Harry will find out who he his at a much earlier age than he did in Rowling's stories and will face the same situations but in a different manner than before living a much different life than the one he lived in the original story. He will be much more knowledgeable and powerful due to his entrance to the magical world at an earlier age

2. Chapter 2

Gringotts, Revelations, and Punishments

Minerva left Arabella's house and returned to Hogwarts where she immediately found Filius Flitwick and told him what she had seen and heard about Harry. Since Filius had been on of Harry's mother's favorite teacher and she had been one of his best students, Minerva trusted his judgement in the approach that they should take regarding the treatment and future of Harry. Filius said that he would reach out to his friends at Gringotts and see if he can find the will of Lily and James Potter. "For the time being we should refrain from telling anyone else what is going on. The only other person that knows what is going on is one of his squib neighbors, Arabella Figg.

Filius angrily shook his head as he thought about Lily, James, and Harry. Lily told me that she never wanted Harry to go to her relatives and I had never thought to investigate whether her wishes had been followed. I knew that Albus had found a home for Harry to live in but I never thought that he would go against her wishes. She had told me that the witnesses to her will had been both Albus and one of her best friends, Alice. As he approached Gringotts he hoped that being part goblin and friends to most of the goblins in charge he would be able to find out what happened. He would first reach out to Griphook since he was the one that had dealt with most of the potter accounts for a while now. A few years before the death of Lily and James he had become the account manager for the Potters.

Filius approached Griphook and told him what he knew. "Harry has been sent to live with his aunt and uncle which I know was against the wishes of his mother, Lily Potter. Why has her will been ignored?" Griphook looked at him shocked and said "Albus and Alice were present as witnesses to the creation of the will before I became the account manager, before the death of the Potters and what happened to Frank and Alice. Most of us assumed that her wishes had been followed. After discussing the situation with Albus we decided to add spells to the copy of the will that we sent to the ministry of magic allowing no one to read it until Harry become of age or Albus was no longer alive or unable to take care of him. We never actually read the document since the original account manager died at the hands of Voldemort. I will have the original copy of the will opened and I will be the only one to read it, since we keep a copy in the vault as well as a safe location. If I find any discrepancies, I will bring them to you."

Filius agreed and as he waited, he thought about what he would do if he found out that Lily's wishes were not followed. If Griphook comes back and we find anything is different than it should be then there will be large repercussions for all who are involved. I will not let Lily and James' only son live a life that they would not approve of. As Griphook came back looking angry and shocked he knew that there was a problem with the will and he and Minerva would have to fix whatever was wrong. Griphook shook his head and said "we have opened the will and there are several issues that we have found.

As filius was at Gringotts Minerva was sitting in her office thinking about Harry and all that she had seen. We must do something about Harry's current living situation. I wish that we did not have to deal with this, but I know that Filius is going to come back and tell us that there is a problem with the will. After witnessing how they acted before we left Harry with them and then seeing how he was treated now there is no way that Lily would have allowed him to be left with her relatives.

Filius walked into her office after a few hours looking extremely pissed. I just got back from the Gringotts and the Ministry. Minerva thought, this is not going to be good. If he had to go to the ministry after Gringotts something bad must have happened. "Well Minerva, I know that this is no time to celebrate, it is actually the worst time to celebrate, but congratulations on your promotion. You are now the acting Headmistress of Hogwarts. Albus is currently being arrested and taken to the ministry for trial. He ignored the will of Lily Potter and will likely be facing the consequences of his actions. I'm sure the wizarding world will know of what is going on in a few hours.

Later that night…

Dumbledore Arrested

Albus Dumbledore has been arrested a couple of hours ago after the ministry discovered that he had completely ignored the contents of a will and will face trial later this week to determine the consequences of his actions. The ministry is currently going through all the wills that Dumbledore has been a witness to. We have found that he has ignored the contents of several wills. For the protections of the individuals involved we will keep any other information about the wills confidential. We will be releasing more information about the fate of Dumbledore as soon as we hear more.

Unbeknownst to Harry his world was about to change for the better. Harry lay on his bed thinking about his life. Vernon and Petunia are the worst people in the world. They let their own son become one of the largest people I have ever seen and give him everything he wants. I wish I could leave this place and never return. I wish I had other family members, ones who care for me. Vernon and Petunia talked to him once about his parents, with extreme hatred in their voices. I have no memory of what happened to my parents except for a blinding green light. Petunia told me that my parents died in a car crash but where did the blinding green light come from. As he was thinking this he heard a knock at the front door. Vernon got up and went to the door where he was immediately taken outside by a police officer. "What is the meaning of this" he yelled. Petunia walked into the hallway as a Police officer, a woman in a green dress and hat, and a man in a suit with red hair walked to the cupboard and opened it to find Harry trying to listen at the holes in the door. The officer turned to petunia and asked, "is there anyone else in this house?" Petunia responded, "only my son and my husband." You and your husband are being arrested for Child abuse. This child is extremely underfed, and we have been told that you leave him in this cupboard for long periods of time. Many of your neighbors did not even know that a second boy lived here. I suggest that you take the next 15 minutes while we continue our search to find someone for your son to stay with otherwise, we will take care of that too." The officer also said "should you have a lawyer and wish to contact him/her we will also give you the opportunity to contact them as well.

While the officers were talking with, and arresting, Petunia and Vernon the man and woman approached Harry. Knowing that Minerva would be the better of the two to talk to the young boy. The man thought that the boy looked to be a little frightened of them both. Minerva started talking to the boy as the man looked around at all the stuff that was in the house and watched the police officers. Minerva looked at the boy and said "my name is Minerva McGonagall and this is one of my friends we have a car for all of us waiting outside we are here to take you away from these mean relatives of yours Harry. I know you may not trust us for the moment but if you come with us to the car I promise we will stay within the view of the police officers while we talk in the car." Harry looked at the two briefly before looking down and following them, still a little unsure of what is going on.

Once the three of them got in the car and shut the door. Minerva looked at Harry and said "I knew your parents as children. I was one of their teachers while they were at school and became close friends with them until their deaths. The only people closer to them than me were James' four friends. Many of us were unaware of what was happening to you until your neighbor Ms. Figg reached out to me. We are here to take you somewhere so you can see and hear one of the last things that your parents wrote and then we will take you to your new home." Looking around making sure no one could hear her she continued "Harry, you, your parents, and both of us are wizards/witches and the place we are going has people that you have never seen before called goblins." Harry looked at her with a skeptical expression on his face. "You're messing with me. Witches and wizards are not real." "Actually, they are Harry. I'll show you if you hand me your glasses." He watched as she pulled a stick out of one of the pockets in her dress and pointed it at his glasses. He watched in amazement as she removed the tape on his glasses, and they were whole again. "Thanks" he murmured.

The officer closest to them waved that they were good to leave when ever they were ready to go. Harry looked at the woman as she asked if he was ok with them taking him to their next stop. "Harry," Minerva said, we are going to meet this man's wife and daughter at the bank we are going to. Would you like to hang out with their daughter while we get everything ready for our discussion? Harry looked at the man and nodded saying "sure." Since the young boy was looking at him and agreed the man decided it was time for him to introduce himself. "Harry, my name is Arthur, and my wife and daughter's names are Molly and Ginny. We really want to help make this right if you'll let us. Harry nodded and smiled at the man named Arthur.

As they came to a stop outside of a dirty looking building that no one seemed to be able to see harry stepped out of the car and followed Minerva and Arthur. They walked through the building and Arthur tapped the stick that he was holding in several places on the wall. Harry was shocked to see the wall moving and revealing a street with buildings all along the side and a big white building off in the distance. As the trio walked toward the big white building, he saw a woman and child in with red hair just like Arthur's hair. He was surprised to see that the 2 people, and everyone else for that matter, seemed to be wearing weird clothes that looked like robes. Most of the robes even had hoods on them and he noticed some of the people around him walking around with the hoods up.

The little girl looked at her father and said "hi, daddy." Harry looked at her and spoke but mostly hid behind the two adults he was walking with. She looked at him and said "Hi, I am Ginny." She looked at him and smiled asking if he wanted to play. Harry nodded shyly and slowly walked up to her. As the started to play together the adults started to talk to each other.

Molly asked "what happened to him. He looks like he barely eats. How could Dumbledore have allowed this." "We don't know" Minerva started, "but young Harry here is the main reason that we found that Dumbledore has been ignore the contents of many of the wills that he was witness to. As the watch the children playing, they saw that Harry had quit moving and was watching the person walking up to them. The person spoke then, and everyone stopped moving. "We are ready for your group to come in, we are unable to let Mrs. Weasley and her daughter come in with us, but they are welcome to wait in the room just outside of the main meeting room.

As Minerva, Arthur and Harry followed the goblin into the room the door shut behind them and Harry watched as the doors shimmered. The Goblin introduced himself saying "I am Griphook and I am the Potter account manager. Anything we say in here can not be heard by anyone and cannot be repeated by any of us without the approval of young Harry here." Griphook went on to say that the goblins after talking with another one of Minerva's friends, they found out that there were many issues with how the will of Harry's parents had been dealt with. "We are here to fix those issues and hopefully help Harry become the wizard that he was supposed to become." Griphook continued, "if there is nothing else we will go ahead and read the will of Lily and James Potter.

The Last Will and Testament of Lily and James Potter

I, Lily J. Potter and I, James F. Potter being of sound mind declare that this is the last will and testament witnessed by our friends Albus Dumbledore and Alice Longbottom. "We want Harry to know that we love him with all of our hearts and hope that he will never have to read this as we will be there to help him grow up. However, if that does not happen the following should be addressed.

1: Harry's guardianship. HE SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE ALLOWED TO LIVE WITH VERNON AND PETUNIA DURSLEY. DUE TO THEIR HATRED OF MAGIC, THEY WILL LIKELY NOT TREAT HIM IN A LOVING MANNER.

His guardians should be as follows in the following order

Sirus Black-his godfather

Alice Longbottom-his godmother

Molly Weasley-Lily's friend

Minerva McGonagall-Friend/teacher of the family

Filius Flitwick-friend/teacher of the family

Albus Dumbledore-Headmaster/friend of the family

Should none of these people be available Harry will be sent to any family that has no affiliation with Voldemort or any of his followers, who will take care of him as if he were their own.

2: Property and Expenses

-Potter Manor: will be the location that Harry stays at so that he can grow and live with the things that he should have had access should we have been able to raise him. Any family that becomes his guardian will be allowed access to Potter Manor and have control of any security and items within the property (with the exception of being able to sell any Potter property) until he comes of age. Any family house elves will listen to and belong to Harry (and the guardian family, until Harry comes of age)

-Potter Villa: The vacation home will be available for the family to stay in should they choose to take a holiday off the coast. This will also be available for the family that takes care of him once he comes of age and takes control of Potter Manor.

-Potter Cottage: (Destroyed and Memorialized) will belong to Harry once he comes of age.

Potter Flat: will belong to Remus Lupin.

Potter Vault: All the contents of potter vault will belong to Harry. He can enter and take out any of the items in the vault excluding money (trust vault will pull money out annually and anything that could be considered dangerous). At the creation of this will the vault currently has 100 million Galleons, 50 thousand Sickles, and 2 thousand 5 hundred Knuts. Any businesses the Potter family invests in will be added to this account.

Potter Trust: 50 thousand Galleons will be added each year until Harry graduates from Hogwarts. (Untouched for 7 years currently contains 350 thousand galleons

Guardian Vault: Should something happen to us 20 thousand galleons will be provided to the family that takes care of him each year until he is of age. (Untouched for 7 years currently contains 140 thousand galleons) This family will also sit as his proxy for the Potter seat in the Wizengamot

Sirius Black- 50 thousand galleons- you have been a great friend to the family and we want you to have this money as a thank you for all that you have done for us

Remus Lupin- 50 thousand galleons- you have been a great friend to the family and we want you to have this money as a thank you for all that you have done for us

Peter Pettigrew (unless we die at the hands of Voldemort as he is our secret keeper)-25 thousand Galleons- you are one of James' childhood friends

Hogwarts- 75 thousand Galleons- our school and Harry's future school. To be used to update the curriculum, buy new brooms for the students to learn on, and additions to the library.

Minerva McGonagall and Filius Flitwick will both receive 30 thousand galleons and any notes/journals that we may have concerning their subjects

3. Should any of the items in this will not be followed (unless physically or mentally unable to adhere to it) the witnesses will either be sent to Azkaban for 10 years, any titles will be taken away and given to the next appropriate person, or an equally appropriate punishment should be given.

Minerva was shocked at the contents of the will. Albus would likely spend the next 10 years in prison and would lose all his titles. She was also shocked to find out that the Peter was the one responsible for James and Lily's deaths. Since she did not trust the minister to do what he must she planned to show that part of the will to Amelia Bones (Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement) and take any necessary actions against those who falsely imprisoned Sirius.

Griphook stated that there was one more thing that needed to be done and word of this will also not leave this room with out Harry's consent. "While we believe that this is Harry, we need to do an inheritance and blood line test. All this will require is a few drops of Harry's blood. Harry consented and the results are as follows:

Gryffindor Heir (father's side)

Ravenclaw Heir (Mother's side)

"Please come back in a few days and we will finish our business as soon as we investigate what this test will add to his Inheritance. "Mr. Weasley it looks like you should take Harry home and get ready for the move to Potter Manor."

A couple of days later another special edition of the Daily Prophet was sent out.

Dumbledore Charged

We are sending this special edition of the Daily Prophet out to inform our readers that Albus Dumbledore has been sentenced to 10 years in Azkaban and has been removed from Hogwarts as its Headmaster. The School will now be run by Minerva McGonagall. His title on the Wizengamot will be passed on after a vote has been placed and his seat on the wizengamot will now belong to the Potter Family.

Sorry for the long chapter. I wasn't planning on writing this much but realized that I could not stop in the middle of the chapter. Most chapters will not be this long in the future. Feel free to review and let me know what you approve/disapprove of. I am also willing to take suggestions as to where I should go from here and what I should include. The plan is to run the course of all the books with major differences to each. The only similarities should be the final outcomes and even those may be different.
