It has been six weeks now. I only finished one paper since then and I still have at least two more. I hope this will not distract me too much from writing.
Anyway, about this chapter.
Issei, Gasper and Yuuto had just foiled Kokabiel's ploy to use a dimensional portal for nefarious ends. Yuuto also managed to get his revenge on those that ruined his life. And now the Hulk has jumped into the fray and beat up Kokabiel. And the leaders of the Fallen Angels, Angels and Devils have stepped in, too.

Chapter 67 – Hulk vs Everyone
15th of November, Sunday, 4:08 am – Bunker underneath Hotel Entertainment
Sirzechs, Michael and Azazel had chased the Hulk all the way to the city of Tokyo. At first, the other leaders in the Anti-Hulk-Alliance wanted to take the Hulk down earlier. But Sirzechs, Azazel and Michael insisted that they instead follow the Hulk to where he was going. The three of them had a feeling that the Hulk was going somewhere specific and decided it was best to figure out what his goal was before attacking him.
It took some arguing here and there, but in the end, the three Biblical Faction leaders won out. And true enough, the Hulk did go somewhere specific – into a hidden underground bunker right beneath the streets of Tokyo. And to their surprise, they discovered Kokabiel there fighting the Hulk.
At first, Michael and Sirzechs thought that Azazel might have given the Anti-Hulk-Alliance a hand. But Azazel knew better. He knew Kokabiel would never agree to a coalition like this. Moreover, he had been mysteriously absent for quite some time with nobody knowing where he had been or what he was doing. Something was wrong and Azazel knew it was something bad.
Although all three had witnessed the Hulk's fighting power, they could not help but feel amazed at how easy Kokabiel had been taken down by the Hulk. However, they also could not let the Fallen Angel die either, thus leading them to step in to stop the fight.
And so, the Hulk and the three Fallen Angels stood there, watching each other warily.
Sirzechs just so happened to glance sideways to discover several people sitting there along the wall and nursing their injuries.
'What are they doing here?' Sirzechs asked himself in surprise.
Sirzechs recognized them all. First was Issei, whom he had encountered not too long ago back in Kuoh with the Hulk. Second was Yuuto Kiba, who was his sister's Knight. And finally came Gasper Vladi, his sister's bishop.
Sirzechs could understand Issei Hyoudou being here, he and the Hulk had been seen on several occasions together. Perhaps Issei was trying to fight the Hulk by himself? But what was Yuuto Kiba doing here with him? Was Rias and the rest of her peerage, too? And why was Gasper out of his room? Was he not a shut-in?
Sirzechs shook these thoughts aside. He could always ask them later. Right now, preparing for combat against the Hulk was a priority. The last fight left him a bit bruised, after all.
But first…
"Huh? What is he…?" Issei voiced out upon seeing Sirzechs raise his hands towards them.
"This is…?" Yuuto voiced out in surprise as the floor around them glowed.
It was a teleportation sigil. And it had appeared underneath Issei, Yuuto and Gasper.
"Wait, Lucifer-sama! What are you…?" Gasper wanted to ask Sirzechs, only for him and Issei and Yuuto to vanish.
Seeing that the three boys were out of harm's way, Sirzechs turned his attention back to the Hulk. Two of the three leaders of the three Biblical Factions were having a stare down with the Hulk.
The third one – namely Azazel – had walked over to Kokabiel and removed the rubble with magic.
"You have a lot of explaining to do, Kokabiel," Azazel said to the unconscious Kokabiel. "But first, go back and recover."
Azazel summoned a magic circle and had teleported Kokabiel back to the Grigori.
With all that said and done, all three leaders focused their attention on the Hulk.
"Now, then…" Michael declared as he pulled out his sword and pointed at the Hulk. "Surrender, Hulk! You have nowhere left to run!"
The Hulk, of course, refused to be intimidated. Instead, he readied himself to fight those three men, who stood before him.
"It seems talking like to him is just a waste of time," Azazel said and summoned a light spear.
Sirzechs summoned his Power of Destruction in his body, causing the earth to tremble.
"Grrr… RAAAH!" the Hulk roared and charged at the three Biblical Faction Leaders.
Sirzechs, Azazel and Michael poured a great amount of their magic into their weapons or bodies. Just before the Hulk reached them. they then threw their attacks at the Hulk together.
[BOOOOOOOM!]
The Hulk was thrown back strongly and…
[CRASH!]
…impacted the bunker walls with a loud crash, leaving a huge crater on it.
But the three leaders were not finished yet. They quickly charged their next attacks. They began shooting the Hulk with blast after blast. Michael shot a powerful beam of Holy Light from his sword. Azazel created, charged and threw light spear after light spear. Sirzechs fired huge orbs from his hands one after the other.
[BOOM!] [BAM!] [KABOOM!]
Each attack hit the Hulk hard, making him unable to make a move.
"Grrr…" the Hulk growled and grunted in annoyance.
Those attacks stung and certainly held the Hulk back. But at the same time, the attacks were not strong enough to defeat him.
But the three Biblical Faction leaders anticipated this.
"NOW!" Azazel suddenly yelled.
At that moment, Vali came down into the bunker, wearing the armor of the Hakuryuuko. And with him came a great number of Devils, Fallen Angels, Angels, Youkai, members of the Nordic God Faction and even Grim Reapers. There were even some powerful humans in the multitude as well.
Vali proceeded to use his abilities to weaken the Hulk.
[Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!]
Vali used his [Divide!] ability to continually halve the Hulk's strength with every move.
"Hulk… weaker…?" the Hulk wondered in shock as the attacks that were hitting him were hurting him more than usual.
All the remaining new fighters either joined in the attack by firing massive amounts of magical attacks of various kinds or aided Sirzechs, Azazel and Michael by boosting their attacks with support magic.
[BAM!] [ZAP!] [FREEZE!] [BURN!]
Different magical attack spells ranging from fire, water, ice, lightning, and other elements hit the Hulk all over his body.
Also, with the assistance of support magic, the three Biblical Faction Leaders becoming much stronger, their attacks became that much more powerful. They continued firing their attacks relentlessly.
[BOOM!] [KABOOOM!] [BAAAAAM!]
The Hulk took on their attacks head on with no way to escape or defend himself. He was completely helpless.
"Cough! Cough! Argh…" the Hulk groaned after coughing up green blood from his mouth, though he still did his best to stay strong.
The Hulk knew that his enemies were going all out and were trying to kill him. Even then, the Hulk knew that if something did not happen soon enough, he might die.
Was it truly the end for him?
It was then, that the Hulk noticed something from behind the three Biblical Faction leaders and their subordinates and allies.
It was the frame of the portal. From it came a faint glow, which became brighter and brighter.
15th of November, Sunday, 4:10 am – On the school grounds of Kuoh Academy, Kuoh
Issei, Yuuto and Gasper found themselves looking at a familiar sight.
"What the…? Why are we back at Kuoh Academy?" Issei asked startled.
"Lord Lucifer must have wanted us to return safely," Yuuto answered as he wiped the dust of his clothes and sweat of his forehead. "Though I am not sure why you were included."
Yuuto looked at Issei while saying this.
"Probably because Lord Lucifer could not focus his magic on the two of us. Or perhaps he did not care," Gasper guessed.
"And would you look at this," Issei looked at himself and the others. "I feel rejuvenated…"
"Me, too," Yuuto said as he moved his body around.
As he did so he found that all his injuries had disappeared.
"Same for me, too," Gasper added in astonishment at the miracle.
[It seems he also cast healing magic on us, too] Ddraig spoke up. [Which is good for us, Partner.]
"Yes," Issei answered as he donned the Crimson Scale Mail again.
"What are you doing?" Yuuto asked Issei in surprise.
"We're heading back," Issei answered and was about to depart.
"What!? Why would you do this?" Gasper voiced in shock.
"Because I must. If I don't, then I fear something bad may happen," Issei explained.
"Hold on a minute!" Yuuto stopped Issei. "You've seen how strong the Hulk is. It beat up Kokabiel, against whom we did not stand a chance against, with ease. How much of a chance would you have?"
"Kiba-senpai is right! Besides, Lord Lucifer and Michael and Azazel are there to stop the Hulk. I'm sure they can stop him," Gasper added.
"I get what you guys are saying," Issei acknowledged their arguments. "But unless I go, nobody can be saved. I have a strong feeling that the Hulk won't be defeated by any of them."
"What!? How can you be so sure?" Yuuto asked Issei.
"Call it a hunch. Besides, I don't think violence is the answer to dealing with him," Issei answered as he thought back.
Issei thought back at the time when Shinyama asked to bring the Hulk to him and that he could help him. Issei also thought of the time when he had interacted with Dr. Banner, the Hulk's alter ego, and how he had been so polite and considerate when the Devils showed up.
Issei shook his head. How could he have been so stupid? Everything suggested that the Hulk was not somebody who should be destroyed. Rather, it suggested that the Hulk could be helped.
No, not the Hulk, but rather the man known as Bruce Banner. He must be helped. For that was what he had to do as a hero.
[Partner, we're wasting time! Let's go!] Ddraig urged him.
"Right," Issei replied and with the booster on his back firing up…
[Boost!] [Boost!] [Boost!]
(((WHOOOSH!)))
…Issei took off, flying towards the great distance… towards Tokyo…
Yuuto and Gasper stood there stunned at what Issei just said.
"What did he mean that violence was not the answer?" Gasper asked Yuuto.
"Talking, perhaps?" Yuuto answered unsure.
After they watched Issei disappear in the distance, they both decided to head in for the night. They both had a very long day (or actually night).
15th of November, Sunday, 4:11 am – Back to the Hulk at the Bunker, Tokyo
Nobody noticed at first. But it came to pass that a certain Angel with two wings glanced behind him to notice the portal glowing with a distinctly green color.
"Hmm!?" the Angel voiced in surprise at this strange phenomenon. He inadvertently stopped attacking while doing so.
"Don't be distracted! Fire at this monster with everything you've got!" shouted his superior officer, a female Angel with four wings, who was firing ice magic at the Hulk.
"But… behind us…" the Angel replied nervously and pointed at the portal.
"Behind us…?" the superior Angel wondered and turned her head to see what her subordinate was pointing at.
It was then that some other Angels and members of other Supernatural Factions noticed as well.
"What is that…?" a Devil soldier pointed at the glowing portal.
The portal was glowing stronger and stronger until a surge of energy could be sensed coming from it.
"Out of the way! Now!" a Fallen Angel cried out.
With that said, all the other supernatural fighters in the bunker quickly turned around to see what was happening. Upon seeing the portal glow strongly, they quickly dodged/jumped/flew out of the way.
"Michael, Sirzechs!" Azazel warned them.
Both of them nodded. They understood what Azazel was warning against.
Sirzechs, Azazel, Michael and even Vali flew out of the way. In doing so, they also stopped attacking giving the Hulk a bit of respite.
Giving the Hulk any chance of recovering was what they did not want to have.
The plan of the Anti-Hulk-Alliance was this: It was to first use Azazel, Sirzechs and Michael as bait to gain the Hulk's attention. Then, the three of them would stun the Hulk, have Vali weaken the Hulk with his [Divide!] and then pummel the Hulk relentlessly with magical attacks until he was dead.
But the mysterious glow from that portal ruined this plan. And why did it do so?
Well, the reason was…
[FLASH!]
…because a powerful beam emitted from the portal and headed towards the Hulk. All the combatants were in between the Hulk and the portal, thus they had to dodge or risk getting hit.
"GRAAAAHHHHHH!" the Hulk roared as the beam hit him.
His opponents watched this with surprise and shock.
"What is that!?" asked one of the Angels.
"What is that portal?" asked a Devil.
"And is that monster glowing?" a Youkai pointed out.
"This is…" Michael whispered in awe.
"This must be the dimensional portal I was told about," Azazel mused.
"I'm sorry? Do you know what that is?" Sirzechs asked Azazel.
"Well, yes. You see some time ago, we in the Grigori received information about the existence of a portal connecting our world to other worlds. Kokabiel and his faction in the Grigori found about this and even launched an attack on this hotel just to find it. That would explain why Kokabiel was found here. And seeing this before our eyes, certainly confirms the portal's existence for good," Azazel explained to them.
"A portal to other worlds? That's unbelievable! What kind of worlds are they?" Michael asked Azazel.
"Thus far, we only discovered one world. But let's talk about this another time. Something is happening to the Hulk," Azazel pointed out.
Sirzechs and Michael turned their attention back to the Hulk to see what Azazael meant.
The Hulk was glowing brighter and brighter with a greenish glow. And not just that, it seemed like he had regained his strength with how his posture changed.
"This isn't good… It's recovered!" a Youkai warrior cried out in fear.
"HULK SMASH!" the Hulk roared and clapped his hands together.
"AGH!" "UGH!" ARGH!" "GUAH!" "GACK!"
All the supernatural warriors except for Sirzechs, Michael and Azazel were blown away from the shockwave. All of those fell to the ground in shock because of their rattled bleeding ear drums or because of being blown back into the bunker walls, rendering them unconscious.
Some of the stronger warriors managed to remain conscious and kneeling on the ground, among them was Vali.
As for Sirzechs, Michael and Azazel, they barely managed to remain standing, though with their support knocked out, they had weakened considerably through continuous use of magical attacks and needed to take a break to recover.
Some of them tried to resume their attack on the Hulk. But the Hulk would not let them.
"UGH!" a Grim Reaper grunted as the Hulk stomped on his head, rendering him unconscious.
"HIDEBU!" a youkai commander cried out as the Hulk sent her flying into the wall with one punch.
"GAAAAHHHH!" a Devil screamed as he was sent flying out of the bunker with one punch.
"KEUK!" a Fallen Angel gasped as was kicked in the face.
"KYAH! EUGH!" a Valkyrie was seized by Hulk and slapped to the ground hard.
The Hulk proceeded to attack some more foes that were still standing and tried resisting with everything they could.
Seeing all this, Vali scrambled to get up.
[That power! The Hulk has regained its strength!] Albion told Vali.
"I guess that means no holding back now!" Vali declared as he decided to go all out.
With that, Vali closed his eyes and…
(((RUMBLE!)))
…began a chant that made the earth shake violently.
Azazel noticing this, sighed sadly.
"So, it has come to this…" Azazel said to himself before turning to Sirzechs and Michael. "We need to get all our soldiers out and retreat!"
"What? Why?" Sirzechs asked surprised.
"Vali is going to use the Juggernaut Drive! Once he is in that state, he will not be able to distinguish between friend or foe! Now, hurry!" Azazel urged the two of them.
With those words, Sirzechs and Michael ordered their subordinates and allies to retreat. Those that were unconscious were either carried or teleported out of the bunker. The three leaders themselves left the bunker last.
Meanwhile, Vali began his chant with the following words. Each word he spoke was filled with power. Along with Vali, the voices of the previous Hakuryuukou could also be heard chanting alongside him.
"I, who am about to awaken,"
"They are going to be blasted away!" "They certainly are going to be blasted away!"
"Am the Heavenly Dragon who lost all to the principles of supremacy."
"The dream will end!" "The illusion will begin!"
"I envy the "infinite" and I pursue the "dream"."
"Everything!" "Yes, give us everything!"
"I shall become the White Dragon of Supremacy."
"And I shall take you to the limits of innocence!"
[Juggernaut Drive!]
(((((BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!)))))
With a loud burst, Vali's armor glowed and became sharper and more terrifying.
The Hulk was stopped in his tracks as he witnessed Vali's power explode. The burst of Vali's new form made the Hulk cover himself with his arms.
Noticing this, Vali took the chance.
(((WHAM!)))
Vali punched the Hulk in the stomach and sent him flying into the bunker walls, causing a part of it to collapse. Vali quickly moved on to the next attack and pummeled the Hulk with multiple punches.
[POW!] [POW!] [POW!] [POW!] [POW!]
"GAH! UGH!" the Hulk grunted as took on punch after punch.
But Vali was relentless in his barrage of fists but did not limit himself to those.
Vali suddenly charged a beam from his left hand and…
[BOOOOM!]
…shot it at the Hulk, causing the whole bunker to collapse.
(((((((RRRRRRRUUUUUUMMMBBLLLLE!)))))))
A powerful earthquake had just shaken the entirety of Tokyo.
Meanwhile, those supernatural forces stationed on the streets of Tokyo right above the bunker and those who had just arrived from the bunker were watching the fight between Vali and the Hulk with trepidation. They could not see anything, yet they could feel the intensity of the fight.
When the bunker collapsed, it caused the road they were on to crater and form a large hole in the ground. Thankfully, none of them were caught in the collapse.
Just then, the ground burst open a good distance farther to reveal the Hulk. The Hulk was bruised and dirty yet remained fine overall. Vali emerged from the hole in the destroyed bunker and rushed at the Hulk with the speed of sound.
"UGH!" the Hulk grunted as Vali tackled him and flew with him into the air.
[Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!] [Divide!]
Vali repeated his tactics of weakening the Hulk by halving his strength with every [Divide!].
The Hulk did become weaker. However, the Hulk did not falter. He did his best to regain control while being dragged higher into the sky.
Vali tried using his armored claws to grapple and tear the Hulk to shreds.
[SLASH!] [SLASH!] [SLASH!]
The slashes formed deep gashes on the Hulk's body, making Vali's armor messy with the Hulk's green blood.
"Grr… GRRRRRR!" the Hulk grunted in pain with every slash.
Fortunately for the Hulk, his injuries would heal up quickly or else he would be dead. Moreover, thanks to the strange green glowing energy from the portal, the Hulk's regenerative ability helped restore his lost strength, making him extremely vigorous (not that any of them knew though).
It was then that the Hulk finally found his bearings in the air and retaliated.
The Hulk first grabbed Vali's right hand that was supposed to slash him with one hand. Next the Hulk seized Vali's other arm that had grabbed the Hulk. Then the Hulk began to wrestle, twist and turn.
This caused Vali's flight to become erratic, making them both fly in irregular patterns ultimately leading downwards.
Vali had not given up.
Vali charged a beam in his left arm…
[BAM!]
Vali managed to cause a hole in the Hulk's stomach, causing the Hulk to roar in pain.
"RRRAAAAGHH! ARGH!" the Hulk roared in pain.
Yet, the Hulk had managed to survive, even as the hole closed.
Vali was about to shoot the Hulk point-blank with another powerful blast. But the Hulk resorted to doing something to stop that.
The Hulk headbutted Vali. The helmet was sharp, so the Hulk received a bloody cut on his forehead. Still, Vali stopped his attack and faltered for a moment.
It was then that the Hulk tightly gripped both of Vali's arms and shoved his feet against his chest.
Vali suddenly felt himself pressed heavily and his arms being strained. Still, he did not make an audible reaction for [Juggernaut Drive!] numbed him of his senses.
But Albion was different.
[What? What is… No…] Albion said to himself as dread built up within him.
Albion realized what the Hulk was going to do.
The armor's sharpness hurt the Hulk's feet as he pressed against it.
But the Hulk did not care.
The Hulk was angry.
And he wanted to break Vali.
The Hulk used all his strength to push against Vali with his legs and pull his arms towards him at the same time.
[NO! PARTNER! DO SOMETHING! HE'S GOING TO…] Albion pleaded with Vali in a panic.
This happened all while both were plummeting downward until…
"RRRRAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" the Hulk let out a loud roar as he tore at Vali's arms with one final pull and then…
[RRRRRIIIIIIIPPPP!]
…with one ugly ripping sound, Vali's arms were torn off his body!
Blood burst out of Vali's body as both the Hulk had separated from Vali with his now detached arms.
[NOOOOOOOO!] Albion screamed as his screams faded away.
15th of November, Sunday, 4:15 am – Meanwhile with Issei…
[Albion?] Ddraig suddenly spoke up while Issei was in mid-flight.
"What is it, Ddraig?" Issei asked Ddraig.
[I just…] Ddraig stalled in his answer and then shook it off. [Never mind…]
Issei continued flying through the night sky.
The last time he went to Tokyo from Kuoh it was still at a time when people were awake. Now, it was nighttime, so he did not have to fear getting anyone's attention.
But Ddraig could not help but feel uneasy.
[Why does it feel like something horrible has happened to Albion?] Ddraig asked himself with a strange sense of somberness for his rival.
15th of November, Sunday, 4:16 am – Back to the Battle in Downtown Tokyo
Vali did not make a sound. He did not scream, nor did he groan. In the [Juggernaut Drive!] mode, he was numb and only focused on fighting. Nevertheless, his body could no longer take it as his now armless body fell back to the ground.
[BOOM!]
The various warriors of the supernatural factions gathered around to inspect the fallen Vali.
"GASP!" "NO!" "IT CAN'T BE!"
Those who had gathered around Vali voiced in shock at what they had seen. For lying there was one of their strongest warriors in an unconscious state with both his arms missing. From his torso flowed a great amount of blood.
[Dismiss!]
With the armor gone in a flash, Vali looked pitiful as he was no longer able to fight. To make matters worse, nobody knew at first glance whether he was dead or alive.
But with Vali defeated, that also meant…
[BOOM!]
The Hulk had landed with a huge thud from a place not far from where Vali had fallen. The Hulk had both of Vali's arms in his hands, which he both discarded like trash.
Among the various warriors were a Monkey Youkai, a Nekoshou, a young glasses-wearing man in a suit and a girl with a witch's hat staring at Vali and the Hulk with horror and fury.
"You… SON OF A B****! I'LL KILL YOU!" the Monkey Youkai screamed in a fury and tears in his eyes as he was the first to rush at the Hulk with his staff.
The Hulk simply threw his fist and…
"AGH!"
…sent the Monkey Youkai flying into a nearby building, rendering him unconscious.
"Bikou!" the girl cried in shock and ran to her downed friend to take care both of him and Vali.
"How dare you do that to Vali!" the Nekoshou screamed as she attacked the Hulk from behind with a blast filled with Youjutsu and Senjutsu.
She poured all her strength into that attack as she remembered all the good that Vali had done…
How Vali had taken her into his team…
How Vali had helped give her an alias so that nobody could identify her as the Stray Devil that killed her master to save her sister…
How Vali made her feel like she had a family…
…and all this was robbed of her because of that blasted Hulk!
The Hulk was caught off guard by the Nekoshou's attack as the blast hit his back, making the Hulk stumble forward. The Hulk looked behind him. But the Nekoshou was faster and summoned a powerful mist that filled the area. The mist surrounded the Hulk and obscured the Nekoshou from sight.
"If this won't kill you…" the Nekoshou seethed.
But the mist, though it was poisonous, did not affect the Hulk. For he…
[CLAP!]
…made a huge clap that blew away the mist and revealed the Cat Youkai's position.
The Hulk immediately rushed towards her and seized her by the throat.
"GACK! Cough!" the female youkai gagged, as she struggled to resist.
Then the Hulk…
[WHAM!]
…smashed her into the ground, rendering her unconscious.
The young man with glasses pulled out a sword and proceeded to rush at the Hulk with several other warriors with swords, spears and bows.
But the Hulk just smashed through them all like an American Football player.
"AGH!" "UGH!" "GUAH!" "KEUK!" "OGH!"
The young man with the glasses was the only one who managed to strike a blow by stabbing the Hulk under the armpit.
[SQUELCH!]
"This is for Vali!" the young man screamed.
But the Hulk shrugged off the pain and simply grabbed the young man's arm and…
"UGH! AGH! UGH! OOF!"
…repeatedly smashed him into the ground like a ragdoll before pulling out the young man's sword from under the armpit and…
"GYAAAAARGH!"
…into his hand, pinning him down and leaving him to writhe in agony.
It was then that more reinforcements descended upon the area to meet the Hulk. There were several thousands of Angels, Devils, Youkai, Nordic Faction members and Grim Reapers. There were even Dragons and Familiars, too.
They all fired their weapons, magic and traps at the Hulk.
[BOOM!] [BAM!] [SWISH!] [SLASH!] [BANG!] [RATATATATATA!] [FREEZE!] [CRACKLE!]
The Hulk had been knocked back by the combined effort of these thousands of warriors – at least at first. For the Hulk was not so easily deterred by them.
"HULK CRUSH YOU ALL!" the Hulk roared and rushed at them in a fury.
The Hulk would crush all of them with his body, fury and vigor. Here is a sample of what the Hulk did to them.
The first one whose face the Hulk smashed in was a Rat Youkai with a sword, knocking him back into eight other Snake, Mouse and Fox Youkai, sending them all into the land of dreams.
The Hulk smashed a female Devil using ice magic and a Fallen Angel with a sword into each other's heads, leaving them in a concussion.
Then the Hulk jumped and stomped on a big burly Devil, crushing him flat and stomped on a Grim Reaper, followed by 15 Fox Youkais all with the same results.
He intercepted the spear of a six-winged Fallen Angel and punched the living daylights out of him.
The Hulk was bitten down hard by a Devil Dragon before the Hulk ripped his wings out in retaliation, making the poor drake cry in agony.
Eight more Devil Dragons tried to consume the Hulk with fire, only for the Hulk to tank the attacks and then seize their jaws, then tear their teeth out, leaving them to cry like babies.
After that, the Hulk threw a unicorn that had stabbed his stomach into a wyvern with its horn first, piercing through its head and leaving the wyvern brain-dead and the unicorn stuck and unable to get out.
The Hulk proceeded to scream so loudly that all those in the vicinity became deaf or lost consciousness (which included 20 Angels, 14 Fallen Angels and ten Stray Exorcists).
Six gunmen shot the Hulk from some houses, while the Hulk retaliated by…
[CRASH!] "AGH!" "UGH!" GAKH!"
…throwing some nearby lorries into their positions, leaving them brain-dead.
The Hulk stomped on 26 more Devils with spears, leaving the Hulk only slightly injured while his opponents were left bloodied and unconscious.
17 magicians used summoning magic created from formation arts to trap the Hulk, only for the latter to smash in their magic formation and rip one or both of their arms out.
A boar that tried to ram the Hulk with its tusks was used by the Hulk as a meat shield to intercept some arrows and magic blasts.
The boar was thrown into three of the archers, leaving them knocked out and the boar half-dead. Two bears tried to maul the Hulk with their paws and teeth, only for the Hulk to dislocate their jaws by tearing them from his body and wrestling them to the ground until they could no longer move.
Five Angels using light magic tried to blind the Hulk, yet with no success for the Hulk simply closed his eyes, sensed them and then jumped at them and choke or beat them into unconsciousness.
The Hulk trampled on a total of 32 Monkey, Cat, Dog, Snake and Wolf Youkais like an American Football player, leaving them mangled.
Also, the Hulk broke the bones of six more Grim Reapers after being slashed by their sensers, leaving all of them paralyzed for life.
And so on… (If I were to tell of all the battles the Hulk did here in detail, it might take up half the story at least.)
Watching all of this with grim looks were Sirzechs, Michael and Azazel. Additionally, Serafall, Dulio, Falbium, Ajuka, Yasaka, Nurarihyon, Gabriel, Barakiel, Thor, Tiamat and Tannin were also present and were either looking grimly or with anger or sadness.
"This…" Serafall voiced in shock and sadness, her normal cheerful mood gone.
"I think we have to step in right away. This cannot continue," Ajuka agreed.
"Then give the order!" Thor told his colleagues.
"Alright," Sirzechs replied and gave a command. "All warriors retreat! Retreat as far as you can!"
15th of November, Sunday, 4:30 am – Meanwhile elsewhere in the city of Tokyo…
"What is all this ruckus?" Inspector Kogoro asked the various policemen assembled at a road blockade meant to block off the inner part of the city.
Currently the inner city was cordoned off. And all on duty policemen were ordered to be on standby so early in the morning.
"Sir, we have received a report that there are earthquakes and reports of fighting coming from the area of Hotel Entertainment," a police officer reported.
"Fighting? Are you talking about the Chinese Amazons?" Inspector Kogoro queried.
"No, sir. The Amazons had been dealt with not too long ago. After breaking through to the city, they ended up causing a battle at Nerima where most of them have been killed," the police officer replied.
"Killed? Who killed them?" Inspector Kogoro wanted to know.
"Some local residents did, sir. However, we decided it was a case of self-defense, so they likely won't be charged for this," the police officer responded.
"I see…" Inspector Kogoro said. "And you are sure this was not the doing of these Amazons?"
"Positive, sir. We took down several Amazons flying on birds and arrested them. We just interrogated them. They claimed they had nothing to do with what is happening right now. We are inclined to believe that it is not them," the police officer reported.
"Then who is?" Inspector Kogoro demanded impatiently.
The inspector was in a bad mood due to being called up during the night when he should be resting.
"We do not know, sir," the officer answered truthfully. "What we do know is that there is a huge unnatural barrier that is preventing any entry into that part of the city."
Inspector Kogoro groaned. Great… more mysteries that caused more stress in his brain…
"Stand by… Something tells me this will be over soon…" Inspector Kogoro ordered the officer and walked away to have a smoke.
"Yes sir," the police officer answered with a salute.
(((((WHOOOOOOOOOSH!)))))
A sudden noise from the skies above them startled all those present.
"What was that?" Inspector Kogoro demanded.
"I don't know, sir!" the officer replied uncertain.
While none of the police knew what caused that noise, two people did. And those were Issei and Ddraig, for it was them who were flying over the city in a hurry.
With the jet pack on his back, Issei could get to Tokyo within a few minutes.
However, he faced one problem.
"How do I land?" Issei asked.
[No clue. I would say by flying but you do not have your wings just yet] Ddraig answered honestly. [But no time for stopping anyway! Barrier ahead!]
"What? What barrier?" Issei asked Ddraig.
[No time! Just shoot!] Ddraig urged Issei.
Beckoned by Ddraig, Issei used a [Dragon Shot!] and…
[BOOOOOOOOOOM!]
… destroyed it. However, Issei was sent flying from the shockwave of the explosion.
[Partner!] Ddraig called out even as Issei fell helplessly towards the ground.
"I can't fly… This is gonna hurt…" Issei said as he looked down at the incoming ground in fear.
15th of November, Sunday, 4:31 am – Unknown place…
Just then, Issei heard a voice and then found himself in a white foggy space with only himself and a silhouette of a girl standing before him.
"It's time, Ise," the girl said to him. "It's time to spread out your wings."
"That voice…" Issei widened his eyes in shock. "Sayori? How are you here?"
But Sayori did not answer his question.
"You've grown so strong, Issei," Sayori simply said to him with a cheerful smile. "I'll aways watch over you."
"Sayori…" Issei whispered out as he reached out to her.
"Goodbye, Ise… I love you always…" Sayori said to him.
And then Sayori faded out of existence, much to Issei's dismay.
Still, Issei could not help but smile.
At least he saw her again.
And with those feelings of melancholy, he knew what he had to do.
15th of November, Sunday, 4:31 am – Back to reality…
Immediately, Issei spread out leathery Draconic wings from his back.
[What? Since when…?] Ddraig wanted to ask.
"Since now!" Issei answered and flew with his newly grown wings towards his destination.
'I hope I am not too late…' Issei thought to himself. 'But thanks to you, Sayori, I might make it in time…'
15th of November, Sunday, 4:32 am – Back to the Battle against the Hulk…
Seven Valkyries were in the middle of piercing the Hulk's chest with two Fallen Angels with two wings providing aid. All nine of them were being punched away with both fists as the announcement resounded.
"Retreat all! Retreat as far as you can!" a Fallen Angel with eight wings repeated the order.
"Retreat!" a Valkyrie announced.
Sure enough, all the fighters promptly retreated and used their magic to teleport themselves away. Those who lay there unable to move were also teleported away from the battlefield.
The Hulk was taken off guard by the sudden turn of events.
And then he saw why all those warriors retreated.
All the leaders had come forward and had summoned all their magic together to launch one gigantic attack to finish off the Hulk. All of them were floating in the air and looking down at the Hulk from their positions.
The Hulk glared at them angrily. Although the ongoing glow of the portal may have helped recover his strength and stamina, the fight with the thousands of warriors did leave him a bit wearied. As such, the Hulk was cautious as to what their leaders (who he knew by now were stronger beings) were planning.
"Are you ready!?" Sirzechs called out to his fellow leaders.
"""""Yes, we are!""""" they all answered in unison.
"Good! Then… on my signal… NOW!" Sirzechs yelled.
(((((RRRRRRRRRRR! WHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!)))))
With all their combined magic of Fire, Ice, Water, Lightning, Holy Light, Illusion Magic and other elements, they launched a combined attack which descended upon the Hulk like a huge ceiling about to collapse on him.
The Hulk tried to shield himself from the attack. But the attack enveloped him.
"GRRRRAAAAAHHHH! UUUUAAAAAAAGH!" the Hulk cried out in terrible pain.
The Hulk felt like his body was being torn up from the immensity of the attack. It was as if he could disappear at any moment if he stopped holding on.
And then, Bruce Banner suddenly remembered the events of his life before coming to this world.
The day he first became the Hulk by being hit by gamma rays in that accident.
The days he had to find himself on the run because of his continual transformations into the Hulk.
The days when his girlfriend Betty Ross's father General Ross would do everything in his power to hunt him down.
And the times when he would always be reminded of the fact that he could never truly be a normal person again.
With those thoughts in mind, he felt the despair… and the fury… and the hatred override the physical pain.
"RRRRRRRAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHH!" the Hulk cried out, this time out of anger and hatred.
The glow from the portal had reduced any damage to the Hulk to a minimum as it combined with his unadulterated fury.
And with all that fury in his entire being, he put it all into his fists and started punching away with a hundred blows a second…
With the various Faction Leaders…
"Keep firing!" Sirzechs ordered them.
"Until… how… long!?" Serafall asked him in pain.
"Ten more seconds! We need to make sure the Hulk is dead!" Azazel replied as he did his best in providing his firepower.
"Do hurry, I cannot do this forever!" Gabriel answered.
"As do I," Yasaka said with sweat pouring from her forehead.
"And me, too," said Nurarihyon as he gritted his teeth. "I'm too old for this!"
And just then, they saw a strange phenomenon coming from below them.
It felt like their combined attack was being pushed back.
"What the…?" Thor spoke in shock.
"Why are we…?" Falbium asked puzzled.
"Keep pushing!" Michael told them all.
Everyone pushed back at the Hulk who kept punching and punching and punching until…

…their combined attacks – that wall of destructive energy they had created – blew up with a huge explosion.
15th of November, Sunday, 4:34 am – Meanwhile with the police…
"WHAT IS ALL THIS!?"
"MY EARS! I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING!"
"MY EYES! I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING!"
"MY LEG! THE SHOCKWAVE INJURED ME!"
"IS THIS THE END OF THE EARTH!?"
Complete mayhem had filled the air as the battle of the most powerful supernatural beings were taking place. The unfortunate policemen had to witness the blinding light, the deafening blasts and the powerful shockwaves knocking them down.
Inspector Kogoro was currently taking cover behind a police car with some other officers.
"I hate this job… I just want to go home…" Inspector Kogoro murmured to himself.
15th of November, Sunday, 4:35 am – Back at the scene of the battle…
"Hah… Hah…" Gabriel panted as she was on one knee.
Currently, Gabriel, Nurarihyon, Yasaka, Falbium and Ajuka were conscious, but unable to fight at the moment. The aftermath of the explosion had overwhelmed them so much that they were in such a state.
"How… is this possible? Cough!" Sirzechs coughed out.
Those that remained standing were Sirzechs, Barakiel, Azazel, Michael, Thor, Dulio, Tiamat and Tannin. But even they had sustained fatigue and injuries.
As for the Hulk, he was breathing heavily but was also fit enough to fight them all.
"This is a monster… in every conceivable way…" Michael uttered in fear.
"I DON'T CARE!" Tiamat roared as she flew at the Hulk. "I'LL KILL YOU HERE AND NOW!"
Tiamat grappled with the Hulk with her huge dragon body, knocking the Hulk down on his back with herself on top of him.
(((FWOOOOOSSSHH!)))
Tiamat blew hard as blue flames poured out of her mouth. She put all her firepower into burning the Hulk.
But the Hulk retaliated by grabbing some of Tiamat's claws and...
[SNAP!]
"GAH!" Tiamat screamed in pain.
…broke them, stopping her attack.
The Hulk then seized her leg, then broke it as well.
[CRACK!]
"ARGH! YOU…" Tiamat said in anguish just before the Hulk shoved her off him.
The Hulk went to her and…
[WHAM!] [WHAM!] [WHAM!]
…landed three blows of his fist on Tiamat's face.
Just then, Tannin flew in and pinned the Hulk down again. This time the Hulk was lying on his stomach.
"Stay still you…" Tannin said to the Hulk roughly before grabbing the Hulk's head.
Tannin then tried to break the Hulk's neck by yanking it towards him.
This time the Hulk pushed himself off the ground, lifting Tannin with him and then turning around and grabbing Tannin's arms.
(((FWOOOSH!)))
Tannin blew his red fire into the Hulk's face to stop the Hulk's attack.
But the Hulk endured the fire and…
[CRACK!] [CRACK!]
…broke both of Tannin's arms, making Tannin roar in pain.
Same as with Tiamat, the Hulk shoved Tannin off himself and got on top of him.
[WHAM!] [WHAM!] [WHAM!] [WHAM!] [WHAM!]
Tannin could only take on the Hulk's punches helplessly before...

…an orb of Power of Destruction hit the Hulk from behind, sending him tumbling a few meters away.
It was Sirzechs and with him were Azazel and Michael.
"I think it is time to summon him," Azazel said to Michael.
"Summon whom?" Michael asked.
"Fafnir," Azazel answered and began to summon him.
"You mean… the Dragon King? How did you get in contact with him?" Michael asked again.
"It's a long story and how I'll summon him… Just watch!" Azazel answered.
It was then a portal appeared and out of it came a Golden Western Dragon with no wings. It was about 10 meters tall.
"You dare hurt friend!?" Fafnir growled at the Hulk.
"Let's leave it to him for the time being," Azazel said to Sirzechs and Michael.
"Let me help him. The Hulk is way too strong. We need to be careful," Dulio spoke up and readied for battle.
"And me, too," Serafall, now completely serious, said and joined the fray.
"All right, be careful," Michael told the two of them.
And so, Dulio, Fafnir and Serafall fired their magic at the Hulk.
Dulio was fast as he flew behind the Hulk to fire light magic attack in rapid fire.
Serafall fired her strongest Ice magic from high above.
And Fafnir went on to grapple with the Hulk, seizing his arms. This kept him occupied and unable to move from the spot.
The Hulk grunted in pain as their attacks stung him from above and behind. Serafall's ice even froze the Hulk into place.
Although Fafnir was fresh from the fight and could easily occupy the Hulk, the Hulk still had another trump card.
"RRRRRAAAAAGGGGHHHHH!"
With a loud shout into Tannin's ears, Fafnir's sensitive ears made lose focus and the Hulk used this to his advantage. The Hulk first shattered Serafall's ice through sheer force.
[SHATTER!]
Then he freed his arms from Tannin's grip and jumped upon Tannin's head, using it as a springboard to jump towards Serafall.
"WHAT!?" Serafall managed to yell before the Hulk slammed into her.
[BOOM!]
With a loud crashing sound, the Hulk landed on top of her, making her lose consciousness.
"Leave her alone!" Dulio said as he attacked the Hulk with even stronger Light attacks at his head.
[BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!]
But the Hulk then picked a small stone and quickly threw it at Dulio with lightning speed.
Dulio dodged it.
"A stone? You have to do better than tha-!" Dulio gloated just before the Hulk jumped at him and…
[WHAM!]
…threw a punch in the face.
"UGH!" Dulio voiced out before flying into a building with full force, knocking him unconscious.
"YOU NOT HURT FRIENDS!" Fafnir roared as he tackled the Hulk by grabbing his head.
The Hulk intercepted the attack by grabbing Fafnir's body and they both wrestled once more. Fafnir was trying to crush his head, though the Hulk remained steadfast.
"GRRRRR…" the Hulk growled as he endured the pain of his head being gripped by the Golden Dragon.
"RRRRRRGGGGHHHH…" Fafnir growled as he tried to take the Hulk down to the best of his abilities.
It was then that the Hulk lifted Fafnir and slowly spun Fafnir on his own axis.
"RRRRRR!? WHAT!?" Fafnir voiced in surprise, as he was spun around faster.
The Hulk spun him around faster and faster before the Hulk threw him into a nearby building.
[CRASH!]
Fafnir lay there prone from the pain. He tried to get up, only the Hulk was faster.
The Hulk picked Fafnir up just in time before Sirzechs fired another Destruction Magic Orb at the Hulk from behind.
"GUAH!" Fafnir cried out as the Hulk used him as a meat shield.
Sirzechs clicked his tongue at his misfire as the Hulk then threw Fafnir at Sirzechs. Sirzechs dodged it in time. Fafnir ended up crashing into another building.
Sirzechs expected the Hulk to rush at him, but to his surprise, the Hulk did neither of those things. Instead, the Hulk rushed at the surprised Michael and…
"UGH!"
…pinned him down and threw a flurry of punches into his face.
"BROTHER!" Gabriel cried out in horror as she tried to stand up, only to collapse.
Gabriel was too weak to do anything.
Just then, Tannin attacked the Hulk from his blindside, knocking him down. Tannin bit hard into the Hulk's shoulders and tried to tear off the Hulk's left arm with his jaws.
"RRRAAAHHH!" the Hulk roared and gripped Tannin's sharp teeth.
Tannin himself was amazed at how sturdy the Hulk's body was. Normally, anything Tannin bit into would either break or tear. But the Hulk was like rubber. Tannin used all his jaw strength to tear the Hulk apart only for it to fail. To make matters worse, the Hulk was…
[RIP!] [RIP!] [RIP!]
…tearing Tannin's teeth out one by one.
Tannin was growling in pain and anguish as his mouth bled like crazy. Tannin let go off the Hulk, but the Hulk had not let go of Tannin. The Hulk had gripped both Tannin's upper and lower jaws and…
[CRACK!]
…dislocated it and then punched Tannin hard across the face, sending Tannin flying on his side and leaving him immobilized.
Seeing that Tannin was out of the fight, Azazel and Barakiel fired Lightning magic at the Hulk.
(((((KAPOW!)))))
"GAH!" the Hulk cried out as his skin became slightly blackened from the lightning.
As strong as it was, they both knew not to be complacent and fired some more attacks.
The Hulk ran around to avoid their attacks. Azazel and Barakiel did the same to avoid the Hulk only for the Hulk to finally catch Barakiel off guard by grabbing his shoulder and wings and then…
"GRRRRKKKK!" Barakiel suppressed the urge to cry out as the Hulk tore out two of his many wings before shoving Barakiel into the ground.
"KEUK!" Barakiel coughed out from the impact, only for the Hulk to stomp on Barakiel's chest twice, making him vomit blood and lose consciousness.
Azazel then pierced the Hulk's leg with a Light Spear, immobilizing the Hulk temporarily. Sirzechs fired another blast of the Power of Destruction at the Hulk.
The Hulk pulled out the Light Spear and threw at Azazel with great speed, piercing him at his left shoulder.
"GRK! Not… what I was expecting… Reminds me of that time I tried to do weightlifting two hundred years ago…" Azazel groaned and joked at the pain he felt in his shoulder.
And then Azazel passed out.
Seeing Azazel immobilized like this, Sirzechs took action.
Sirzechs fired more and more shots at the Hulk, which the Hulk tanked monstrously. The Hulk slowly walked towards Sirzechs enduring each other Sirzechs' attacks before stopping before him.
Sirzechs also stopped attacking as he just stared at the Hulk for a moment.
"Why… are you doing this? Why… do you want to hurt us so badly…?" Sirzechs asked the Hulk.
The Hulk looked at Sirzechs with a gruff look before speaking.
"Hulk mad… Hulk angry… HULK WANNA SMASH YOU!" the Hulk answered before punching Sirzechs very hard unto the ground.
"GAHAH!" Sirzechs gasped as he fell down to the ground with a swollen bloody head.
The Hulk was about to raise his fist into the air to land the final blow before…
[BAM!]
…the Hulk was sent flying by an uppercut with a hammer.
The Hulk reeled from the attack and saw that it was Thor who jumped into the fight.
"Enough! You shall not hurt anyone anymore!" Thor declared before attacking the Hulk once more.
[BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!]
With a variety of strikes, Thor hammered away with his hammer, the Mjolnir. From above, from the side and from below. The Hulk tried to strike Thor a few times, but he was far too nimble. Thor continued to hammer away while dodging each of the Hulk's attacks. Just as the Hulk was getting dizzy from the blows, Thor threw a wide attack at the Hulk to launch a finishing blow.
But the Hulk managed to regain his senses and…
(((BOOOOOOOM!)))
…smash the ground, causing the ground to tremble. This caught Thor off guard. Thor jumped back to avoid the attack and could not see anything because of the huge dust cloud that was obstructing his view. That was the opportunity the Hulk needed to launch a counterattack.
"HULK CRUSH YOU!" the Hulk roared as he emerged from the dust cloud and whacked Thor across the face.
"OOF!" Thor grunted as he fell to the ground.
The Hulk got on top of him before Thor could recover.
[PUNCH!] [POW!] [KAPOW!]
This time it was the Hulk pummeling Thor to a bloody pulp with tens of punches every second. This lasted for seven seconds before Thor passed out.
Just then, the Hulk noticed something and saw the remaining conscious Supernatural Leaders (namely Sirzechs, Gabriel, Nurarihyon, Yasaka, Tiamat, Falbium and Ajuka) shooting everything they had at the Hulk in a bid to take him down.
The Hulk dodged the attack by zigzagging up and around their attacks or straight up taking them on.
The Hulk proceeded to grab Tiamat's tail from behind and…
"What…!? NO!"
…used her as a living bat to attack the others.
"AGH!"
Falbium screamed only to end up flattened by Tiamat.
Falbium ended up with broken bones and lost consciousness.
"UGH!"
Ajuka ended up the same way, despite his attempts to shield himself. The Hulk simply smashed Ajuka's shield multiple times before it broke.
Poor Tiamat had to suffer with each blow.
The Hulk smashed Tiamat into the ground to hit Nurarihyon only for the latter to dodge the attack.
Tiamat was knocked out from the impact.
Nurarihyon tried to use his illusion magic on him, but the Hulk was practically immune against it.
"GACK!"
Nurarihyon was sent flying with a punch, leaving the old Youkai broken and unable to fight.
Yasaka had transformed into a huge nine-tailed fox and tried to stop the Hulk with all her strength only for the Hulk to jump at her throat and punch the living daylights out of her.
"GAH! UGH! KEUK!" Yasaka groaned and yelped as the Hulk beat her to a bloody pulp.
"Fall you… Fall!" Gabriel cried out in desperation as she used all her Light magic to take down the Hulk.
But the Hulk simply rushed at her within a second and…
"AGH!"
…stomped on her stomach and chest, knocking her out with a bloody cough.
Fafnir, who had been inactive until recently, came running towards the Hulk in a fury.
The Hulk saw him and ran to intercept him. The Hulk jumped at Fafnir's throat.
Fafnir blew his Golden fire with full power, singing the Hulk and leaving some burns. But the Hulk shrugged off the pain and proceeded to choke Fafnir.
"Cough… Cough!" Fafnir choked violently and tried to yank the Hulk off him.
But the Hulk kept choking him with his left hand and punched him a few times with his right one.
[BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!]
Then, the Hulk increased his punches throwing ten punches a second, causing Fafnir to collapse to the ground. Fafnir tried to fight back but his claws and throws could not deter or throw the Hulk off him.
[BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!]
Fafnir tried to get away. He tried to wrench himself free or slip himself free. But the Hulk's grip on him was iron and the Hulk kept on punching Fafnir.
[BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!] [BAM!]
And after a hundred punches, Fafnir finally lost consciousness.

The Hulk punched Fafnir even more times until the Hulk was sure he was out for good.
Sirzechs trembled violently upon seeing Fafnir being taken down so brutally.
Sirzechs struggled to get up, leaning against some rubble to do so. To his horror, he saw that all his fellow leaders were down. All their followers and subordinates had to either run or had been taken down in the most brutal ways possible. And all that was done by this one being that they had not even been aware of until recently.
The Hulk.
What a nightmare.
That was all that Sirzechs could think of. Never before had one being threatened all the factions all at once and been powerful enough to defeat them. The Hulk might be on par with the legendary Trihexa, a being that had been sealed away long ago.
But now there something else that posed the same kind of threat, and they were completely helpless.
What could they do?
Seriously, what could they do?
Now, that he and the other Faction leaders have been beaten, the Hulk will be free to rampage, kill and destroy all and everything in its way.
All this and more filled Sirzechs' mind as the Hulk went over to him threateningly.
Sirzechs was the last one of them to be conscious. And the Hulk came to finish the job.
The Hulk raised his fists to land one final blow on the Devil Lord with both fists combined.
"Grayfia… Please take care of Milicas…" Sirzechs whispered to his wife before closing his eyes, expecting the final blow to come.
But then the unexpected happened.
"Stop, Bruce!" a young man cried out.
To their surprise, the Hulk and Sirzechs turned to see who it was that was shouting.
About fifty meters further from their position, they saw Issei Hyoudou standing there in his armor.
"That's enough! You won't hurt anyone anymore! From now on, you're dealing with me!" Issei declared firmly.
Sirzechs widened his eyes in recognition.
Was that the current Red Dragon Emperor, Issei Hyoudou? Why was he…?
But what Sirzechs also noticed was Issei's voice. It was filled with determination and even… compassion.
"It's time to wake up. I want to help you. But for that, I need the one inside of you to wake up. I need you to listen to me. I know you're in there… Bruce…" Issei said to the Hulk.
And that was the Chapter 67 of The Lone Vigilante Issei.
That was a really long chapter.
I originally wanted to make the entire final battle fit into this chapter, but I just ended up adding more details to this fight that it stretched out longer than I expected. Thus, I have to cut the originally planned chapter into two.
I have to admit, I had so much fun writing this chapter with the Hulk fighting everybody and beating them up. The best part is where he fights all the small-fries and a huge sample of their fights get a description. Of course, as I mentioned in the story, describing all the fights would take up too much of the chapter, so I left it at those.
Were you also surprised at how brutal I made the Vali fight? I thought that I would up the game a little by making the Hulk more vicious. As for Vali, don't worry. I do not plan on having him die. And the same goes for Vali's team, too.
Also, you might be wondering why the Hulk is so overpowered here and the Supernatural Faction leaders so weak by comparison. Well, first the mysterious portal gave the Hulk powers that buffed him by a lot. It also made him glow, too. The Hulk's glow will play a big role in the next chapter by the way. Second, the Supernatural Faction leaders poured all their attacks in that one move to take down the Hulk, so it made sense that they would be weakened after using it.
I surprise myself as to what I can come up with for the fights. I did a lot of thinking here and there about how it would go out. And I like how it turned out.
But now everybody is down, and Issei is at the scene to stop the Hulk.
