Well, if we get your friends, then we can transfer the 3rd and 4th to the border, and have your friends help us with the offense."

Bertrand nodded his head and opened a portal before stepping through it. Few moments later, he came back with another Nagisa, toka, Kayano, and himself while keeping his face covered.

"You'll find out."

"As long as they're not Stormtrooper level, I think they should be invaluable." Nagisa pointed out.

"Then we're good to go."

"Sounds good." Nagisa said. "We'll be putting you with Unit 5. They'll be securing the next base of operations."

"And where is it at, sir?" SW Toka asked them

"In the State of Nevada. We'll be trying to make a straight line to Washington over time, so we'll be taking Nevada next."

"Got it sir, we'll get the job done. Move out SWV!" SW Nagisa said before they walked out of the tent. Bertrand smiled as did Nagisa.

"I look forward to how they do."

"Of course you do. But I'd be careful bringing up Karma or Tomohito with them." Bertrand told Nagisa

"... I wish you told me that before I assigned them to Tomohito's unit to take over for him."

"We lost enough members of the AC already, we gotta watch out for the rest."

The SWVs nodded and got in before they rolled out to their destination. Along the way, SW John looked at Nagisa looking at Tomohito and tapped his shoulder. Nagisa looked at the pathfinder.

"If you're going to try and make conversation, do it now before we get to our destination." Bertrand said in Wookie, but that would be too hard to type out so shut it.

"It's not that John, we need to focus on the mission on hand." SW Nagisa replied in Wookie. SW Toka and Kayano watched the two continue talking in Wookie. Tomohito sweat dropped as they got closer to the US/Mexico Border where there was intense fighting. After a good few hours of driving, they arrived, the four saw how bad it was. Type 10 tanks were being repaired and several men laid on cots wounded. SW John and Nagisa looked at each other before looking back at the carnage before them.

"This is going to be one hell of a tour." SW Nagisa said as the four of them walked into battle.
