A.N. — We're back in the realm of heroes after a voyage through villainy. Today's character is high-ranking: both in the hero billboard charts and on the list of villainous-looking pros. Too bad for him; he's actually a secret softie. Happy birthday to Kugo Sakamata!

302. Kugo Sakamata/Gang Orca

Gang Orca was a constant contrast.

Villains and children ran screaming from him, and that broke Kugo's heart. He'd become a hero so those who'd been ostracized due to their quirks like him had someone to look up to.

Gang Orca was a promise of protection for all, whether they acknowledged it or not. There was no fiercer protector, no hero more tenacious in taking down criminals.

Comfortable giving school tours at his aquarium or surrounded by foes, Kugo believed in being tough but fair. As an example to be followed, he had to show the best of all sides.
