In Peters apartment in 4am
Peter was resting on the couch after the dinner he had in Osborn's residence. Peter was start to turn his head few times and grunted in his sleep

Peter as Spider-Man was swinging after three of the burglaries like he usually do when he shoot out web net over them trapping them so they won't escaped
Before he can get to them, he was off guard when he heard a gunshot turning over to see his uncle laying on the ground, his body will shake a bit when running to his elder member who seem has his hand on his chest to stop bleeding Peter hold his uncle up to support him
"Uncle Ben!"
"P-Peter.,. W-Why did you let that man go?.." he asked, trying to hold his last breath when bleeding so much that he closed his eyes and died in his arms. Peter start to shake a lot tears streaming underneath the mask when looking down to corpse of his uncle
"I'm so sorry uncle Ben…" Peter holding his deceased uncle tears kept going until it stop when he heard a familiar laughter
Turning over he will spotted Green Goblin standing behind with grin underneath the helmet grabbing Spider-Man on the neck "Mmmm it's a shame when you just let that man die in your own hands… especially the way you have killer eyes in you when you went after your uncle's killer…" He will then force Peter to stare at the scene when Peter was beating the crap out of robber named Dennis Carradine who begs him to stop
"Come on!!Give me a chance!"
"What about my uncle?! Did you give him a chance?! Did you!?" Peter will hear his own voice echoing to his head
"Mmmm I love it when you almost have him out down…" Green Goblin said with menacing grin when Peter turn over to punch him but he disappeared quickly in green smoke

In reality
Cinderella walks by Peter as she was sleeping but she heard noises so she checked it out and, noticing how he was starting to turn his head a few times and grunted in his sleep. It didn't seem like he was having the best sleep and was tossing and turning a lot.
She looks at him with worry and care, not wanting to disturb him but feeling concerned for his well-being.

A flash will blinded Peter that he was still in his Spider-Man suit when he ends up on building roof when he spotted Green in the glider holding two ladies who struggling from his strong gripped they were Mary Jane and Cinderella
"You will be watching these two ladies fall because you can't save them from the danger you put them in…" Green Goblin snarled when he let them go allowing both screaming ladies to fall, Peter try to reach for them but got chain up out of nowhere so he can watch watch them fall
"Peter!" Cinderella call out with tears down when falling down with Mary Jane that Peter can hear the thump closing his eyes not wanting to see their corpses but suddenly end up with his wrestling outfit when he see his aunt with tears in her eyes
"Peter… how could you kill him?" She asked if she find out that he was responsible for death of Ben Parker
"A-Aunt May… I didn't mean to let him down to his death…" Peter was about to go over but stopped when blade sticks out from Aunt May's chest she just coughs up blood shocking her nephew when Green Goblin was behind her giving it a cruel laughter. Peter just let out in tears when he saw his loved ones die in front of him without being saved. He will then heard familiar voice echoing from afar but it got louder
"Peter! Peter! Peter! Wake up!"

Back to reality
"Peter? Are you okay? Are you having a bad dream?"
She asks him softly while in close proximity to him.
Peter open his eyes widen while taking a deep breath and sweats on his face of fear he had when waking up
Cinderella looks at Peter and notices how he suddenly opens his eyes wide with fear on his face when he wakes up. She looks at him with concern, wondering what happened during his sleep to make him wake up in such a scared manner. She also notices the sweat on his face, which signals to her that the dream was pretty frightening on his end.
"Peter? Are you alright? What happened?"
She asks him softly, making sure she doesn't scare him as he was already starting to feel scared from his dream.
"Sorry if I got you worried… just have bad dream.. that's all…" Peter said when calming himself from nightmare he just have
Cinderella sees that Peter looks to be calming himself down after his nightmare, as he seems to be a little hesitant and wary. She can tell that he's still feeling shaken up and worried because of the dream. She sees this and places a comforting hand on his shoulder...
"It's okay...you don't have to worry about getting me worried. I'm just glad you're okay now. Do you mind telling me about your dream? It might help you to vent it out and to feel better."
"Well… I just thought… you.. Aunt May and Mary Jane got killed by Green Goblin blade and I fail to save you and my love ones…" Peter looked down a bit with depression if Green Goblin might kill his friends and family
Cinderella gasps loudly, seeing how Peter had a dream about Aunt May, Mary Jane, and herself being killed by Green Goblin and how he failed to save them. She could only imagine what was going on in his head and what Green Goblin did in that dream. She looks at Peter and speaks to him softly, not wanting to make him feel overwhelmed with the memory of his dream...
"I'm so sorry you had to experience that in your dream. Green Goblin is truly an evil person...are you sure this is just a dream and not a premonition?"
"I don't want to imagine it to be real…" Peter didn't like to think if he see someone close ones die because he fail to save them from any threats
Cinderella looks at Peter with worry, not wanting to make him think about such a horrible scenario either. She can tell how he feels about the situation and how much he doesn't want Green Goblin to harm anyone of his friends or family...especially her and her own family...It would be a terrifying ordeal indeed, seeing everyone suffer and being unable to do anything about it.
"It does sound like a terrifying nightmare...but I hope it doesn't happen in real life. We would never be able to forgive ourselves if we couldn't protect the ones we love."
"Actually… Cinderella… I got to tell you something.. I been hiding for myself and it was my greatest failure…"
Cinderella looks at Peter with concern, noticing his hesitation to say something. She also notices that he seems to be blaming himself for something, and knows this can't be good for his self-esteem or confidence. She looks at him with a serious and interested expression, wanting to know what he has to tell her...
"It's okay, Peter...you can tell me what happened. Don't keep it all to yourself..."
"Well you remember I told you that I won the wrestling match and about to claim 3,000?" Peter asked Cinderella if she remembered that backstory he told her
"Oh yes, I remember you telling me that you were about to win a wrestling match with 3,000 at stake. But you also told me that it didn't quite go as expected either...is there something else that you want to tell me about, Peter?"
Cinderella looks at him with curiosity, noticing his hesitancy to come clean about what really happened between him and the winning prize he didn't get.
"Well..". ————————————————————————
In the flashback Inside of the office of wrestling stadium. Wrestling Promoter place a hundred dollar bill for Peter who seem confused of why he got only hundred dollar bill instead of three thousand prize and he will see that guy counting down the hundred bills
"Now get out of here."
"A hundred bucks? The ad said 3000." Peter knows that newspaper ad says that it clearly says prize money was three thousand dollars for three minutes
"Well, check it again, webhead. It said three grand for three minutes. You pinned him in two. For that, I give you 100. You're lucky to get that."Wrestling Promoter pointed out to clarify that Peter has pinned the wrestler for three minutes and he pinned him only two which doesn't help with a kid who just wanted a real cash prize.
"I need that money."Peter Parker said very upset of little money he just got and wanted to impress the girl he loves
"I missed the part where that's my problem." The Wrestling Promoter said very sarcastically and uncaringly for the kid when he went back to continue his money. Peter just glare away when taking hundred dollar exiting the office and a guy just enter in to toss a brown bag on Wrestling Promoter's face
"Hey, what the hell?" The guy will just pulls out a gun to owner face
"Put the money in the bag." The robber ordered while pointing his gun. Before Peter was heading to the elevator but stop when he heard shutouts from inside the office
"Hurry up!"Dennis Carradine yell out when he was in rush watching Wrestling Promoter putting cash in the bag and then smacks his head with his gun as he exited and runs in the halls
"Hey! He stole the gate!" Peter will see robber running off with that asshole promoter's money as officer will see the guy doing a robbery
"Stop that guy!" Policeman #1 orders when he and another office see the robber making a run for it and catching up to capture the thief
"Stop him! He's got my money!" Peter will see that that guy got karma after he gave him hundred buck instead of three thousand dollar so… he move aside when letting Dennis Carradirre inside the elevator and replied to that nice guy
"Thanks." The elevator doors closed in front when officer was too late to stop the robber and glares at the young teenager
"What the hell's the matter with you?" Policeman #1 asked with upset loo while second policeman was contacting other officers for backup to capture run away robber
"Let him go! Cut him off in the lobby and call the cops!"
The Wrestling Promoter walks up to Peter who seems upset that his money got stolen and the kid wrestler lets the robber get away "You could've taken that guy apart. Now he's going to get away with my money."
"I missed the part where that's my problem." Peter quote of what Wrestling Promoter said to him what he did to him

After leaving the wrestling stadium, Peter was smiling to himself when he saw that guy learn his lesson after his money was stolen. Before he continued to walk he stopped when he spotted a crowd of people who wanted to see what's happening since cops stopped the crowd when police cars were there. Peter decide to get in the crowd to see what's going on especially he heard some of people responds
"You gotta get back."
"I can't see. What happened?"
"Old dude, man."
"Come on, folks."
"Keep moving, please."
"Keep moving."
"Let's go!"
"What happened?"
"Someone got hurt."
"Excuse me. Excuse me. Excuse me." Peter walks through the crowd to get a look about what's the commotion but he see the officer hold her hand out to keep civilians away from crime scene
"Stay back. Stay back!"
Peter Parker looks over to her shoulder to see but stops when he sees that person who seems to be shot and laying on the ground and his nephew yells out "That's my uncle! What happened? He goes in to check on Uncle Ben side
"Carjacker. He's been shot. We just called the paramedics. They're on their way." Policewoman let's man's nephew who just goes down to stay by his uncle who seem in pain of gun wound
"Uncle Ben? Uncle Ben. Uncle Ben?" Peter waiting for his uncle to reply back who still in pain but do his best to speak to his nephew
"Peter…"
"I'm here, Uncle Ben." Peter was started to tear up when hearing his uncles voice was pretty low and weaker slowly glancing to his nephew one last time after saying his last word
"Peter." With those words, Uncle Ben will slowly lose his last breath that Peter will see that his uncle is no longer moving anymore. Peter tears streaming down on his face that loosen someone very close who thought him a lot of lessons few times but he felt entirely blaming himself if he insult his uncle who is only trying to help but he took it for granted
"They got the shooter. He's headed south on Fifth. We got three cars in pursuit. All right, folks. Come on, move back" After Peter overheard the officer say that the uncle killer is in a stolen car. So he began to get up and get out from the crowd and run into the alley when placing a mask on including his gloves, hop onto a building wall and start crawling on his hands and feets. When he stops crawling so he can jump off to another building to grab onto a pole to swing to jump higher. When jumping onto roof buildings like in two until he stop at final building to see few of streets
Peter will see his uncle's car driving away from the police . That's the guy who killed him. He shot a line of web onto the side of the building, this was it… he is going to do it… he may have tried it once even though he got hit in the face with his first time swing on a web. With a few seconds of staying calm when he then started to jump off while holding rope of web he let out a scream that he was about to hit the building wall but this time, acting fast, shot another line of web to avoid it. Peter may be scream that he was really do it when he swang up high with amount of web he use to launch himself that he was starting to getting hang of it but there was no time for messing around since he is going after to his uncle's killer so he sway after uncle's car which was driving like crazy when it crashes into blue recycling bin.
Peter swung behind the police car and got ahead when shooting webs on his right hand to his left of seeing good angles. As he finally got close enough to his uncle's stolen car that he landed on the rooftop, punch through it that shocked Dennis Carradirre by hand grabbing his face that he couldn't see from driving that he may have hit a few of one of the cars. He pulled out his gun to shoot like five or six times. Peter was lucky that he didn't get shot when he jumped off from his uncle's car and onto the truck's one. Peter looks up to see that truck is heading under the road bridge so he quickly hops pretty high and back onto truck's rooftop, he will see killer is on the front of the road. Peter gives a high jump backwards into uncle's car hood punch through front glass Dennis struggling to see where he was driving to. Peter spider licks in when he see car is about to crash onto a entrance gate as police cars arrived but robber got out and goes inside of abandoned warehouse I think
"Get a unit to the rear!"
"I got the back!"
When the robber got inside point his gun around the area he is in to be sure none of cops can get him, walking very slowly and caution feeling like someone is watching his movements as he reloads his gun he was too focus on the cops, he didn't notice a shadow of man was crawling when helicopter shines onto window to figure. Dennis turns around run straight when holding his gun in self defense call out
"Who's there?" He will see the shadow of an unknown guy when he blasts his gun on the ceiling. Peter was right behind up while hanging upside down but went back up to the ceiling. Dennis goes to the exit and tries to kick it to escape but Peter grabs the back of his jacket to bash him on the door's small window two times. Tossing his uncle killers who try to fight back by pulling out a knife try to slash this guy but Peter was pretty fart to avoid of his attacks doing a flip kick the knife out of his hand on the ceiling, Peter jumps onto a pole and giving the robber kick on his chest launch him on the wall remove his red mask glaring at him who is scared in fear even beg him to stop
"Don't hurt me. Just give me a chance. Just give me a chance!"
"What about my uncle? Did you give him a chance? Did you? Answer me!" When Peter pinned his uncle's killer on the wall before he could do anything when the light shone, it shocked that this is the same robber he let him go… he even remembered that he helped the robber to escape because of what the wrestling promoter did to him…
"Stop that guy!…"
"Thanks."
There was even flash when Uncle Ben fell down on his back when he got shot
Peter was still frozen like a statue of realization of seeing the same robber he let got away from cops. When daydreaming about his biggest mistake, Dennis gave evilly chuckle as he point his gun to Peter's forehead with two words
"See you." Before he can pull the trigger Peter snap out of it when grabbing him on his wrist and twisting to make him drop the gun Dennis let out a scream of pain
Finally letting go of his hand, Dennis backs away without knowing when his back foot tip over on something made him go backwards onto the window falling into the boards knowing that he didn't survive that fall. Peter goes over to broken window to see his uncle's murderer laying emotionless when police helicopter land got shines to vigilante
"Freeze! We've got the place completely surrounded."
The swat team bash through the doors with their loaded weapons ready to fire but seeing is that mask man wasn't found in building

In Parker's residence
Peter has enter to the living room wearing gray sweater to cover the his wrestler outfit without warning he meets his aunt who is wearing pink robe when she glance at her nephew before hugging him tightly weeping on his chest
"Oh, no. My God. Oh, no. Oh, my God. No!" She cried after she got a call from police that her husband was shot and kill… beloved husband… and beloved uncle they have lost and never coming back
End of the flashback

Cinderella looks at Peter and sees the sadness in him when he talked about his uncle's death the day he won the wrestling match. As she sees him look at the photograph, she knows how close he was to his uncle and how much he meant to him. The pain of losing a loved one is a deep and agonizing ordeal and Cinderella can sense that with Peter. She then speaks to him...to help ease his sadness...
"I'm so sorry that happened, Peter. I can only imagine how tough it must've been to lose your uncle that day..."
" It was my fault that he died just because I let that robber got away with winning from that promoter… and he shot my uncle so he could steal his car…" Peter continues when begin to choke up of remembering his uncle last words and seconds to his nephew
Cindaella gasps as she hears how Peter could've stopped the robber from getting away from the wrestling match. She sees him getting emotional and knows how hard it is for him to recount the last moments of his uncle's life and his own personal failure in the process. She moves over to Peter and hugs him as a sign of comfort and to let him know that he's not alone in his sadness.
"Peter...it's not your fault. I can see you're still grieving over it, but you can't blame yourself. Your uncle would want you to stay strong..."
"If I should have stopped that robber.. my uncle .. will still be alive…"Peter place his face on her shoulder when begin hugged of guilt he has for a few months
Cinderella listens to Peter's words and sees how he blames himself for his uncle's death. She can tell that he's still grieving over it and she's worried that his guilt over his own failure is affecting him in many ways. She holds onto him tightly, not wanting to let go of him in this moment of vulnerability. She speaks to him with care and support...
"Peter...please know that none of this was your fault. You couldn't have known what the robber would do to your uncle. But I know deep inside your uncle would still want you to be happy..."
"Even though I was the one who cost him to died when I let that robber go?"Peter asked when wiping few of his tears
Cinderella looks at Peter as she sees his tears fall down his face and him blaming himself for what happened to his uncle. She speaks to him with a tone of comfort and understanding...knowing how this is affecting him a lot.
"Peter, your uncle would forgive you for what happened that day, because he had love for you and he cared about you. He wouldn't want you to blame yourself for his death...he would want you to be happy and safe from harm..."
Cinderella continues to give Peter a comforting hug as the two of them share this emotional moment together. They share a tender embrace, with her hoping to offer him comfort and support in this time of sadness and grief. She holds him close to her, hoping to convey her empathy towards him and reassure him that he's not alone in his pain...that they will get through this, together.
When they were done hugging each other, Peter and Cinderella goes back to sleep for next day. She smiles at Peter and sees how they are getting ready to turn in for the night. She sees how he looks a little tired and exhausted from the previous day but she hopes he can get a good rest. She gets ready for bed and is tired herself, wanting to get a good night's sleep. She gives Peter one last pat on his head and wishes him a good night of sleep before turning in for her own rest... hoping all will be well when they wake up in the morning...
Peter will see Cinderella goes back to his room to sleep in as he goes back laying on the couch knowing that he has someone he just tell his tragic story so it can get off of his sleeve
After Cinderella left the living room and goes to her room and closes the door behind her, taking a deep breath and feeling relieved that Peter has told someone about his past and his tragedy. She gets ready for bed herself and climbs into bed, feeling tired and exhausted. She lays down and closes her eyes, hoping to get some rest, but still feeling worried about Peter and what he went through...
