Beacon Dance with Monster Fun Addition!
The night of the Beacon dance has finally come, and everyone is getting themselves ready for the eventful night that most believe it'll be a night no one will ever forget.
"Alright Team JNPR, is everyone ready for the big dance?" Jaune asked. Wearing a black suit with yellow lines and a red tie.
"We're ready, Jaune. We shall make this a night truly worth remembering." Centorea nodded. Wearing a blue and yellow swirling stripe dress.
"Let's be sure that we're ready, I don't want everyone to feel we are going unprepared for the big dance." Pyrrha wanted to make sure the dance will be fun for everyone. She wears a turtleneck sleeveless red dress with her back exposed and black high heels.
"Come on, let's get going already because I'm in the mood for some dancing!" Nora excitedly while doing a little dance of her own. Wearing a pink strapless dress with a white skirt. Notably, the seam joining the two sections tapers to a point, which gives the top part of her dress a resemblance to a pink heart-shape.
"Easy Nora, there is still plenty of time to get to the dance." Ren looked at the time. He wears the came black suit like Jaune's only the lines on his outfit are green.
"Hey, do I really have to wear this?" Killa asked, embarrassed of her yellow and black dress she is wearing.
"But it looks so cute on you!" Nora complimented.
"But I don't want to be cute! I want to be fierce!" Killa exclaimed.
"Don't worry, you don't have to wear the dress all the time. Just for tonight and tomorrow, you can go back to wearing your normal clothes." Ren assured with a gentle voice.
"Besides, I believe going to the dance will help an angry bee such as yourself." Ren said.
Killa couldn't tell if this guy was being really nice to her right now or just trying to tease her though she can definitely tell one thing is that this guy isn't half bad. If Nora really likes hanging out with this guy, then she can sure give him a chance and has proven to be manageable to be with.
"Alright, let just get this fucking over with." Killa sighed.
"Alright! Now it's off to the party!" Nora declared.
"Follow the Dancing Queen!" Nora started dancing her way to the Beacon Ballroom.
"Remember to save some of that dancing for the party." Ren advised as he and Killa followed Nora.
"You girls ready to make this a night we'll never forget?" Jaune asked his two girlfriends.
"Of course, nothing is going to stop us from having the night we always dreamed of doing with the man of our dreams!" Pyrrha smiled, giving him a kiss on the lips.
"Yes, thou will get to experience a new way of dancing with the heart!" Centorea nodded and kiss him on the lips too.
"Oh man, how did I get so lucky with you girls." Jaune chuckled smiling.
(Beacon Ballroom)
Team JNPR along with their Demihuman friends arrived at the ballroom as they walk through the door where they discover Yang is standing at the podium.
"I was wondering when you guys were show up!" Yang said. Wearing a short, white, halter neck dress with a pale gray hem and white pumps.
"Well, here we are." Jaune gestured his arms for his team.
"Is your whole team here?" Jaune asked.
"Ruby and Weiss are here, and Blake should be here any second." Yang answered as she looks over the others to the door.
"You actually got Blake to come?" Pyrrha surprised.
"Yeah, had a little heart-to-heart talk with the cat girl and she finally came around to slow down on the White Fang search. Oh, and Suu was there being a big help." Yang explained.
"Then I have no doubt this is going to be a great dance with the fierce Sun Dragon helping out." Jaune commented with a smile.
"Oh, keep complimenting me like that and I may wanna dance with you." Yang smirked in a flirting tone.
"Maybe later, his first and second dance have already been spoken for." Pyrrha held Jaune's arm into hers and they walk to the dance floor together.
"Come now, let's check out what kind of food they got for our bellies!" Nora commanded.
"Oh, I can do that!" Killa excitedly a little as Ren sigh.
Jaune and his girlfriends look around to see some of the other students of Beacon and other schools are already here including the teachers, and he just spotted Weiss and Ruby talking amongst each other.
"Hey, you two. Already having a blast?" Jaune asked, getting their attention.
"Hello Jaune, glad to see you and your team have arrive though I wish some of you would behave a bit better." Weiss glanced at Nora and Killa looking at the food table. She is wearing a short, white, sleeveless dress with cutouts on both sides of her waist. The yoke of the dress is translucent mesh, and she also wears white pumps.
"Sorry, those two are just who they are." Jaune chuckled.
"But do not worry, Ren is with them, and he should keep them in line." Centorea reassured.
"I'll take your word for it." Weiss said.
"Wow, you guys look really amazing!" Ruby complimented on the outfits they are wearing. Her outfit is a short, red, sleeveless dress with a thick black sash around the waist and black trim along the bottom. The bodice of the dress is split vertically to the sash and laced with black lacing. The yoke of the dress is transparent mesh with an opaque collar and hem, as well as opaque lines connecting the collar to her shoulders. She also wears black stockings and pumps.
"You're one to talk, that outfit is so cute on you and even clashes well with the red and black. Maybe I should give that a try myself." Pyrrha complimented.
"Oh, stop. This… is just something Yang got me." Ruby giggled blushing.
"I believe you will make men feel dizzy of your curtain appearance." Centorea believed.
"I don't know, I never really been into romance much and just focus on being a Huntress like fighting the Grimm." Ruby said.
"Even the greatest Huntress needs time to unwind and let their guard down for a moment just like this. That way, they would be reminded of what they're protecting." Pyrrha stated.
"Huh, I haven't really thought about it like that." Ruby surprised.
"By the way, where is Papi?" Centorea asked, not seeing the Harpy girl here.
"She's up there trying to pretend to be a bird flying around the world superfast." Weiss groaned, pointing up at Papi flying around the chandlery.
"Wee!" Papi shouted joyfully.
"Papi! Come down, our friends are here!" Ruby called out.
"Yay! Friends!" Papi flew down to meet them.
"You look like you're having a good time for your first dance." Jaune commented.
"Are you having lots of fun?" Pyrrha asked.
"Yeah, Papi is having lots of fun with friends, and everything here is looking so shiny like Weiss turned everything into crystals!" Papi expressed her joy.
"At least you know how hard I worked to make this dance good." Weiss grinned.
"Did your people not have dance parties?" Jaune asked.
"Papi doesn't know, but everything sure looks fun that I'm going to have lots of it!" Papi excitedly.
"Which is why you need to experience things like this in order to understand." Blake said, walking in with Suu, Yang, and Sun. She now wears a short, purple, asymmetrical, halter neck dress that is split up on the right side and has a black collar. Translucent black mesh covers her shoulders, decolletage and back, and decorative black swirls cover the left side of the dress and continue up the left strap. The outfit is complete with black pumps, and she wears a teal bow on her head as opposed to her usual black one.
"Blake! You're here!" Ruby and Papi cheered as they jump onto Blake for some hugging with Suu.
"I'm so happy you're here!" Ruby smiled.
"Glad to be here too, and I'm sorry that my stubbornness caused you so much trouble." Blake apologized smiling and returned the hug.
"Does that mean you won't be scary mean anymore?" Papi asked.
"It does, and I'm here to have fun with my team." Blake nodded, making Papi happy.
"Now if you'll excuse me, I have a dance with Yang." Blake smiled brightly at Yang who smiles back.
"Suu, would you mind giving me the first dance?" Sun asked holding his hand the slime girl.
"Okay." Suu nodded and went to the dance floor with Suu.
"Come on, Blake. Can't be outdone by a monkey and slime." Yang offered her hand to Blake who gladly accepts it.
"Time we get going too, Pyrrha." Jaune said as they walk to the dance floor.
(Music: Chasing The Sun, The Wanted)
Everyone is having a great time with several pairs and more coming onto the dance floor with them focus on each other and the music they are hearing, each of them dancing similar and different from the others.
Jaune and Pyrrha are having a great time together as the former start showing some great dancing skills much to the Spartan woman's surprise, each step is refined and graceful like Jaune is controlling her every move and she didn't mind this at all.
"Oh Jaune, I had no idea you were such a dancer!" Pyrrha smiled.
"Well, these things tend to happen when you grow up with seven sisters." Jaune revealed as he dips Pyrrha.
"Don't those two look happy together?" Ruby asked Weiss.
"Yes, they are and perhaps better together than I thought." Weiss commented with a nod.
"(If only you knew.)" Centorea thought smiled.
"And it looks like Blake is having a good time too." Centorea pointed at where Blake and Yang are dancing.
It's true, Blake is very happy to have finally let herself go from all the White Fang searching and dark mood she has been going through, and now she can be with her friends and enjoy the time she has with them like a normal teenager before going back to Huntress training.
"So, are you enjoying yourself?" Yang asked with a flirting grin.
"Yes, I can't believe I was going to miss something fun like this. So glad you told me that story." Blake smiled.
"Glad I could make the black kitty come to the light." Yang smiled with a pun.
"Oh god, are you ever going to stop with the puns?" Blake chuckled.
"Not as long as I have breath to draw out." Yang answered with their foreheads pressing onto each other as they kept dancing for a while longer.

The first dance has ended for the black and yellow duo, and for everyone else who has finish dancing as Sun and Suu walk up to them.
"Did you have fun, Suu?" Blake asked.
"Fun! Did you?" Suu asked back with a cute smile.
"Yes, it was great." Blake nodded.
"Now, go back with the others while I go on dancing with Sun for a while then you and I can have some fun together." Blake ordered and Suu nods.
Suu and Yang regroup with the others right when Jaune and Pyrrha finish their dancing together, they all saw how Blake is looking happy right now.
"I told you she would come." Yang said.
"Mission accomplished." Weiss nodded.
"Looks like we won't have to worry about her pushing too hard on herself." Jaune smiled.
"Suu is happy for Blake." Suu said.
"I agree." Centorea agreed with the slime girl.
"Soooo, what do we do now?" Ruby asked her friends.
"What else? Have the funniest time of your life at this party, that's what you should be doing!" Nora advised with excitement as she marches on to the dance floor.
"I don't know about the dancing, but I'll do anything that involves fun with you and Ren!" Killa grabbed Ren by the arm to pull him toward the dance floor.
"What she said, have fun." Yang said.
"Come on, Suu. You can help me greet the others coming in." Yang said as Suu follows her.
"Time for our dance, my lady knight." Jaune offered his hand to the Centaur woman.
"I'd be honored to share this dance with you my sir knight." Centorea smiled, accepting the hand and they come to the dance floor together as Weiss went off in a different direction.
"Does that mean I can change out of these stupid things and into my hood now?" Ruby asked but got no respond on that.
"Come on, Ruby. You should try enjoying yourself in this." Pyrrha stated.
"Tell that to the annoying high heels." Ruby exclaimed as she looks down at her shoes.
"Not enjoying yourself, Miss Rose?" Ozpin asked walking up to them.
"Oh, no, everything's fine! I'm just not much of a fancy pantsy... dancey girl." Ruby giggled and surprised to see the headmaster here.
"Ruby is trying her base though; I even told her how some Huntresses need to let themselves enjoy moments like this." Pyrrha mentioned.
"Indeed, you can't spend your whole life on the battlefield, even if you may want to." Ozpin agreed.
"Yeah, so I've been hearing, but I just never been into this kind of things like the dance." Ruby stated.
"If you think about it, fighting and dancing aren't so different. Two partners interlocked, although one wrong move on the ballroom merely leads to a swollen foot." Ozpin explained.
"Or a twisted ankle." Ruby said as she looks down at her own feet.
"What he is trying to say that we don't get to enjoy ourselves in events like the dance when we're so busy defending the world from Grimms and even ourselves, but it's like I said before. These special times are the reason why we protect the world and what we must do in ensure that peace last." Pyrrha stated strongly as she looks over seeing Jaune and Centorea dancing together.
"Could have said it better myself, Miss Nikos. Nights like these are the ones we'll never forget." Ozpin smiled.
With Yang and Suu, they see three more people coming in.
"You guys are just in time!" Yang greeted.
"Dancing is fun!" Suu cheered.
The three who just arrived at the ballroom are Emerald, Draco, and Mercury, each wearing their own suits and dress for the dance.
"Wouldn't miss it for the world." Mercury smirked as they walked in.
"I'm still surprise the Bill program is actually letting a slime partake in this, such disgusting creatures." Draco insulted to the ignorance Suu.
"Hey, Suu is awesome to have around." Yang said defending Suu.
"Say what you want, just keep that "Thing" away from me." Draco glared at Suu.
"I'm sorry about Draco, she has a hard time keeping her mouth close on things that comes to her mind." Emerald apologized.
"Let her do the talk, but she'll soon see how awesome Suu is when she can do the do." Yang believed as she petted Suu's antenna making her smile.
Jaune and Centorea made their way to the punchbowl where Pyrrha is waiting for them along with Ruby and Glynda.
"I see you're hiding at the punchbowl." Jaune commented.
"Not like I could do dancing in there without looking like a fool." Ruby said.
"You could at least try to make this a fun experience for yourself." Glynda advised.
"Yeah, even Weiss is having a blast at the dance." Jaune believed as he spotted Weiss attending a vase of flowers.
"Or at least I thought, wasn't she going to the dance with someone? Like Neptune?" Jaune asked, wondering how Weiss isn't dancing with everyone else right now.
"Oh, no. Weiss actually came here by herself, she said that she had too much to focus on to worry about boys." Ruby explained.
This was weird to Jaune as he knows that Weiss wanted to ask out that Neptune guy for some time and heard that she asked him out, but now he can tell that something is not right here and saw Neptune going up the balcony.
"Girls, I'll be right back." Jaune decided to follow Neptune in order to get to the bottom of this.

The Beacon Dance has started great for everyone such as the Hunter trainees along with the Demihumans having fun together, and now it looks like Jaune is going to have a talk with Neptune about Weiss and maybe give him some advice too.
