Izuku, The Pregnant Hero
When Izuku was a child, he discovered he had a strange quirk that makes any child(ren) he has (he's the one who's always pregnant) have the exact same quirk of the father. Not wanting the potential abuse that could cause he's told to hide his quirk from everyone. Surly that doesn't include his idle who he wants to be told he can be a hero from, and he's told that he can via having as many as his children as possible. Don't worry he still gets All Mights Quirk, but can he still be the number one hero anyways or a hero.
"I don't know how to say this, but I think he can get pregnant." "Huh?" Was the first thing out of both Izuku's and his mother's mouth. "I said I think he can get..." "Yah we heard you, but what we don't know is how?' Ms. Midoriya said. She knew this was a bad idea going to this doctor. His credentials were sketchy at best and his clints had a rep for disappearing, but nothing was ever convicted, and she was desperate. But more importantly her son was scarred he was going to end up quirk-less and she did not like that one bit. "Well..." The doctor started saying snapping her out of her thoughts. "You see I did an ER scan to see if he was quirk-less..." She did not like he was looking for the exact opposite of what they came here for. "And I found he has a womb in him." He showed them the x-ray and yep there it was an womb where he said it would be making this a whole lot realer suddenly and they could do nothing but gawk with their mouths hanging open in shook. "Ms. Midoriya with your permission I like to keep him for a couple of weeks to study him further." She was so in shook still that she answered yes (by nodding her head) without thinking about the bad idea this was a couple of seconds ago, heck she never did even when the shook wore off several hours later. When she tried to call Izuku the next day to say she hello she found out the phone number she used for them before no longer worked anymore, the sites were gone and every refurl was missing. She immediately tried to go back to the place but found it completely empty. She immediately dialed 911 for help and went straight to Tracker (one of the most famous heroes in America) the greatest tracker in the world to get his help. He found Izuku in three weeks, but it was too late the doctor had already injected Izuku with the sperm of one of his accomplishes and discovered that any and all kid(s) that he could have will have the same quirk of said child(erns) father, but no one finds out what Izuku quirk is and what happened. So Izuku and his mother go into witness protection program. Changing their names (to what we currently know), hair colors (to green) and faces (to baby like with freckles) which causes Izuku to grow up short and Ms. Midoriya to become short and plump over time. Whenever a DNA type test would come up the program would automatically switch out theirs with fakes. Izuku has the baby in secret and gives her up to an orphanage. Ms. Midoriya makes Izuku promise not to tell anyone about his quirk. Which he does until one day...
