Suu Helping with a Slimy Embrace
Jaune and Ruby are sitting together at the table within the ballroom where the Beacon Dance is going to be held for everyone to be there, their teams are also working together in decorating the place for the extra help of the dance.
"You know, it feels great to have your team help out with the decorations." Ruby smiled at Jaune.
"You're welcome, just thought it would also be helpful for the Demihumans to experience a little human culture for the night." Jaune nodded as look at Pyrrha holding up the curtains on Centorea's back.
"Papi, no! That's the wrong theme for the dance!" Weiss yelled at Papi who is hanging some pumpkins and ghosts at the top of the curtains.
"But you said the dance is going to be at night." Papi said.
"That doesn't mean it's going to be a Halloween party which the holiday is only a couple of weeks away!" Weiss explained with a slight glare.
"Wait, this is Halloween? But I thought this was Easter?" Papi surprised of this sudden new information, and Weiss facepalmed of this stupid bird girl got the wrong holiday.
"I was also thinking of maybe doing a livestream video to show everyone how humans and Demihumans are getting along in one event before the Vytal Festival." Jaune suggested.
"That's a great idea!" Ruby agreed.
"Yeah, way to think big on the brain." Yang complimented while carrying a large loudspeaker on her shoulder.
"Just trying to help strengthen the relationship between the two worlds." Jaune chuckled.
"So, have you picked out a dress yet?" Yang asked her little sister.
"I'm not sure, I'm still a bit more focus on Blake's health and investigation obsession." Ruby said with a concern look in her eyes.
"What do you mean? Blake is right here?" Jaune gestured to Blake cleaning a window.
However, Blake looks really upset with a soft growl while looking at her reflection on the clean glass and seeing through the glass at the same time.
"I'm only here because of a certain stupid slimeball dragging me here against my very will that it wants to focus on the important things." Blake stated in a low angry tone.
"Hey, I'm more thundering than feeling stretchy like slime!" Nora yelled, feeling offended from that remark.
"No Nora, she's talking about our new resident monster friend, Suu." Ren pointed at the slime girl standing next to Blake.
"Suu." Suu smiled and twirls around showing her new yellow raincoat.
"Oh! I can't get over of how cute you are in that raincoat, the color clashes with your all natural!" Ruby squealed of Suu's cuteness.
"Please don't say "natural" like that again." Weiss advised.
"Why, because she's naked underneath the coat?" Yang asked teasing with a smirk.
"Shut it, you." Weiss glared.
"Can I go now? I finish cleaning the windows and the floor." Blake said doing the chores everyone made her do to at least make her feel part of the community.
"We did promise her to go after doing them." Jaune whispered.
"Okay, you can go, Blake. But Suu stays with you since she likes you the most." Ruby ordered.
"Do I have to?" Blake exclaimed as she looks at Suu weirdly, she'd hope to drop this slime girl off to one of her teammates yet Suu refuses to leave her side for some unknown reason.
"I'm the leader, Blake, and I order you to take Suu wherever you go from now on." Ruby ordered, playing the leader card.
"Good show, at least Blake will know that you mean business." Centorea commented.
"Gotta make sure she doesn't do anything crazy." Ruby said.
"Whatever, I'm going now." Blake said throwing a glare and walking away from the group while Suu follows her from behind.
"Just so you know, I will convince you to come to the dance." Yang called out to the black cat girl who just rolls her eyes.
"Bye-bye." Suu waved before as they leave the ballroom.
"I'm not really sure if this is a good idea. Slimes are not exactly the easiest monsters to understand and they can be a bit annoying when they get themselves everywhere." Killa explained on what she knows about Slime.
"I'm sure it'll be fine, at least she's keeping Blake company." Jaune believed.
"Plus, she seems like a lot of fun!" Papi added smiling.
"You can say that again." Ruby nodded.
"Plus, she seems like a lot of fun!" Papi repeated the words making everyone laugh.
"Hold on, something is wrong with this picture." Yang held her hands together in a picture frame form at the curtains.
"What? Did we forget to bring the steamers or gotten enough balloons?" Jaune asked worry and looking at the list in his hands.
"No, it's curtains! They're all doilies, I should've known!" Yang angered of the plain color.
"What's wrong with that? We were just putting up the dollies like Weiss told us." Pyrrha mentioned as she got down from Centorea's back.
"Weiss! I thought we agreed: No doilies!" Yang yelled at her Ice Queen teammate.
"If I don't get doilies, you don't get fog machines!" Weiss warned with a glare of her own.
"Oh dear, I think we may have started a conflict of different ideas and such." Pyrrha worried.
"Easy you two, I'm sure we can still work things out for everyone." Jaune said getting between Yang and Weiss who are still glaring each other.
"Your dance is gonna have fog machines?" Neptune asked as he, Sun, and Polt walked in together.
"We were thinking about it." Weiss said stepping up to Neptune and sounding a little sweet.
"That's pretty cool." Neptune smiled.
"I believe it's going to be above cool once the party starts tomorrow night." Nora bragged with a smirk and both hands on her hips.
"Oh, now I'm really looking forward to party on with my excitement face on!" Polt excited with one fist in the air.
"I'm also looking forward to my first party, never been to one myself though I don't I ever been invited to one too." Killa mentioned.
"I can only imagine why." Yang whispered smirking at Papi who giggles.
"You ladies all excited for dress-up?" Sun asked, getting the idea that the girls and the two guys here are going look great for the dance.
"Pfft... Yeah, right!" Ruby rolled her eyes.
"I'm not really much into formal wear myself." Ren shrugged.
"I think Yang is gonna be trying a little too hard in my opinion." Nora commented giggling.
"Laugh all you want. I'll be turning heads tomorrow night!" Yang proclaimed with one hand behind her head and a wink at Jaune making him blush a little.
"Are you three going to be wearing something nice for the dance?" Centorea asked.
"Nicer than this?" Sun gestured to his current clothing.
"You'll have to forgive me, those who lived in Vacuo like me and Sun aren't exactly fond of wearing the formal fancy clothing since the place is very hot as I'm sure you can understand." Polt explained about the clothing style of Vacuo.
"I remember hearing about that." Pyrrha said.
"Soooo... what does Blake think of all this? We saw her come out of here when we were coming in and from the looks on her face… She's still being all, y'know... Blake-y." Sun asked if Blake is coming for the dance or not.
"Obviously." Weiss crossed her arms under her small breasts.
"But don't worry, I have a good feeling that she will come to the dance." Jaune believed.
"You better believe it, Vomit Boy." Yang roughed his hair a bit and walking past him.
"Trust me; Blake will be at the dance tomorrow." Yang promised.
"In the meantime, I believe we are official done with the decorations! All that is left to do is get the equipment set off and we're all set." Weiss stated smiling of success.
"And then, tomorrow night… It's party time!" Nora shouted with Killa, Ruby, and Papi cheered behind her.

Blake is sitting at one of the hologram screen computers to do some more digging about the White Fang's dark activities along with Roman since they're partners together, but she couldn't find anything useful aside from the rumors and seems like they have gone silence.
"Oh!" Suu looked up at Blake's head seeing the cute cat ears behind the black bow.
Suu reach up her little finger to poke at the cat ear causing it to twitch a bit making the slime girl pull back her finger, and then she goes to poke the ear again getting the same reaction a few times.
Of course, this would annoy Blake of this stupid slime creature poking her like that with no remorse of how she feels.
"Suu, would you please stop that?" Blake asked with a slight glare. That got Suu to stop though unfazed from the look.
Blake look back at the screen only to find a red dot moving around and onto her hand, this got her to be suspicious as she turns around only to find nothing.
The red dot appear again with Suu being the one curious about it this time and tries effortlessly to grab the red dot only for it to move around, she follows which ends up on top of Blake for a moment.
"Suu!" Blake growled softly.
"Suu! Come back here, I'm supposed to be responsible for you!" Blake said as she got up and follow Suu.
Suu keeps on following the red dot and jumps on it to catch it in her slimy hands only to find it gone again, when Blake stop too, Yang shows up.
"He-lloooo!" Yang greeted cheerfully.
"We need to talk." Yang grabbed Blake's hand and drags her away and Suu follows them not knowing what is going on whatsoever.
(Team JNRP's Room)
Ren just came out of the bathroom after a nice shower only to find Jaune right in front of him.
"We need to talk." Jaune said pulling Ren to one of the beds and handling him his clothes.
Jaune sits on the bed taking a deep breath while Ren starts putting on his clothes.
"Ren... I'm just gonna say it. You are one of my best friends. These past few months, I feel like we've really bonded, even though you don't say much. I mean, you're really quiet. To be perfectly honest, I don't know that much about you, personally, but darnit, I consider you to be the brother I never had!" Jaune stated strongly of how he feels about Ren.
"And I you." Ren nodded as he puts on his shirt.
"Yeah, which is why I need to tell you something. I… did something that shouldn't even have been done despite a certain rule that was established." Jaune tried to calm down his nervous.
"You had sex with Pyrrha and Centorea days ago." Ren blurted the revelation.
"What?! How the fuck do you know that?!" Jaune gasped.
"It wasn't really hard to figure out. You all came back with bright smiles like you have been through something pleasuring, the girls were walking a bit weird like their legs were jelly, and Killa also pointed out about the odd smell you were giving off at the time." Ren explained.
Jaune is just dumbstruck of how they have been found out so easily from that one simple moment when he and the girls came back trying to look normal as possible.
"Don't worry, we haven't told Miss. Smith about it because we know it would result of Centorea being taken away from you and Pyrrha." Ren informed.
"Damn it, and I had this other speech prepared for this." Jaune sighed.
"So, did you want to talk to me about loving both of them?" Ren asked.
"Yeah, I guess. After what we did together, becoming closer than ever, I'm just worried if I really did the right thing with them." Jaune concerned.
"Well Jaune, all I can say if you just follow what your heart wants and do what you believe is right, you also shouldn't be afraid of expressing your feelings." Ren advised.
"Oh, like you're even better with Nora." Jaune teased making Ren blush.
"Fair point. Anyway, you should enjoy what you do have right now and see where that goes together." Ren smiled.
"Yeah, thanks Ren." Jaune nodded and they fist-bump.
"By the way, where are Nora and Killa?" Ren asked as he noticed earlier that they're not here.
"Oh, Centorea asked to run a few laps with her." Jaune answered.
(With Yang, Blake, and Suu)
Yang lead the two inside a large empty classroom for the Sun Dragon girl to have some talk with Blake.
"Yang, if you're going to tell me to stop, you may as well save your breath." Blake said pacing around with Suu following her step by step.
"I don't want you to stop; I want you to slow down." Yang said sitting on top of a desk leg cross.
"I don't have the luxury to slow down." Blake stated.
"It's not a luxury; it's a necessity." Blake proclaimed.
"And we're going to. But first you have to sit down and listen to what I have to say." Yang patted on the desk.
Blake didn't want to waste any more time with whatever Yang has to say though Suu seem to have agree with Yang sitting on the desk and pulls Blake on the desk too. With no other choice, Blake sat on the desk.
"Fine." Blake sighed.
"Ruby and I grew up in Patch, an island off the coast of Vale. Our parents were Huntsmen. Our dad taught at Signal, and our mom took on missions around the kingdom. Her name was Summer Rose, and she was, like... Super-Mom: Baker of cookies and slayer of giant monsters. And then... one day she left for a mission and never came back." Yang explained about her mom as Blake looks sorry and Suu looks casual listening to the story.
"It was tough. Ruby was really torn up, but... I think she was still too young to really get what was going on, y'know? And my dad just kind of... shut down. It wasn't long before I learned why. Summer wasn't the first love he lost; she was the second. The first... was my mom." Yang revealed shocking Blake that her partner had two moms while Suu just tilt her head.
"He wouldn't tell me everything, but I learned that the two of them had been on a team together with Summer and Qrow, and that she'd left me with him right after I was born. No one had seen her since." Yang explained.
"Why did she leave you?" Blake asked as Suu's middle antenna formed into a question mark.
"That question... Why?" Yang got off the desk and walk over to the chalkboard picking up a single chalk.
"I didn't know an answer, but I was determined to find out. It was all I thought about. I would ask anyone I could about what they knew about her." Yang started drawing on the board.
"Then, one day, I found something. What I thought was a clue that could lead me to answers, or maybe even my mother. I waited for Dad to leave the house, put Ruby in a wagon, and headed out. I must've walked for hours. I had cuts and bruises, I was totally exhausted, but I wasn't gonna let anything stop me. When we finally got there, I could barely stand, but I didn't care; I had made it. And then I saw them. Those burning red eyes..." Yang remembered seeing the Grimms coming out of the house ready to pounce them.
"There we were: A toddler sleeping in the back of a wagon and a stupid girl too exhausted to even cry for help. We might as well have been served on a silver platter. But, as luck would have it, our uncle showed up just in time. My stubbornness should've gotten us killed that night." Yang concluded her story and the drawing on the board.
"Yang... I'm sorry that happened to you, and I understand what you're trying to tell me, but this is different. I'm not a child, and this isn't just a search for answers! I can't just" Blake was gonna say more, but Yang interrupts her.
"I told you: I'm not telling you to stop! I haven't! To this day, I still want to know what happened to my mother and why she left me, but I will never let that search control me. We're going to find the answers we're looking for, Blake. But if we destroy ourselves in the process, what good are we?" Yang stated clutching on the board a bit.
"You don't understand! I'm the only one who can do this!" Blake proclaimed.
"No, you don't understand! If Roman Torchwick walked through that door, what would you do?" Yang asked turning around showing her red eyes and walked up to Blake.
"I'd fight him!" Blake answered.
"You'd lose." Yang pushed Blake back a bit.
"I can stop him!" Blake tried to push her back but couldn't move Yang an inch due to her weaken state.
"You can't even stop me!" Yang pushed Blake harder that got her on the desk.
Blake was about to go at Yang again only to be wrap around by Suu making her angry, but Blake calms down when she saw the sadness and worry looks in Suu's eyes.
"No… hurting…" Suu said.
"Even Suu knows what's best for you and you just met her." Yang pointed out as she hugs Blake on Suu's slimy body.
"I'm not asking you to stop. Just please, get some rest. (pulls back to look at her partner) Not just for you, but for the people you care about." Yang stated before stepping away and walking up to the exit, but then stop to turn around and facing Blake.
"And if you feel like coming out tomorrow, I'll save you a dance." Yang winked before leaving.
Blake was surprise a bit from that, but then let out a sigh of relief on realizing how stupid she has been then looks at Suu.
"Thank you for making me fall that night we met, Suu." Blake thanked making the slime girl happy.

It looks like both Jaune and Blake got some well needed talking with their teammates along with Suu being helpful with that hug to Blake, that means everything is truly set for the night of the Beacon Dance!
