The Plan... You Sick Bastard
After a quick second to boot Kikouka's satellite phone opened to reveal to faces one being Higa's while the other was of a young man dressed in all grey about Higa's age but one would struggle to tell based off his short grey hair with purple highlights. This young man is Ryoken a notorious Japanese hacker who had recently been brought aboard Rath's research team after the attack on ocean turtle.
"How'd the meeting go boss?" Higa asked the JSDF officer...
"We're screwed..." Kikouka responded a stoic look on his face.
"Oh... That bad huh!? Ryoken responded
It was then Kikouka filled in Higa and Ryoken about the ransom demands bringing looks of horror from Higa while Ryoken just glanced on stoically. Higa began kicking around ideas about what they could do; everything from actually handing over Alice to an all out raid on the kidnappers when they expected the ransom. As these ridiculous ideas continued being spoken Ryoken began to grow annoyed; "Enough!" Ryoken called out in a ferocious enough voice to get Higa to stop talking. As Ryoken cleared his throat; "none of those ideas are realistic and you know it; so what are you really thinking about doing Kikouka?" Kikouka was stunned that yet another person was able to so easily read him it was something he did not expect. What Ryoken said was true though; Kikouka already had a plan morally questionable but if executed correctly could get the two women back unharmed. " Do you still have the disk I sent you Ryoken? That question provoking a smile from the hacker as he held up a CD-R disc to the camera just came back from my friends A&J Shaffer In France for "enhancement" he added
Higa was all very confused by this as he was not let in on the plan by Kikouka but Ryoken did that for him; We took the data from that Sicko Sugoh's research about memory alteration and human control and made it compatible with the STL this revelation absolutely horrified Higa he didn't know where this was going but he didn't like the sound of it one bit. "What are we going to do boss? Higa questioned the JSDF Officer who looked down in shame before answering as he was not proud of contemplating this and if Kirigya or Asuna finds out about this they will kill him. "We're Going to use the disk to reset Kirigyas memories of Asuna and replace them with Alice via the STL...
Higa fell over in shock after quickly pivoting off the floor said the only word that came to mind... "Why!?"
We can't give them Alice it's too risky it may literally start WWIII; the hope is if this works since Kirito and Alice together broke the secret to the true AI we leave them alone with altered memories in a realm with accelerated time they can give us another one via the method all the Fluctlights of underworld were created.
It was just as Higa feared he knew he couldn't stop the plan but voiced his objections to his boss or as Higa now called him under his breath; " You sick bastard."
Kikouka was not surprised or angered by his colleagues comment. Stayed silent before giving the order; Do It Ryoken I need to brief our new allies. Kurikowa then closed the satellite phone and reentered the American Embassy; he didn't want to do this but he had no other choice.
Meanwhile Paris France June 21st 2028 0400
A young slim woman with pink highlights in her hair was typing away on her computer looking through so many lines of code it was a wonder if hadn't begun to strain her eyes. That is until one line caught her attention;

"Hey Honey;" The female said to her partner who was sitting at the computer terminal next to hers in their company Headquarters. Hearing his partners words made the young blonde haired man sit up at attention something that didn't go unnoticed by the young woman who immediately took advantage of the situation to tease her partner; "Falling asleep on the job again!?" She asked with a snicker which made the blonde haired man growl with annoyance; what do you need?"

That's part of the coded disk Ryoken sent. The young man answered which made the females heart sink.
" J you sent that back to him if we have part of his program... What did you send him!?"
Hearing what his wife was getting at made the young man's heart sink as well as in his exhaustion he hadn't realized what he had done.
Please tell me you "did not send our copy of the most dangerous multi-agent AI ID Code in the world to Japan to be used on the most extensive VR World in existence!"
"Okay I won't tell you that I sent our copy of the world's most dangerous Multi-agent AI ID code to Japan to be used on the most extensive VR World in existence"
Annoyed by Her husband's response the pink haired woman reached out and slapped him across his face the sound echoing through their office making the man yelp in pain as he rubbed his left cheek his wife's hand print still clearly visible.
"Call the others I'll call Spectar" The woman ordered her husband who nodded to her that he would do as told.
The woman then pulled out her cell phone from her lab coat pocket and punched in a number. Then after a few rings.
Spectar it's me... I need you to send us a plane to get to Japan and please tell Ryoken; "Don't use the disk J sent him."
"Understood"
"Let's hope we're not to late..." The woman muttered under her breath
Meanwhile in an unknown location:
"Ugh my head..." Asuna muttered as she placed her hand on her forehead in pain from what could only be described as a "migraine from hell"
" Oh good You're awake..." The familiar voice of Rinko called out to the young woman through the pitch black darkness of their cell.
"Rinko where are we!?" Asuna asked her new friend and former lover to SAO mastermind Akihito Kyaba. Who unknown to her was sitting just inches from her.
I don't know... But I wish we could see...
As Rinko muttered those words she found herself interrupted by an Inhuman AI sounding voice; "Is that better!?" As those words came across the room the two women found themselves in was flooded in a bright almost angelic light blinding the two. It all happened so fast they were still in their work outfits consisting of black skirts and blue tops with lab coats on over that; but as their eyes adjusted they couldn't help but notice no one in their prison no windows no doors no where that mysterious voice they heard could've come from unless it was telepathy.
"Who are you; what do you want!?" Asuna called out to the voice in her most serious and commanding voice.
"What I want is a new host and you shall assure I get that; as for who I am call me Lightning." The voice responded to the chestnut heroine before laughing maniacally. Causing the two women to begin becoming unnerved as they stared at the blank wall while they continued listening to their captor laugh...
United States Embassy Tokyo
Kikouka entered the conference room where Secretary Foust and Major Rossumn were sitting waiting to hear the plan he had come up with. "My team will work on getting us a stand in for Alice to lure the kidnappers out I Will meet them with the decoy to lure them out we then launch a joint US Special forces and JSDF capture mission; once we find out where Rinko and Asuna are being held we launch a rescue mission." The two American men turned to face one another. Ordinarily it would be out of the question to allow a foreign military to operate on American Soil however the two were directed by the president to do whatever it took to rebuild their alliance. With this in mind Secretary Foust gave Kikouka the green light to launch his plan. Afterwards the three began to work out details to get their rescue mission underway.
