A Surprise Meet with a Black-Winged Harpy
Glynda and Ozpin are watching outside through the window of the Headmaster's office as four fleet ships of Atlas are flying by the tower.
"Ironwood certainly loves bringing his work wherever he travels." Glynda said, slight annoy of this scene.
"Well, running an academy and a military makes him a busy man." Ozpin pointed out and look back at the fleet. "But yes, those are a bit of an eyesore."
They hear a chirping beep sounds repeatedly from the elevator as Ozpin calls out to come in.
"Ozpin!" James Ironwood greeted friendly.
James has black hair, with some gray areas, while his eyebrows are solid black and his eyes blue. He has a strip of silver metal above his right eyebrow. He wears a white overcoat, with a gray undercoat, black sweater, a red necktie and a white glove on his right hand. His suit pants share the same color as his overcoat and are tucked into silver boots accented in gray.
"Hello, General." Ozpin greeted back.
"Please, drop the formalities." James said, shaking Ozpin's hand and look to Glynda.
"And Glynda! It has certainly been too long since we last met." James flirted a little.
"Oh, James." Glynda rolled her eyes.
"Come now, Glynda. He was just saying hello." A woman said walking in.
"Figured you wouldn't be too far coming here, Kuroko Smith." James chuckled.
Kuroko is a tall woman (2-inch taller than James) with pale brown eyes and long black hair that reach down to her butt. She wears a white dress shirt with a black tie, a black blazer and matching professional skirt, black pantyhose and heels. She wears a pair of sunglasses to complete the look. Breasts sizes: G-cup.
"And I thought you didn't like to do formalities when it comes to friends." Kuroko said.
"Well, at least something good came today." Glynda smiled as she shakes hand with Kuroko.
"Glad to see you too, I came by to make sure that Jaunny boy is taking care of Centorea well." Kuroko explained.
"She is making herself quite at home with him and his team, but you are free to check up on them." Ozpin said.
"If you all need me, I'll be grading some papers." Glynda walked out of the office.
"Well, she hasn't changed a bit." James said.
"Excuse me, General, but don't you think it's a little extreme bringing an army to Vale and you coming here?" Kuroko asked as she drinks the coffee Ozpin just served for them.
"Well, my soldiers are concern for the people of Remnant and I'm pretty sure Ozpin as the idea of why I brought them here." James said with a slight serious face.
"We are in a time of peace. Shows of power like this are just going to give off the wrong impression." Ozpin stated.
"But if what Qrow said is true..." James worried.
"If what Qrow said is true, then we will handle it tactfully." Ozpin said.
"He's right, the Vytal Festival is a time to celebrate unity and peace. Including now with the Demihumans being revealed to the world. We can't have everyone be scared of some metal-suited men walking in the streets." Kuroko pointed out the flaw in James' plan.
"I'm just being cautious." James said.
"As am I. Which is why we will continue to train the best Huntsmen and Huntresses we can." Ozpin reminded him the future generations training at their school.
"Believe me, I am. But ask yourself this: Do you honestly believe your children can win a war?" James asked concern as he finish his coffee and walk out the office.
"I hope they never have to." Ozpin said.
"Oh, that reminds me, I'm also here to inform you that one of your students have signed up for the Inter-species Exchange Program." Kuroko remembered.
"Really, which one?" Ozpin asked.
"One is the team with the name after the leader." Kuroko answered.
"Hehe, I see." Ozpin chuckled.

Blake is seen sitting on a table with her team and friends in the library playing a boardgame while Jaune's team are studying except Nora is sleeping on an open book. But she is not interested in playing unlike her friends as the only thing she is thinking about is Roman and the White Fang planning something big and she needs to find out what that is and somehow stop it.
"Sup losers." A guy greeted walking up to them.
Blake recognizes that voice and look up seeing him with another guy beside him.
"Hey, Sun." Ruby greeted.
Sun is a tan-skinned boy with two red wrist bracers over black fingerless gloves and an open loose-collared white jacket with no shirt underneath, displaying his muscular physique. He also wears blue cargo pants tied up with a white belt. He wears white bandages on his legs and has a chain hanging from the belt loop on the right side of his pants. He sports black and yellow sneakers and wears a black cord necklace with a round pendant bearing his monkey emblem.
"Greetings, I am Centorea Shianus or Cera for short whichever you want to call me." Centorea introduced.
"Nice to meet you, and the awesome team who got the Demihumans to be known to the world!" Sun grinned with fingers pointing at team JNPR.
"It would seem you already knew about the Demihumans beforehand." Ren guessed from Sun's excitement.
"Hell ya, my family has known some Demihumans for a long time and we're glad they don't have to go into hiding." Sun explained.
"And I'm here to thank you!" A furry woman popped out from behind Sun.
The woman is a Kobolds wolf type, she appears as an almost human woman with a wolfish nose, tail, ears, and covered in fur. Her body, in accordance with her occupation, is very athletic, having muscular arms and legs and a trim abdomen. She wears a midriff revealing black shirt with the sports' club's name on it and an unzipped track coat on top; denim hot pants; thigh straps and wristbands; a dog collar and athletic sneakers. Breasts sizes: E-cup.
"Hi, I'm Polt and I'm the Demihuman living with Sun!" Polt introduced herself.
"Wow, I didn't know you already signed up for the Exchange Program." Blake surprised.
"Yeah, Polt and I go way back when I was a little kid, close you could say." Sun petted Polt's head as she smiles and blushing.
"And this guy here is Neptune, Sun's friend partner of the team." Polt pointed at the other young man.
Neptune is a teenage boy with tan skin, dark-blue eyes and messy light-blue hair in the form of an undercut. He wears a white dress shirt and black tie under a red jacket adorned with a wide, upturned, black collar and a silver reticle across the back. He also sports a pair of gray jeans with black padding strapped to the sides as well as black shoes fastened with straps instead of laces. He also has accessories within his attire include black fingerless gloves and a pair of yellow-tinted goggles typically worn on his forehead.
"Sup." Neptune greeted.
"Neptune, these are friends and Ice Queen." Sun gestured to team RWBY and JNPR with Centorea.
"Why does everyone keep calling me that?" Weiss asked annoyed of the nickname.
"Uhh, aren't libraries for reading?" Neptune asked.
"Thank you!" Ren cheered with his hands in the air.
"Pancakes!" Nora woke up from her nap.
"Shut up. Don't be a nerd." Sun said to Neptune.
"Geh, geh, geh, geh! "Intellectual", okay? Thank you." Neptune corrected him.
"Shouldn't you all be exercising your body and eating some protein food?" Polt wondered.
"We already trained." Yang said.
"Even the combat training?" Polt asked again.
"Yes, we're just doing a little studying before heading back to our dorm." Pyrrha answered.
"Oh, well, don't forget to stretch before going to bed." Polt advised.
"She likes to workout a lot." Nora guessed.
"Yeah, she loves to exercise a lot and she's fun to hang around. You should workout with her sometime, Blake." Sun suggested.
"Oh, huh… I'll think about it." Blake said.
"So, Neptune, what school do you go too?" Weiss asked.
"Haven, and what's your name Snow Angel?" Neptune asked.
"Oh, I'm Weiss." Weiss said a little nervous.
"Pleasure to meet you." Neptune smiled.
"I never took you as the board game playing type." Sun said looking at the boardgame.
"Right, well, I think I'm done playing actually. I'll see you guys later." Blake put the cards down and leaves the library.
"Blake looks troubled." Centorea noticed.
"Heh, women." Nora shrugged.
(Team RWBY's Room)
Blake is in the team's room sitting on her bed and looking out the window remembering the incident at the warehouse ware with the White Fang and Roman working together, she wanted to know what is going on right now.
"Adam, just what are up to teaming up with a human?" Blake wondered about her former partner.
Then all the sudden, something big splat on the window spooking Blake to make jump off from the bed.
"What the…?" Blake shocked.
Blake that it would be a Nevermore, but soon realize that this figure is smaller and human-like figures like a young child and saw the person looking at her with a smile.
"Hi!" The person greeted with a wave
"Huh, hi." Blake waved back and open the window to let the person in.
"Thank you, I was having trouble seeing in the dark." The girl said as she jumps in the room.
"No problem." Blake noticed something about the girl that is odd, like having wings and bird legs.
"Wait, you're a demihuman?" Blake surprised.
"Yep, that's me! My name is Harpy, the Happy Papi! No, wait that's not right, it's Papi. Yes, Papi, the Happy Harpy!" Papi screwed her introduction a little.
Papi has the appearance of a young teenage girl or a petite young woman with medium-length, messy, black hair, and red eyes. One strand of hair is always standing upright. As a harpy, she has talons instead of feet, and black feathered wings instead of arms. Her wings have exposed thumbs like a bat, each ending in a sharp black claw. She wears a low-cut jean shorts and a black tank top. Breasts sizes: B-cup.
"Okay Papi… why exactly are you here in Beacon?" Blake asked.
"I was looking for bacon." Papi answered.
"Bacon?" Blake puzzled.
"I was told about this place being famous for bacon and came here to try some, but I don't any bacon anywhere." Papi explained sadly at the last part.
"Wait a minute, did you confuse the Beacon with Bacon?" Blake asked, realizing the confusion.
"Huh, it is not the same thing?" Papi asked.
"No, no they are not. This school is called Beacon Academy, a school of training Huntsmen and Huntresses to fight against the Grimm." Blake explained.
"AAAHH! Grimm? Where? Hide me!" Papi panicked and hide on Ruby's top bed under the sheet.
Blake facepalmed as started to remember some of the stories that Harpies are one of the fast flyers of the Demihumans, but they can also be dump like little children.
"Ugh, we should have never let him play!" Yang angered as she and RW walks in.
"You're just mad cuz' the new guy beat you! See, if you had just attacked when I told you none of this would have happened." Ruby pointed out about Jaune beating Yang.
"Hey guys, did any of you signed up for the Inter-Species Exchange Program?" Blake asked her team.
"Not me." Weiss said shaking her head.
"I didn't but I can guess who did." Yang glanced at her young sister.
"Yep, that's me! Seeing Jaune having his own Demihuman friends made me think that I want to get along with a Demihuman too and so, I signed up for it!" Ruby explained.
"That explains it because I think I just met your monster girl." Blake pointed at Papi hiding and shaking in fear.
"YAAAAAAY!" Ruby shouted in joy.
"Hi, no need to be scared." Ruby blitzed to her bed with her Semblance and greeted the Demihuman.
"Uh? Oh, hello, are you my new friend?" Papi asked.
"I hope we are because we're going to have the best time of our life!" Ruby cheered.
"Hooray!" Papi cheered too.
"Hold on, we don't even know if she is the Demihuman that was assigned for you." Weiss stated.
"Don't worry, she is." Kuroko said standing at their open door.
"Hello Smithy!" Papi greeted the woman.
"I was wondering where you flew off to, I was really worried when you disappeared on me." Kuroko said.
"I'm sorry, I was looking the bacon you said this school is famous for." Papi apologized.
"Why would you think this school is famous for bacon of all things?" Weiss asked.
"She thought beacon and bacon are the same words." Blake answered and Weiss's jaw drop and Yang laughs.
"Anyway, Miss Rose, I am Kuroko Smith and I'm the agent of the Exchange Program who will be checking on you and Jaune to see how you're interacting with the Demihumans living with you." Kuroko explained.
"I hope Papi didn't cause you any trouble when she came here." Kuroko concerned.
"Besides that, she splatted her body on the window before entering, I say she's doing okay." Blake mentioned.
"Good to hear. Now I believe you should all pack your bags since you have a Demihuman now, you'll be moving into the Demihuman host dorm." Kuroko informed.
"Awesome! Now we hang out with Jaune and his team again!" Ruby cheered.
"Jaune? Who's that, a friend?" Papi asked curious.
"Yep, and very soon he'll be your friend too, so more friends for you!" Ruby excited.
"Yay, more friend!" Papi cheered again.
"Are we really going to be stuck with a child for the rest of our time in Beacon?" Weiss asked worry.
"Actually, Papi is older than she looks. Harpies always have the appearance of a young teen girl which she is actually 3-4 years older than you all." Kuroko explained shocking the three.
"Okay, that's a lot to take in." Yang said.
"Now, get packing and off to your new home." Kuroko clapped her hands.
(10 Minutes Later)
"Oh, my gosh! You guys are living here too!" Nora gasped smiling as team RWBY and Papi enters the building.
"You can thank Ruby for that." Weiss said.
"Well, to be honest, I kinda miss having you guys as our neighbors." Jaune confessed.
"It is nice to meet another Demihuman in this school, my name is Centorea Shianus and I do hope we get along." Centorea greeted Papi.
"Oh wow, you have big boobs!" Papi gasped shocking the others.
"Wow, they're so big and round, and a little squishy too." Papi grope Centorea's breasts with her wing-hands.
"P-Please, stop this at once!" Centorea begged, accidently let out a moan.
"Papi, stop! It's rude to grab people like that." Ruby pulled the black-winged Harpy girl away from the Centaur.
"I like her already." Nora smirked causing Ren to worry.
"Well, I believe there is nothing for to do right now. So, I'll be on my way." Kuroko walked, but stop for a moment.
"And Jaune, make sure you wear more clothes than your underwear next time." Kuroko said walking again.
Jaune's face becomes red of embarrassment.
"Oh, is there something I should know about?" Yang asked with a teasing smirk.
"I rather not talk about it." Jaune looked away.
"Then let us party for our new friend!" Nora suggested.
"Yeah, party time!" Papi cheered.
"Go wild, baby!" Ruby excited.
"(Huh, for some reason Papi kind of reminds me of my Uncle Qrow.)" Yang thought wondered why she thinks of Papi like that as everyone help RWBY and Papi get settled in.

Papi the Harpy has made her appearance being with Ruby as her host and I also made her appearance different than in the anime because someone gave the idea of who Papi father is as you'll find out later in the story while gets along with everyone and probably give Weiss a big headache. And soon, Jaune and maybe Ruby will get a few more Demihumans soon.
