In a small western town in the name of Haddonfield, a familiar looking elderly lady is in a room, on her laptop. It cuts to the inside of the room with her working on the laptop with thousands of papers on the walls. The paper is actually some newspaper clipping that involves Michael Myers and the Halloween murders. The elderly lady is also listening to the audio while she's working. The news is playing on the radio, informing about Luz's escape from the sanitarium. She kept working on the laptop, but then, the person talking over the radio mentions Luz uses Michael Myers to get away with her crimes. His name caught her attention as she let out a huge sigh.

Meanwhile in a bedroom, a young girl named Allyson is sleeping in her bed wrapped in a blanket. Allyson keeps sleeping like a baby until someone wakes her up by turning on a lamp beside her bed. "Wakey wakey." said the person. Allyson groans in a tired tone and opens up her eyes. She sees the elderly lady who is her grandmother and also the survivor of Michael Myers named Laurie Strode. "Grandma Laurie, what time is it?" asked Allyson. Laurie checks the alarm clock and it's eleven and fifty eight post meridiem. "It's almost Halloween," said Laurie. Allyson gets up and rubs her eyes. "What's wrong now?" asked Allyson. Laurie got silent for a few seconds and she spoke. "I know where Michael's at," said Laurie. Allyson looks at Laurie. "Really?" asked Allyson. "Exactly. He ran away to a place called Gravesfield…and I believe he manipulated a poor mortal in that neighborhood. We're going to Gravesfield." said Laurie.

Allyson gets concerned. "But I thought you promised to say goodbye to The Boogeyman," said Allyson. "I did. I did say goodbye to The Boogeyman, but the truth is, evil doesn't die. It changes shape." said Laurie. They hear a clock from downstairs chiming, meaning that it's now midnight. "Now, let's get moving," said Laurie as she walked out of the room. Allyson looks at Laurie walking away and gets out of bed. Meanwhile, Laurie and Allyson walk out of the house, fully clothed. Laurie is carrying a shotgun and some ammo. Allyson locks the door and puts the key under the mat. "Corey is gonna watch the house while we're gone." said Allyson. "Alright then," said Laurie. They walked forward to the pick up truck. Laurie got in first, then Allyson. Laurie pulls out the keys and starts the truck. Allyson looks at Laurie with a little worried face expression. Laurie sighed. "Let's go get this bastard." said Laurie as she backs up the truck and drives off. Laurie and Allyson leave Haddonfield, along with colorful leaves flying away in the wind.
