Paris, France, Earth, Material universe, Prime Reality.

Azathoth, ultimate creator deity of all things, the first and greatest being of all of existence, God-Queen of the Eldritch Pantheon and Kingdom, and by far the most powerful being to have ever been, was doing something she had rarely done in her long life.

That is to say, she was fidgeting nervously on her chair, while waiting for her… date to arrive at the very high-class restaurant that was the agreed meeting point for her and her date.

Azathoth had gone on dates before. The thought was bittersweet, for she had, and still did, love her Avatar, but things between them had been… complicated since her lover's world had been destroyed, and Azathoth had failed to prevent it.

Fate and Destiny was one thing that even for Eldritch were not easy to fight against. You would think that, as Azathoth was the creator deity of everything, everything would go as she willed it, but no.

No, it didn't. Despite how much she had grown and learnt since the beginning of Creation, something like imposing a specific fate to a single planet was just not something she could do.

Either she put too much power and ended up influencing countless galaxies, or too little and nothing would actually happen, or at least not what she wanted.

Thus the tragedy of the Shan, one of the species that had worshiped her in the past until the destruction of their world, leaving the survivors to scatter across the cosmos… including her dear Avatar, Xada-Hgla.

Since then, Azathoth had taken no lover, throwing herself into ruling her Creation instead, the guilt of what had happened and her incapability to prevent it pushing her to do her best so that something like that wouldn't happen again.

And yet, here she was. Wearing her best clothes, looking like the God-Queen she was, sitting there in her human form and fidgeting on her chair while waiting for the being that was the cause of all of this to arrive.

There was a part of her that felt like it was wrong to be here, not when she should be out there, doing her best to help Xada-Hgla rather than keep ignoring each other because of their grief and guilt… But then her Avatar caught wind of what was going on, as was to be expected as her one and only avatar, and for the first time in an eon she had used their connection to push Azathoth to go for it.

Also, Azathoth would, if privately, admit she could use a break. It had been far too long, even for an eldritch, since she had last taken the time to just… relax.

Though this meeting was a bit more complex than a simple date. She was about to meet a god that was more powerful than anyone except herself, with the knowledge that he had several beings of equal or still impressive strength backing him up. Combine that with the fact that she didn't even know much about the god (not even what he truly looked like! She had felt so silly when she had noticed that she had barely gotten more from him than his name before she had gone back home!) and she had… a lot of unknowns about what to expect from this "date."

Sure, it probably wouldn't end up in a fight, but still. She had so many questions! Like, for example, how in the name of her Black Throne had these beings gained so much power?! Sure, the godfeltEldritch, but if anything that just makes it more confusing, because how could any Eldritch being be born so far away from her throne while also being so powerful?!

Eldritch beings spontaneously being born was nothing new, but that strong? So far away from her Throne? No, that was new.

And concerning, with the possibility of similarly powerful beings existing out there.

Even worse, the god felt… Well, he felt like he wasn't completely of her Dream? Like he could existwithoutit.

Which boggled even her mind. There were no other beings outside of her Dream. There was only herself. That was the reason she went to sleep in the first place, the utter lack of anything else out there before the creation of her Dream…

She shook her head. Whatever the answer was, she would soon find out.

She glanced around, taking in the sight of the private room where this… meeting/date would take place. She had requested it in order to not have to worry about the mortals hearing or seeing anything, and to them she was just a young woman with black hair and blue eyes wearing a beautiful red dress.

The truth was, of course, quite different.

She bit her lip, absently reverting her right arm to a human arm instead of a mass of ever-shifting physics breaking tentacles. Mastering a mortal form took time, and she had not bothered with a human form until relatively recently.

Hopefully, it would work for this meeting. Accidentally turning part of this world's population insane would not go well, as a lot of gods liked humanity, and not just Eldritch ones.

Their biology really was quite malleable, it made things a lot easier for many Eldritch Gods eager to infuse their power into mortal agents.

And then there was the matter of the Ancient Pact between the ancestors of modern-day humanity and the Eldritch Court…

She ran a hand through her hair, biting her lip. "Okay Aza, you're the Great Dreamer of Reality, stop being so nervous again. You got this." Azathoth reminded herself, putting on a confident expression.

Then Azathoth stiffened, her head turning towards the entrance of the restaurant as she felt a divine presence suddenly appear. The first thing she noticed was how masterfully hidden it was. The sheer skill involved in the magic hiding his presence made it clear that he was deliberately letting her know of his presence, andonlyher. She wasn't even sure that Yog-Sothoth would be able to spot him as he was right now, which was… concerning.

She kept her attention on him as he made his way towards her, led by one of the mortals working here… She blinked, feeling the magic he suddenly casted upon them, a potent spell which would protect their mind from anything supernatural they might end up seeing.

She pursed her lips. That was… quite the powerful spell he had just used, and one that spoke of a deep understanding of both magic and the side-effects of Eldritch things being seen by mortals.

Though the fact that he went out of his way to cast that spell, by itself, implied a lot of things about the God, and his genuine care for mortals…

Finally, the god and the mortal entered the private room, and-

Her eyes widened.

The God's body was tall by human standards, over 2 meters tall easily, the man towering over the mortal by his side. He too wore an illusion of a normal suit over himself, but her golden eyes easily saw right through and saw the suit shift, turning a supernatural black while a Rune shone the color of starlight underneath his throat, resembling an upside-down man with a brillant sun above him.

The human face he bore held the perfect essence of noble bearing and regality, putting to shame even the mightiest of the Kings of the human Gods, his right eye glowing like a star while his left showed nothing but a deep, dark Void, but those features shifted before her eyes, and when their eyes met-

Soul meeting Soul-

She-

They-

Time balanced by Space balanced by Darkness-

Chaos lead to Dream lead to Creation-

The Goddess who created Reality met the gaze of the God who Incarnated Reality.

-balanced by Light balanced by Chaos balanced by Order-

-lead to Darkness lead to Space and Time lead to Life-

Great Ones are sympathetic Beings by nature, a voice whispered across the Cosmos.

-balanced by War balanced by Peace balanced by Death balanced by Life-

-lead to Death lead to War lead to Peace-

Azathoth gasped, eyes glowing a brilliant gold as she panted for breath, her body shifting to show not tentacles or other body parts, but the Void of Space and the lights of distant stars, as if reflecting the being standing before her, and for a moment Creation shuddered as the Goddess Dreaming of it rolled and contorted in her sleep, dreaming of impossible things coming true.

Facing her, the mortal had disappeared, and she faintly felt him having been displaced away from the room with a mental suggestion that made it appear as if nothing had happened… but the God before her was clearly shaken, his human face breaking and shifting into avaguely humanoid headmade up of stars and the void of space and multiversal concepts and Metaphysical Laws and so, so much more.

"That… was not quite what I expected." he muttered, staring at her with rapidly disappearing shock and still lingering awe that refused to disappear, his words echoing unnaturally, the walls of the room shifting into a dozen different forms and shapes before returning to normal.

"Agreed." she replied, her own voice echoing unnaturally even to her ears, Azathoth still mentally stunned as she stared into his soul and vice-versa, and she could feel her own overwhelming feeling of awe course through her.

""You are… beautiful."" they muttered, then blinked at the fact they spoke the same word at the same time.

And yet, it was true. His soul was… breathtaking. It was like staring into the very fabric of her reality, but perfected to… well, perfection.

Everything was perfect. Every facet of his soul, every single part of it was-

No, wait… it wasn't perfect. But it was so close to it that she had never seen anything like it before.

And more, at every second that went by, the soul of the God became that much closer to True perfection. It was so massive, so all-encompassing that it will take uncountable eons to get there… But one day, his soul would indeed reach true perfection, a form of such divine enlightenment and Ascension that even Azathoth mentally boggled at the impossible achievement it would be, and the impossible implications ofanyonesuccessfully achieving such Ascension.

And she froze, because then she realized that this god could, in fact, become her greater one day. He was no mere subordinate deity, no mere lesser divinity, but a being of such grandeur he would one day go beyond what she currently was on his path to True Perfection.

For the first time of her existence, Azathoth was staring at a being who was conceptually destined to be her equal, if not greater if she too did not continue to grow and evolve. And true, shewas, but even so-

Even so-

Azathoth mentally reeled at the series of blows to her worldview… and yet, faced with the most beautiful being she had ever seen, standing before the one being who could become a true equal…

A warm smile spread across her face, her golden eyes glowed with purest joy, and Reality almost seemed to hold its breath as she invited the God to sit down with her.

A gentle smile on his own face, even as the stars making up his true form twinkled brilliantly, the God sat down, a look of deep fascination on his face as he stared at her.

In a Dream of peace and serenity, a silver-haired goddess smiled knowingly, blood-red eyes dancing with amusement and hidden relief as she relaxed, letting the man she loved begin to talk with the Creator Deity of all Things.

And by the side of a Black Throne at the Center of all Things, Yog-Sothoth stared in stunned awe as she felt Reality itself shift, a Dreaming Goddess reaching out across Infinity towards a God standing both within and without her great Dream who reached back-

And welcomed her tentacle with an open ethereal hand.

"I'm… not sure where to even begin." said Azathoth, staring at me with a feeling of fascination that I honestly felt as well.

I had expected many things when I would meet the Goddess before me, but the… instant connection that we formed had been unexpected.

Not unwelcome, mostcertainly, but very unexpected.

"The beginning tends to be a good first step." I replied with gentle amusement, which grew when Azathoth puffed up her cheeks rather adorably at my words.

"But, since I'm the outsider here, I'm willing to start first." I continued, making Azathoth pause before she smiled.

"I'd appreciate it. I have so many questions…"

I nodded, having expected it. I actually didn't have too many questions myself, since the very moment I arrived in this reality, my Omniscience kicked in and gave me all the answers I could want.

Well, most of them. I couldn't foresee anything about this meeting, as Azathoth was simply beyond my power to predict.

Not surprising, but it certainly caused me to be thoroughly unprepared for the… sympathetic link that was formed between us on sight.

I considered for a moment how to begin myself, and where to begin… But as I just pointed out, the beginning would work.

So I smiled and extended my hand, my body shifting back and forth from human flesh to cosmic metaphysical concepts in the outline of a human hand every few seconds.

"Here, I'll show you, it'll work better."

Azathoth looked at my hand curiously, but after a moment took it without hesitation…

And I shared with her my origin story, how I came to be in Yharnam, the trials I endured there, and of course… how it ended with my Ascension to Eldritch Godhood.

Azathoth blinked, pulling her hand back while staring at me with raised eyebrows over bright glowing golden eyes.

"Fascinating. For a mortal to endure so much…" She stared at me with respect. "You really earned your divinity, didn't you?"

I smiled wryly. "Yes, I certainly did."

I paused, then snorted. "Though now I can go and compare things with Jesus. That's going to be interesting." I shook my head.

We paused, illusions covering our forms holding strong as the people of this place came to ask for our choices of food. It took a few minutes, but once we were once again only together I saw Azathoth study my hand bearing my wedding rings.

"I see that you're married multiple times." she noted. "I'm sure that Oedon is one of your wives, but who are the others?"

I looked at my hand, smiling fondly as the various rings flashed into existence one after the other, before looking back at Azathoth and once again extending my hand.

"Might as well show you some of what I've got up to since Yharnam." I said, though I wasn't going to show off anything about the god-making drugs from Lucy's world.

That's one secret I intended to keep, at least for now.

Azathoth took my hand again, and tilted her head as I showed her the worlds I have been to and some of the work I did upon them.

Then, much to my amusement, I got up to my fight with Saitama, and her eyes went bigger and bigger as the fight went on in her mind, before her mouth dropped open and she stared blankly ahead, open-mouthed, as the fight went on until its final conclusion where we called it a draw.

"... What in the name of my Black Throne?!" she breathed out, my(Empathy)easily picking up on the waves of shock and bewilderment coming from her.

"Yeah, that was quite the surprise to me, too." I said with amusement, letting her get to the memories of the death of the evil God in the OPM world before pulling my hand back.

"For a human to grow this powerful while not Ascending to actual divinity is…" she shook her head, before pointing at me. "And you! You tore a hole in my Dream! And then! Then you fixed it?!" Azathoth exclaimed, looking rather frazzled all of a sudden.

"You already noticed the last part when you first came to investigate, didn't you?" I questioned.

"Yes, but I didn't have your memories of doing it!" she pointed out, before falling back on her seat, still looking faintly stunned. "What is going on in the realms beyond my sight?!" she muttered to herself.

"If it helps, I'm pretty sure this isn't something that will happen elsewhere." I replied, because I doubted that conceptually limitless beings were very common.

… I hoped, because if they were evil, things could get ugly fast.

Azathoth huffed, sent me a look, before sighing.

"Sorry. I'm just… not used to so many impossible things happening so quickly like this, and I can't help but worry."

I leaned forward, letting one of my hands rest on top of hers. "Hey, it's fine. It shows that you care, Azathoth. That's a good thing!" I said with a brilliant smile.

Azathoth blinked at me, then looked down at my hand over hers, blushed, then looked away mumbling to herself that it wasn't anything special.

I frowned, put both my hands over hers- which made her look back at me with wide eyes- and leaned forward even more, cosmic eyes pinning her in place by the strength of my admonishing glare.

"Azathoth, I gained a good understanding of the history of reality when I first arrived there. And yes, not everything went well. Worlds full of wonderful lifeforms were lost in countless tragedies, some of which were your fault because you didn't know how to control your power. But youtried. You tried so hard to take care of an entire Omniverse that you never asked for, but decided to take responsibility for anyway."

I smiled at her, genuinely happy, delighted even.

"Azathoth, I don't think you understand how much itmeansfor the Creator Deity of Reality tocare. It's easy to not see it when you look down at everything from the top, but as someone who was once so very small, knowing that the being who created everything cares for her creation is a wonderful thing, and a wonderful feeling! To know that you love what you created, that you truly wish for the best and work hard to make Reality a wonderful place to live in… Yes, you do not always succeed, but what matters is that you try. Even when it gets frustrating, even when everything seems to go wrong, even when your failures enraged and saddened you enough to create the Crawling Chaos from the strength of your anger and sorrow… You never gave up on us. You never stopped caring. And that… that isbeautiful, Azathoth."

The creator deity of all things stared at me with wide eyes, but I didn't care.

All that mattered right now was to let this wonderful woman whocaredso much, and never stoppedcaringeven when it would be so much easier on her to give up and become cold and indifferent, know that she was a wonderful person for it.

I stood up, and decided that, while I would no doubt have issues with many gods in the future… Just this once, a show of humility was warranted.

Besides, pointless pride was never my thing.

So I bowed, a full, deep Hunter's bow full of respect, and smiled warmly at her.

"It may be presumptuous of me to say this… But in the name of all of Reality, thank you, Queen Azathoth, for always caring for your Creation. For never giving up on us, even when it would have been so much easier to do so. Thank you, for always being willing to love us, we who are quite literally nothing but figments of your imagination coming to life."

Azathoth stared at me with her mouth open for a long moment, before she blushed brightly and looked away, one of her hands going to her long hair and nervously playing with it.

"I… It was the right thing to do." she stammered, but it only made me smile wider.

"Yes, it was. And that you choose to do what is right rather than what is easy is something that will always make me respect you, Queen Azathoth." I replied, kindly but firmly.

Azathoth bit her lip, the blush on her face still burning bright, before she turned back to look me in the eyes.

"Aza." she said firmly. "Call me Aza. I'm… I don't want you to call me Queen Azathoth." she smiled shyly. "I just… want you to call me Aza."

I straightened, and smiled warmly at her. "As you wish… Aza."

The smile she gave me in return was positively blinding.

Azathoth and Aeon spent some time talking about their history after that, but then the topic of children came up, and Azathoth couldn't help a complicated expression from crossing her face.

"It's…" she sighed, before nodding. "Certainly, none of my history on the matter is as bad as the Gods of Yharnam. But I have three divine daughters, and they are…"

She sighed again, passing a hand over her face.

"I love all three of them, but Mist and Darkness spend all their time either fighting each other, or, well-" she blushed slightly, feeling embarrassed. "Fuckingeach other. All the time. Either they fight, or they fuck, or both! Seriously, I've tried to get them to do more than that, and it's working a bit, but otherwise…" she slumped.

"And your other daughter is the Crawling Chaos." finished Aeon, and Azathoth grimaced.

"And my other daughter is the Crawling Chaos." she nodded. "And I do love her, but she is… Well. The way she is. And it's hard for me to say anything, but she is like she is because that's how I ended up creating her, and it feels kind of wrong to punish her for that."

"I know. From what I saw by looking through Time, you ended up creating her in a moment where your frustration with your inability to carefully interact with your Creation reached a peak, and as a result the very nature of Nyarlathotep is…" Aeon trailed off, visibly hesitated for a moment, before he spoke up.

"A sado-masochist." he finished bluntly.

Azathoth grimaced, but nodded.

"What do you see of her nature, exactly?" she asked.

Aeon tilted his head, his human face shifting into his cosmic one for a second before going back to human.

"A divinity born from a mix of your frustration with reality, combined with your genuine desire to see it prosper. A fundamentally paradoxical being, who both wants to punish Reality for the frustration that makes up her existence, and see it defeat her and grow stronger from it. Combine that with your own guilt over all that has gone wrong in your attempts to help Reality, your guilt over your own anger at Reality not going the way you want it to, all of which help make up her existence… Well, you get the paradoxical existence that is Nyarlathotep. Someone who will laugh over the death of worlds, but at the same time secretly exult over any defeat she is forced to accept."

Azathoth blinked, before giving Aeon a long look. "Hm. That is a lot more than I expected." she mused.

"Overwhelming power is your thing. Knowledge is mine." Aeon teased her with a wink.

Azathoth pouted. "Oh, come on, I'm not that bad!" she complained, before adding a muttered "Anymore" under her breath. "I'm nowhere near as bad as the idiot God that Lovecraft wrote me as!"

Aeon hummed, eyes narrowing. "I notice that you didn't say anything about theblindpart."

Azathoth pursed her lips, looking away from him and playing with her hair. For some reason, she liked doing so in this body.

… Though she took a second to turn her hair back intohair, rather than writhing tentacles.

"It's… Trying to keep an eye on all of Reality is really hard. Especially when so much of it is so small!" she grumbled, pouting harder.

Aeon laughed, but it wasn't mean, merely amused.

"And yet, you still try, because you want to help and be the best ruler that you can be." he smiled, warm and joyful. "Oh, Aza, you don't have to worry. If you want, I can help you with that. Knowledgeismy thing, after all." he promised.

She blinked up at him, eyes widening. "Really? Because I really don't want to repeat the-" she froze, flushed, and looked away. "Erm, I mean… I'd really appreciate the help." she muttered, not wanting to speak of all those times where she kinda… sorta… blew up a few galaxies.

Yog-Sothoth helped her put everything back, sure, but it wasreallyawkward having to explain she wanted to take a look at one civilization and she accidentally destroyed the civilization and the entiregalaxyaround it because she squinted their way a bit too hard.

She tried not to think of some older incidents. Those tended to be a lot harder to fix, because of how much she had accidentally erased from her Dream.

"Then I will help. I promise." he said with a cheerful grin.

"Thank you." she replied warmly, still embarrassed just thinking of all those incidents but very happy to get his help.

She internally pouted a bit over the fact that it was really hard to appear as a cool, awesome Queen when you had to ask for help in order to not blow up a galaxy or ten, but better to ask and get help than to blow up several galaxies.

Well, severalmoregalaxies.

"As for your other two daughters, I'd have to meet them to say for sure, but maybe I can help?" Aeon said, sounding hopeful.

"You think you can?" Azathoth perked up at the possibility.

Aeon shrugged slightly. "If those two are effectively having relationship issues, well, I have a lot of experience with romantic relationships. Between me and Oedon, I'm sure we can dosomethingto help."

"That'd be really good. The Abyss where they live isn't the most friendly of places by nature, but it would be so much better if the place wasn't constantly being wrecked by two Outer Goddesses fighting each other all the time." Azathoth mused with slight hope.

Maybe it would also prevent any other incidents like those times where both Mist and Darkness fought each other in the middle of the Versal Council.

Thathad been a mess and a half.

"Speaking of children," began Azathoth, her gaze thoughtful. "You do have a surrogate daughter, if I remember well?"

Aeon's expression brightened with pride. "I do. Sherry is… a lot less chaotic than your daughters, though she recently got into a relationship with Saitama, the bald hero I fought against."

Azathoth hummed. "Maybe we should introduce both of our surrogates to one another? Tia"ugasa could always use more friends…" she paused, then grimaced. "Though a part of me shudders to think of what your hero friend might get up to if he starts to meet some particularly foolish or prideful people." She gave Aeon a dry look. "I'd rather not have more holes punched into my Dream, if possible, even if you can fix it all."

If anything, her annoyance only seemed to amuse him. "He won't punch anyone who doesn't deserve it, he's a good man like that."

She grumbled at that. "Even if that is true, excuse me if the thought of people poking holes in my Dream disturb me!"

"Want me to hug and kiss it better?" Aeon replied, a teasing grin on his lips and eyes twinkling with amusement, and Azathoth gaped at him before blushing.

"I'm the greatest goddess in all of Reality, I don't need anyone to hug and kiss it better!" she sputtered at the very thought.

"Ah, but what if Iwantto hug you and kiss you until morale improves?" he smirked, and Azathoth froze before narrowing her eyes at him, a slight smirk on her lips.

"You should be more careful, I am the greatest deity in all of existence, are you sure that you can handle me?" she shot back, golden eyes twinkling challengingly.

"Only one way to find out, don't you think, your highness?" he shot back, a challenging smirk on his lips.

They glared at each other, challenging each other's will with their gazes alone…

And then the mortals carrying food arrived, and they both decided to call it a draw.

For now.

Eventually, they both finished eating, and took their leave from the restaurant.

Azathoth had to admit, humans could make some really good food, though it lacked the wonders that proper divine food possessed. Still, she definitely would return there at some point.

Walking through the streets of the city, Azathoth noticed the way that Aeon looked at the world around him with obvious fondness, and he helped serve as a guide through the city, pointing out various important places and historical facts about them.

Azathoth's eyes saw more than any mortals and more than most gods, so she couldn't help but notice the genuine connection between him and the Humans. Many Eldritch Gods had human cultists, but none of them held the genuine feeling of being a True God of Humanity.

And yet, Aeon was definitely an Eldritch God of Humanity. It was interesting to see this paradox in person, and she could feel the ways his mere presence in this world and reality fundamentally changed things.

Human beings had become more beautiful on a species-wide basis, not just in outward appearance but in "inner beauty" too. Men and women championing good causes across the world became more charismatic, smarter, and plain more lucky. There was a general decrease in conflicts across the world, not enough to truly change the world, but enough to be noticeable. Cooperations between humans would become easier, acts of kindness would become more numerous, and leaders of humanity would tend to be better and wiser people.

Moreover, the number and power of humans possessing esoteric abilities is going to grow, and those people will be more inclined to do good with those abilities.

And that wasn't all. Science and human understanding of the cosmos will increase too, with a specific bend towards all that is required to let humanity become a space-faring civilization.

And there was more. So much more… She had seen the effects that countless gods had on Reality, but the sheer width of the effects this one god had on her Dream needed to be seen to be believed.

Moreover, there was something about him that reminded her of… Well, the White God of Heaven. Different, oh yes, but at the same time…

There was a concept that made up the core of his being that felt familiar. Something like…

Paradise?

Not quite, there was something missing, something more to it...

Azathoth shook her head. It was rare for a being to be great enough for even her to not understand their whole being with just a good long look at them, but this God was definitely one of them.

Frustrating, but not unexpected. Besides, the mystery concept made her feel… warm.

As if someone was gently hugging her and telling her that everything was gonna be okay.

Either way, they made their way through the human city, feeling like two mortals on a date, and Azathoth couldn't help but enjoy herself. Aeon was a never–ending font of enthusiasm, making them run back and forth across the city in a way that made her smile, until finally night time fell on the city, and after once again eating a wonderful meal, Aeon led her to a spot where they could see the stars shining bright above them, and she couldn't help but note the sheer peace and joy on his face as he stared up at the night sky.

"I always loved the stars, you know?" he said softly, his dark eyes gleaming with starlight. "For me, they always represented the best part of existence: the infinite potential for wonders that one could reach for if they only had the courage to try. Up there, so very, very far away… and yet, entirely accessible if you gave it your all. The stars aren't something that you can just take. They are something you must claim for yourself, for thejourneyto seek them out is what makes you worthy of seizing them, and by doing so, both you and the stars will shine all the brightest in the end. They are also reminders that Life is a never-ending journey, one that will always find ways of surprising you. What strange creatures live up there? What fantastical sights?"

He turned to look at her, joy dancing in his eyes.

"And today, the stars brought me to you, and I'm thankful once again for thewonderthey have seen fit to bestow me with."

Azathoth blushed, and Aeon grinned, opening a hand towards her invitingly.

"So come, let me repay this wonder with one of my own. Let me show you what the stars can giveyou."

Azathoth barely even hesitated before taking his hand, her eyes widening as they suddenly flew up into the sky, and then into the void of space, and then across the stars-

The stars-

Her eyes went wide, as suddenly she could feel them dance, hearthem sing for them both.

"What?!" she exclaimed.

Yes, she knew that one could listen to the Cosmos and discovered secrets and hidden truths and more, but this was different.

The local stars- no, her mind supplied with rising awe, everystar in the infinite material universe were suddenly dancing and singing across the void of space… for them.

"The stars are mine to rule." Aeon replied, and she knew he didn't mean that literally, but through his Divine Domains. "They are singing, because they are welcoming me home… The Cosmos is welcoming me home. And they are singing for you, for you are the one who created them, and stars never forget their debts." he smiled, eyes shining with stars…botheyes, she noticed.

"Will you do me the honor of this dance, my lady?" he asked, smile warm and welcoming, eyes staring into her own with the warmth of a quintillion suns blessing her with their lights.

And Azathoth took his hand, and together they danced amongst the dancing stars singing the praises of the Lords of the Cosmos, feet stepping on sunbeams and their cheerful laughter ringing among the black seas of infinity.

And looking into the starry eyes of the god before her, a wide smile on her face as she twirled and jumped from sunbeam to sunbeam, Azathoth finally acknowledged the Truth that had been within her heart from the moment her soul met his.

After so very, very long without equal… she had finally met someone she wanted to spend eternity at the side of, as equals watching over her Creation.

Azathoth opened her mouth and sang, her song merging with that of the stars, Aeon following suit a moment later, and all mortals species in the universe were left confused by the way the stars suddenly shone brighter, but all felt a warmth within, as if Reality itself sang in joy, and their own souls sang in echo with that joy.

The song spread, filling the hearts of all things within the Dreamlands, even the Gods of Unknown Kadath looking up in shock as the Dreamlands shuddered with warmth, the lands covered in sweet-smelling flowers and clear and pure water reflecting warmth-giving sunlight.

The song kept spreading, crossing the countless Gates leading to the Ultimate Gate before the Void where the Eldritch Gods resided, and Yog-Sothoth stared in stunned silence as the song kept going, the Eldritch Gods reacting with shock swiftly followed by delight as they sang in joy with their Queen, for after countless eons the Great Sultana had found a Sultan worthy of her.

And so it goes that on this day, in this moment, no evil was brought upon Reality, for not even the blackest of evil were left immune to the joyful Song of the Lords of the Cosmos.

Azathoth smiled softly to herself as she let her head rest on the shoulder of the god she was rapidly falling in love with, having changed her body to be tall enough for this. They were still dancing, but it was slower now, more gentle, though she couldn't help but blush a little over the fact her body had reacted to her emotions by creating a mass of tentacles over her legs that had begun to cling tightly to Aeon, as if unwilling to let him go and ever leave her presence.

She thought about shifting back to fully human, but… she didn'twantto let go, to be honest.

She was… happy. Happy in a way she hadn't felt in eons.

Was it wrong of her to want this moment to last forever? She didn't think so, but even she knew that it was wrong to think like that.

Besides, letting Time go on would let them both have more dates like this one, and that was reason enough to not try and extend this moment for eternity.

So when Aeon gently pulled back from her embrace, she reluctantly allowed it.

Even if she instantly missed the feeling of his body resting against hers.

A look at his smile made her perk up, especially when she caught the underlying mischievousness in it.

"There's one last thing I wanted to do for this date." he said. "Do you feel up to following my lead just one more time?"

A part of her wanted to let him know she was more than willing to follow his lead anytime, but she crushed that feeling. That would just be too embarrassing to say.

So instead, she merely nodded.

Aeon's smile widened, and she felt both of them suddenly cross vast distance across space, to arrive at-

She froze, staring at the broken world of her dear Avatar and her people, the site of the tragedy that had cost her so much pain.

"Here." Aeon said gently, raising a hand towards the world. "A reminder that, no matter how dark the night, dawn always comes."

He snapped his fingers.

And Azathoth inhaled sharply, her body turning a mass of writhing tentacles as she stared in shock over the sight of the planet fixing itself, and more than that-

She could feel her people, the Shans, both living and long dead, appear on the world in greater and greater numbers, more and more until-

Azathoth froze when she felt the sudden shock and awe coming from her connection to her Avatar, her old love transported straight upon the entrance of the previously long-destroyed temple that she had once presided over.

And then it was done. In less than 5 minutes, what was nothing short of a world-class miracle that not even Yog-Sothoth could have achieved had been made, letting the species who had worshiped her above all return to their full glory, all that has been lost now reclaimed in mere instants.

A part of her mind registered the sheer skill, knowledge and mastery of manipulating Reality required to pull something like this off. Anyone else she knew of who would have tried to do something like that would have failed, either by throwing too much power at the problem, or by not having enough instead.

The rest of her, however, focused entirely on the feelings of her people exulting over the miracle, and the sudden surge of emotions from her link with her Avatar.

Tears fell down her cheeks, before flying out into the void, where those tears would one day become worlds full of water and life, worlds filled with wonders and species who would become known for their cheerful personalities and love of beauty.

But for now, Azathoth turned towards Aeon, who was smiling down at the reborn world below, before turning his head towards her-

And the next moment she was hugging him, tentacles writhing against his form as she kissed him passionately, pouring her heart and soul into that kiss.

Moreover, she called upon her Authority as the God-Queen of Creation to conceptually make Aeon her Consort, the man who will Rule Creation by her side. Her King, her own equal. Reality shuddered as it accepted the new Ruler of all things, as she who was the Center of all reality found her own center in turn. A part of Azathoth noted that what she just did was going to freak out a lot of people, but here and now she didn't care.

Time seemed to have frozen after all, as she kept kissing him, eyes closed and her entire soul singing with joy, before she finally pulled back with a brilliant smile and glowing golden eyes.

"I think," she whispered, her eyes never leaving him, "that I'd like to finish this date at your place."

Aeon blinked… and then grinned back.

Azathoth gasped when he took her ass in hands and lifted her up against him, pressing their torso together, before giggling approvingly… only for her giggles to be cut short when he kissed her, Azathoth moaning happily as their tongues danced and shifted in inhuman ways within each other's mouths.

When they broke the kiss, they both smiled at each other, before Aeon took a step forward, making them disappear from the universe, and enter the Hunter's Dream.

Leaving the stars around them to twinkle brightly, dancing and singing of the joyous day where the Queen of Reality found her King.

One moment they were both within the Void of space surrounded by stars, the next they appeared within a Dream-like dimension.

Azathoth noted the local Realm with interest, feeling the way that it possessed countless dimensional layers, along with a number of them who were very impressively hidden and protected.

This realm's defenses were so incredible that she was hard-pressed to think of anywhere as well-protected as this place, and she had to genuinely wonder if she could even actually see it all, or if what she was seeing was actually only the tip of the iceberg.

The vast majority of her focus, however, was on the god she was currently kissing, who was letting her fall down on top of an incredibly comfortable bed. Her golden eyes glowed with desire as Aeon banished his clothes from his form, her eyes trailing hungrily all over his naked body, a flex of her will letting her be as naked as he was, and she grinned when his own eyes trailed down her naked body with equal hunger.

Stretching out, she posed for him, golden eyes twinkling in satisfaction as the hunger in his eyes grew, before she extended her arms towards him.

"Come on, show me how you make love to a queen." she purred.

Aeon grinned, coming down to kiss her deeply, his hands caressing her sides before going upwards, squeezing her pale breasts tightly, his touch making her gasp and shiver happily.

With a smirk she made her breasts bigger, her pale flesh spilling out of even his large hands, and Aeon huffed in amusement before leaning down and suckling on her hardened nipples, Azathoth groaning in pleasure at the move.

Her hands went into his short black hair, her legs going around his waist, urging him to claim her, but instead Aeon just rubbed his cock against her wet slit, while his mouth alternated between her hard nipples and leaving gentle love bites on her neck.

"Don't… tease me." she groaned, rocking her hips and urging him to take her.

"But what if I want to?" he whispered into her right ear, and she whimpered when his fingers found her hard nipples and began playing with them.

"Then I'll convince you otherwise." she whispered back before kissing him again… and creating a tentacle to go and squeeze his cock gently, but firmly.

Aeon stiffened, and Azathoth let out a giggle, golden eyes glinting mischievously.

His cosmic eyes met hers, narrowed into mock-admonishment… before her eyes bulged when a tentacle suddenly slammed into her ass.

Despite the unexpected move and the speed of the tentacle, there was no pain, and instead Azathoth let out a long moan in pure bliss, eyes closing in pleasure.

"That was…" she panted. "Way too good… How-" she questioned, but Aeon kissed her… and then reached out with his mind, merging with hers.

Her eyes widened again when she felt what he had planned… a second before his cock slammed into her wet cunt, and his tongue elongated and began fucking her throat like a second pussy.

The thing was, Aeon had donesomethingto make being fucked in both her ass, pussy and mouth feel utterly incredible, and Azathoth convulsed while whimpering in pure pleasure as she was assaulted from three sides.

Her legs turned into a mass of tentacles tightly squeezing his lower body in order to make sure he wouldn't pull back, and fingers doubling in numbers as she lost control of her human form some more under the sheer pleasure she was feeling. The way his elongated tongue, cock and tentacle fucking her ass kept shapeshifting to make her feel as much pleasure as is possible only made her shudder in pleasure even more.

Her lidded golden eyes stared dazedly into his cosmic eyes… and then rolled up her head when two more tentacles went around her breasts, squeezing them tightly in ways that shouldn't feel sogood, before the end of the tentacles opened with lamprey-like mouths and latched on her hard nipples, and Azathoth screamed in pleasure as they began sucking her in unnaturally pleasurable ways.

Her body kept shifting, limbs and tentacles coming out of her body as she convulsed in her first orgasm, most of them clinging on to her lover as he made her scream in ecstasy.

And then her lover went all-out. His mind began merging with hers fully, and she began to feel all the sensations he felt as he took her and made her writhe under him. His hands found her own, fingers intertwining with hers as he lay them flat on the bed, and it was all Azathoth could do to try and ride the waves of bliss she felt coursing through her, especially when combined with his own pleasure assaulting her.

More tentacles came out of him, each of them showing the void of outer space, glittering stars twinkling over their surface, even as they spread out across her body, gently, lovingly squeezing and caressing more and more of her body.

She felt those tentacles squeeze her ass, and againsomethinghe did made the act far more pleasurable than normal, leaving her gasping and moaning. Her own tentacles writhed against him, wrapped around his broad, muscled back and lovingly squeezing and caressing every inch of his flesh. The tentacle she previously had around his cock went to gently squeeze his balls instead, encouraging him to cum inside of her and fill her up with his warm seed.

To both her joy and frustration however his own control over his body was so good he still didn't cum, even when she was left shuddering and moaning in a second and third glorious climax.

Her control over her body was far lesser than his, but she focused as best as she could, shifting her body to try and bring him even more pleasure. She felt him shudder in bliss, and mentally cheered at her success when she felt his cock begin to twitch.

'Give it to me!' she telepathically shouted at him, her mouth still being "fucked" by his tongue-turned-tentacle. 'Give me your cum!'

And with a groan, he did just that, Azathoth moaning in ecstasy as his own climax pushed her to yet another one tonight.

She squeezed his body with all her limbs and tentacles, mentally begging him to keep going… and he did, cumming far longer than any human should be able to, flooding her womb full of so much warm cum that Azathoth wondered if her belly would become rounded… a thought that made her climax all the harder.

When they finally came down from their high, Aeon breaking the kiss at last as his tongue returned to normal human proportions, Azathoth kept cuddling against him with a peaceful smile on her face as they recovered from the sex…

Before her smile turned mischievous, and she flipped her lover on his back, a slightly too wide grin on her face as her very shadow helped her let him out on his back, leaving feather-like kisses on his back and neck.

Azathoth took a deep breath as she straddled him, glowing golden eyes staring at him with power enough to annihilate multiverses in a blink and deep, inhuman love enough to outlast all the stars in existence.

She grinned down at her lover, a primal growl in her throat as her body became less and less human, though she kept the important bits well enough for both their pleasure.

"You will be King of the Eldritch come morning." she promised sweetly, lovingly. "But for tonight, you are just my beloved, and I am just your Aza." she said, leaning in with a face with clear inhuman features which did nothing to lower her inhuman beauty. "And I want to see if I can actually get sore in the morning. Do you think you are up for the challenge?" she purred, already beginning to rock her hips while biting her lips as his cock just filled her upperfectly.

To her delight, Aeon grinned back, his hands taking a firm hold of her hips. He lurched forward, making her gasp as he leaned up and seized her lips in a passionate kiss. She kissed him back, limbs and tentacles wrapping around him, before she startled, giggling and moaning when he started leaving kisses along her neck.

Looking down at him through six glowing golden eyes, she leaned down and kissed him again even as they began fucking once more, hips rocking against each other and a long cock and tentacle fucking her cunt and ass.

His torso ceased to be human, turning instead into an open window into the void of space, her breasts sinking into that open void only to be perfectly squeezed, sucked and played with all at once, Azathoth shuddering in pleasure and arching her back to push her tits even more into his body.

"By my throne, but you areamazing." she moaned, six eyes turning into twelve and then going back to six as she quivered in bliss in his grasp. She felt the cock and tentacle bring inhuman amount of pleasure coursing through her body, her tits being so perfectly played with in that strange space-like void within him that it felt as good as the cock in her sex, and the feeling of his hands grabbing her ass made her shudder all the harder.

And then a small tentacle found her clitoris, and Azathoth promptly decided that humans were the best species to have sex as that she had ever created.

Then she arched her back, opened her mouth andscreamedas she came, the bedroom they were in shattering into insane, impossible dimensions and colors for a second before returning to what it was before.

"I've got a challenge of my own tonight." declared Aeon with a wide grin. "Find out how loudly I can make you scream in pleasure!"

And then he got back to working on doing exactly that, and Azathoth writhed and shifted in countless forms and, occasionally, dimensions as she came screaming, over and over again.

Azathoth lay on the bed, panting hard.

Round after round, position after position, Azathoth had been turned into a screaming, orgasmic mess time and again, her body constantly shifting as she lost control of herself and was left convulsing in bliss harder than she had ever experienced before. Aeon was a truly insatiable lover, and one who was using every trick ever thought of, and then some more, to leave her into a panting, sweat-covered utter mess of fluids on the bed.

Not that Azathoth was complaining. Oh no, far from it. Not even her Avatar had ever left her like this, and Azathoth was pretty sure Aeon would be easily able to break even love and sex goddesses at this rate.

The physical, mental and magical ways he could use to give a woman pleasure were just too numerous, and as a result even the great Azathoth was being pushed, and pushed hard.

She gladly welcomed the challenge, and by her Black Throne tonight was by far the best night of her entire eternal life, but she couldn't help but shudder at the thought of how utterly screwed many of the Eldritch Goddesses of her pantheon were if Aeon set his sight upon them.

The Eldritch Gods never really had a love deity before, and she could confirm that, by all that was holy, they weren't ready for the reality of it.

The bed shifted, and a grinning Aeon looked at her. "Another round? I've got something special in mind for it."

Case in point, she thought with wry amusement.

"What is it?" she asked, leaning up towards him.

Aeon's grin widened, and then-

Azathoth blinked.

She was… She was now within her lover, floating within what appeared to be the void of space, distant stars shining their light in the distance.

She looked curiously at the way that space stretched into a number of tentacles that ran all over her body, though for now none actually went into her ass or sex-

There was a pulse ofpower, and Azathoth gasped as suddenly there was no longer just her floating in the void.

There was at least a quintillion other "her" all around her, all of whichwereher, and she could feel each and every body currently held within the grasp of gentle but firm cosmic tentacles-

And then she felt two tentacles enter the ass and sex of all of "her," and Azathoth convulsed at the overwhelming feelings coursing through her mind.

Then another tentacle entered all of "her" mouths, and the pace they were floating in pressed against all of "her" bodies, and then the tentacles began fucking her-

And Azathothscreamedin bliss as she felt herself be perfectly fucked silly a quintillion time over.

A mortal's mind would have shattered instantly, same with many goddesses.

But Azathoth was the greatest deity in all of existence, and so instead she kept screaming in bliss, her true body in the Void shaking and convulsing in pure pleasure, her form shifting countless times in mere moments as Azathoth was made to reach Paradise through mind-blowing sex.

Moreover, her mind was still connected to Aeon, his own pleasure and love filling her every thought, and filling her heart with nothing but purest joy and delight.

And so it was that, for the first time in existence, Azathoth fell asleep that night in the arms of her lover with a smile of pure satisfaction and joy on her face, and her true body settled down, no longer writhing constantly but instead remaining in place and silent, as if careful to not to wake up a lover holding her in his arms.

Unknown to her for now, mad souls across Reality already gave praise as the Deamon-Sultana lovingly crowned her eternal Sultan, as seers across all worlds announced the coming rise of a Throne of Void and Stars by the side of the Black Throne of Azathoth.

A.N: Alright! Here is the next chapter in which we start the events of Love Azathoth!

A chapter mostly seen through Azathoth's p.o.v, since I felt it would be more interesting to see things through her eyes rather than Aeon's. Next chapterwillbe Aeon, though.

With Aeon being already a high Outer God being, his bag of tricks is a lot bigger when it comes to seduction, so he tried to go all-out in this chapter.

Also, if the part where Azathoth and Aeon danced amongst the stars felt very "old Disney", that's intentional. I was trying to make the whole thing as magical a moment as I could. Not sure I succeeded, but I hope it came across well!

I also tried to have a bit more of a reason for why Azathoth would fall in love with Aeon than just "Soul resonance." Yes, it certainly helped a lot, but I felt like there should be more to love than that. Here at least, there's the fact that Azathoth just met the first being that might one day be her equal, something that had never happened before, along with the fact that he really is a kind god, on top of the whole "Oh yeah, here, I just saved one of your favorite species. You're welcome!"

The problem that most Eldritch Gods have is that they are either too powerful to prevent tragedies, or not enough. Elder Gods don't have the power to prevent the destruction of worlds, and Great Old Ones, along with Outer Gods, are just too powerful, to the point that using their power, even partially, would break the world they are trying to save. Expect Aeon's ability to actually use his powers like a scalpel allowing unmatched precision on a wide scale to both awe and terrify a lot of people, because it's just not somethinganyoneexpects of a powerful eldritch God. The fact that Aeon is an Outer God being will catch a lot of attention, but the fact that he can USE all that power masterfully will be what causes a lot of gods to be both frightened and impressed with him.

In short, an Outer God having specialized in Control over raw power is new, and Aeon being more than willing to use that power will send shockwaves across both mortals and Divine civilizations. Which he already just did, after casually bringing back an entire species from the brink of extinction.

Still, with all that being said, I hope you all enjoyed this update! Next time, we get Aeon starting his new life as the King of the Eldritch, and as he will rapidly realize, there's a lot of work that only he can get to successfully do…
