Dinah crawled trying to get away from the laughing Irina. She asked for help and Beverly came.

"I saw the wounds in her throat and thought the worst. Thought that Amos was out of control. I could help her move, get her somehow away… I called an ambulance because I could not drag her down without hurting her further. I got a cross and hoped that it worked. And then Amos came."

"Keep away from her! Haven't you done enough?"
"There is another one. It was not me who hurt her."

"As if I was going to believe him. I kept the cross high up."

"The ambulance will be coming at any moment. Keep yourself scarce.
Then there were several explosions and then Charlie screamed.

"Charlie had seen what Irina did to Dinah, and he recalled his cache of explosives…. Amos had forbidden him to use them on Beverly, but he had said nothing about Irina. Charlie also suspected that Amos would approve since Irina had hurt Dinah."

"You are a bad lady." Charlie shouted throwing an explosive bottle in her direction.
Irina turned angrily to him. "You will regret that!"
He threw another explosive making sure that his father was out of range (Amos influence held there). Irina kept advancing.
He threw her another one and saw how Irina rose, floating on the air baring her fangs.
That's when he screamed.
Amos was there in a second. He faced Irina
"YOU!"
"Surprised, Amos?" Look what you have done to me."
"I did not…"
"Because you would not love me this sorcerer claimed as his slave. And when I disobeyed him, he punished me by making me as you see. It is all your fault."
"I did not wish you harm."
"Still, you did it and you will pay for it:
:The other one…. You created him, didn't you?"
"Yes. So that you would be blamed for the damage he caused."
"Innocent people are being hurt…"
"So?... You betrayed me and now you see the consequences of your faithlessness."
"I never…"
"You did."
Charlie ran and met Beverly waiting for the ambulance. Dinah was half asleep. She kept moaning and saying… "For Trenton… Trenton…"
The ambulance came and took Dinah away, Beverly and Charlie leaving with her Amos making sure that Irina let them leave.
"Punish me if you wish, but spare them."
"How noble of you really…"
