"Rockie come to bed, it's way past bedtime, mommy Groot will be upset if you're tired." Nebula said

It was late night into early-morning on Planet Groot or Planet G and a certaingroup of friends had been regressed into toddlers because of the Groot spores Groot had used to protect them from the effects of the evil cacti that had made them see things and right now, a certain kit had snuck out being nocturnal and hung out with aninals thatvresided there turning around seeing a blue-skinned girl with midnight-blue hair wearing an nightshirt that was too bigfor her smirking seeing milk on lil Rocket's furry chin, sensing he'd been hungry, and Mama Groot's milk-branches nurtured him and his friends when they were hungry or thirsty which Rocket drank when up late playing or inventing stuff. He didn't understand why she was so concerned about his being up late when Mama Groot had told her and Gamora, his species were nocturnal and slept during the day belching then giggling softky to himself.

"Bula I'm noctunal, I don't need sleep like you guys, I'm gonna go play but you sleep." he said.

"N-N-Nebula is my name Rockie, remember but I like that Bula as my nickname what if mommy Groot finds out, you snuck out, won't he worry." she told him seeing him drinking milk from a branch belchingwhich maxe both youngsters giggle softly. They and their friend Gamora had been living on Planet Groot for a while now and had fun and lived in thesame house together which was kind of lime an nursery as Groot was looking after them kinda like their mom, since this was sort of his fault they were toddlers now, yet he loved taking care of them along withthe planet, Nebula knew he was tired from doing that.

"He's asleep, I can sense it, we had our bedtime snack together, remember then he kissed us goodnight." Rocket told her hearing her yawning making him concerned for her kissing her cheek before leaving but wouldbe back by morning knowing it would be okay

"You better be okay and come back, in the morning… boys…" Nebula muttered heading back to the bedroom where her, Gamora and Rocket's beds were, Gamora was deep asleep hugging her pillow making Nebula smile climbing back into hers looking over at Rocket's bed which was messy knowing he was awake during the night and tired during the day which Mama Groot had explained to them and made him takecan extda long nap which the toddler-raccoon hated.

"Is everything okay, sister, where's Rockie." she heard Gamora ask sleepily.

"He went out, but sorry if I woje you but did you have weird dreams." Nebula said. "Yeah about us, Rockie and some boy older plus one was about Thanos but I don't know why." Gamora told her yawning as they went back to sleep as they needed it knowing they needed it ti grow big abd strong and could ask Groot about those dreams if things got weird like before wondering where that other lil kit besides Rocket had gone falling back to sleep.

"Ohhhhh boy, somebody's back and he looks grumpy, maybe breakfast will help him feel better and hope Mommy Groot won't be mad if he finds oht he was oht again." Gamora whispered to Nebula. It was the next morning on Planet Groot and while Gamora and Nebula had been sleeping, Rocket had snuck out to go play and now, he was cranky and tired which was normal but they were gathering breakfast to share with their mama Groot, but Rocket was quiet after peeing but leaving the house with a picnic basket full of food feeling the morning heat. "There you are my lil saplings, Groot Morning." they heard theur mama Groot say making them grin. Now they were connected to Groot and had breathed in his spires, they could understand Groot's tongue as English which was easier than in the past but were sitting around him in a semi circle making him grin seeing Rocket grab the hose squirting Groot with water which was refreshing in the growing heat to the treelije being smiling at his lil ones grateful to them.

""Yeah we're here mommy, can we eat now." Gamora heard Rocket asking grumpily.

"Sorry Mama Groot aboht him, he was up all night again." Nebula told Groot.

"It's okay, resting will help with this, he's nocturnal like normal raccoons." he said.

"Not a normal one Mama Groot, you know." Rocket said with his mouth full making Gamora sigh.

"We know that but yeah, you need a nap." Gamora replied to him seeing him scowl as he didn't like naps when there were adventures to have even though Gamora and Nebula had told him he needed his rest along with Mama Groot sighing knowing a lil playtime might help him out. "Yep and he was drinking milk-branches earlier." Nebula said to Gamora eating trying not to make a mess or spill along with Gamora compared to Rocket, he didn't care about making a mess or spikl on himself even if he had to clean himself up or take a bath which sometimes happened to him

They noticed Rocket was quiet while eating with messy fur and grumpy meaning he yelled at them when they asked if he was okay or wanting to rest so were leaving him be after eating, deciding to play like climbing trees knowing Rocket loved climbing games frowning they'd decided to do that withoht him making Groot sighing.

"Somebody's a lil tired and grumpy this morning, which is why they did it." he said. "Maybe mommy but you know I'm nocturnal which Gammy and Nebs should get." Rocket told him climbing onto one of his branches which Groot was okay with hearing him yawning seeing him rubbing his eyes with his paw.

"You should rest, Rocket as you need it, maybe after resting, your sibs will want to playwith you and you'll feel better." Groot told him seeing him drinking warm milk which was making the toddler-kit sleepy curled up into a fluffy ball on him which relieved Groot as he cared aboht his lil ones well-being seeing Gamora and Nebula checking on Rocket surprised he was sleeping. "I convinced him to sleep plus he had some warm milk which helped." Groot told them.

"That'sgood, as he was cranky and maybe he'll feel better after he wakes up." Nebula told him.

"Yes and like you, he's still learning and growing even if he's a fur-brain sometimes." Groot said.

"Root are you hubgry or thirsty we can do that without Rocket's help." Gamora told him.

"Maybe in a while honey, and you should go play." he told them seeing Nebula grin, seeing the playground was free of kids especially the big kids because they were at school and she, Gamora and Rocket didn't go to school so she and Gamora rushed off to play especially on the swings. "Rocket can join us later, when he wakes up, he's more fun toplay with after he rests." Gamora told Nebula seeing the blue-skinned girl sighing feeling a cool breeze blow through her midnight-blue hair as she ran after her sister giggling.

… "I fell asleep, didn't I, where's the girls." Rocket said groggily

It was later that afternoon and the toddler-raccoon had just womenup from an nap noticing Gamora and Nebula were still sleeping as they were havibg their nap scampering to the swings as he loved swinging high relieving Groot ashe had been sleeping as sustaining a growing planet and taking care of them was exhausting seeing Gamora and Nebula awake after a bitnoticing Rocket wasn't on the branch he'd been sleeping on.

"Let's go find him, as maybe he's playing on the playground." Nebula told Gamora as they ran off finding Rocket on theswings relieving them seeing him hug them makingthem giggle.
