{Flashback of the ending of "To the Rescue" plays on the part where Detective Drake and Plato officially retire and Plato gives the Rescue Rangers his police badge with the help of the Rescue Rangers}
Donald is clearing up his desk in his office at the police station feeling great that he is finally able to retire along with Plato as Plato has on Drake's old hat along with the police badge that he has earned throughout the job.
"Well Plato, looks like we can finally retire that famous Crime Bite of yours, Huh?" Donald says as he takes a look at him and Plato as Plato is biting Percy's rear-end."
Plato happily nods and pants as Donald chuckles and says, "Of course, now that you have earned your own police badge, maybe you will want to stay on without me."
Plato a little perplexed shakes his head in disbelief on what Donald just said. Drake was just joking around though as he puts back on his hat that Plato was wearing and says, "Hehehe, I'm just kidding partner."
Donald then directs to Plato as he tells him, "Now wait here. I gotta say good-bye."
While Donald goes out to tell his fellow officers farewell, Plato has a meeting with the Rescue Rangers all about the police badge that he has just earned. Plato informs them, "Ahem. An officer's badge is the symbol of his or her promise to protect the innocent, and help those in need. It is a mark of courage and resourcefulness in the phase of danger."
Plato removes his badge and gives it to Chip and Dale in honor of their friendship and help on their last adventure and tells them, "Thats why I'm giving it to you lads." Chip and Dale both question, "Huh?". Monterrey Jack and Zipper come towards them to encourage the to chipmunks as Monterrey Jack says to them, "He is right, mates?" Feeling proud of Chip and Dale, Gadget comes next towards them and hugs Chip saying, "Congratulations!"
Just then, a little girl named Shiela, comes in sad and worried and tells Sergeant Spinelli a report on her lost puppy, "But my puppy is gone, and there is just a big hole where her doghouse was."
The Rangers and Plato listen in and begin to feel much awe towards Shiela and her lost puppy as Sergeant Spinelli tells tell her, "Well that sounds pretty mysterious alright, but um, I'm afraid that lost puppies just aren't in our jurisdiction." "Then who can I go to for help." Says Sheila feeling all blue.
Chip then directs to all of the Rangers as he realizes that this is a perfect case for them to investigate on, "Guess there is only one thing to say then."
All of the Rescue Rangers chant out their battle cry, "Rescue Rangers away!" as the shot is showing them running and facing front as they run emerge from the background cover to charge into the fray towards our perspective as the song "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins starts playing.
{The Rescue Rangers form in a freeze-frame just like they did in the very end of "To the Rescue" with the original Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers' Logo zooming in quickly over Gadget as to indicate the movie's title. As that action forms, the background flash transitions into fast moving red and blue laser lights in hyperspace travel in time as cut outs of the main characters, villians, and other certain positive characters that have been seen in certain portions of moments within the episodes of the series fade in and out from one to another. They either stay still or slowly zoom in or out towards the bottom-half of the screen with the opening credits scrolling up the top-half of the screen.}
