Furrball was taking a walk through the ACME Acres park. Fortunately, he didn't see or hear Elmyra anywhere. He assumed she was still grounded for trying to kidnap every animal from the petting zoo last week.
"Why would ACME Acres even have a petting zoo in the first place?" Furrball asked himself.
As he pondered why, he heard gentle sobbing from a nearby bench. Sitting on the bench was a pink skunkette with a green dress. Bimbette her name was.
"Why hasn't he come?" She asked, between sobs.
Against his better judgement, Furrball sat next to her.
"Is something wrong?" He asked.
"There was supposed to be a meet-and-greet with Johnny Pew right here, but he hasn't shown up." Explained Bimbette.
Furrball remembered having Elmyra having a new "cat" at the end of that summer vacation, but he didn't think it would be the skunk movie star himself. He had seen his movies, but mostly found them mediocre at most.
"I've waited here for hours!" Bimbette cried.
Furrball placed his paw on Bimbette's leg.
"I think I know why he hasn't shown up." He said.
Bimbette looked at Furrball with astonishment.
"Really?" She asked. "Why?"
Furrball showed Bimbette certain clips of "How I Spent My Vacation", being the ones where Johnny mistreated Fifi and have Bimbette the autograph with Fifi's picture.
"That lying snake!" Bimbette seethed with fire in her eyes.
"That was when Elmyra got him." Furrball explained. "And why he hasn't shown up."
"Serves him right!" Huffed Bimbette. "Thanks for this."
"I'm Furrball." He greeted.
"Well Furrball, I'm Bimbette." She giggled, picking him up and kissing his forehead. "And that's for showing the truth about Johnny."
Furrball's face turned scarlet from his blushing.
"Don't worry about my odor, cutie." Bimbette informed. "I learned to control it."
Furrball sighed with relief. What a nice and not-bad-smelling skunkette Bimbette was.
