When Roman slaps her across the face, Shiv immediately flies at him, hitting and punching him with all the strength she has. He's clearly shocked at her reaction (are you fucking insane?) It's not like they've never hit each other before, they both have literal scars inflicted by the other including from Bitey, a slap is nothing. But it triggers something in her and she has to remind herself, while wrestling with her brother on the floor, that he doesn't know what happened with TK.
Roman finally throws up his arms, saying, "okay, okay, I surrender" and she lets herself collapse on the floor, gasping for breath.
"We should go check on Dad," says Roman when she doesn't speak.
She nods and lets him help her to her feet.
"I let you win," he tells her as they head back to the waiting room.
"Uh huh."

She asks Tom to hit her once. Their sex life has always been fine, but perfunctory, and she wants to spice things up. He's already turned down a threesome.
When she asks he hesitates, then says, "I don't think that's a good idea, Siobhan," probably thinking about TK, which she wasn't.
So she resorts to dirty talk instead, saying I don't love you and you're not good enough for me. She can see the genuine hurt on his face and relishes it. They end up having the best sex they've ever had, so much so that they make a baby.
In Norway, she's grieving and lashing out when she starts insulting Tom and kicking at his shoes, until he ends up grabbing her by the earlobe. It shocks her but once the initial hurt has passed, it impresses her.
Later she asks wanna play Bitey? and he surprises her again by biting down hard. She quips Tom Wambsgans finally made me feel something, and can tell from the look on his face that she's the real winner here.

Kendall is holding Roman by the face squeezing his stitches, and Roman isn't even fighting back, which is the most disturbing part to Shiv. She's seen them fight before, but never like this. She tries to get Ken to let go of him but she's no match for male strength, never has been.
So she tries to leave and Kendall tries to stop her, and although he barely touches her it triggers something in her again. Get the fuck off me! Because Kendall does know what happened with TK, had beat the shit out of him on Shiv's behalf, and him thoughtlessly grabbing at her feels like the biggest betrayal yet.
Fuck you, she spits at him. She thinks of everything he's done, the bear hug, denouncing their father on TV, humiliating Shiv in her first speech as Chair, cutting her out with Roman, electing Mencken just to spite her. She doesn't care what happens to the company anymore, she just knows that hell will freeze over before she lets Kendall have it.
She may not win, but this time she won't lose either.
