Chapter 5
Shiranui, Oleg, Sakura, Cyclopes and Drunkard quickly found some restarunt. There they also were able to have a special room where they could be isolated form the main hall with tables. The team quickly ordered some food to eat and started to discuss what they found.
"If the one who attacked all Taimanin were these wasps, who is after them?" Sakura asked he colleague from Russia.
"On my memory, only demons can control them." Commander pondered, "I don't know humans or Taimanin who could take them under their control."
"If only he hasn't got a power to control animals." Shiranui looked at the man with one eye, her eyes were directed at his eye patch.
"But Kuro said there was the power of sound." Oleg looked at the women with the ribbon.
"Probably they work in a group." Drunkard stated, "The one who controls them doesn't show himself, while the one with power of sound is a main attacker." his voice became not serious, but still it was tensed.
"It sounds fine, but…" Sakura stumbled.
"What is it?" Oleg looked at her.
"I don't remember anyone with such powers in lines of these guys." Sakura announced her thought.
"There was the one who could control animals." Commander understood her thought, "But he is done."
"That operation was really a mess." Drunkard smirked as if he understood the words of hi leaded "I thought I'd die there." then he looked at Sakura, "What about NOMAD? How do you think could they get the data on retired Taimanin?"
"I don't know." Sakura shook with her head, she felt herself uncomfortable in the squad, because she knew the potential of Commander and Shiranui, and she also heard how Shiranui told about Drunkard some detached details, 'Maybe they should take Mu-chan?' she thought then.
Oleg looked at Sakura, he noticed that she was acting strange.
"Well, in any case we must get information on that." Oleg coughed at his fist, attracting his attention, "If you want I can give you a plan, how we can attract the attention of them." everyone was intrigued and started to listen, "I and Sakura will play the role of bait for them, while you three will protect our hides."
"Not a bad idea." Shiranui liked the plan, "I think the five of us will be able to deal with them."
"So, we lose mental powers and…" Drunkard looked at the orange haired woman, "As I remember younger Igawa was good with shadows, am I right?" he looked at Shiranui, who only nodded, "I have a better idea." Drunkard chuckled, "You'll bind us with you mental ability." he looked at Oleg, "I think thirty minutes will be good. You two will play the baits." he turned to Shiranui and Commander, "And you will hide in someone's shadow, tangerine." he looked at Sakura then.
"Don't call me that!" Sakura didn't like the nickname, however Shiranui and Oleg chuckled at the reaction.
"So, what do you think?" Drunkard looked at Shiranui and Commander, "You're leaders after all."
"I don't think I'll be able to create a lot of bonds." Oleg replied, "I think I'll be able to make three of them for five people.
"I guess it'll be enough." Yukikaze's mothers replied, "Ad the roles re pretty well grouped, I'll be able to protect us with my water power."
"The same with my wind power." Commander nodded, "Younger Igawa will protect us with in closeness."
"Call me Sakura." Sakura didn't like such formal name, Commander only nodded.
"Then only the two of us will be on distance." Leg pondered, "Not bad at all, and with this mind channel, we can be on roof tops not far from you."
"It'll be the first time when we fight together." Drunkard chuckled and took out his flask, "Let's drink for that then."
Commander rolled his eyes, while Shiranui only giggled.
"You guys are funny." the water Taimanin looked at the men from 'Red Division', "It'll be really interesting to work with you."
"Didn't think I'd work with Yasuhiro's wife." Commander smirked, but saw upset expression on Shiranui face, "By the way, how is Tatsurou and Yukikaze? Were they glad to the reunion?"
Then she cheered up, "Good, they've became really strong. And working with you was a great opportunity for them."
"Nice to hear we could inspire them in further training." Commander looked at his comrade, "But he was with them, so all questions to Drunkard."
Suddenly the food they ordered started to be brought by two waiters, and when everything was laid onto the table they continued talking.
"How did you meet them by the way." Oleg asked Drunkard, who ordered noodles with some meat.
"Well, I gave them some practice." Drunkard chuckled, "Just put on a semblance I was their enemy and then you appeared."
"I remember that." Shiranui nodded, "Sorry for giving you troubles."
"Don't mention it." Drunkard answered, "After all it's important that you are with them again."
"Didn't know you can be so kind." Commander looked the man with an opened eye.
"Maybe, I'm a bastard, but still I have good characters." Drunkard replied not watching at his leader.
"Any news from our friends?" Oleg put some of his porridge into his mouth.
"No, these scums sat tightly in their nest." Cyclopes shook with his head taking a sip of his coffee, "I had a question anyway, what was that creature you were fighting." he looked at Sakura, "What was that golem anyway?"
"He appeared out of a boy." Sakura explained, "The boy wasn't too strong, though he was a good in protection of his allies."
"As I remember that one was a first demon lord of the second line." Commander pondered.
"Yes." Sakura snapped with her fingers, "He was a really tough one."
"Well." Commander frowned, "We have the second line in full number. It'll give us a lot of troubles."
Everyone stopped talking for a little moment, so Oleg decided to take out the phone.
"What do you want?" Shiranui looked at him.
"I'm thinking to inform Asagi about our results." Oleg stated, "I think it'll be right thing to do that."
"Probably we must do it after a night sortie?" Sakura asked the man, "And we'll tell her who that is."
"Good idea." Drunkard nodded, "Right now we have nothing but the wasps, but if we capture the big guy, you'll be able to deliver him to Asagi as well."
"On your place I'd inform my superiors." Commander disagreed with his comrade, "However it's up to you to make the final decision." he looked at Shiranui then.
"I'll agree with you." Her eyes stopped on Drunkard, "At least we'll be able to know who is after these attacks."
'Then I'll do so." Oleg nodded and put his phone back into his jacket.
Ren was swimming in the swimming pool of the academy, in her swim suit, which was similar to her uniform, but still was a little not that revealing. Pavel also was in the swimming pool in his swim trunks and was doing the same. Pavel was lying on his back in the water, while Ren was trying to focus on something.
"Maybe you must focus not turning water into something, but on controlling it?" Pavel suddenly asked her.
"What do you mean?" Ren asked him.
"Well, I don't know will it be right or not, but probably you should make some waves or something like that?"
Ren pondered, 'Maybe he is right. Focusing on creating weapons is really a difficult thing, to understand the water is more important for now."
Ren closed her eyes, trying to feel the water she was in, while Pavel tried to listen to the water attitude too.
'It seems something is happening.' Pavel felt something like a weak stream, but it was so weak that couldn't even move him, he opened his eyes and saw how small waves were coming from Ren, "Wow, you're creating stream!" Pavel exclaimed.
Ren opened her eyes and saw how small waves were coming from her.
"Really." Ren was puzzled and glad at the same time, "Maybe I'll be able to increase their strength." she closed her eyes again continued.
Ren tried her best, but the power of the waves was the same. Pavel was looking on Ren, but didn't want o disturb her as he didn't know what she must do right now and his help concluded in encouraging and giving some simple ideas.
Both of them decided to make a break and sat onto the ridge of the swimming pool.
"Not much, I could do." Ren sighed.
"Don't be upset." Pavel tried to cheer her up, "I don't know how the training must be done, but as for me even making stream is really a good thing in addition to your water bullets. I think it's progress."
"Little progress." Ren was watching at her reflection in the water.
"How Maria Sergeievna says, even a little progress is significant. No one can make everything in one day, but constant practice will give fruit."
Ren smiled, "Good thing you went with me." Ren's voice was soft.
Pavel felt that right now it was another Ren, not the one he used to see.
"Well, if you want I can try to do something. But I think you won't like it." Pavel mumbled the second part.
"What?" Ren looked at him with wondered eyes and then exclaimed as Pavel took grabbed her into the swimming pool, "Are you nuts?!" Ren looked at him with angry eyes.
"Now it's Ren I used to see." Pavel laughed, "That upset expression doesn't suit you at all."
"You're an idiot!" Ren wiped water out of her eyes.
"Catch me." Pavel started to swim away from Ren.
Ren quickly started to swim after the boy. Pavel admitted that Ren was an excellent swimmer and her club activities only were improving her. The boy wasn't bad too, however he had lack in skills and was losing his powers fast. Suddenly he felt something strange, likewise his swimming became difficult.
"What?!" Pavel was puzzled, and saw how stream was changed, now the waves were coming to him, but not from him.
"Got you!" Ren was next to the boy.
"Wow, you could make the stream to the other side!" Pavel said being surprised of Ren's power.
"What do you mean?" Ren raised her eyebrow.
"In the beginning you did the stream from you, but this time the water was coming back to you." Pavel tried to explain, "It seems you can also manipulate the water now."
Ren was puzzled, "Cool." she only nodded, and swam back to the ridge of the pool, "No, I must only understand, how to make weapons and everything will be really good."
Pavel lay onto his back and asked the girl.
"By the way, what are you going to do when you become a professional Taimanin? I mean, will you try to have some career or something like that."
"I never thought about it." Ren sat back onto her place, "Probably I'll also train young Taimanin." she shrugged with her shoulders.
"I was thinking about the same." Pavel swam to her, "And what about taking Asagi's place?"
"Stop remembering that." Ren grunted, "Maki always likes to remember what was in our childhood."
"But you know, I think you could be a really good principle." Pavel get out of the pool and sat next to her, "You're helpful, and good in explaining not always, but still."
"It's the way you're trying to compliment a girl?" Ren looked at him with frown eyes.
"Sorry, I mean in the future you'll be really a good Taimanin and I think you'll be able to be even stranger then Asagi herself."
"I think it's impossible." Ren looked at the ceiling, "With her skills it's impossible to overtake her."
"Here, you're wrong." Pavel disagreed, "According to the dossiers Mystic is as strong as her."
"They guy we fought?" Ren remembered the man in the cloak and hood.
"Yes, and the guy that helped us in our last mission." Pavel tried to remember his name, "From 'Red Division', the one who had one eye, he is also really strong." Ren remembered that man with the scythe, "Just practice not rushing ahead, and you'll be as strong as them, and we all will help you. Even Yukikaze and Tatsurou." he added with a smile.
Ren nodded and smiled too. She was really glad to have such an optimistic friend near her.
Suddenly they heard some steps. They turned around and saw Maria Sergeievna in her casual working suit.
"Maria Sergeievna, has something happened?" Pavel was a little surprised to see the woman in the swimming pool.
"No, I just wanted to discuss something." Maria merely answered, "Did you notice some notebook Oleg Semenovich reads? I think he found it not long ago."
"Notebook?" Pavel pondered, "Well, he read something like that is it battered?" Maria only nodded, "Yes, I've seen it, what's with it?"
"Nothing, don't mention it." Maria turned around and was about to leave, but suddenly stopped, "And bring Andou tomorrow, I think it's time to know is she ready or not."
"I also wanted to ask you about that." Pavel was glad the woman also was worried for the girl, "As for me, I think she is ready."
"That's what I'll say tomorrow." Maria nodded, "Don't sit here for too long you still have punishment to accomplish."
"Yeah, yeah." Pavel sighed, "Sometimes I think I have a mother here." Ren chuckled.
"Did you say something?" Maria looked at him with serious eyes.
"Nothing, I'll be there soon." Pavel only saluted to her, the woman rolled her eyes and left the pool, "Well, I'll go and prepare myself for further."
"I'll come and visit you all again." Ren looked at the boy, "I think Maki and Aki should come there too."
Pavel only nodded and followed to the dressing rooms.
Torch and Azumi were walking by the streets of Tokyo watching around the shops and cafes. The male criminal was in his brown haired wig that covered his blue ones. And Azumi was with her scarf, with which she covered her face till the nose. Torch was wearing a vest with a roll-neck and pants, while the girl was wearing a skirt with stockings and a jacket.
"If only it wasn't a mission." Torch sighed looking at the other shop which was on his right.
"Even if it's a mission good thing is that it's only with the two of us." Azumi replied holding his hand, "I was surprised when Mistress told I'll work with you this time."
"Me too." Torch nodded with a smile, "But still I can't understand why we must check those guys who capture Taimanin. Walter or Celine would do it much faster."
"Who knows." Azumi pondered too, "These guys probably have something else on their mind."
"Well, Celine has some work with her companion, and Walter…" the boy did a pause, "Only he does what he wants."
"Hey, how about to go there?" Azumi pointed at some café, "I'm a little hungry."
"Why not?" Torch smiled, "After all we're here to investigate the place and our superiors will do the rest."
They went to a café where was no a lot of people right now, so they could get free places fast.
Azumi took the menu and started to look it through.
"I think I'll take pancakes and some lemonade." Azumi said, "These ones." she pointed at one picture of pancakes of four.
"Okay and I'll take their cheesecake with coffee then." Torch nodded.
The waiter came and they quickly ordered what they planned, they were talking about this and that, and when their dishes came started to eat. Torch tried to concentrate only on Azumi, trying to avoid bad thoughts about his sister and the boy, who was now unconscious.
"Here." Azumi noticed he was thoughtful, "Say, 'Ah'." she stretched him a spoon with a pan cake.
"Thanks." Torch accepted the food, "Tasty." he nodded and did the same with his dessert.
The criminals finished with heir desserts, and after paying they headed to the exit. They walked by the street and then suddenly Torch grabbed Azumi's hand and rushed into a dark alley.
"What…?!" the girl didn't know what had just happened.
His lips pressed against hers not letting her to speak anything more. But after some time he broke the kiss. Azumi was shocked and Torch looked out of the alley.
"Damn, it was close." he was still tensed, "What the hell Oleg Semenovich is doing here?"
"What are you talking about?" Azumi didn't understand him.
"Taimanin." Torch answered her, after hearing that Azumi returned back to normal and also tensed, "It seems they're here to investigate these disappearing."
"We must inform Mystic and Mistress." Azumi said with a worried voice.
Torch only nodded and took out his phone he turned it on and pressed several times by the screen and started to right a message to the man in the cloak and the hood.
"Done." Torch answered, "Now let's return to our place." Azumi only nodded and followed the boy.
The time passed closer to evening and some people started to leave the streets. And some decided to continue walking by them. Shiranui and Cyclopes were walking by the streets together as if they were a couple or married ones. Shiranui was holding the man's arm putting on a semblance of being his woman. Shiranui was playing role of merry woman, while the man was serious.
'Teacher, do you hear me?' Commander asked a question in his head.
'Yes, Shiranui, do you also hear me?' Oleg asked the woman.
'Everything is fine, I still must get used to that thing.' Shiranui told, 'Mental powers, didn't know that I'll know something new.'
'Don't worry I also had problems.' they heard Sakura's voice, 'But now everything is fine.'
'Guys, stop chatting.' Commander said again, 'It's difficult to answer you and to focus on what's happening around.'
'Understood.' Sakura and Oleg answered.
'By the way the weapons we gave you, are they fine?' Commander asked Oleg and Sakura.
'Yes, it's good.' Oleg answered, 'However, it's strange to be without uniform.'
'According to the plan, you must give us weapons.' Commander told to the Russian teacher.
'Don't worry, I'll give it to you.' Drunkard also joined to their mental talk, 'More importantly do you see something or someone?'
'No, right now nothing.' Shiranui looked around, 'What about you?'
'The same.' Oleg answered, 'I think the enemy must appear in some hours.'
'Will you be able to prolong the duration more than three times?' Commander asked him seriously.
'I'll try, but promise nothing.' Oleg answered, 'Three times is my limit, if I continue to do it further I won't be helpful to you.'
'Then we must be careful with that.' Shiranui answered to his words, 'We all must be in full powers to fight the attackers.'
The communication stopped and then Shiranui looked at the man with an eye patch.
"Sorry for that by the way." she suddenly sad, "I barely remember our fight, but still something returned to me, when Oleg told me I was after it too."
"Thanks to you I received something better than my previous eye." Cyclopes chuckled, "So, in some ways I must thank you."
"What an interesting man." Shiranui didn't remove her eyes from him, "By the way, what my husband was in your organization? Did you work with him?"
"A pain in the ass." Commander only replied, but after a small pause added, "However, he is really a good comrade and always risked himself even for our guys too."
"Like usual." Shiranui said thoughtfully, "He always was like that."
"I did one or two missions with him, and as a fighter and a shooter, he was really incredible." Commander continued to praise her husband, "And I think Yukikaze is just like him." Shiranui wanted to say something, but Commander overtook her, "Interesting who would win Kangaroo or Yukikaze?" it was said rather to himself, but not to Shiranui.
"Kangaroo?" the woman looked at him puzzled.
"It's a boy from our organization, I think he is as Tatsurou and Yukikaze." Cyclopes explained, "Don't watch at me like that, he joined us on his will." he saw a frown expression on her face as if she didn't like the idea a boy was a mercenary.
They continued talking still walking to some shops, while Oleg and Drunkard were protecting their hides. Oleg warned about the end of the connection. And they agreed to make it a little later in order to save Oleg's powers and have more time between these connections.
In an hour Oleg used hi power again. He took Sakura and Commander's hands. They did the same operation talking to each other and continued their investigation. This time Shiranui and Commander decided to use dark alleys in a hope to repeat the same maneuver of the attackers.
'It seems I have bad feelings.' Commander suddenly said in his head, 'Likewise someone is after us.'
'I think so too.' Shiranui nodded, 'Do you see anything?'
'Right now no.' Drunkard replied, 'But still I think it's our attackers, be ready to fight, we're coming to you.'
Suddenly they saw some gleaming in front of them and both of the jumped to different sides in order not to be burnt.
"It seems we have some fresh meat here, how fortune I am." they heard a growling none human voice in front of them.
"When we attack them?" Tiradex growled exposing his teeth, "I want to eat, and I sense a tender flavor there."
"Don't rush." Tardis who was next to him answered, "We're to wait our human allies."
"Are you scared of them?" Tiradex smirked, "The one who killed Demon Knights."
"I'm thinking the strategy." Pegasus told to dinosaur, "As I understand there the man who fought Lord Walter along with that Taimanin."
"And you're scared of him?" Tiradex asked him.
"I'm not scared, but some carefulness won't be extra." Tiradex answered to his impatient companion.
"And here you're right." they heard a voice behind them they turned around and saw Troch and Azumi in their battle uniform, "There is Mizuki Shiranui with them this time." Torch added, his face was covered with a mask like usual.
"Is she strong?" Tardis asked him seriously.
"We fought her not so long ago, and if not Celine's help we wouldn't beat her." Torch explained coming to the ridge of the building, "And there also Oleg Semenovich." Torch added after small pause.
"Who is it?" Tiradex asked him.
"As I remember it right, you were taking their attention." Torch looked at the Pegasus, "During our last seal."
"The man with a sword and daggers." the tall demon seemed remembered the person, "Yes, but he is not as strong as the one with the eye patch." Tardis pondered and looked around.
"What is it?" the lizard demon asked him.
"The wind changed." Tardis tensed, "I don't like it."
"What do you mean changed?" Azumi didn't understand the meaning of his words.
"I think someone is watching at us." Tardis frowned.
"I don't smell anyone." Tiradex also looked around.
"The one who uses wind can sense much better than anyone else." Tardis said likewise he lectured his demonic friend and then he looked around one more time, "Fine, you three start the attack and I'll cover you from the sky."
"Got it." Torch and Azumi answered him, while Tiradex only grinned.
Then the three of them jumped off from abuilding down the alley and the demon spitted a flame at the ones who were walking in front of them. The people jumped aside and heard a voice of Tiradex.
"It seems we have some fresh meat here, how fortune I am."
"It seems our date was interrupted by these attackers." Shiranui quickly created a water spear that was in her hands now.
"Be careful with the woman!" Torch exclaimed to the demon.
"Torch." Commander looked at him with his eyes, "So it was 'The Third Law' after all."
The boy in orange uniform attacked the man along with Azumi, but the leader of 'Red Division' was fast for them and could avoid the attacks along with his wind abilities. Tiradex was fighting Shiranui, however it was difficult to fight the woman for him, as he quickly understood she was really strong. Suddenly a puff of wind hit the place between them.
"What?" Shiranui looked at above and saw a Pegasus, "Is he the attacker?"
"I don't know." Commander replied, "But I was told he is with them too."
'Can I join the fight?' Sakura asked the group.
'No.' Shiranui answered, 'Wait for bad situation.'
'Understood.' Sakura answered.
'Oleg, Drunkard where the hell are you?' Commander asked the men in his head.
'On our way.' Drunkard answered.
In several seconds a scythe was pierced the ground next to the man with an eye patch. Commander grabbed the scythe and quickly crossed it with Azumi's blade.
"Let's begin the fun." Commander smirked.
"Azumi! Protect me, I'll fight him." Torch shouted to her.
"Didn't know you're that brave." Commander smirked again and did a strong kick at Azumi's stomach not letting her to regroup.
Oleg and Drunkard came fast to help for the criminals was impossible to fight such skillful squad. Tardis did his best too not letting the investigators to get his allies.
'Where are Mystic and Naomi when they're needed so much.' Tardis thought avoiding Oleg's daggers and Commander's wind blades.
Suddenly they heard some noise.
"Is that you flying horse?" Shiranui asked the demon above her.
"So, I was right." Tardis looked ahead and dodged something, "We have guests."
Tardis tensed and jumped aside to avoid the some object.
"Darn, at least I'll have some rest." the demon growled watching at Shiranui.
Sakura suddenly jumped out from Shiranui's shadow and sliced something what was going to hit her from her back.
"Got it." Sakura chuckled slicing it in too, and then she looked at her prey, "It's wasps after all! But they're black!"
"Are they yours?" Oleg asked Azumi when he pressed his back with hers.
"No." she only replied and started to protect his back, while the man took care of hers.
'They're really fast.' Commander frowned, 'They are not like ordinary demon wasps.'
"Cyclopes!" Drunkard shouted, "Behind you!"
Cyclopes could barely get down, when something flew above him, it was something big, but at the same time fast.
"What?" Tardis was amused, "I didn't notice it at all…"
Then the object flew to Tardis, but the demon could predict it move and increased his wind in order to slow down the attacker.
"Impossible…" Tardis only whispered, he avoided the strike and commanded, "Retreat! You won't be able to deal with him!"
"What?" Tiradex didn't understand why they should retreat.
"Stuck together!" the Pegasus commanded and when the criminal team was in one pointed Tardis created a small hurricane which made them to disappear.
"Damn bastards." Commander spitted killing another wasp.
"It seems they're not after those kidnappings." Drunkard got closer to Sakura, "They wouldn't escape so fast."
"These bastards are really fast!" Sakura didn't like that, "Maybe as fast as sis."
Suddenly they heard some noise, which started to become only stronger and stronger.
"My ears!" Shiranui exclaimed, her water spear turned into water and she fell onto her knees covering her ears.
"Darn!" Drunkard shouted.
"Bastard…" Commander tried to find the enemy, but still couldn't as head was only leaning.
'I must do it fast.' Oleg quickly took out some packet and grabbed some of honey and put it into his ears, 'Huh?' Oleg was puzzled, 'No to the others.'
He picked some of honey again and run to Commander, who was closer to him and greased his ears too.
"What the…" Commander looked at the teacher, who now was running to Sakura.
Commander grabbed his scythe and started to look around. He removed his eye patch and quickly headed to Oleg.
"Won't strike them!" Commander spitted, "Do everything faster!" Commander exclaimed.
Oleg didn't hear him, but understood his mimics.
"You're an ugly one. Didn't know I'd face something like that in my life." Commander was serious.
The man tried his hard to repel the attacks of the quick enemy, but it was difficult for him even with his eye.
Oleg finished with inserting honey into the ears and now everyone could stand and fight again. However, the thing that used sound abilities decided to retreat.
"You won't escape!" Oleg starched out his arm, "Cyclopes, I hold it!" he gritted through his teeth, but then Oleg only fell onto the ground, "Damn!"
"Oleg!" Sakura exclaimed, "Are you alright?"
Oleg didn't hear the woman, so he took cleaned the honey with wax out of his ears, Sakura did the same and reasked him again.
"Yes, it has just broken away." Oleg spitted, "And we couldn't find who it was."
The other member of the team did the same.
"I've seen who it was." Commander spitted onto the ground.
"And?" Shiranui looked at him with questioning eyes, "Who it was?"
"It was some kind of wasp of human completion." Commander answered.
"What do you mean?" Drunkard didn't understand him.
"Do you mean we're fighting some mutant like in the films?" Sakura looked at the man.
"I don't know, but I'm telling you what my eye saw." he covered it back with the eye patch, "I don't know, mutant it or demon, but it's not human at all."
"Do you mean your eye doesn't divide mutants and demons?" Oleg was puzzled.
"Mutants are created of demonic blood." Commander answered, "Further you'll understand yourself."
"Yes, the blood of demons in their veins can give the same features of original demons." Oleg hit his own forehead with a palm.
"Well, but still there is a question." Drunkard pondered, "For whom does it work. If the Torch's group was scared of him that means he isn't with them." the man looked at his partners.
"You're right." Oleg started to think over what happened during the battle, "As I know this Pegasus isn't from weak ones."
"Yeah, he gave us a lot of problems during our first work together." Sakura nodded.
"Well, right now we must return to Gosha and report everything to Asagi." Shiranui concluded, "And then we'll think what to do next. But what will you two do?" she looked at Drunkard and Cyclopes.
"We'll continue to investigate it." Commander answered her, "This creature interested me and at the same time if it joins these bastards it'll give us a lot of problems."
"Then keep us conversant." Shiranui nodded to them, "I hope we scared it a little and we'll buy some time to think a proper strategy." she concluded.
"These things must be taken too." Oleg pointed at corpses of three black wasps, "I've never seen anything like that."
"I think Mu-chan will do some examining on them." Sakura squatted in order to see the insect better.
It looked like a wasp, but it was much bigger and more scaring. She even flinched when she saw it's maw and sting.
'It seems we're facing something new.' Oleg frowned trying to guess the difference of these ones from ordinary daemon wasps.
Tardis, Tiradex, Torch and Azumi appeared on the top of some high building. All of them were tensed, puzzled and surprised of what had just happened.
"What the hell was that?" Tiradex growled, "I think we could try to fight them!"
"Not in such situation." Tardis looked with serious and frowned eyes at the lizard demon, "The enemy that attacked us unexpectedly is very strong, I barely could understand his style and predict his attacks."
"Is he that strong?" Azumi still couldn't belive there was something strong to oppose two groups in one time.
"Yes, his sound ability is terrifying." Tardis snorted, 'I've heard only about one such demon, but could he be alive?' he thought then.
"What is it?" Torch didn't like his pause.
"Nothing." Tardis looked at the boy in the mask, "Go to the shelter, I must check something myself."
"I don't think it's a good idea to go alone." Torch was against of such idea, "What if…"
"That's an order." Tardis commanded and then took a wing into the air.
The demon was flying for some time as if he was in a hurry, A lot of thoughts were in his head and all of them were about the enemy they faced.
'What Celine will tell on that.' Tardis continued to guess the reaction of the armored woman.
Tardis could find the demon in the armor and the woman in the cloak. Tardis landed onto the roof where they were.
"Mistress Celine." Tardis bowed, "I'm glad I could find you."
"Happened… what?" Celine asked him, "Why… that urgent?" she exhaled clod steam.
"I must discuss something with you." Tardis looked at Stephanie distrustfully.
"Tells nothing…" Celine understood his gaze, "May talk… my general… now…"
"That's what I'm here to discuss with you." Tardis turned to Celine again, "It seems I've seen one of them."
"What?" Celine didn't understand what he was talking about.
"The one who was the smartest of all and could use sound." Tardis explained, "I, Tiradex, Torch and the girl, faced Taimanin, but then there was someone else, who attacked us, the attacker used black wasps and could move incredibly fast." Celine replied nothing, thus Tardis continued, "I think you know better, who could control black wasps. And as I remember even in demon world no one saw them for a long time."
"Saw…" Celine answered, her voice was emotionless, "Sure… in that?"
I'm not sure, but if it's him, as a demon lord you or Walter must take him under your command." Tardis answered.
"Walter… knows that?" Celine exhaled ice steam.
"No, I know I did a mistake, but since Lord Walter is busy I informed you." Tardis answered.
"Must know… nothing…" Celine answered seriously, even Stephanie felt unease of that talk.
"What? Why?" Tardis was puzzled.
"Wasn't… ours… was of the fifth… from the third line…" Celine replied slowly, "Can know… what in… his head… If possible… must… kill him…" Celine was strict and serious, "I join… this time… we check everything…" Celine looked at Stephanie.
Tardis nodded, "But you must be careful, Taimanin know about the attacks, and they'll be ready to see us too. Since we exposed ourselves." Celine only nodded, "And one more thing, I hope you'll inform Lord Walter. I don't want him to be angry."
"I doo… what needed…" Celine answered and saw how Pegasus took a wing and flew away.
"Whom he was talking about?" Stephanie asked Celine with worried voice, "Do we have some dangerous enemy?"
"No... servant from the past… must be dead… but survived…" Celine only replied, "Continue practice… doing better…" Celine answered, 'Difficult part started… must do everything right… Walter must not… know that…' Celine thought and created an ice spear and headed to Stephanie in order to continue practice, which was interrupted by Tardis.
Maria was walking by the dormitory thinking about the notebook Oleg was given. Her face was gloomy and thoughtful, however she tried not to show it neither to workers of the dormitory nor to the indwellers of it.
'It must be in his room.' Maria pondered, 'But it'll be strange for me to check his room.' she continued to think over the situation, 'Maybe to ask Pavel about it? He could bring me the notebook, and after checking it I'd put it back.'
Maria sat onto the sofa in the main room, tight now she was alone so no one could disturb her. She was wearing her pajama, the woman didn't want to go to bed as the thing Oleg had disturbed her a lot. Suddenly she hear Pavel and Ilya's voices who were talking to each other discussing something.
"Pavel!" Maria turned around in order to see the elder boy, "I need to talk to you."
"Yes, what is it?" Pavel looked at her wondered, "As I remember I did no…"
"Not about that." Maria answered, "It's about the notebook I asked you in the day time."
"What's with it?" Pavel raised his eyebrow, Ilya also was interested.
"I want you to bring it." Maria answered him seriously, "I want to check it."
"Maria Sergeievna." Pavel frowned, "I don't think it's a polite thing to sneak into his things and check for something if you…" Pavel stumbled, "If you only suspect him in something."
"Oleg Semenovich ? In what do you suspect him?" Ilya asked her.
Their talk was in Russian as Maria didn't want the dormitory keeper to join to their conversation.
"I don't suspect him." Maria tried to convince the boy, "I just want to know what is in this notebook."
"Why not to ask him then?" Ilya asked the woman, "I think he would tell you what is inside."
"I don't think he will tell me." Maria answered the boy, "Because that thing isn't a simple notebook."
"What is there?" Pavel asked the woman, "Don't you want to say he is a spy or something like that?"
"I don't say anything." Maria answered, "I only want to know what is inside of it." she glanced around and pointed them to sit, when the boys were opposite to her she continued, "This notebook was giving him by Przemislav Wojciechowski." Maria told them.
"What?!" Pavel and Ilya were shocked of what they'd just heard, "Why do you think it was given by him?" Pavel couldn't belive to these words.
"Because Yukikaze told me that." Maria replied, "When I came to check Shiranui's mental state. Now, do you understand why I'm interested in it?"
"I won't belive that Oleg Semenovich took something from this scum." Pavel stated.
"Can something bind him with 'The Third Law'?" Ilya pondered, "If Przemislav gave him something like that." His face was tensed, but he also didn't like the idea of connection between Oleg and Wojciechowski.
"I don't know, but I want to know." Maria answered, "I don't belive he can have something with them. However if someone like Przemislav gave him something like a notebook, that must mean something. And I don't want that 'something' to give us problems in the future."
Pavel didn't know what to answer the boy was gloomy and couldn't belive Oleg could have something with criminal elements. He knew about his connection to 'Red Division', but these people helped them and he admired them for that. And he also was shocked of Maria suspiciousness.
"I won't take part in that." Pavel said, "If you want I can ask him directly." he was watching at the woman, "If he has nothing to hide he'll answer everything directly."
"Do you think he'll tell you that?" Maria asked him.
"If he tells then it means he has nothing to hide, and you're wrong in suspecting him." Pavel answered, "What if it's not a secret at all?"
"And wont' you try to see what in that notebook?" Ilya asked Pavel with interest in his voice.
Pavel was puzzled again, from one point he wanted to see what is there, but he couldn't as he didn't want to sneak into Oleg's life.
"I won't do that!" Pavel declared, "And I'd advise you to do the same."
Maria only sighed and shook with her head. Ilya didn't know what to say too on that.
"If you really belive in him." Maria got up and came closer to him, "We'll do like you say, but if Oleg starts to avoid this theme, I'll do whatever it's needed to see what is in it."
Pavel flinched of her voice. He never saw Maria Sergeievna like that and didn't know how to reply her best. Maria only headed to her room, Ilya followed her, while Pavel was still sitting in the armchair still thinking about the battered thing, what could be there, and what could connect Wojciechowski from 'The Third Law', and the anti-demon teacher who supposed to be enemies.
He was thinking quite a lot and forgot about time, but when saw it decided to go to bed, as he didn't want to sleep on lessons tomorrow. And he had to show Masami to Maria at the same time, thus he went to bed, but still with bad thoughts.
'I can't belive he has something with his bastard.' he thought, 'He would never work with criminals like them.'
The new day came pretty fast Oleg, Shiranui and Sakura went straight to the academy, in order to report everything to Asagi. The students were in the academy yet, however the teachers were coming.
The team went to the upstairs and got reached the needed floor and in no time they came to Asagi's office. Shiranui knocked at the door and then opened the door.
"Asagi, we came with the report." Shiranui said entering the office.
"Finally, I was starting to worry, you were captured or something like that." Asagi seemed relieved, "Report." she said to them.
Shiranui, Oleg and Sakura sat and then Shiranui took the floor.
"Well, during our investigation we faced 'The Third Law'." Shiranui started from the main part, Asagi frowned.
"Are they after these kidnappings?" Asagi asked her.
"Well, it's strange, but I don't think they're after it." Shiranui answered, Asagi raised her eyebrow, "Well, we were attacked by someone else. This one attacked both of us." Shiranui turned to Oleg and nodded him, likewise she asked him to continue.
"Well, I think today, must be delivered something what we could get during the fight." Oleg said, "It's demon wasps, but the problem is that, I don't know anything about this type."
"What do you mean?" Asagi asked him, "They are ordinary…"
"Sis, they're really something new." Sakura interrupted her, "They're black and fast as you."
Asagi wanted to lecture Sakura, but her words excited her.
"During our investigation we found our some honey." Oleg took a package and gave it to Asagi, there were not so much of it as they used it for protecting their ears, "It has some wax, so it's not an ordinary honey you can get in the shop." Asagi looked at it, but said nothing, "If not that honey, we could have the same result as Kuro and Rin had."
"I see." Asagi only replied, "And could you see the enemy? Who controls these wasps?"
Oleg did a pause.
'How to say her about it.' the man pondered not wanting to say 'Red Division' helped them.
"We barely could see him." Shiranui answered, "But as I understood, it wasn't a human at all." she looked at Oleg, who only nodded, "It looked something like a mutant or a demon, that was a mix of a human and a wasp."
Asagi pondered, she was calculating their words, and was trying to understand what they had faced this time.
"At least there nothing about these seals." Asagi rubbed her eyes.
"I think we must investigate the area, sis." Sakura said to her sister, "Maybe it somewhere there."
"Usually wasps can have their nests everywhere, but it must be a warm place." Oleg said, "Maybe there's some abandon buildings or something like that?"
"There's nothing of that." Asagi shook with her head, "This district is only for living nothing more."
"But they can't come from nowhere." Oleg frowned, "However these wasps can make a lot of kilometers from their nests. And having a new kind of such demons really creates only questions."
"The problem is really strange." Asagi said, but then added, "Nevertheless we must find and dispose that creature, I think the purpose of our criminals is to recruit it." Asagi gave her point of view on their presence there, "What members did you fight?"
"Torch, Pegasus, dinosaur and the girl of Naomi." Sakura counted on her fingers.
"Four, but I'm not surprised if there're Mystic, Naomi and that Walter himself." Asagi was tensed, "Well, I'll think about our further strategy, but if you think something share with me. We must be quick if we don't want to be in bad position." Shiranui nodded.
"Maybe we could also call students for that mission?" Sakura asked her sister, "They fought even that Walter so their help will be really big."
"We also must take Maria." Oleg said, "It's difficult to communicate when you have something in your ears for protection from sound attacks."
"Yes, I'll inform Maria next time." Asagi nodded, "And for kids, I think we'll involve them too." she slightly smiled, "Additional help won't be extra."
After reporting everything the squad left the office and followed to their further directions, Sakura and Oleg went to their classes, while Shiranui headed to her office to make a strategy too. Asa she told to have two of three ideas isn't a bad thing at all.
The boy opened his eyes and jumped from the bed.
"What was that?" he looked around the place where he was, "That voice…" the boy put his hand onto his forehead, "It was another one, not so terrifying, but… still strange…" the boy shook his head, "What are these voices?"
The boy was sitting in the bed, trying to focus on something he only knew. However, after some period of time he opened his eyes again.
"No, now is nothing." he said, "It… it looks like it calling me."
The boy jumped off from the bed and went out into the corridor. He was walking by the corridor, but his thoughts were somewhere else, as he didn't maintain roads, and bumped into something.
"Sorry, I was thinking." the boy apologized.
"Got up already?" the boy heard a familiar voice, he looked at the man and saw Etienne, "Nice to see you again with us."
"Mister Etienne." the boy mumbled, "Where's Torch with Azumi and Izumi?" the boy's voice excited, "Are they…"
"On a mission." Etienne finished his mission, "They brought you here and after a small break Mystic gave them another mission in Tokyo."
"I, I see." the boy exhaled with ease, "Good that they're fine." but then he tensed, "And Master Walter. Where is he?"
"He went too." Etienne answered, "He told about some business, I don't know about what, but he left everything to Celine."
The French scientist was watching at the boy trying to understand how he felt himself.
"Mistress Celine is for leader now?" the kid asked the man, who only nodded, "I need to talk to her."
"What is it?" Etienne raised his eyebrow.
"I… I've heard some strange voice." the boy started to explain, "It was calling me. It told me something about coming somewhere."
"Was it the same voice that had talked to you before?" Etienne was puzzled and didn't know how to react.
"No, it wasn't." the boy shook with his head, "It's another one. The one I heard isn't speaking now."
"I see." Etienne pondered, 'It seems I must call Celine, maybe she knows what is happening to him.'
"What… happened?" they heard a voice behind.
"You know when to appear." Etienne was slightly surprised to see the armored woman along with Stephanie, "Didn't know you like to do that like Walter."
"My… apologizes…" Celine looked at him, and came to the boy, "Glad to see… awaken…" she put her hand onto his forehead, "What… happened?"
"I've heard some strange voice." the boy started to explain again, "I don't know, why but it wanted something, but I don't remember what." he said being a little worried.
"I see…" Celine nodded, "Must… heard again… when repeat… listen to it…" Celine tried to give the boy orders, what he should do with the voice, "Then… tell me…"
"I'll do my best." the boy answered fast.
'Tyngak… sleep…' Celine thought putting her hand onto his head again, 'Voice… must belong… other… Who?' then Celine closed her eyes, 'Only… can't belive… alive too?'
"What is it?" the boy asked her.
"Fine… everything…" Celine replied, "Will contact with Walter…" she added, "Must be ready… for further…"
Etienne was watching at what was happening and didn't interfered, Stephanie didn't know what was happening too, but not dared to disturb her savior.
'Tardis… not lied… Walter must know…' Celine thought and then disappeared along with Stephanie leaving the boy and the scientist alone.
'It seems something has happened if she disturbs Walter.' Etienne chuckled, 'I hope their problem won't disturb me from my researching.'
