Chapter 19
The new day came pretty fast, Oleg didn't notice how the sun started to appear. The whole night was spent playing different games with Sakura. Oleg seemed tired, but at the same time he was pleasantly tired. He was smiling and at the same time tried to stay energetic.
"Well it was really good to rest in a way like that." Oleg stretched his arms and back, "I didn't spend time like that for a long time."
"Se, it's good to play some cool games in a company." Sakura chuckled, "By the way have you became normal?"
"Well, I won't say, I'm fine, but still I'm rested." Oleg did a breath as if he wanted to check something.
"So, you want to do a practice today?" Sakura looked at him with narrowed eyes.
"Of course, no." Oleg replied, "I think it's good to give kids an opportunity to rest and do what the want, I don't think one day will do bad for them."
"Good to hear." Sakura chuckled, "That means we can have a whole day in playing."
"Well, I have something to check." Oleg got up.
"What is it?" Sakura looked at him.
"Well, just want to know something nothing more." Oleg looked at her, and went to the exit from the room.
Now Oleg was walking more energetically then he had done in the night. However, he was shaking a little; the lack of sleep was reminded about itself.
'I didn't know Sakura could be so cute.' Oleg thought, 'Maybe I could…' he suddenly stopped hi thoughts, 'No, I can't do that.' he shook with his head, 'Our work here is temporal after all, so any relations will be stupid thing.'
Suddenly Oleg noticed Aki along with Maki, "Hey kids, how are you?"
"Oh, sensei?" the couple was surprised to see the man, "Much better, and what about you? You barely could stand." Aki added then.
"Better too." Oleg nodded them, "But still not good enough to make trainings today. If you want you can do whatever you want today."
"So we really can?" Maki's eyes lit with some sparkle, Oleg only nodded.
"But I hope you'll have some practice in the evening or something like that." Oleg looked seriously at the girl.
"Sure." Aki nodded and then Maki grabbed his hand and quickly headed somewhere.
"You two, wait!" Oleg commanded, "Don't forget to tell the others about your free day." However the girl and the boy were from him so Oleg only sighed, "It seems I'm to do that."
Oleg continued his way, and slowly came to his room, he looked at his telephone, took it and turned it on. His eyes narrowed when he saw missed call from Asagi.
'What did she want?' Oleg became frown, however started to call to the principle of Gosha Academy, the ringing in the phone continued and continued, but the phone wasn't taken, 'Maybe she is busy?' Oleg turned off the calling, then he decided to call to Maria, he quickly found the needed number and started to do the same, however his Russian colleague didn't take the call too, "Strange." Oleg worried, "Something serious has happened if she doesn't take the call." Oleg frowned more, "Well let's try this then." he found a not described number and called it too, after some seconds he heard a rude voice in the phone.
"What is it, teacher?"
"Cyclopes, have something happened?" Oleg asked in the phone.
"What do you mean?" the voice from the phone asked the man, "What the hell do you want in such early time?"
"I know it doesn't relate to you, but…" Oleg stumbled.
"Yes?"
"Well, are there any information about the seal?" Oleg decided to ask the voice again.
"I thought your Asagi report everything to you." Cyclopes replied with a mocking voice, however continued, "Yes, we detected another one, it's somewhere in Yomihara."
"In Yomihara?" Oleg was surprised with the news, 'So that why they don't take the phone.' Oleg quickly understood the reason of such thing, "Have your guys seen Asagi or Maria there?"
"No, but I was told that Taimanin started to patrol it much better, so along with them, I think it'll be easier to find Mystic with his scums."
"I see." Oleg exhaled knowing that Asagi was acting, 'I think they decided to go there too.' then Oleg asked the man again.
"By the way, what about Tatsuro and Yukikaze, did you find her mother?"
"This question is better to ask to Drunkard or to Splash personally." Cyclopes replied, "They're dealing with it."
"I see, but still are there any results, and how are they to you?" Oleg chuckled, "Impressive kids, aren't they?"
"About the results to these two, and about those two." Cyclopes stumbled, "How Richar says 'interesting instances', they would be good in our division."
"Dream on." Oleg replied him, "Asagi will personally deal with you, when she knows you enlisted them."
"As if I'm scared of her." Cyclopes replied, "Fine, I'll go now, there's some work to do."
"Yes, the same with me." Oleg nodded and hung the phone, "Well, the seal is shown I hope this time will be another, since Asagi is taking part in it." then Oleg got up and went to the corridor of the resting facility nd headed outside of it.
Pavel got up pretty early, he glanced the room and saw several students, who were in the room along with him. He saw how all of them were sleeping. He exhaled with a relief that he could return to his bed not being found by his classmates, as his appearance was really bad. However it became a little better after having a good rest, he got up and quietly left the room.
He decided to get a cold shower and something to eat, since he wanted to prepare himself for the training with Masami.
"Day off or not, but training with Masami is in the schedule." Pavel yawned rubbing his eyes, then he flinched, 'Interesting, who was that woman, who I was fighting, and the note she gave me. Damn, forgot to read it.' Pavel hit his head slightly, but suddenly he stopped, 'Or maybe it'd be better not to do it?'
Pavel decided to have a walk in the yard, when he suddenly bumped at Masami, who was on her way to somewhere too.
'Oh, Masami good morning." Pavel greeted her, "How are you?"
"Good morning." the brown haired girl nodded, "Pretty fine, and what about you?"
"Me too." Pavel replied her with a smile, "Are going to have breakfast?"
"Yes, I decided to get up early today, planned to play the piano." Masami answered him, then she looked at him more carefully and saw several wounds and bruises on his arms, 'What happened did you fought with someone?"
"No, not at all." Pavel understood that it would a bad idea to hide it, so he decided to tell a little lie, "We overdid on our training tonight."
"What do you mean?" Masami looked at him with surprised eyes.
"Well, Maki just decided to show how she good in melee and I failed in some maneuver, so she got me." Pavel put his hand onto the back of his head, "And if not Oleg Semenovich's help I would have more troubles."
"I see." Masami seemed to belive in that, "So our training will be moved to another day? I guess..."
"No! If you want we can do it!" Pavel exclaimed, but then understood that he did a bad thing, "But if you want of course."
"I…" Masami looked at him with amused eyes, "No, I don't mind at all." she shook with her head.
"Do you want to have a company at breakfast?" Pavel looked aside; he didn't want her to see his face.
"I'd love to." Masami nodded.
And then both of them went out of the resting room. They way led them to somewhat of a restaraunt, where Pavel had already eaten along with Ren. The hour was early, but the place was opened, and it had pretty much people, who want to have something. Masami and Pavel stood in a queue, and started to wait.
Both of them didn't say anything to each other. Masami was worried and didn't know what to say, while Pavel felt himself awkward because of his words.
'I shouldn't say that in such way.' Pavel lectured himself, 'But still, I'm glad she wants to have practice.' Pavel looked at her with a smile, 'Interesting to see, how she will start to make friends.'
"What is it?" Masami looked at him.
"Nothing." Pavel turned away still smiling.
"Stop lying, I see you want to say something, of it's about me, just say it." Masami said him, her voice wasn't demanding, so it wasn't an order, but just some statement.
"Just thought how you start to make friends after your treatment." Masami didn't understand his answer, "I really would like to see, how you start to speak with each other, not only with me."
Masami started to become red, "I… thank you, I hope I'll be able to do that." Masami bowed her head not being able to watch at Pavel, who made her feel excited.
Their turned slowly came and finally they entered the restaurant, the place was the same, Pavel and Masami looked around and suddenly saw two their classmates, who were eating and talking to each other.
"Maki, Aki!" Pavel waved with his hand to the boy and girl, "Have a date in early in the morning?" the boy looked at the other boy with a chuckle.
After these words Aki started to cough.
"Pavel!" Maki looked at the boy with serious eyes, "Don't make my boyfriend choking!"
"Sorry, sorry." Pavel clapped him at the back, "I didn't mean anything bad."
"Be sure, I'll remind you that." Aki warned him, when he finally could breathe.
"By the way have you got a date with Masami? And what about Ren? Will she accept cheating on her?" Maki teased the Russian boy, for her boyfriend.
"What?" Pavel stumbled, "I don't cheat on anyone!" Pavel replied her after a short pause.
"Let's stop this, guys." Masami tried not to take part in their games, "Let's eat quietly."
She took a free place next to Maki, and Pavel took the one next to Aki, who only glanced with grin at him. When a waitress came, she took the new orders and went to the kitchen to give them.
"By the way, Masami, you fight really well, along with Pavel." Aki started, "Are you preparing to return back in action?"
"Maki, don't be so annoying, people wouldn't like it." Aki looked at Maki, who seemed didn't listen to him.
"Something like that." Masami replied her.
"By the way, Pavel, can I join you too!" Maki looked at Russian boy this time, "Or just to watch it?"
"Sorry but no!" Pavel replied her raising his head, "It's a special training for Masami herself, I don't want to show it to anyone else."
"Mean." Maki pouted.
"Masami." Aki turned to the girl, "How do you feel yourself in a company? I didn't want to ask it in the train, because it could be rude, but… Didn't we bother you? You didn't speak to anyone else for a long time, so I thought…" he wasn't able to finish as Masami interrupted him.
"Not at all. I really enjoyed the time I spent with you." Masami responded, "Honestly, I'm tired of being alone." she suddenly confessed with a sigh, Maki and Aki looked at her with surprised eyes.
"But isn't it you, who…" Maki suddenly exclaimed, she watched at boys with angry eyes.
"By the way, Masami will you have training with Pavel today?" Aki quickly changed the theme of the talk.
"Yes, we decided to have practice." she looked at Maki, "You should go into rage during training."
"What do you mean?" Maki looked at the girl puzzled.
"Our training." Pavel replied, "You kicked me really hard."
"Oh, yeah, sorry for that." Maki quickly understood, what Pavel wanted to hear, "But if not me, he would give problems to Aki." then she looked at the girl again, "If you want to join us in training you always can that any time."
"I'll remember it." Masami nodded.
The orders were brought, and now, Masami and Pavel started to eat, while Aki and Maki continued to eat what they had in their plates.
Asagi was jumping by the buildings of underground city, which name was Yomihara, she was in a company of Maria and Ilya, who were following her from behind.
"Do you feel it somewhere here?" Asagi asked Maria turning her head to the red haired woman.
"I can't understand where it is." Maria replied here, "The answer is strange, I can't find where it comes from."
"Captain, maybe we should check some other place?" Ilya looked at Maria, "We're walking here for fifteen minutes, and the result is the same."
"Maybe he is right?" Asagi looked at the boy who was dressed up as a girl first then at Maria.
Maria frowned, but then nodded, "Let's check that part." she pointed to her left, "Maybe there must be something."
Asagi and Ilya nodded, and followed Maria this time.
"Sensei." Ilya turned to Asagi this time, "Was it a good idea to let that baldy guy alone?"
"Kuro is a very skillful hunter, and can protect himself, at the same time, Kurenai and Ayame are here too, so we have a significant backup." The leader of Taimanin replied to the boy.
"Not speaking about other Taimanin who are there." Ilya added with a smile.
"This time we prepared perfectly even Murasaki is with us." Asagi nodded, "So this time will amuse them." Asagi smile strangely, but then looked at Maria, who suddenly stopped, "What is it did you find something?"
"Yes." Maria squeezed the hilt of her spear, "Problems."
"What do you mean?" but Maria, showed Asagi to be quite, Maria closed her eyes and replied something out loud, "We found you brother, don't hide yourself!"
'What the…? So I was right too, when I felt something strange.' Maria heard a voice in her head, 'How is it possible for us to contact so all of sudden?'
'It seems this seal improves the work of mental abilities too.' Maria heard another voice, 'It's quite difficult to hide each other.'
'So you two know where we are, don't you?' this time Maria said in her head.
Asagi wanted to disturb Maria, but Ilya pulled the hand of the Taimanin and shook with his head.
'Co powiesz na1 make a brief peace?' it was the voice of Przemislav, 'Już teraz2…' Przemislav stumbled, "Rght now we're only in searching of the seal so…'
'As if we let you to destroy it!' Maria interrupted him, squeezing the hilt of her spear more strongly, 'I know where you're so we'll get you soon.'
'If we don't get you first, sis.' Archon replied with a chuckle.
"We have problem, they know where we're." Maria said finally to her teammates.
"What do you mean?" Asagi didn't understand the words of the Russian huntress.
"My brother and Przemislav know where we are, and at the same time I know where they are." Maria explained, "It appears this seal is empowering our ability and we can even feel each other."
"What about us?" Asagi frowned not liking the words, "Do they know about us?"
"I think, no." Maria responded fast, "You don't have such power so that's why you all protected from them."
"That means we can ambush them." Ilya pondered for a second.
Asagi looked at him with interest, "You're right, we can use it in our purpose. If we hide not far from you, we'll be able to surprise them."
"Not a bad idea." Maria nodded, "I'm counting on you."
Then Maria jumped by the way she planned to go, also thinking about something personal, suddenly she heard a voice in her head.
'So, sis. Are you going to come to my place?' Archon said, 'Or you'd prefer to deal with our Polish first?'
'Why won't you come to me?' Maria smirked after a second, 'Scared of your little sister that I and Oleg can deal with you?'
'You always were a bad liar.' Archon smirked again, "As I know your boyfriend is not here at all.'
'How did you know that?' Maria frowned.
'Did you forget who we are?' Archon chuckled.
Maria suddenly turned to the left and increased her speed, 'Are you with Etienne as always?'
'Try to guess.' the brother smirked at sister's words as if he sensed something, 'And as I guess you're with some Taimanin by your side.'
'Correct.' Maria replied seriously, 'I hope you'll be surprised when you see my teammates.'
'Oh, I can't wait to see my precious little sister, maybe we'll be able to have a chat like usually?' Archon said to her laughing.
'First, I'll bring ou to justice and then you'll speak to the court in Russia.' Maria only answer him, suddenly she tightened her grip and di a wide jump, and then did a wide swing with her spear.
"Finally showed yourself." her spear were clashed the claws of her brother.
Suddenly some silhouette appeared, behind Maria and wanted to strike her, however Asagi protected her in time. Then a demon that reminded a horse appeared, but he wasn't able to get neither Maria nor Asagi, as a ray of light didn't allow him to get close to the huntresses.
"So, we have an equal fight, don't we?" Tardis asked rather himself than his comrades after snorting.
"That was close." Ilya looked at his countrywoman, "Captain, I'll slow this flying scum, while you fight these too."
"Be careful!" Maria commanded him, pushing aside her brother.
"Finally, we've met again." Mystic said to Asagi, "I was looking forward to fight with you again."
"Wants to be beaten again?" Asagi chuckled.
"Previous time, I was in a hurry, this time I can devote to fighting you." Mystic replied her peacefully.
The fight began. It was intensive, Maria was fighting her brother, while Asagi fought Mystic. Ilya, on the contrary, tried to protect his comrades, from the flying demon. Tardis tried to use his wind not only at the boy, but at Asagi and Maria too, although it was difficult for him, as he didn't want to get his comrades.
Asagi and Mystic fought like each of them wanted to deal with his opponent fast. Asagi's super speed was really incredible, but Mystic's wind abilities were amazing too. Mystic tried to dodge deadly lunges of his opponent and Asagi did the same.
Maria's fight was less energetic. Both of the mental users, tried to get each other, but each of them could avoid the grab, so neither Maria not Anatoly didn't use their mental power.
The boy in female attire, tried his best to gun down the Pegasus, but the demon was fast. The demon didn't want to fight with him as his primal task was in helping his comrades.
"Mystic, aside!" Tardis exclaimed, Mystic pushed Asagi away and did what was told.
Several wind blades were sent at Asagi, but she could avoid them all. Then she continued fighting with Mystic.
"It seems you had some practice." Asagi praised Mystic, "You're less careless this time."
"Told you, I was in a hurry." Mystic replied.
"By the way, where is your comrade?" Asagi asked the man in the cloak and the hood, "I thought he would like to oppose us."
"Walter isn't far." Mystic replied, "I belive he will join us soon."
"By the way, sis, when I see nephews or nieces?" Archon chuckled again, "I hope you'll call em to watch them."
"Damn bastard." Maria gritted through her teeth, and did a strong lunge, which Archon could repel.
"What a language." Archon smirked and tried to attack her again.
"Second squad, we need you!" Ilya said in his communicator, "We encountered the high ranks of the enemy."
Ilya had his one hand on his ear and with the other one he shoot at the Pegasus, who only was flying around and was playing with him.
"Mystic!" Tardis exclaimed, "Continue according with the plan?"
Mystic replied nothing as Asagi continued to attack him, when suddenly she heard a voice in her communicator.
"Asagi, we're attacked too!" it was Yatsu Kuro's voice, "A man in silver armor."
"Just as planned." Mystic replied.
"Shit." Asagi spitted, as she parried the lunge of her enemy, "Don't do anything reckless, I'm on my way to you! Kuro change me to help my partners!"
"No need." Mystic replied quite loudly that Kuro could hear his voice, "If you go to help your friends, I'll go further looking for the seal. So the fight will be fair."
"As if I belive you." Asagi looked at the mysterious man.
"I never lie." the man replied her preparing to defend himself, but Asagi closed her eyes and disappeared in next moment, "Good you did so." Mystic nodded and looked at Maria, when suddenly all of them heard a strange sound. Mystic quickly jumped away, as a beam hot the place where he was standing a while ago, "Your reinforcement came quickly." Mystic frowned and saw a person in metal armor with a riffle gun in his hands. "Long time no see, Hush."
Kuro along with Ayame and Kurenai were fighting the man in the silver armor. However, Walter was only playing with them, while three Taimanin tried to find a good opportunity to make a deadly strike to their opponent. The blind Taimanin was attacked the lord along with Kurenai, while Ayame was protecting them with her pistols.
'So, this is the man Captain told me about.' Kuro thought trying to get the man at his leg with his short blade.
"How pathetic." Walter smirked, "Is it everything what you can do? I thought all Taimanin should be as strong as Igawa herself."
"Do you want to see our power?" Kurenai looked at him with cunning eyes, "Let's give him what he wants."
Kurenai did a jump and sent several wind blades at Walter, while Ayame sent several wind bullets at the man. Walter could dodge them all one after another, then he suddenly saw, how Kuro and the half vampire were about to attack him from both sides.
"It seems you became a little serious." Walter looked at both sides, but then did a jump and sent his bone swords at the Taimanin, which were repelled next moment.
"Now!" Kurenai exclaimed, and dashed to him again at full speed.
Kuro quickly followed her, while Ayame jumped and did several shots with strong wind puffs. Suddenly two big bone arms were released out of his back. He dodged the puffs and blocked the swords which were about to kill him.
"Now let me show, how I fight when I'm serious." Walter looked at Kurenai.
With a massive hand, he grabbed the woman and threw her at Ayame, who tried to capture her teammate. Kuro tried to dodge, but the demon lord quickly appeared behind him and hit the blind Taimanin at his back.
"Told you, you're slow." Walter chuckled.
'How the hell he can be that strong?' Kuro thought as he tried to get up, but could as the leg of them demon lord pressed against the chest of the Taimanin.
"Where is your precious Igawa?" Walter smirked, "With her by your side you would do something against me. Of course, not much, but still could entertain, especially in the company of that beautiful half-blooded one." Kurenai looked at him with serious eyes, "Don't think I've forgotten you."
"Nice to hear that some bastard lord remember me." Kurenai replied him with a chuckle.
"Bastard lord?" Walter looked at her with a strange glance, "Sharp tongue for such a gracious woman." Walter did a step, but then quickly stepped aside as something pierced the ground, where he was standing.
"Nice to see you again Kurenai." the half vampire hear a familiar voice.
"Ezekiel!" Kurenai was glad that they head an additional help.
The vampire quickly appeared next to Walter, grabbed his trident and did a large swing making Walter to leave on a distance from him.
"Another bothersome insect." Walter smirked.
"This time I won't let you go." the red eyed vampire squeezed the hilt of his sword tighter, he was about to attack the impudent demon lord, when Kurenai suddenly stopped him.
"You shouldn't do that alone." Kurenai said to him, "We'll help you."
"I hope you'll tell how you became friends with a demon." Kuro used this period of time to gather his powers.
"Captain knows about this." Kurenai added after a pause, but then they were surprised more as something strong hit the place where Walter was standing.
A big dust cloud raised and covered everything in front of them. When the dust started to vanish they saw two persons in front of them. One was Igawa Asagi and the other one was commander of 'Red Division, who then quickly jumped aside to the main group.
"Wow, the group is growing up really fast." Ayame was shocked of sudden help "With this number I don't think it'll be a big problem."
"You again, Igawa." Commander looked at Asagi disdainfully.
"I'm not glad seeing you too." Asagi replied him, "With the same tone he was saying.
"My, my." Walter clapped with his hand, "What a big bunch has gathered against just one demon."
"Knowing what you can do this will be enough." Ezekiel replied him preparing for an attack.
"Do you want to check it so badly?" Walter looked at the demon with examining glance.
Suddenly Walter flinched, but he could return his temper and dodge the strikes of Asagi and Commander.
'It seems the seal has calmed again.' Walter thought, 'Celine! Report!'
'Seal... Disappeared…' the voice was heard in his mind, 'Don't know why… but I continue watching…'
"It appears I have no intention, to stay with you here." Walter suddenly said to the bunch.
"What?!" Kurenai was surprised of his words.
"Did they break the seal?" Kuro was astonished too.
"No, the problem is that its presence disappeared again." Walter explained, 'So we can escape and gather our powers in order to prepare for the next encounter."
"As if we let you escape!" Ezekiel stretched his hand out a strange sign was painted on the glove of his palm.
"Maybe on Black it would work, but not on me." Walter appeared in front of the vampire and kicked him at his stomach.
'Has he become faster than the last time?' the man with the eye patch was shocked of such speed.
Then Walter appeared next to Asagi, but Kuro was in time to stand between them. Walter used his bone hand to strike the blind hunter and with the other one he defended himself from the scythe of the one eyed mercenary.
"I'm sorry, but I must retreat, my allies have already gone, so I don't think it's a good thing to stay here any longer." Walter looked around.
"Damn scum, you're dead!" Walter heard Ezekiel's voice behind him, but next moment, the lord appeared behind the demon.
"Let's finish at least you." Some energy appeared in his hand, which he was about to release, but Asagi and Kurenai along with Ayame could make Walter to stop gathering his energy, 'I can use my second form, right now.' Walter pondered 'It's not the time.'
He jumped aside and stood straight in the air.
"It was really fun to play with you, but for now I'll take depart." Walter bowed to the hunters and Taimanin, "The seal wasn't found, so I hope I'll be able to play with you next time. By the way, Igawa, be a little faster next time, I know you can be more powerful." saying that the vampire lord covered himself with his cloak and disappeared.
"He's gone again." Asagi wasn't glad with the result of their fight, then she quickly put her hand onto her ear, "Maria, your situation!"
"The enemy has escaped." Maria replied with irritated voice, "A strange person in white armor took them."
"I see." Asagi sighed, "Stay on your position we'll come to you soon." then she looked at the vampire and then at Commander, "Don't know about you." Asagi said watching at the member of 'Red Division', "But what binds you with that person?" Asagi watched at Ezekiel this time.
"Some personal relations." Ezekiel replied taking his trident.
"What do you know about a person in white armor?" Asagi came closer to him still holding her katana, as if she didn't want the vampire to let go, Kuro and Ayame did the same, even Commander nodded to Asagi and prepared to fight the demon, "What relation does that Walter and that armored person have?"
"Is this guy Celine? The third Demon Lord of the second line?" Commander asked the man as if he knew the answer and he asked him only to confirm it.
"What?" all Taimanin looked at the man with an eye patch.
"So you know even that." Ezekiel chuckled, "You work really fast. Can I know where did you know that?"
"That's none of your business." the man replied.
"What do you mean; she is the third Demon Lord of the second line?" Asagi looked at Commander with questioning eyes.
"Well, did you hear the legend about the ten demon lords?" the man asked the woman, she only nodded, "Wow, didn't know you Taimanin are that smart." Commander seemed more surprised rather than caustic, "These demon lords according these legends were a real pain in the ass."
"It's easy to say." Ezekiel answered him, "The problems they caused could destroy your world before you all appeared."
"What do you want to say?" Kurenai became serious too.
"Everything I know is that the history of demons is full of lies and blind spots." the vampire answered her, "For example one of them is that all demons appeared out of the Mother Ocean."
"What?!" all Taimanin and hunter exclaimed.
"I don't the whole picture, but your abilities, we and everything were born because of that ocean." Ezekiel continued, "The only who know about our true origins are Walter and Celine, they're the last relics of that times, but still…" he stumbled, "No, I even doubt that demons like Black and Astaroth know anything about it."
"Even they can know nothing about it?" Kuro was shocked of heard information.
"As I've said, I don't know. Maybe they know, maybe not." Ezekiel replied, "The only thing that bothers me is to kill that arrogant bag of dicks."
"And how will you do it if we could take him down in such number?" Kurenai asked Ezekiel with serious voice, "We must have a good strategy fighting him, stupid attack will do nothing."
"I'll take in that in mind." the vampire nodded, "By the way, the offer is still in power." Ezekiel winked her.
"What offer?" Asagi asked him, but the vampire suddenly disappeared, "Damn demon, went still not answering the questions." she wasn't glad that their ally gone in such rude manner.
"Well, I must go too." Commander said, "The work doesn't wait and spending time in the circle of Taimanin is the last thing I'd like to do." however he suddenly stood as he felt a cold blade of her katana, which pressed against his neck, "I don't think it's a good way of talking to someone who helped to get your asses out of danger, especially several times."
"I appreciate this." Asagi was as serious as she only could, "But I want to know, why are you opposing 'The Third Law'? And how do you know when we start acting?!" Asagi raised her voice, "I don't think you came to Sapporo just because of some coincidence."
"Captain!" Kuro tried to hold Asagi from stupid acts, but he wasn't able to continue as Commander took the floor.
"Everything you should know is that we're allies for now. If you worry about us striking you, I'll let you know when our partnership is done." Commander removed her katana with his scythe and jumped from one to another building.
"Captain, I don't think it was a good move from your side." Kuro turned to Asagi, "If not their help in grave situations we would be done already." Asagi returned her katana into the sheath and turned to the blind man.
"The thing I hate about the current situation is that we know nothing neither about the enemy nor about these seals and we know nothing about why the division helps us. And now another companion has showed." Asagi remembered Ezekiel.
"Yes, it's really tiring." Kuro nodded, "But we shouldn't become upset or irritated because of that. The enemy wants exactly that."
"I agree with Kuro." Ayame nodded, "We're to continue fighting and then we should know at least something about everything what is around us."
"Fine." Asagi sighed, "Let's go to our Maria and Ilya, I hope they don't have such problems as we have."
The team quickly followed the leader.
'I must ask Pavel to tell me these legends. Maybe at least something will become clear after that.'
Ren took a deep breath and jumped into the swimming pool. She started to swim energetically from one side of it to another. She had her swimsuit on along with goggles. She was swimming like a professional she did only smooth movements, what was strange according her method of fighting. Suddenly she stopped in the middle of the pool, where was a deep place and she had to still move with her legs and arms.
'How did I do that?' Ren pondered watching at the water, she lied on her back, and continued thinking, 'Everything happened so quickly, I even wasn't able to overthink everything.' she stretched her arm out, but nothing happened, "Why I can't use it now?" Ren was shocked, she concentrated, but still nothing happened, she returned to the place where her legs could reach bottom, and stretched her arm again, but this time, she only saw how water around her, started to move, "So this is everything I can do now?" Ren was puzzled.
From one side she was glad that she could use powers now, but at the same time, she was disappointed she couldn't use them as she did it during their fight with dead duo.
She heard steps behind her and saw Pavel, who was in a swimsuit too. She looked at him with a surprised glance. She knew he was an athletic type as all other hunters, but seeing him alone in a male swimming trunks was a little new for her.
"Hi, Ren, how are you after that fight?" Pavel asked her, "Nothing bothers you?"
"No." Ren shook with her head, "Everything is fine. By the way, it's a rare seeing you swimming just for yourself."
"Well, just decided to have some activity, after all there's no our kendo club. So I thought it'd be a good idea." Pavel replied her with a smile.
"And what about Aki? You could train with him." Ren bowed her head.
"Do you think Maki will let him go?" Pavel answered her with a chuckle.
"Your truth." Ren smiled too.
With that Pavel quickly jumped into the swimming pool making a splash after him.
"Phew, it so good to have an opportunity to swim just for yourself, but not being under watchful eye of Yatsu-sensei." Pavel combed his hear back.
"I understand what you mean." Ren understood what the boy meant.
"You seem upset has something happened?" Pavel looked at Ren, who seemed a little puzzled than ever.
"Nothing to worry about." Ren replied him trying to return her casual view.
"Liar." Pavel looked at her straight making her blush a little, "You always seem thoughtful when you're upset."
"How did you come to this conclusion?" Ren looked at him.
"Do you really I notice nothing for these months here?" Pavel chuckled, but the added a little more seriously, "Come on, I'll listen you out."
Ren sighed, "The problem is in my power."
"What's with that?" Pavel looked at her with wondered eyes.
She closed her eyes, and the water around her started to move a little, changing its steam from one direction to another.
"It's the only thing I can do now." Ren explained him, "I can't even use water for attacks, as I did in the battle."
"That's a problem." Pavel thought, "Being in a battle and in peaceful state are entirely different things. Can you remember what you've felt during the fight?"
"Well…" Ren pondered about it, "When the zombie grabbed you, I felt something strange, and then everything as just like on emotions." Ren tried to explain.
"Wait do you mean you worried about me?" Pavel was astonished.
"Of course, I did!" Ren shouted at him, "We are friends after all, and why shouldn't I be worried about?"
"Wait, I didn't mean anything bad." Pavel tried to explain his words, "Well, I just wanted to say that…" the boy stumbled, "Well don't take in mind."
"No, if you started to say then finish!" Ren demanded.
"What?" Pavel looked at her with worried eyes, 'What's got into her all of a sudden?'
"What did you mean?"
"I just thought, you still don't like in some ways." Pavel tried to find more correct words in order not to injure Ren.
"How stupid." Ren looked at him still not understanding him completely, "If I didn't like you in the beginning, it doesn't mean I haven't changed my mind about you for this time." this time Pavel was surprised, "Of course, I can seem ridiculous sometimes, but still you're a good person, who tries to do everything for other people, and that what I like in you."
"Well… thanks for that…" Pavel blushed, he wasn't ready for such praising.
"You even decided to help Masami and didn't give up on her as we did." Ren lowered her head, "What we shouldn't do."
"It wasn't your fault!" Pavel tried not giving Ren an opportunity to become more upset, "Of course, you couldn't help her, but there's also her fault. She should let you give a helping hand, but not going deeper into her shell." Ren smiled at these words.
"Don't want to have a friendly contest?" Ren asked the boy, the looser will make one wish of the winner."
"I don't mind." Pavel chuckled.
"We'll ten swimming in from one side of the pool to another." Ren explained the rules.
"But we don't have a referee." Pavel suddenly understood, they had a lack in the third person.
"Don't worry we won't need him, I can see what happens around, my judging will be fair." Ren put her goggles on and headed to the farthest part of the swimming pool, and Pavel followed her.
Pavel and Ren took a needed position and with a nod started to swim. Both of them had good skills and both tried their best. They were fast and tried to do less extra moves. Pavel hadn't got goggles, but it wasn't a problem for him. His eyes looked at Ren from time to time.
After a while Pavel saw, how Ren was in leading position and in the end she won against him.
"You're awesome." Pavel was restoring his breath, "I think you should be the captain of your club."
"Thanks, but I'm concentrating on the other thing right now." Ren replied him.
"Well, I've lost." Pavel put on a semblance he was upset, "I'm at your service."
Ren suddenly looked at him, with cunning eyes.
"Close your eyes for minute."
"What? Why?" Pavel didn't know what his classmate wanted.
"It's my order to you." Ren said as if she ordered him, but still with a slight chuckle.
Pavel smiled her too, and did what was told, and in a second he felt how something touched his cheek, something warm a little wet, but pleasant. He opened his eyes and saw how Ren was standing next to him.
"It's my gratitude for everything you've done to us." Ren said to him, "Especially, when Igawa-sensei allowed me to go on a mission of protecting the minister, and especially for saving me during our first meeting, if not you I would be already done for."
"I've just did what I really had to." Pavel replied looking at her, "And as I told, it's not my fault that she doesn't see your potential."
"Thank you again." Ren replied him and swam to the board of the swimming pool, "I hope you'll continue to do everything in your manner." Ren smiled him warmly for the first time.
Such thing made Pavel be charmed of the tanned girl, he waved her with his hand. And when she disappeared he started to splash at his face with the water.
"She is so adorable." Pavel mumbled and continued to do the same, as he was worried it was just a dream and didn't want to wake up.
"Well, are you two ready?" Haze asked Doppel and Yukikaze, who were doing last preparations, "We're to move now, if you want to start looking for Shiranui."
"How do you think will we be able to find her there?" Splash suddenly asked Doppel.
"Don't know about you, but I and Drunkard did lots of dangerous missions, and all of them are successful." Haze replied him, "So guess will we find her?" she did an emphasis on the word 'we'.
"Well we are ready." Doppel said, as Drunkard let them out of the hall, both Yukikaze and Doppel were in chains, the only thing that was different was Doppel, who had brownish hair now, which were unfastened.
"I'm still not sure it's a good idea." Tatsurou said seeing his girlfriend in such position.
"I told you will do everything for saving mom! Even if I should become slave it won't stop me." Yukikaze stated.
"I've worked over seals, they will block their powers, but I hope they won't change anything so you'll be able to break them easily." the man in the service cap, looked at Splash.
"Good to have the one who knows how these damn seal work." Splash chuckled, "By the way, when you are going to arrive? Haze won't check everything alone."
"I'll come tomorrow." Drunkard answered him, "It'll be strange for both of us to show there in one time." he looked at Haze then.
"Give him your credit cards." Haze said to Splash and Doppel.
"And why the hell I should that?" Splash looked at Haze, who was putting on her cloak with a hood.
"The night there is too expansive so he is to make it there for several nights." the woman replied him.
"Depending what slut he will order." Splash only retorted, but still threw a plastic card to the man.
"Thanks, I'll devote the most beautiful chick for you." Drunkard smirked, "I hope you remember we're to make a pageant if we meet each other."
"I remember, Serbian dumb ass." Haze wasn't glad that the man reminded her plan.
"Well, are you ready for depart?" Drunkard looked at the two main future slaves, "There I will be no turning back from this second, has everyone decided to go in to the maw of a fucking lion?"
"Yes." Doppel and Yukikaze answered him.
"Me too." Splash raised his hand.
"Well then let's go." Haze took the chains and wanted to go, but Splash stopped her.
"Doppel, open your mouth." the man said.
When the woman opened it the man turned into water and sneaked into her throat. The woman fall onto the floor and then started coughing.
"What it?" Tatsurou was worried for the woman even Yukikaze wanted to know the answer for this question.
"Yeah, fine." she tried to restore her breath, "Just didn't practice that for a long time, so I got out of a habit of the feeling." she wanted to vomit, but could hold everything in herself.
When the woman could restore her state she got up and nodded. Haze shut their mouths with gags in order to look everything truthfully.
"We're leaving." Haze waved to Drunkard and Tatsurou.
"Yeah, just go already." Drunkard replied her with a smirk.
"See you soon, Yukikaze." Tatsurou waved to Yukikaze, and the girl nodded to him too. Then the trio left the building and headed by the streets of Yomihara to the center of the town.
"Hey kid, how was it, by the way?" Drunkard asked the boy when the team was far from them.
"What was?" Tatsurou didn't get the words.
"I mean was she good in bed or not?" the man chuckled.
"What?!" Tatsurou became red as tomato, "What are you saying?!"
"Just a simple question." the man shrugged with his shoulders, "For example, I usually do it with Haze."
"Why such talk all of sudden?!" Tatsurou still was shocked of the talk.
"Just decided to discuss male things, nothing more." Drunkard shrugged with his shoulders, "So? Did you like it?"
"Well… I… yes." he said not knowing which words would be right.
"Did she suck it?" the man still had a smirk on his face.
"Please let's stop discussing it!" Tatsurou begged him rather than asked.
Drunkard narrowed his eyes when he turned his head, "Isn't it Maria?" he suddenly hid under the visor of the building, he dragged Tatsurou too.
"What the…?" Tatsurou wasn't ready for that.
'Yes, it's defiantly them.' Drunkard thought, 'Even Asagi is with them.'
"Igawa-sensei?" Tatsurou thought, "And the others?"
"Aren't they here because of you too?" Drunkard looked out in order to check everything was fine and they weren't detected, "It seems we're not found. I hope these two dumbasses left trials."
But after some time they saw Commander and Hush along with Avalanche.
"Even you two are here." Commander was wondered a little when saw Drunkard along with younger Akiyama.
"Are these Taimanin after you?" Drunkard asked the man with one closed eye.
"No, they're after 'The Third Law'." the man replied, "And what about you where are the rest?"
"On the way to 'Under Eden'."
"I see." Commander nodded, "I hope Asagi's hounds won't detect them."
"Why that rude?" Tatsurou didn't like the comparison.
"Because I don't like them." Cyclopes answered, "You two are an exception."
"Is because of the seal?" Drunkard asked again.
"Yes, but the source of energy disappeared." Commander replied.
"Even demons started to act like usual." Avalanche added, "We're still to patrol the place in order to prevent their attempts to break it."
"Is the slimy bastard here?" Commander asked again.
"No, he wasn't here at all." Drunkard replied taking out his flask, "Want some?"
"Won't reject." the man took it and did two sips.
Avalanche took it too and did three sips.
"Never understood, how you can drink that plum thing." Avalanche even spitted after drinking.
"None your business." Drunkard wiped the neck and did several sips too.
Haze along with Yukikaze, Doppel and Splash, inside the woman, were walking by the streets full of demons and some other humans. Haze didn't like that several persons were watching at them, but still she didn't expose her emotions. However Yukikaze looked at them with anger in her eyes, while Doppel seemed exhausted.
'What a trash.' Yukikaze glared at them with anger, 'I don't belive mom could be defeated in such place.'
Haze pulled the chain and Yukikaze barely fall onto the ground, but still could stand. Yukikaze looked at the woman, with puzzlement, but saw no reaction. Haze increased her pace, and the other two female did the same.
'Mom, just wait! I'm coming.' Yukikaze thought, seeing a pretty magnificent building in front of her.
The building reminded an enormous mansion, it was black and red light was inside it. Yukikaze frowned and Doppel filched of the sight of this place. Doppel touched Yukikaze with her shoulder and nodded to the girl in order to comfort her a little before the main part of their plan. Haze headed to the entrance where three massive orks were.
"Who the hell are ya? What d'ya need?" one of them asked Doppel with a provocative voice.
"I've brought some presents to your boss." the woman in the cloak and the hood replied to the forcing Yukikaze and Doppel to come closer.
"Eh, gift to our place?" another ork with grey skin looked at them, but then surprised a lot, "Wait, isn't it a flat chested Taimanin Yukikaze?" he pointed at the girl with two pig tails.
"Precisely, and it was a real pain in the ass to get her." Haze replied him as angrily as the first demon did, "So how do you think, will your boss be glad if he loses such opportunity to have this bitch?" Yukikaze looked at the woman displeased, "So, may I enter it?"
"Well, yeah." the second ork answered, "But wait in the hall, I'm to call the boss."
Haze nodded and entered the building, after the ork and started to wait. She was examining the insides of the mansion, she saw several women in the lobby. All of them were wearing swimsuits or other erotic stuff, like dresses and skirts. There were a lot of demons and some humans, most of them were in official suit, while the smallest part was in the hunters' uniform.
'Always hated such places.' Haze thought after a flinch.
"Hey honey." Haze heard a voice, "Are you hear to have some good time?" it was a worker of the place.
It was a woman with wonderful dancing attire, her loincloth perfectly closed the space between her legs and inner part of them.
"I know a lot of ways to do that."
"Not interested." Haze only looked at her.
"Wow, you're a woman?" the dancer was surprised.
"If you won't get the hell out of here, your pretty face will meet the nearest wall." Haze warned the woman, with a scaring voice.
The dancer flinched and listened to the mercenary. Yukikaze didn't wait to see such side of Haze, but still exhaled that she wasn't as Drunkard.
'At least, with her by our side I feel myself a little calmer.' Yukikaze thought.
After some minutes which seemed like a half of an hour, they saw the same ork in a company of a chubby gray haired man in a red and yellow tunic, white shirt and red pants. The man had a caustic smile on his face as if he wanted to know everything personally.
"Here are they." the demon pointed at Haze, Yukikaze and Doppel, "This person brought the flat chested Taimanin herself."
The man came to Haze and focused his eyes not at the mercenary, but at the lighting Taimanin, who were in chains.
"So, we finally got you." The man chuckled squeezing the cheeks of the girl, who was staring at the man, with anger, "I hope you'll be as obedient as your mother." he added and made Yukikaze to become angrier, she wanted to attack the man, but Haze could took her up sharply with a o ne move.
"So you're the one, whom I should thank?" he looked at Haze, "But as I remember, you're not one of our people, so could you name yourself?"
"I could." Haze answered him, "But no in the present of demonic trash."
"What did you say?" the demon roared, but the man showed the demon to stop.
"How can I belive to you?" the man put crossed his arms on his belly rather on his chest, "Maybe you're just some spy?"
"If you don't want I'll find another place, where these two sluts will be sold." Haze wanted to turn, but the man quickly stopped her.
"No need to be so harsh." he said her much gentler, "I must make sure you won't give us troubles in the future."
"While I'm paid I won't do anything bad." Haze looked at him.
"So, you're here to join us?" the man was a little puzzled.
"Bring me to some place and we'll talk." Haze gave an ultimatum to the man, "Or I'm leaving."
"Fine." the man that had an ugly face said, and turned around to the ladder, "Follow me, you've intrigued me."
Haze nodded and then followed the man making Yukikaze and Doppel follow her.
After some period of time they reached the third floor and then entered in a room that was a spacious office. There were four sofas and a desk with a chair, the man decided to take place at the sofa, and Haze sat opposite him, in order to make eye contact with him. She let Yukikaze and Doppel to stay not far from her.
"Well, I hope now you'll talk." the man said laying his hands onto the back of the sofa, "First of all allow me to introduce myself, I'm Real."
"I know who you are." Haze said, "I'm Haze." she introduced herself removing the hood.
"Well, Haze, nice to meet you." Real nodded examining the woman, "Can I know, how could you catch this Taimanin?" he pointed at the tanned girl, "As for us, we couldn't do that, because she was in a team of some hunters."
"I have my own working secret." Haze replied, "And my own ways of getting information, I was told to bring you these two whores, and get payment in exchange."
"Payment?" Real narrowed his eyes, "Are you working for someone?"
"Yes, and the ones I'm working for wants to make business with you." Haze said to him, "And these two are also can be some sort of a present, but still for payment."
"I see." Real nodded again, "And can I know who wants to make business with me?"
"Not with you." Haze replied him, "But with the guy who stands behind you."
"What do you mean?" Real frowned.
"I mean the Incubus King." the woman said again,
"You even know this." Real chuckled, "Your superiors know a lot about us."
"Kinda." Haze nodded this time, "And that's why I was sent here. My aim is to watch around and make a conclusion, will you be good enough for my bosses or not."
"Don't you think to say such words about Incubus King a little rude? For that he can shorten your tongue." Haze unbuttoned her cloak and show letter 'R' under it.
"Does it tell you something about?" she showed it to the man.
"Wow, 'Red Division', I'm astonished, I must admit." Real seemed amazed, "So you're not from some middling gang."
"And if you've heard about us that means, you should understand that we're working only on high paid contracts." Haze replied him.
"Now I understand, I'm having business with serious guys." Real liked the news that it wasn't just an ordinary mercenary in front of him.
"So, what's your decision?" Haze asked the man, "I've heard you could capture Mizuki Shiranui so we'll both win if we start to help each other."
"You know even that." Real smirked watching at Yukikaze, whose eyes were exposing pure hatred now, "Yes, we did and now she is a loyal salve of ours."
Yukikaze rushed at Real, but she was stopped by Haze, who appeared in front of her, and kicked her straight at her stomach. The poor girl fell onto the floor and started shuddering from such strong hit.
"Know your place damn bitch." Haze ordered to Yukikaze putting her foot onto the girls head.
Doppel only watched at the helpless girl doing nothing.
"And can I know who that is?" Real looked at the second female in chains.
"Just some Taimanin slut who appeared on our way." Haze explained humiliating over Yukikaze, "So, have made a deal'
"Well, your bosses told you're on a short period of time here?" Real looked at her again, the woman nodded, "Why won't see everything with your eyes and get used to us? If you want you can speak with my master too."
"I'll think about it." Haze answered retuning to the sofa, "First I'd like to know the place and the personal we'll work with, and of course, to get money for these two."
"Don't worry, you'll get them tomorrow if you want them so badly and as for the place to stay, you can use our apartments." Real offered her an idea where to stay, "If you want the servants can please you or do whatever you want."
"I'll think about it." Haze nodded.
"Now if you forgive me, I'll deliver this two future whores to some other place, if you want you can choose a room for yourself for this time." the chubby man gave an idea to Haze.
"Okay, how can I call you if I need you?" Haze looked at him with serious face.
"Just find some slave and tell her, they know where I am." Real got up and took the chains of two huntresses.
"I'll keep it in mind." Haze nodded, and then left the office before Real, 'Now, the second phase.' she thought then.
