Forever Fused

NOTE: If anyone is wondering about the character named Kline. He's an OC. Knowing that the Monster High's G1 Dracula is often away on business trips and that their family are pretty much rich, I made a butler that acts as Draculaura's guardian when her father is out of town.

Headmistress Bloodgood looks out her office window. She loves being able to view the students as they come and go. So many kinds of monsters in one place gives her hope that her dream of monsters being truly united will come true. But this is not about the view or all of monsterkind. There are some students going through a great deal.

"This is very concerning," Bloodgood turns around to address the four fusions along with Frankie Stein and Scarah Screams. "Are you absolutely sure, Scarah?"

"Fraid so, Headmistress," the banshee confirms. "Aside from their memories, I found no trace of neither Cleo nor Toralei."

Hearing that, Cleolei visibly flinches, and the other fusions try to comfort her.

"What do we do now, Headmistress Bloodgood?" Frankie asks.

Bloodgood removes her head and lets it rest on her desk. "I'm gonna excuse them from school for the rest of the day. To allow them to adjust to their new situation and give them a chance to explain things to their families. It will also give me time to figure out how to adjust everyone's schedules given that not everyone shared the same classes," while this was going on, her body has been pulling out papers and started filling them out. "You four should go home."

Cleolei

The mummy/werecat went back to Cleo's house. She went in and managed to slouch around in the mummy's room for a while. After a couple of hours of depression, Cleolei got up to call upon one of the servants. However, instead of doing her bidding, they immediately threw her out.

"Ow!" she lets out after landing on her butt. "You can't do this to me!" the fusion gets back up and turns to the gate. "Do you know who I am!? I'm…" she trails off before sighing. "I don't even know who I am," then walks off.

Cleo's father is out of town on a business trip. So, she can't wait for his return and the ghoul does not want to call him. She does not want to face him like this. At least not yet. There is little to no chance that she'll be able to trust Nefera to help her. Toralei may have a fondness for the older de Nile sibling, but she knows that she has little love for Cleo. Nefera would not help just for the sake of seeing Cleo suffer.

That leaves out any chances from Cleo's side. That just leaves Toralei's side. But the werecat has no family. There were various foster homes she grew up as a kitten. Hardly any of them treated her like family though. That leaves only one person she can turn to.

Clawvenus

Clawvenus walks up to the home of the Wolf family. Even though Venus has a family, they lived quite far away and it's rare for Plant Monsters to reconnect with their family after leaving the garden. So, it felt right to come to Clawdeen's house for the evening.

It would be a while until either of the werewolf's parents would get home. So, the ghoul originally planned on starting on one of her fusion inspired outfits. That is until she spots the little flower bed. It wasn't in bad shape, but it could use a little bit of care.

The fusion soon finds herself kneeling over the flowers. She had watered them, rearrange them after noticing the spot they were in was not giving them enough of the proper nutrients.

There were several occasions that the fusion stretched, feeling the sun entering through her skin. And at least once she drank water from a garden hose.

"What are you doing!?" a woman shouts, causing the werewolf/plant fusion to falter and fall into a pile of dirt. She turns around to find Clawdeen's mother standing over her. "Clawdeen?" the mother looks her up and down.

"Sorta," Clawvenus gets up and dusts off her skirt. "It's kinda a long story."

Harriet looks past the fusion. "What were you doing with my flowers? They look so lovely."

The fusion shrugs. "I don't know, really. I saw that the flowers weren't in their best condition, and I just felt compelled to help them. What are doing home early? I thought you don't get off until shortly before we do?"

"Clawdeen, it's a quarter after three," the wolf woman holds her arm out to show her watch.

The fusion looks at the time and sees that it indeed is. "Huh? I guess I was so into the work that lost track."

The mother caresses the hair of the ghoul. "Are you sure you're all right?"

"I'm fine. Really. Let's go inside and I'll explain everything," the fusion leads the wolf woman into the house.

Lagoonafire

"And that's what happened," the fusion finishes explaining to her family over video chat.

"Blimey!" her father exclaimed. "I wouldn't believe it meself were not for seeing it with me own eyes."

At that moment, Lagoona's little sister pops her head into the video call. "Does that mean I'll never be able to dance with my big sister?" Kelpie pleads.

Lagoonafire sighs. "I'm afraid so, Kelpie." Dancing has always been a sensitive subject for Lagoona, but she saw the hope in Kelpie's eyes that one day they would perform together.

"Nonsense!" Wade laughs. "She's right there. You'll get your chance once she visits. Even if it's as this, uh, Lagoonafire?"

"Dad!" the fusion looks down. "It won't be the same. I'm no longer the Lagoona you know."

"You're at least half Lagoona, right? Well then, you're still my daughter. We'll figure something out. Even if it means having to talk with Jinafire's family." at the mentioned of the dragon ghoul's family, the fusion bits her bottom lip. Wade noticed this. "Something the matter?"

"Jinafire hasn't been close to her family. Not since her mother past. Her father and brothers expected her to be the pretty ghoul. One that can marry into a higher-class family. But Jinafire wanted to be free to choose who she wanted to be," going through the memories sadden the fusion as if she lived through the moments herself. "When it came time for Jinafire to pick a husband, she told her father exactly what her dreams were. Her father told her to either choose her family or leave and never return," Lagoonafire is crying at this point.

Wade has also started tearing up. "No ghoul of mine should have gone through that. If you weren't already my daughter, I would adopt you right now!"

"Thanks, Dad. That means a lot to me. And I believe it would have meant a lot to Jinafire." It was then her iCoffin went off. Checking it, the ghoul saddens at the name appearing on the screen. "It's Gil. What do I tell him?"

Wade gives his daughter a sad smile. "Tell him the truth and hope for the best."

Dracubecca

To say that Kline was surprised at the sight of his young mistress' new appearance would be an understatement. He became concerned once she asked him to build a ramp. His stoic demeaner had nearly shattered at that.

"I must advise against this, Ms. Dracubecca!" the butler shouts from the bottom of the ramp in the back yard.

"Don't worry, Kline," Dracubecca shouts from the top. "I've done this hundreds of times. Well, Robecca has."

"That's not very reassuring!"

"I'll be fine!" the fusion kneels and activates her steam powered shoes. Soon, the ghoul leans forward and shoots down the ramp. The rush of adrenaline. That's why Robecca loved doing stunts and the Draculaura side of her understands that now.

The fusion reaches the end and jumps high into the air. Just as Dracubecca was about to reach the landing point, she is distracted by the familiar voice of the vampire's boyfriend.

"Draculaura!"

It was that split second of looking away that cost her the stunt as she tumbled away.

"Ow!" the fusion rubs her head. "Clawd! You ruined it!" she wines. "It would have been fangtastic!"

The werewolf walks up to her and nearly trips on something. Looking down at his feet he finds. A foot?

"Uh?" he picks it up.

"There it is!" Dracubecca shouts. "Could you give me a hand," she raises her leg, showing a stump. "Well, a foot," then, the ghoul giggles at her little joke.

"Why would you even do something this dangerous?" Clawd assists in placing the foot back on the stump of her leg.

"Well, I found that I had this need to feel a rush. Been feeling it since this morning actually. Once I got home I tried using Draculaura's method of calming down. But no matter how cute the clothes looked; I just wasn't feeling it. So, I decided to try Robecca's method of just allowing the adrenaline to take over," she then huffs. "The stunt was almost perfect until you distracted me!"

"Draculaura. That stunt was very dangerous. You could have hurt yourself," he squeezes the ghoul's hand, worry evident in his eyes. "I'm gonna bench Robecca for the next SKRM match for giving you such insane advice."

The fusion sighs as it finally dawned on her that he has no idea. "Clawd. I'm not exactly Draculaura and you won't be seeing Robecca in SKRM anymore. I need to tell you something."
