Okay, so I don't want to make this intro too long, but I feel like I can't just get into this episode without telling you guys about what's been going on with this series. So, I apologize if this ends up being really winded. Alright, here we go with a few updates.

- First off, I'm back! Like, for real this time. I have a clear direction in my head of where I'm taking this series, and I will endeavor to do my best to not leave you guys on hiatus like this anymore.

- Second, you may start noticing several changes (ranging from minor to major) on past episodes (in Super Louds: Origins and Seasons 1 and 2). This is because I have been revising all of my earlier writing for this series to fix any errors (from simple spelling mistakes to big continuity errors). So far, I have revised all of the episodes up to S2 E26 "The Greatest Offense".

-Lastly, I also plan to revise and honestly maybe even rewrite all of the episodes I previously released for S3 so far. If you hadn't noticed already, S3 is going to have several different arcs running through it at the same time. This is going to be my most ambitious season yet, and so I really want to make sure that each episode I release is something that I am fully content with, and also something that you guys will enjoy.

Alright, that's the end of my updates for now. I'll have a few more in the outro of this chapter. Before we begin the episode however, I have to address a few reviews. (Wow, I haven't done this in a while...)

REVIEWS

wiifan2002 - Yeah, Gadget's reaction to Penny is going to be interesting to say the least. However, that interaction won't be happening for a little while. The same can be said for when Super Thunder finally face the Green Lion. I will say this though, both of these interactions will be worth the wait when they finally do happen. Oh, and thanks for your input on the episode length. Honestly, this season, episode length is gonna vary. Some will be long, some will be shorter, and some will be somewhere in the middle. I'd put today's episode on the shorter side, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless!

wollyworld - Thanks!

JTWAS1994 - Yes indeed! Honestly, Super Thunder's ranks are only going to expand this season.

J - War might be a bit of an understatement when you see what this organization has planned. You'll just have to keep reading! Oh, and Penny is definitely going to continue to grow. You'll be seeing her pop up several more times this season.

HEROS Central - Even though you wrote this more than over a year ago, I still appreciate it nonetheless! It feels great to be back and I'm making sure I stick around this time.

Indy Scott - I'm glad you enjoyed the episode. I see your point about Penny, and it was definitely not my intention to have the Louds enlisting her in battle to come off that way. I definitely want Penny to become her own entity and hero and so I'll try my hardest to write better interactions between her and the rest of the team in the future.

S.L. Starlight - Well, I'm sure you didn't intend to wait this long, but if you happen to still be here, I hope you enjoy today's episode!

A Hopeful Observer - Thank you. I hope you enjoy today's episode and are still excited for the rest of this season.

Okay, it's time to jump back into the world of Super Louds. I hope you guys are ready. Reviews and constructive criticism welcome.

NB: Credit goes to a guest review for the premise of this episode. Credit also goes to Nick Name for the name of this episode's villain and the title of this episode. Thanks a lot man.

Disclaimer: I do not own the Loud House. All rights belong to Nickelodeon.

NB: The theme song is "Thunder" by Imagine Dragons, with my own little twist in the lyrics. It follows the same tune though, of course. I felt like the song fit perfectly with the series so, here we are. You can kind of imagine Lincoln singing the lyrics if you like, as I feel they're sort of based off of him.

Theme Song

Just a young gun with a quick fuse

I was uptight, wanna let loose

I was dreaming of bigger things

And wanna leave my old life behind

Not a yes sir, not a follower

Fit the box, fit the mold

Don my mask and attire, my new persona

I was "Lightning" before the "Thunder"

Thunder, thunder

Thunder, thun- thunder

Thun-thun-thunder, thunder, thunder

Thunder, thun-thunder

Thun-thun-thunder, thunder

Thunder, feel the Thunder!

Lightning and Super Thunder!

Thunder, feel the Thunder!

Lightning and Super Thunder!

Thunder, thunder

Thunder!

Episode 8: Hostile Cakeover

It is business as usual at Lynn's Table on a Thursday afternoon.

Suddenly, a man strides into the restaurant wearing a blue baseball cap and dark shades. He also had a very bushy moustache. As the man took a seat at a booth and opened a menu, Kotaro came over to take his order.

"Hello sir. Welcome to Lynn's Table. We're happy you stopped in. What can I get you?" asked Kotaro.

"Yes, I was hoping to taste a slice of red velvet cake." said the unknown man, in a gruff tone of voice.

"...Just red velvet cake?" asked Kotaro, who was a bit surprised by the man's order.

"Yes. That'll be all." said the unknown man, as he handed the menu to Kotaro.

"Okay then. *takes the menu* I'll be right back with your order." said Kotaro, as he left the booth and headed towards the kitchen area.

Meanwhile, Lynn Sr. was currently supervising Luan as she was in the process of making the sauce for one of Lynn's signature dishes: the Spagh-Leni and meatballs.

"Make sure you keep on stirring that pot, Luan. You've gotta make sure the flavor spreads out through every inch of that sauce." said Lynn Sr.

"Relax Dad. This POT'S not the only thing in this kitchen that can get SAUCY! Have a little faith in your sous chef!" said Luan, with a quip.

"*sighs* You're right honey. I just can't shake this feeling that something's off today." said Lynn Sr.

Just then, Kotaro entered the kitchen.

"Lynn! We've got an order for a slice of red velvet cake!" said Kotaro.

"Oh, is this a late order from one of our regular tables?" asked Lynn Sr.

"No, this guy just showed up and he only wants a slice of red velvet cake." said Kotaro.

"Just cake? No lunch? Dinner? Not even an appetizer?" asked Lynn Sr., in shock.

"Nope. Just red velvet cake." said Kotaro.

"*gasps* Oh no!" exclaimed Lynn Sr. suddenly.

"What's wrong Lynn?" asked Kotaro concerned.

"Kotaro, listen to me. This guy might be a critic. No customer comes into a restaurant just for cake! This feels too much like a test. The reputation of Lynn's Table is on the line! *looks behind him* Here." said Lynn Sr., as he quickly rushed over to the fridge to take out a beautifully made, delicious-looking red velvet cake.

Lynn Sr. quickly cut a slice of cake for the unknown man and brought the plate over to Kotaro.

"Alright, now, serve this cake to him with a smile and let's hope for the best." said Lynn Sr., with a pant.

"Alright but try to breathe Lynn. You're sweating." said Kotaro.

"Yeah Dad, it may be hot back here, but this isn't a SWEAT shop! Hahahaha! Get it?" joked Luan.

"*sighs* Believe me, I'm trying. Now, go on Kotaro, get on out there!" said Lynn Sr., as Kotaro left the kitchen area and headed back out into the dining room.

"*places the cake in front of the man* Here you are sir. A slice of our delicious red velvet cake." said Kotaro.

"Thank you." said the unknown man, as he picked up his fork and took a bite of the dessert.

After a few moments, the man promptly placed his fork down on the plate.

"*clears his throat* May I please speak to the owner of this place?" asked the unknown man.

"Y-You want to speak to the owner?" asked Kotaro, a bit nervously.

"Yes, if you don't mind. I have something I want to say to him." said the unknown man.

"O-Okay. One second." said Kotaro, as he hurriedly left the table and went back into the kitchen area.

"Lynn, the guy wants to speak to you." said Kotaro.

"Oh, I knew it! Okay, nobody panic! Luan, hold down the fort. Don't let that sauce burn!" said Lynn Sr.

"This sauce is in good hands! Though it may cause a STIR. Hahahaha! Get it?" joked Luan, as she continued to stir the saucepot.

Lynn Sr. let out a quick sigh before he exited the kitchen and made his way out into the dining room. Kotaro followed behind him at a fair distance.

"Yes sir. I'm Lynn Loud, owner of Lynn's Table. How can I help you?" asked Lynn Sr., as he introduced himself to the man.

The unknown man then stood up from his booth and turned to face Lynn Sr.

"Mr. Lynn Loud. I just have one question for you. Are you ready to weather the storm?" said the unknown man, as he suddenly took off his baseball cap and shades and ripped off his moustache which was apparently fake. He had also abruptly changed his tone of voice upon asking his question.

The man had now revealed himself to be the host of the hit TV show, Operation: Dessert Storm. He was bald and was dressed in a red shirt and a gray suit.

"Y-Y-You're-"

"The host of the hit TV show, Operation: Dessert Storm? Yes, I am! And I'm inviting you to be a contestant on the next episode of the show. What do you say? Are you ready to bake?" asked the host of ODS.

"Heck yeah I am! I'm ready to cook up a storm!" exclaimed Lynn Sr. with excitement.

The other customers in the restaurant started cheering for him upon hearing his declaration.

"Thank you, thank you everyone. (to the host of ODS) Oh, by the way, do you think my family will be able to come and see me in action?" asked Lynn Sr.

"Of course! As a matter of fact, your family members can consider themselves VIPs!" said the host of ODS, as he threw Lynn Sr. a bunch of backstage passes.

"Gee, thanks uh..."

"Oh, my name is Marz Pann. Ask for me at the studio tomorrow and one of the security guards will escort you and your family to the set." said the host of ODS, now revealed to be known as Marz Pann.

"Well, it's about time that I make my exit. I'll see you at the mission tomorrow on Operation: Dessert Storm!...Sorry, sometimes I can't turn the host thing off. See you tomorrow Mr. Loud." said Marz Pann, as he turned and exited the restaurant.

Lynn Sr. then turned and looked at Kotaro before he started to celebrate. The other customers started celebrating as well.

"Hey, I'd like to try that red velvet cake too!" said one of the male customers.

"Yeah, the same one Marz Pann had!" exclaimed one of the female customers.

"Looks like I might need to bake some more cake." said Lynn Sr. to Kotaro, as more and more customers continued to voice their requests for the dessert.

Later that night at the Loud House, in the living room...

"So, you're literally gonna be a contestant?" asked Lori, who was currently on a video call on Lynn Sr.'s phone.

"That's right honey! Your old man is gonna be baking with the best! And hopefully I'll be able to take home the grand prize." said Lynn Sr.

"This is so awesome Dad! I can't believe you're gonna be on Operation: Dessert Storm!" said Lincoln.

"I know right! Ooh! I've gotta make us all totes adorbs T-shirts for tomorrow." said Leni.

"It's already late honey. Will you have enough time?" asked Rita.

"Don't worry Mom. I'll have those shirts all stitched by sunrise!" said Leni confidently.

"*sighs* I wish I could be there with you guys tomorrow, but I've got a midterm really early in the morning." said Lori.

"That's okay Lori. We get it. We'll save you some cake!" said Lana.

"And I'll film the competition for you!" said Luan.

"I don't think personal cameras are allowed inside the studio Luan." said Lisa.

"Really? No CAMERAS inside a STUDIO? Gee, these people seem really OUT OF FOCUS! Hahahaha! Get it?" joked Luan.

The Louds all groaned as usual.

"Don't worry about me Lori. Just do your best on your midterm tomorrow. I know I have your support, even when you're miles away." said Lynn Sr.

"Of course, I do Dad. Good luck tomorrow. The competition on that show is pretty fierce." said Lori.

"Oh, I can handle the heat! They don't call me ol' Lynn-daloo for nothing!" said Lynn Sr.

"No one calls you that honey." said Rita.

"Not bad though. I might take that nickname off your hands Dad." said Lynn.

Meanwhile at an unknown location...

An unknown man who is shrouded in darkness is seen reading some recent reviews about Lynn's Table on his tablet. The general consensus from the reviews is that everyone loves Lynn Sr.'s red velvet cake, and some are even calling it the best in the town.

After scrolling through several more of these reviews, the unknown man started to get angrier and angrier until suddenly the tablet was thrown at a nearby wall, which ended up cracking the screen.

The unknown man then got up from the chair that he was sitting in and walked away angrily.

As he left the area, his tablet seemed to spark to life once more, and the screen was now stuck on an image of Lynn Sr., though his appearance was a bit distorted due to the cracked screen.

The next afternoon, Lynn Sr. and the rest of the Louds (besides Lori), showed up at Royal Woods Studios all sporting shirts in support of Lynn Sr. After clearing security at the front gate, they were led into the studio set for Operation: Dessert Storm.

"Whoa..." said Lynn, in awe.

"Check this place out dudes!" said Luna.

"It's like a sugar wonderland!" said Lana.

As the Louds continued to take in their surroundings, a set worker wheeled some freshly made pastries past them on a cart. Lily started salivating upon seeing the desserts and started to chase after them. However, Rita stopped her by quickly pulling on her shirt.

"*kneels down behind her* Ah-ah-ah Lily. You just had breakfast. You'll get some dessert later." said Rita.

Lily just pouted and stared at the ground with a disappointed look on her face.

"Hey! Mr. Loud! You're finally here!" said Marz Pann, as he suddenly came over to greet the Louds.

"Hey, Marz Pann, good to see you again!" said Lynn Sr., as he shook hands with the host. "I'd like you to meet my family." said Lynn Sr., as he gestured around him toward his kids and Rita.

"Wow...good thing I gave you all those backstage passes huh? *laughs* Anyway, we're about to start filming so if you don't mind, the director would like to get you behind your baking station on set." said Marz Pann.

"No problem. Alright gang, I'll see you in a bit!" said Lynn Sr., as he turned toward his family.

"*kisses his cheek* Good luck honey." said Rita.

"You've got this dad!" said Lincoln.

"Make sure you save me a slice of cake Daddy!" said Lola.

Rita and the rest of the Louds were then led to their seats by one of the stagehands.

As Lynn Sr. got behind his baking station on set, Marz Pann received the cue from the director to start the show.

"...Ladies and gentlemen, I hope you've brought your sweet tooth because it's time for another episode of Operation: Dessert Storm! Three hopeful contestants have enlisted today to see if they've got what it takes to complete this mission. With a $10,000 grand prize on the line, who will stand firm and weather the storm? Let's find out!" said Marz Pann, as he started walking over to the main stage where the contestants were.

"Let's see who we've got joining us today." said Marz Pann, as he paused to allow the contestants to speak.

"Hi! I'm Ami! I'm a self-taught chef and I've been baking for the last two years now!" said the first contestant, now revealed to be Ami. Ami was an Asian woman with black hair styled in a bun on the top of her head. She wore a floral print blouse and blue jeans.

"Hey there. My name is Cooper. I'm a recent graduate from the Royal Woods Culinary School." said the second contestant, who revealed himself to be Cooper. Cooper had brown hair and wore thick rimmed glasses. He had on a periwinkle collared shirt and khaki pants.

"And what about you sir?" asked Marz Pann, as he stopped in front of Lynn Sr.'s baking station.

"Well, my name is Lynn Loud and I'm-"

Lynn Sr. was then interrupted as a really long cake knife suddenly struck the counter space of the baking station right in front him.

Just then, a ninja suddenly appeared from above the stage lights and flipped down onto the set. This ninja appeared to be a male, but he wasn't dressed in a typical fashion. His ninja outfit was white instead of black and there were red buttons that lined the center of it, similar to a chef's jacket. He also appeared to be armed with a few smaller knives that were holstered to his side.

"*walks forward and retrieves his cake knife from the counter* Lynn Loud! I've got a bone to pick with you." said the apparent ninja baker.

"Me?" said Lynn Sr. confused.

"Yes you. Don't make me repeat myself." said the ninja baker, as he started edging closer to Lynn Sr.

"I don't like where this is going kids. I think we need to move." said Rita, in concern.

"Hey, where'd Lincoln and Lynn go?" asked Lucy.

The rest of the Louds all looked at the spots where they were sitting last and now saw empty seats in their place.

Meanwhile, the ninja baker had now come face to face with Lynn Sr.

"W-What do you want?" asked Lynn Sr., who was starting to get nervous.

"I'm here to get rid of the competition. There can only be one red velvet cake topping the reviews in this town. *raises his cake knife sword in the air* Say goodbye chap!" exclaimed the ninja baker, as he was about to swing the long sword to strike Lynn Sr., when suddenly he was struck down.

"Oof! What in the-"

The ninja baker was now being pinned on the ground by Powerhouse, who had shown up unexpectedly.

"Sorry, but if you want him out of the competition, you'll have to go through me. And I don't take L's lying down." said Powerhouse.

"Oh really? Well, that's a shame, because I think we're due for a role reversal!" said the ninja baker, as he suddenly rose up against Powerhouse and managed to overpower her.

Now Powerhouse was lying flat on the ground and the ninja baker was about to reach for his long cake knife. Just before he could grab it however, an electric ball suddenly tackled him out of nowhere.

"*reverts back to his human form* You're not gonna get away with this! Uh...actually, I'm not even sure what you're trying to get away with." said Lightning, who was trying to restrain the ninja baker.

"That's because this has nothing to do with you two runts!" said the ninja baker, as he kicked Lightning off of him and walked over to retrieve his long cake knife.

"*picks up the knife-sword* Now this argument is between me and this bloke over here. No one else! So, I suggest you two kiddies scurry off back to grade school yeah?" said the ninja baker.

"Sorry, but that's not gonna happen!" exclaimed Lightning, who was now back on his feet.

"Why are you doing this anyway bro? Over some cake?" asked Powerhouse.

"I don't have to explain myself to you! *points his finger at Lynn Sr.* Just know that my red velvet cake is leagues better than his! I don't care what the reviews say! They're wrong! It's time to end this!" said the ninja baker, as he readied his sword once again to strike.

Lightning and Powerhouse were about to pounce on him again when suddenly Lynn Sr. interjected with a remark.

"Hey hey! Listen! There's no need to fight over this! Look, we can settle this in a cleaner way without violence." said Lynn Sr.

"And what is that?" asked the ninja baker.

"We can have a bake off. Both of us will make our recipes for red velvet cake and then we'll have the judges decide which is the best one. (to Marz Pann) If that's okay with you Marz? I know this isn't exactly the competition you had in mind." said Lynn Sr.

"Well, this is certainly turning out interesting, that's for sure. Judges, what do you say?" asked Marz Pann.

The judges quickly deliberated among themselves before they all shook their heads 'yes' to affirm that they were on board with this plan.

"Alright, I'm getting a yes from the judges, and I just got the go ahead from the director. Okay gentlemen let's get this bake off on the road!" said Marz Pann.

"Boy, this episode is getting good! I'm on the edge of my seat!" said Lana.

"That's because you keep using your cryokinetic powers whenever you get excited. It's causing your seat to become slippery." said Lisa, making an observation.

"Oh...whoops." said Lana, with a guilty smile.

"*sighs* Please be careful honey..." said Rita, to herself.

A few minutes later, both Lynn Sr. and the mysterious ninja baker were in fierce competition with each other, trying to see who could make the best red velvet cake. Marz Pann and the other contestants were now standing off to the side of the set, along with Lightning and Powerhouse, as they watched this baking contest unfold.

"It is hot in the kitchen today folks! As an impromptu bake off has breached headquarters here at Operation: Dessert Storm! Contestant Lynn Loud is going up against this mystery ninja baker to see whose red velvet cake comes out on top! Looks like our judges are gonna have their plates full today!" said Marz Pann.

At this point, a brief baking montage occurs in which Lynn Sr. and the ninja baker are both seen intensely preparing their cakes. After a few more minutes, both men were finally ready to present their work to the judges.

"Here. Taste my cake first. It is peak perfection!" said the ninja baker proudly, as he placed three plates of his cake in front of the three judges.

After a few bites, all of the judges put their forks down and began to give their critiques.

"This cake is good, but it honestly doesn't taste that special. It's pretty standard compared to most red velvet cakes." said the first judge, who was a female.

"I'd have to agree. It's also not very moist. After you get through the icing, there's not much richness left." said the second judge, who was also a female.

"What is your name sir? If you don't mind me asking?" asked the third judge, who was a male.

"That's not important. However, if you want to call me something so bad, just call me Red Velvet." said the ninja baker, who was now revealed to be known as Red Velvet.

"Wow. So very inspired." said Lola, in a sarcastic tone.

"Yeah, he probably should've let that one BAKE a little longer! Hahahaha! Get it?" joked Luan.

The rest of the Louds groaned as usual.

"Well, Mr. Red Velvet, your red velvet cake is quite delicious, but as my fellow judges have previously said, it unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired." said the third judge.

"Now, hold on a second-"

"Alright, it's time to judge the second cake now!" said the first judge, cutting off Red Velvet's rebuttal.

"Ooh, is this the one from that restaurant, Lynn's Table? Oh, now I am quite excited!" said the third judge.

"Me too! Have you read the reviews? I'm expecting great things!" said the second judge.

Red Velvet then let out a growl of frustration as he reluctantly stood over to the side of the judges' table. Lynn Sr. then approached the table and placed three plates of his cake down for the judges to taste.

"Mmm! Oh my god! This cake is amazing! No, it's more than amazing! It's simply fantastic! It's like it's effortlessly delicious!" gushed the second judge.

"Oh, this cake is heavenly! It's so rich!" said the first judge.

The third judge didn't offer a remark as he was too busy eating his cake.

"I don't think we need to deliberate any further. We have a winner! Mr. Lynn Loud!" said the first judge.

The audience then started cheering and clapping for Lynn Sr. and so did the other contestants. The loudest cheers were coming from the Louds of course. This moment of joy however was promptly interrupted by pure rage.

*Red Velvet suddenly lets out a rage fueled scream*

"I have had enough of this! My reputation has been tarnished. You dare insult my work? I'll honor my namesake!" said Red Velvet, as he suddenly took off running towards Lynn Sr. again.

However, just before he could attack him, an electric rope suddenly tripped him to the ground and stopped his momentum.

"Alright, it's time to put an end to this craze!" said Lightning, as he approached Red Velvet who was now sat on the ground.

"Ditto that." said Powerhouse, who cracked both of her knuckles to prepare her fists for a fight.

The fight wasn't going to be as easy as they thought, however. Unbeknownst to the two heroes, this ninja baker had a very short fuse, and now he was running on nothing but rage.

Red Velvet suddenly sprang to his feet and nimbly dodged an incoming right hook from Powerhouse. He then dodged out of the way of Lightning's tackle, and roundhouse kicked him to the ground.

Lightning let out a slight groan but quickly realized that he couldn't stay on the ground for long.

*Lightning barely rolls out of the way of being struck by the long cake knife*

"Playtime's over kid. *pulls his knife out of the ground* I'm cutting to the chase." said Red Velvet, as he started swinging his knife-sword at Lightning, to which Lightning was barely able to dodge the blade due to its length.

"Hey! Can't *dodges* we *dodges* talk about this?!" exclaimed Lightning, as he was desperately trying to back away from this ninja.

"I'm done talking!" exclaimed Red Velvet, as he continued swinging his sword forward towards the young hero.

Just then however, the long cake knife hit a literal wall.

*Red Velvet sees that a rock wall is now in front of him*

"Hey! Quit picking on my bro! It looks like you're fixing to rock the house!" said Powerhouse, as she clenched her fists.

"Better than being off your rocker." said Red Velvet, with a quip.

"*plays a guitar riff before jumping onto the set* Oi! You're the one who's off his rocker mate! You're kicking up a fuss over some cake!" exclaimed The Amp, in her British accent.

"Yeah, let's keep the HEATING to the OVENS! Hahahaha! Get it?" joked Light Show, as she jumped onto the set as well.

The rest of Super Thunder groaned as usual, as they were now all surrounding Red Velvet on set.

"Now the rest of Super Thunder are here too? Gee, I'm glad I came into work today." said the second judge.

"This is turning out to be quite interesting indeed." said the third judge.

"What is with you all?! Why are you getting in my way?!" shouted Red Velvet, who was visibly angry.

"Because we've been sworn to keep people like you from hurting innocents." said Super Sense.

"Yeah!" exclaimed Remedy.

"And we totes wanna stop this before it goes too far." said Invisi-Girl.

"Well, it's too late for that!" exclaimed Red Velvet suddenly, as he was about to take off running again.

Powerhouse sensed this and quickly stomped her foot on the ground, which caused a rock spire to protrude from it, directly underneath Red Velvet's feet. This ended up launching the ninja baker into the air.

Red Velvet was caught off guard for a split second, but quickly regained his bearings as he saw an attack coming his way.

*Red Velvet uses his sword to deflect an ice ball*

"Nice try, but you can't cool me off that easily!" said Red Velvet.

"Well, someone should've told you that even the hottest flames BURN OUT." said Light Show, with a quip.

The next thing Red Velvet knew, he was blindsided by a wave of light that sent him crashing back into center stage.

"*gets up a bit disoriented* Ugh...this isn't working out how I planned..." said Red Velvet.

"What kind of ninja are you? Aren't you supposed to be nimble?" asked Ms. Shift, with a smirk.

"Aren't you supposed to be thinner?" asked Red Velvet, as an insult.

"Excuse me?! How dare you!" exclaimed Ms. Shift, who was now quite angry. She then suddenly shape shifted into a rhino.

"Now, hold on. Wait a minute...Ahh! -"

Red Velvet was suddenly launched by Ms. Shift and crash landed right onto the judges' table.

"Okay, I think that's our cue to leave." said the first judge, as she and the other two judges quickly ran off from behind their table.

However, rather than leaving the studio, they strangely decided to huddle close to Marz Pann, who was still standing off to the side of the set.

Actually, the other contestants and even the audience members strangely chose to stick around to watch this fight unfold.

"I hope you're all enjoying the show folks, because this is certainly more than we all bargained for. It seems that Super Thunder is here to stop this rogue baker's storm from getting any more out of control! How will they do it?" said Marz Pann.

Red Velvet had now regained his bearings and stood up to his feet.

"*picks up his sword* Come on then! Where are you lot? Why is it all smoky?" said Red Velvet, who was referring to the cloud of smoke that now loomed before him.

Before he could receive an answer however, he was suddenly blindsided by a solid punch to the gut. As Red Velvet buckled to the ground, the fist that hit him was revealed to belong to Mr. Elastic. He had stretched his right arm forward out of the smoke to deliver a sneaky gut punch to Red Velvet.

"So, it seems like you want to settle some type of score. Unfortunately, though, it looks like I'm gonna have to step in." said Mr. Elastic, as he emerged from the cloud of smoke and was now facing the ninja baker by himself.

"I swear...*gets back up on his feet* You and your team just love to ambush. Does no one fight with honor around here? How'd you even get that cheap shot on me anyway?" asked Red Velvet.

Suddenly, the smoke that was surrounding the set behind Mr. Elastic dispersed, which revealed that Flame was responsible for creating it. The rest of Super Thunder had also been hiding behind the smoke as well.

"Thanks for the smokescreen honey." said Mr. Elastic.

"You're welcome, Daddy! Now, kick his butt!" exclaimed Flame.

"Come on Red Velvet. It's just you and me. You wanted a one on one? Well, I'm right here!" exclaimed Mr. Elastic.

"Ugh! This doesn't involve any of you super vigilantes. My fight is with that restaurant owner." said Red Velvet, who was clearly very agitated.

"Well, it looks like that fight is no longer possible. That guy is long gone. So come on then. Why don't you put your cake where your mouth is?" said Mr. Elastic, in a smooth tone of voice.

Unfortunately, this line didn't seem to have the impact he was hoping for. Red Velvet just stared at him with a look of confusion coming from his eyes.

"Wait, hold on, hold on. Let me come up with another one...Come on, bake my day." said Mr. Elastic smoothly.

"Now that's a good line." said Lightning.

"I know right? I should've thought of that earlier." said Light Show, who was impressed.

"*huffs* Since you want a fight so bad, I'll give you one then! You think you're tough Stretch? Let's see what you've got!" said Red Velvet, as he suddenly rushed forward holding his cake knife out to his side.

Meanwhile, Mr. Elastic had also rushed forward, and the two men suddenly clashed in the middle.

"*dodges a knife-sword strike* Come on, you've gotta be quicker than that if you wanna slice me. I'm no cake, but I'll be sure to give you a pound or two." said Mr. Elastic, with a smirk.

"Seriously, who's writing these lines for him?" asked Light Show.

"*growls* Quit it with the wisecracks! I'm about to split you in half!" said Red Velvet, as he swung once again with his blade.

"*dodges the attack again* Oh, now that was just weak. You see, lines have got to have a little kick to them." said Mr. Elastic, as he suddenly stretched his left leg out to kick Red Velvet.

"*dodges the attack* Ha! Well, clearly you don't-"

Red Velvet was suddenly caught off guard by two quick sucker punches delivered by Mr. Elastic's extended arms. Then, before he could regain his bearings, Mr. Elastic wrapped the leg he had used to distract Red Velvet around his torso and pulled the ninja baker over to him.

"*places him in a headlock* And a punchline." said Mr. Elastic, as he was now restricting Red Velvet's movement.

"*grunts* Let go of me!" exclaimed Red Velvet, who was now trying to squirm free.

"Now Madame! Just like we planned!" said Mr. Elastic.

Madame L then came forward and used her telekinesis to remove Red Velvet's mask. Super Thunder, Marz Pann, the judges, the other contestants and everyone else in the audience all suddenly gasped upon seeing who was behind this assault.

The mysterious ninja baker was revealed to be none other than the celebrity chef, Guy Grazer.

"You?" said Mr. Elastic in disbelief. He was so in shock that he had to focus himself to not slip up and reveal that he had met this mad chef before.

"Yeah, go ahead. Take a good look everyone. It may look like I'm down and out but just know that the legendary Guy Grazer doesn't go down without a fight! I'll be back!" exclaimed Guy Grazer.

"Well, I'm afraid your fight's gonna have to be put on hold. Take him away boys." said Chief Barnes, who had suddenly strolled into the scene.

Two police officers then came forward and one of them put a pair of handcuffs on Guy Grazer. The irate chef was then released from Mr. Elastic's hold as he started being led away.

"Oh, and hey! Super Thunder! If you ever see that fella Lynn Loud again, tell him to watch his back! You never know when I'll pop up with an ambush." said Guy Grazer sinisterly.

"Why do you hate him so much?!" asked Freeze, who had piped up suddenly with her question.

"Because he got me fired from my network! I lost my show all because he was too soft to handle a real competition! That bloke ruined my reputation! *flashes an evil grin* But it seems his is still up for the taking." said Guy Grazer.

"Alright, that's enough Mr. Grazer. I would suggest that you keep quiet now, unless you want to rack up additional charges." said Chief Barnes.

"Hmph. I've said my piece." said Guy Grazer, as he was finally escorted out of the studio. His long cake knife was taken away by the police as evidence.

After the police left with Guy, there was an awkward silence until Marz Pann suddenly started talking again.

"...Well, that sure was one climactic ending! We didn't need a soufflé to see that tension rise! This episode may not have played out as expected, but I hope you'll tune in next week for another mission, here on Operation: Dessert Storm! I've been your host, Marz Pann. Thanks for watching." said Marz Pann, as the camera crew stopped filming.

The next day at Lynn's Table, the Louds and Chief Barnes were in the kitchen discussing what had happened at the studios yesterday.

"Are you sure you don't want us to conduct surveillance Lynn? I'm sure Peters wouldn't mind standing guard over you for the next few days." said Chief Barnes.

"That won't be necessary Chief. I'll be fine." said Lynn Sr.

"Honey, that man made a threat against you yesterday." said Rita concerned.

"I know he did Rita. And the last thing I would want to happen is for any innocent person to get hurt. Especially if he manages to escape prison." said Lynn Sr.

"Don't worry Lynn. Our prison has undergone several drastic changes to improve security there ever since Connors was able to escape. Guy Grazer won't be going anywhere any time soon." said Chief Barnes.

"I sure hope so. The guy's a lunatic!" said Lynn.

"Yeah, as if it wasn't bad enough that he almost made me, and Dad ruin our relationship with Ronnie Anne and her grandma." said Lincoln.

"Why can't he just be a nice guy?" asked Leni.

"I don't think 'nice' is in that guy's vocabulary dude." said Luna.

"Yeah, he's more of an ANGRY guy! Hahahaha! Get it?" joked Luan.

The rest of the Louds groaned as usual.

"*peeks his head in through the server window* Hey Lynn, there's someone out here to see you." said Kotaro.

"Who is it?!" asked Lola, as she suddenly ran in front of her father in a protective stance.

"It's Mr. Pann, the host from Operation: Dessert Storm. He wants to talk to you Lynn." said Kotaro.

"Oh. Uh, you can cease fire Princess." said Lynn Sr., as he patted the top of Lola's head. "I'll be right back gang!" said Lynn Sr., as he strolled out of the kitchen and entered the dining room.

"Mr. Loud! I'm glad to see you're okay! Everyone was kind of worried that you just disappeared yesterday." said Marz Pann.

"Oh yeah, well, I didn't wanna stick around after that ninja guy showed up. I figured I'd just get out of dodge." said Lynn Sr., as he offered an excuse.

"Yeah, I want to apologize for that Lynn. Obviously, that wasn't planned. The judges and I were really looking forward to tasting more of your delicious desserts." said Marz Pann.

"Well, if you'd like I can serve you some dessert right now." said Lynn Sr.

"Hmm, that's a tempting offer, but I've got one better! How would you like to come back on the show next week for a real competition?" asked Marz Pann.

"Really? Yes! Yes! Let's ding-dang do this!" exclaimed Lynn Sr. excitedly.

The rest of the Louds, Kotaro, and Chief Barnes then suddenly surrounded him, as everyone offered cheers and rounds of applause.

"I think I'll have to try this cake that everyone's been raving about Lynn." said Chief Barnes.

"Well, pop a squat Chief! As a matter of fact, all of you take a seat! I'm serving you all red velvet cake on the house!" said Lynn Sr., with a shout.

"Woohoo!" exclaimed Lynn.

"This is the best day ever!" said Lana.

"I'll say! This ending sure is SWEET!" said Luan, as a quip.

Surprisingly, everyone started laughing together as everyone in the restaurant settled in for a particularly sweet celebration.

And that'll do it for this episode! I hope you guys enjoyed this one. I know that this was probably one of the episodes that some of you have been waiting to see, so I'm glad I was able to finally bring it to you guys. Honestly though, this episode would've actually come out earlier had FanFiction not deleted my draft of it way back when. I had actually intended for this to be Episode 2, but obviously that didn't work out.

Ah well, life goes on.

Okay, I promised to give some updates before I ended this chapter, so let me quickly go over what's happening with my other stories.

- SLTS: Tarantula's Tales is going to be on a bit of a hiatus for a while. I really want to revise and maybe rewrite a few of the episodes I've already released for the series, and also figure out the direction I want to take it in going forward. So, it'll be a while, but eventually I'll be back with more super spider action!

- I have another story called Koopa Island Survival that I have recently updated. It's basically a parody of the Total Drama series with characters from the Super Mario series. If you're interested, you can check it out by heading over to my profile page. I'll be periodically updating this story in between episodes for SLTS: S3.

- And speaking of this season, I am already working on Episode 9, and I hope to release it sometime around Halloween. It'll hopefully be a frightening Halloween special, or at the very least a decent episode.

Alright, well, that's about all I have to say for now. Thank you, guys, for reading, and feel free to leave a review letting me know what you thought of this episode.

This has been 65rogeryork. I'm back and I'm ready to finish this season. Let's do this.
