Just then a shot of the side of a grey tabby cat, Fat Cat, displays as he puts a cigar in his mouth while watching TV over at the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory. /Fat Cat is also tuned into the Flash the Wonder Dog show which of course Dale is watching over at the Rescue Ranger Headquarters\.

"So..." Fat Cat says to Flash as if he were to be talking towards him on the TV screen while the action continues on the show, "You've shown your true form, haven't ya, Flash?"

Fat Cat then leaned back on his chair while watching Flash flying his way up towards the plane as he continues.

/"Being the honorary member of that team of troublesome rodents that you have become\." Says Fat Cat.

Back at the Rescue Ranger Headquarters perspective via the show, Dale in such joyful excitement says, "Wow! This brand new episode of Flash oughta be a thrill!"

Timmy on the show's episode while tied up on top of the airplane cries out, "Help! Flash the Wonder Dog, save me!"

Dale cheers Flash on out, "Come on, Flash! You can do it!"

Chip in the back with the other Rangers as they are all standing in front of the arched doorway to the dining room, is all cringed at the whole thing going on in the Flash episode for the sake of his best friend. He says in such sarcastic thrill among his mood, "-I can hardly wait-."

The evil madman pilot on the show calls out to Timmy, "Hush up, Timmy! That stupid mutt won't be able to save you this time!"

Suddenly though, Flash busts his way inside the plane and howls out his famous Wonder Dog chant.

/Dale shouts out in his exciting thrill to see Flash on board for action, "Yay, Flash!"\

Flash tells the evil pilot in the episode, "Flash begs to differ!"

The evil pilot on the show gasps at such sudden shock that Flash managed to bust his way inside the plane, much to his distress.

Timmy once again cries out to Flash, "Help, Flash the Wonder Dog, save me!"

While preparing for battle against this enemy ace, Flash calls out to Timmy, "Don't worry, Timmy! I'm here for you! Just sit tight and my two sidekicks, Vivian and Conrad, will be right there to release you to safety!"

Timmy then responds gratefully to Flash above the plane, "Oh thank you, Flash. But please hurry!"

/Dale in response to the current action going on in the show waves his arms in excitement\ as the thrilling rescue is on duty. He cheers on to Timmy, "Don't worry, Timmy. Flash has got it all under control!"

Flash then says to the evil pilot, "Alright, wimp! Let's get down to business!" Flash then growls at the baddie.

The evil pilot then puts the plane on auto pilot mode so that he and Flash can have their duel battle as he says to the canine, "Oh I'll show you, Flash!"

Just then on the Flash episode, a helicopter with a label that is titled on both sides of the helicopter, Pet Airway, comes flying down towards the plane en route to saving Timmy.

Inside the helicopter are Flash's two sidekicks, Conrad Cockatoo, along with special guest star pilot and Animal Control Officer, Vivian Gizmo.

Vivian appears with a slim face along with a short thick dark brown full bangs blunt cut hairstyle that covers her ears completely. She is wearing a light brown leather jacket with a white T-shirt underneath. Her leather jacket has an American flag badge attached on the right shoulder. She is also wearing navy jeans.

Vivian is a new Animal Control Officer for the city doing volunteer work for pet rescuing duty while in an internship in an animal related-field.

On the TV show, Vivian is directing attention to Conrad Cockatoo as they are making their way down towards Timmy, "Alright, I'm preparing for drop altitude. You know what to do right, Conrad?"

Conrad answers to Vivian with such confidence, "Oh, I'm the great Conrad Cockatoo, the Wonder Bird, Vivian. I was BORN ready! That baddie pilot is in so much trouble now!"

"Well just follow my lead." Vivian directs to Conrad, "And don't do anything yet until I say so." "Check!" Conrad obeys.

Dale gasps with wide eyes in reaction to what he is seeing on the episode and says, "Wowiw Zowie! They even got a special guest star on this episode!"

On the show, Vivian starts directing attention to Timmy through her mic on her helicopter as she continues dropping lower towards him. Vivian calls out to him, "Timmy?"

Timmy looks upward all wide-eyed in relief as his attention is directed to the helicopter. He is assuming that it is being the source of rescue.

Vivian calls out to him, "This is Vivian Gizmo, rescue pilot from the Pet Airway. I've hired in Flash the Wonder Dog and his sidekick, Conrad Cockatoo, to do the work on your rescue. So just relax, and I will bring the rope-ladder exfiltration right above you!"

Timmy then exhales in such relief as he at the same time is a little more than amazed on how much Flash has come prepared for this whole plan of rescue. He then just says in response, "Okay."

Inside the Rescue Ranger Headquarters, Gadget says all astonished in regards to what is happening on TV, "Golly, I must admit that this environment of animal and human communication is getting more interesting by the minute."

On the TV show, the ladder on the helicopter drops down and reaches Timmy.

Vivian then directs to Timmy, "Alright, Timmy, I need you to grab on tight to the ladder, and be sure you don't let go! And Conrad will release you from the rope and guide you up onto the helicopter."

Timmy, a little nervous, but at the same time nods shakingly and quickly in obeyance. He then says, "Okay, okay." Timmy then starts gripping on tight to the ladder.

Vivian then signals to Conrad Cockatoo, "\Alright, Conrad, do your stuff!/" Conrad then responds, "Right on, Mam!" Conrad then flies his way down to Timmy.

Meanwhile back over at the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory, Fat Cat continues watching the Flash episode in the moment of Conrad flying his way down to Timmy and releasing him from his capture on top of the plane, and then guiding Timmy's way safely up the ladder.

Fat Cat in response claps sarcastically and acts thrilled to see this new element of the two animals' extra assistance being in on the rescuing duty. In reality though, he despises it all since Flash, being the hero of the show that he is, is a dog; which of course being the average cat that he is on such behavior, Fat Cat has such hatred towards dogs.

Fat Cat says while on that certain behavior, "Way to go, Flash. Way to go, Conrad. You've both come well prepared to take that kid out of the equation. With this new source of extra assistance that you two have managed to hire in. Oh that's just wonderful. Well...if that's good enough for you, Flash, then it will be good enough for me when {I run for Mayor of the city."}

Fat Cat said the word "assistance" as what many of us would consider to say more like "piece of manure".

While Fat Cat at this point would resent very highly on this whole matter of /the German Shepard being the honorary herioc member of the Rescue Rangers\ that he is now; as well as this whole concept of /Flash having kept his reputation after Fat Cat and his gang failed the attempt at taking over his show as replacement cast\ being driven over his head, the radiation of his straightforward cheerful behavior in reaction to the screenplay of action happening on TV leaves him rather delighted. However, in a bad way.

It would show even more so that the smirk on Fat Cat's face becomes even more enormous, and in his mind, very beaming. While in our perspective, it comes out as a smile that we know that we would not have such a thrill to see.

Knowing Fat Cat, he must be up to something evil on this matter of {becoming this new "Mayor" of the city.} Especially since he is very well aware of this new environmental case on human/animal interaction; which triggers the idea even better among his observation on this various job that this human lady star has on this Flash episode.

Fat Cat, being as entitled to the richest life of it all in this case, whatever he has planned cannot be up to any good. Expecially as +it has been in his power to avenge his old human pet, Aldrin Klordane.+

It was just then at that very moment, that the doors of the round elevator to Fat Cat's left opened up. Out from the doors comes out Snout, the large rat member of Fat Cat's gang of hench rodents, with some completed remote device that Fat Cat has ordered for him to create within the spare time when not having to deal with the Rescue Rangers.

Snout comes out to let Fat Cat know the progress at this point on some big project that Snout and the rest of Fat Cat's gang have worked on little by little throughout these past months.

"Hey boss!" Snout calls out to Fat Cat.

Fat Cat releases a long and mournful sigh and then answers, "What is it, Snout?"

Snout says as he walks to him, "The remote control device for the big machine on the rooftop is complete, activated, and ready to go, sir."

"Oh goodie," Says Fat Cat, "Have you tested it out yet?" "No I haven't," Snout answers, "But you never know, the button on this thing could be broken."

"DON'T SAY THAT, YOU MORON!" Fat Cat roared, "I demand you have this thing tested out at once! And don't be like this after ALL that you have done for me! You four may be such dimwits. As for YOU though, I expect better from you. Being that you are the most mature out of all my henchmen. Which is why I've demanded you to stay back throughout some of the schemes that me and the others have had with those Rescue Rangers."

"Yeah, yeah, I know, boss." Snouts says as he squints and then closes his eyes for a second and then coninues, "Like I have to be reminded for about the fiftieth time. You've ordered me to do this, watch over your casino, and many other things. It was good enough on my part that you finally decided to allow me to assist you guys that one time when [you had me dig through that wall at that animal store as part of your plan to steal that toy train among our theft of gold."]

"Of course it was." Says Fat Cat with an annoyed glare, "I figured by that time that you proved your worthiness to join us on our schemes."

Fat Cat then gestured Snout to leave the room as he commands to him in an unreasonable tone, "Now if you will do me the favor and get BACK to work!? And leave me in peace in my office! I am watching my show at the moment. Thank you VERY much!"

Snout cringes, less from Fat Cat's sudden outburst which he felt was a little out of nowhere. However Snout being the hench worker that he is to Fat Cat, he does obey the villianous feline and says to him, "Alright, boss!" Snout then begins walking his path back to the elevator out of the room as he then says while a bit perplexed on Fat Cat's bizarre attitude, "Geez, I'm not sure why you would want me to do this part of the job on the big ultimate key to finishing those rodents when you give me such harsh behavior in the end! After all, I'm doing all this for you! Just all the other three are doing just the same!"

Back at the Rescue Ranger Headquarters with Dale watching Vivian and Conrad doing their part on saving Timmy on the TV show, he gets this dramatic thrill of excitement upon noticing that various equipment use of a rope like ladder that Vivian has attached on her helicopter. It comes out to Dale as some sharp-witted resemblance to what he saw on that show, "Double-O-Spy". Being that "Double-O-Spy" is another one of the many TV shows that Dale is obsessed with, he says among his observance, "Wow! Look at that thing! Its just like the Double-O-Belt rope that Dirk Suave used in that Double-O-Spy episode. Except that it has actually come equipped on that ladies' helicopter. I wish we Rangers had something like that for our RangerWing!"

/Chip then begins walking his way up towards Dale and asks him, "Hey! Just what is going on here, Dale?"\

/Dale says in his motor mouth style while mimicking physical like gestures from all that action that has happened on the Flash the Wonder Dog episode thus far, "THISEVILPILOTGRABBEDTHISKID,TIMMY. TIEDHIMUPATTHETOPOFHISPLANE, ANDTHENTOOKOFF. NEXTTHING, FLASHTHEWONDERDOGSHOWSUPWITHCONRADCOCKATOOALONGWITHTHEIRHUMANLADYSIDEKICKOFTHEIRS. THEN, SHEANDCONRADBROGHTTIMMYUPTOSAFETYWHILEFLASHANDTHATEVILPILOTHAVETHEIRDUELFIGHTINSIDETHEPLANE."\

Chip rolls his eyeballs in response to all that information that Dale just thrown out to him upon his knowledge with how well /he knows that Dale is suckered into that show\. Chip then says to Dale, "Great to know, Dale. It must feel very good for you. Especially being that /Flash is now an Honorary Rescue Ranger\, and not just a superdog."

On TV, Flash and the madman pilot are preparing for their fight inside the plane.

As Dale dashes towards very close to the TV screen in how dramatically intense the current scene on the show is, he says as he continues his cheerful attitude towards Flash, "Oh! Yesyesyesyesyesyes! Now shush, Chip, this is the part where Flash puts the bad guy to the ultimate faceoff!"

Chip breaks the fourth wall and does this finger gesture of pointing at his head and moves his finger around his head as to indicate exactly how insane Dale is.

Of course, Chip being the best friend that he is to Dale, has from time to time made as much attempts to try and persuade Dale to mature more througout these past months ever since his friends have gotten together as this Rescue Ranger team that they have formed.

Yet unfortunately, Chip has always gotten pushed back due to how often he has had to criticize Dale when Dale comes out as goofing around too much. Whether it be due to his obsession with comic books, movies, TV shows like Flash, scary movies in secret (considering that experience that Dale had when ]he met DTZ, that one shape-shifting alien[), or simply just being out of focus when the Rangers were out on a mission.

The TV show turns to a scene where Flash begins stepping up towards the evil pilot while growling about. As Flash does that on-screen, Dale backs up a bit from the TV. Dale then mimics Flash's actions while crawling back up in front of the screen and imitating his growls.

As Flash gets closer to the pilot, he says to him, "You will NEVER take me alive, punk!" The madmam pilot says in response as he reaches for a whip behind him, "Wanna bet, Flash?"

The madman pilot then whips the whip around from one spot to the next as Flash dodges those couple of spots from here to there. Next thing, the pilot whips it towards Flash and sends the German Shepard towards the ledge of the plane. Thus, the canine ends up dangling on it as he nearly gets knocked off the plane.

"Ehehehehehehe, no offense, Dale." Says Chip as he chuckles in a bit of distrust upon noting Flash's nearby failure on the show, "But it seems that our honorary Rescue Ranger is on his way to a knockout there."

Dale says to Chip as he dosen't lose faith in Flash one bit, "No he is not, Chip! Just watch! Flash will bite on to that whip, and climb his way back up inside the plane!"

The madman pilot then comes towards Flash as he laughs evilly, "Hahahahahahaha! They say that every dog has his day."
He then prepares to whip Flash off the plane while continuing on, "But I'm afraid that today won't be yours, you stupid hero of a dog!" The pilot then whips his whip towards Flash and shouts out, "Hah!"

But then suddenly as the whip reaches Flash, the canine bites it ninja style in a surprise motion. The madman pilot says in sudden shock, "Wha?"

Flash says as he grits his teeth while biting onto the whip, "Yoo wuh tsayin?"

Back over at the Happy Tom Cat Food Factory, Fat Cat watches the action carry on from the show while the feline continues to smoke his cigar. Flash then climbs his way back inside the plane, and then ties up the pilot by wrapping him up with the whip. As Flash does that, he howls his famous Wonder Dog chant. Flash then yanks the one end of the whip that he is biting onto as he has the pilot tied up with it. Flash then lets go of it, flings the pilot out on his way overboard, and then says, "Yippee Ki-Yay, punk!"

As Fat Cat watches that certain action, he says to Flash once again as if he were to be talking towards him on the TV screen, "Enjoy your little victory there, Flash. It won't last when your honorary Rescue Ranger friends get captured by my newest creation on the rooftop of this cat food factory. And when {I become Mayor of the city,} they won't be able to help you when I order that human Animal Rescue pilot to fly you and many other dogs to }Paris{, and lure you all over to }my cousin, Maltese de Sade!{ Thus HIS newest project will seed amnesia inside your brains, and then be under his control to have him finish you. Along with ALL of you other pesky dogs around the world! Hahahahahahaha!"

Stay tuned next chapter where at that very moment in the Flash the Wonder Dog show, it gets interrupted by a special report. Thus the Rescue Rangers and Fat Cat watch as the replay on action back over at the First Federal National City Bank goes as Adam and Plato make their way on busting Professor Nimnul.
