Nagato's eyes narrowed as 'Madara' and Zetsu arrived beside each other, "What is it."

"We are here to talk about the Chakra of the new Nine Tails Jinchuriki," Madara spoke with his usual deep voice.

Nagato's eyes narrowed even further, "What of it."

"She possesses Chakra similar to each of the Bijuu, if we capture and extract the Bijuu she contains, it may be less suspicious if all Bijuu vanish." Black Zetsu spoke on Madara's behalf, "She is easily one of the most dangerous Jinchuriki around, and she seems to have all the Bijuu on her side."

Nagato scoffed, "A child who contains all the Bijuu, doubtful.

Madara smirked behind his mask, "Trust me Pain, she is who we need to take."

Nagato wasn't about to listen though, "No, we will continue with our plans."

Unknown to everyone two Sharingan eyes were peering at them from the shadows, the eyes closed and the being was gone.

Jiriya was traveling to the Land of Snow and his eyes narrowed when he detected a familiar Chakra signature, he turned his head and saw the familiar form of Itachi Uchiha wearing his Black and Red Akatsuki cloak. Jiriya didn't react, "Itachi, what did you learn about the group?"

Itachi's Sharingan eyes stared into the distance, "I found out That I need to join the group to get any headway. They nearly found me three times last week, I need to join the group."

"So?"

"I have a plan, the Uchiha Clan Elders are wishing for a coup on the Village."

Jiriya's eyes narrowed, "Okay."

"My father was against them for a long while but something changed, he joined their ideals. The rest of the Clan is against their ideas. Danzo wants me to kill the majority of the clan and leave my sister alive, I refused him and reported him to Hiruzen. Danzo was stripped of his Root command, soon someone will take the position.'

Jiriya sighed and rubbed his chin, "Hm, why not kill the elders, be considered a Traitor, leave the rest of the Clan alive, and join the Akatsuki."

Itachi nodded his head, "I sound like a sound plan, but what about my Sister, she will hate me."

"Explain to her why you did so. Plus, you will not be killing the whole clan just those select few, her Mother will convince her to follow the Village."

Itachi sighed, "What about Shisui?"

"What about him?"

"He needs to be kept safe until Danzo is dealt with permanently.."

"I will send my recommendation for Shisui to be led by Kakashi Hatake."

Itachi nodded and he disappeared back into the shadows.

Jiriya sighed, "I hope you can fix this Itachi, I do, I don't wanna kill an entire clan."

Rose was battling against Kakashi, and while she was skilled she was nowhere near his level. Her eye was morphed into its one Tomoe Sharingan form and Her Byukugan was also active. "Come on Kid, you can land a hit." Kakashi teased. She grunted and threw a punch at him, only to find out it was an afterimage. She spun around and barely managed to block a kick he sent at her. Her arm popped as her bones were hairline fractured, but she kept going.

Kakashi wasn't done though and he spun around and kicked her in the side sending her flying across the training area, three of her ribs were broken and she grunted in pain. She stepped into the Gentle Fist style, but Kakashi was too quick and grabbed her wrist before she could attack and landed an uppercut in her jaw. She went airborne and fell to the ground limply, she spat out a tooth and stood back up.

Kakashi's sweat dropped 'Damn this kid is, as the Naras put it, troublesome. She is taking blows that would normally lay out a normal Genin, but she just gets stronger from all the attacks I lay.'

Rose stood and resumed her Gentle Fist stance, it was quite obvious that she was not gonna give up, not without a fight at least.

Kakashi sighed.

Naruto was fighting Yugao, who was tearing him apart. He didn't stand a chance but he didn't care, he wanted to get stronger.

Satsuki was battling against who else but Shisui, this was a training Minato and Kushina placed them in, fighting someone far superior to them in their method of combat. Rose loved to use taijutsu so she was placed against Kakashi, Naruto was training with his mother and Father to use their own Kenjutsu and Kunaijutsu techniques. Satsuki was battling a master of his eye and capable of activating his own Mangekyou.

None of them expected to win, but a battle is not always just about physical attributes, sometimes tenacity is important.

Minato watched the fights with narrowed eyes, "What do you think Kushina-hime?" He asked his wife who was his Top Anbu Agent.

Kushina sighed," I think we have to split Rose from her main group, she needs a personal teacher, someone who can teach her many techniques. She is intelligent and powerful but lacks the current capabilities to battle a Chunin. Though, then again she is only 6."

Minato nodded, "We will try this every week to see how far they come, by the end of these years in the Ninja Academy I doubt she will be taken down so easily."

Danzo was restrained and he had multiple seals across his body that prevented him from using his Chakra, He was held inside the Council chambers with a frown on his face. Minato glared at him while Hiruzen looked at him with disappointment. Both of the Elders looked away unable to look at his face, disgust was itched on it.

"Danzo, your clan name has been stripped from you, your position of Root Commander is also gone. Orochimaru will now be the Commander of Root until my Daughter Rose takes charge as per the command of Orochimaru. You will now be Rose's teacher during her Genin years, while your two Root Members, Torune Aburame and Fu Yamanaka will be Genin teachers of Roselle and whatever team they choose. Your control on all root members has already been suspended and given to Orochimaru, and Fu and Torune were brainwashed to hate your guts."

Minato sighed, "Now we move on to the crimes you have committed with Root, the Slaughter of the Senju, Semi Slaughter of the Uzumaki, Suggested Slaughter of the Uchiha, Kidnapping Konoha ninja, and the planned coup against the Hokage. Worse of all killing Jiriya's students, and even complete brainwashing of more than a thousand Shinobi."

Minato skimmed through the list of crimes, "Your sentence after your term with Rose is public execution."

Minato nodded, "Now onto other matters. Fu Uzumaki of Takigakure will be taken from the village per my orders. She is a Half Uzumaki, her mother was kidnapped and sexually assaulted to conceive her and they abuse and even torture the young girl. Second on the list are Karin and Kaz Uzumaki from the Grass Village, who will be placed with Konoha protection. Third Tayuya Uzumaki, this is one from Orochimaru's ledger. He wants to add her to his Root command, I will allow it after Tayuya and Rose become a Genin team. Fourth on the list is Kimimaro Kaguya, now before anyone protests, this boy is very quiet and gentle, unlike the rest of his clan. And finally, we have Jugo, who will also be placed on Rose's team. The Root will kidnap most of these children, and because none of them are Ninja yet we will get no backlash besides the grumble from Taki about playing unfairly."

Hirizen raised his hand, "So Minato, the idea here is to?"

"Gain all the Uzumaki members we can, and grow our Village power by taking unwanted members. We can take any Uzumaki member, they are after all under Konoha's protection, to have an Uzumaki is a crime if they do not report it. Next on our list is to assist nearby settlements with repair after the Third Great Ninja War, I want our Ninja to stay within our Country's borders but all be scattered."

Itachi pulled out his Tanto given to him by Danzo, He snuck into the Uchiha clan with one thing on his mind, 'I have to kill my father, and steal his eyes.' He appeared inside the Uchiha Council building where all the Pro-Coup were gathered, he looked at the clean blade and sighed. 'It's time.' He kicked the door and activated his Sharingan eyes, he vanished inside the building. Screams were quickly heard as each of the elders was executed. Throughout the massacre Itachi's eyes began to bleed and morph into a black shuriken shape, soon it was only Fugaku and his son. Fugaku looked at Itachi with blank emotionless eyes, "Son, what have you come to talk about."

Itachi looked at his father with a face filled with pain, "You need to die, father, you aren't right anymore."

Fugaku smiled, "I suppose you were the only one to find out, someone used a Genjutsu to control me, I can't fight it, son." Fugaku's eyes morphed into a similar shuriken shape with three black dots. "I have to lose." He pulled out a Kunai and stepped into the interceptor fist style.

Itachi launched towards his father, "I am sorry father." Fugaku and Itachi traded blows; they were equal in their fight. Itachi decided he had enough and jumped back, his left eye pulsed and he yelled, "Amaterasu!" The Black flames ignited on Fugaku's arm and he screamed as it burnt his skin. Itachi took that moment of distraction and stabbed his father right through the heart. Fugaku spat up blood and smiled, "Ha, I knew you could beat me. Still had to hold back a bit, but you won." The light in Fugaku's eyes left and he slumped over dead.

Itachi sighed, pulled out his father's eyes, and replaced his Manegkyou eyes with his father's. He closed his eyes and opened them again exposing his Regular Mangekyou with those three circles at the tips.

Itachi looked at the dead Uchiha Elders and pulled out their eyes, Itachi frowned. "I must seal these eyes so only I and those who need an Eternal could gain." Itachi pulled out a jar filled with a special fluid and dropped as many eyes as he could into them. He looked around and disappeared, "Gotta return to Hokage-sama, but first." He quickly exited the Council building and inhaled, "Katon: Great Fireball Technique!" As quick as he could he turned towards the building and exhaled a plume of fire onto the Council building, setting it ablaze. He held tightly onto the Jar filled with eyes and Teleported back to Hokage Tower.

He landed in front of Minato who looked at him sadly, he already knew what he had done. "Sorry Itachi-kun, I would have never allowed you to do this if I had the time to do so. It seems something good happened from this tragedy?"

"I have gained my Eternal."

Minato nodded, "I cannot let you stay in the village, you must do your secondary objective, join the Akatsuki and become our Double Agent. Protect all the Bijuu you can from the inside but do not expose your position unless they go after our Jinchuriki. After all, you are a Konoha Ninja no matter what the Hitate says."

Itachi nods and looks at Minato, "When my sister gains her Manegkyou, give her my eyes, and give Shisui his father's own eyes, you will need powerful Uchiha clan Members."

"Got it, Itachi, Satsuki will be the future Clan head, you know?" He nodded, "But when you return, I will make you the Fifth Hokage." Minato smiled, "While I love being the Hokage, I'm better on the front lines not stuck behind a desk."

Itachi's eyes widened and he nodded. "Yes, Hokage-sama."

"Now leave my sight and go to the Akatsuki." Itachi did as he was told and vanished. Minato leaned back and looked at the jar of eyes Itachi left him, he stared at them for a moment and smirked softly. "Why don't I give these eyes to Orochimaru, he will be able to inject Hashirama cells into the eyes causing them to heal naturally. Maybe then we won't have to worry about our Mangekyou using Uchiha going blind, and possibly giving non-Uchiha Mangekyou eyes."

Itachi appeared in Satsuki's bedroom with a weak smile on his lips, and he looked at his still-sleeping sister 'You have to understand, I don't like what I'm about to do, but I'm sorry.' His left eye began to bleed, "Tsukiyomi!" Satsuki sat up and screamed at the top of her lungs causing a pained expression to form on Itachi's face. 'Sorry sis.'

Satsuki saw all the memories from Itachi's point of view, how he killed the clan, and how all the village was against what he was doing but was unable to do anything about it. How Itachi felt when he killed all the Elders, the sadness and pain he felt doing it. She saw the smile on her father's face as he died by Itachi. She hated and loved Itachi all at once, she could not decide to pity her brother or despise him, but one thing was clear, her life would change.

Years began to pass with Naruto, Rose, and Satsuki being trained by Konoha's best Ninja, Satsuki had changed since the Uchiha Murders, she was quieter around strangers but still herself around her friends.

The three friends became experts in their fields. Rose was an expert on basically everything under the sun, while Naruto was a Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Fuinjutsu Expert. While Satsuki was a Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu Expert. While yes they were children they had the ability of a skilled ninja. When Genin's Graduation came they all passed with flying colors. The day of Genin teams came about and the three friends sat together.

Mizuki looked at Naruto and Rose with wide fearful eyes, he had done so ever since the fifth day, and by now they had forgotten he even existed. Iruka smiled proudly as all the new Genin arrived. "Okay, Team One-" Rose blocked it out, none of these upstarts were worth her focus, they weren't even real ninjas. She only cared about the Ninja Clan heads and those she saw with potential. "Team 7, Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, Satsuki Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno. Led by Kakashi Hatake."

Rose blinked, 'I thought I was supposed to join Naruto.'

"It was supposed to be Roselle Uzumaki Namikaze but she had been moved to a different team. Team 8 Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, and Hinata Hyuga-" He was cut off as an overbearing presence filled the school, it soon left the room, and everyone including our Protagonist was shaking in fear. Iruka shook it off and coughed, "Let us ignore that, Led by Kurenia Yuhi."

He sighed. "Team Nine is still in circulation, so Team 10 Shikamaru Nara, Choji Achimichi, and Ino Yamanaka. Led by Asuma Sarutobi. Team 11 Roselle Uzumaki Namikaze, Tayuya Uzumaki, and Jugo. Led by Shisui Uchiha, Torune Aburame, and Fu Yamanaka. This team is very unorthodox, The three will be taught by Danzo the Traitor, and their genin teachers." Iruka looked around and frowned, "Wait, who are Jugo and Tayuya…"

The door suddenly burst open as a skinny girl with dark red hair ran, followed by an oranged-haired boy. "What up Mother-" The Girl spoke but was cut off by Iruka who cleared his throat, "Uhhh, What up new friends!"

The Boy looked around timidly until he spotted Rose, "Oh, hey team leader!"

"What?" Rose looked at the two with confusion written on her face.

Shisui suddenly appeared in the room with his famous Shunshin, "Tayuya! That was very irresponsible, thank you Jugo for trying to catch her." Jugo nodded, "Hey Rose, I am your genin Teacher."

Rose smirked, "Cool, let's go!"

It didn't take long for the group to leave, Iruka stared at where they left for a minute. "Team 12 is Fu Uzumaki, Karin Uzumaki, and Kimimaro Kaguya. Led by Kushina Uzumaki…" He sighed, "We don't even have these people, why are they on my list?" Unknown to everyone Minato had made a mistake and gave the wrong person the list.

Rose stood next to Tayuya and sniffed, "So, what is that smell?" Tayuya also sniffed the air and scoffed, "Jugo?" She nodded.

"Hey, it's not me this time! I took my shower!" Rose looked at him and sighed, "Okay, fine I used the wrong Shampoo.."

Shisui looked at the three and smiled, "Okay, let us go to Training Ground 11. Torune and Fu are waiting for us."

Rose followed Shisui and the group finally arrived at the Training grounds, Fu and Torune both glared at Danzo the Traitor who was sitting on a chair. Danzo looked over to Rose and snarled, "The Darkness of Shinobi reverted to teach brats. At least the brats are those with potential."

Shisui nodded and looked to Jugo, "We will be you guys, Rose, I, and Danzo will train you, while the rest will trade teachers."

"Yes Sir!"

Naruto, Satsuki, and Sakura all lined up on the roof of the school, Kakashi was reading his disgusting Icha Icha Paradise. "Okay, you pass, tomorrow I will be teaching you all independently, and then a group battle against me. Oh, I almost forgot, to do this battle Satsuki and Naruto you will be wearing these weighted clothing." Kakashi eye smiled, enjoying the tortured expression on his team's face.

"Oh no…"

A few days passed and Rose was battling against Danzo, who seemed to be on the ropes. She was disappearing and reappearing in places Danzo could not see, while Danzo could not see he sensed her. Rose jumped out toward Danzo's undefended back and threw a punch for his left kidney, Danzo's eye narrowed and he jumped up and over her. He landed behind her and swept her legs with his cane, she fell on her face with a grunt. Rose was about to jump up when Danzo placed his cane against her back, she froze as she felt the sharp point, "You would have been killed." Rose nodded shaken slightly and Danzo allowed her to stand.

"Again," Danzo demanded. Rose activated her one tomoe Sharingan by accident, Danzo instinctively bonked her on the head, "No eyes. You cannot get stronger if you over-rely on your benefits, any ninja can become Kage-level, but the moment you start abusing your gifts the second you weaken."

"Yes Danzo-sensei, sorry my eye just activated without my command."

"Most Sharingan eyes do so, it is the adrenaline in the blood that activates them."

"I see."

"Again!" Rose launched towards Danzo who looked at her blankly, she swung her fist with the intent to hit his jaw. Danzo's cane appeared in Rose's vision the next second and slapped her hand away, he quickly moved forward and palm struck her in the ribs. She spat up blood but Danzo was not finished as he spun on his heel and smacked her in the side with his cane. Her ribs cracked and she was sent flying a few feet back.

Rose began to get angry and soon she was back on her feet but this time. A thin layer of red chakra formed over her body, Danzo noticed and called off the fight. "Enough."

The Chakra vanished as Rose stared at him, "What?"

"You let your emotions guide you in the fight, this is a flaw of most Shinobi. You are a living weapon, you should control and channel your emotions not let them guide you. You almost made a critical error in our battle, if I were the enemy I would have taken advantage of it and used your anger against you."

Rose's eyes widened, "Sorry Sensei."

Danzo waved her off, "It is fine."

Shisui came along and stared at the two, "Okay Rose, we are ready to take a D-rank Mission, get ready." He quickly vanished in a swirl of leaves.

Rose sighed and smiled at Danzo, "Bye Sensei." He nodded his head as she ran off. She arrived at the Hokage Tower and looked at her team, everyone was present at the moment. "So?"

Tayuya smirked, "So, let's go in."

"Okay." Rose followed her team and fiddled with the Tanto Danzo gifted her. She looked up and spotted Minato, "Hello tōsama, what is the mission today." She asked.

Minato smiled brightly, "Oh nothing unusual, just a standard escort mission to the Tetsu no Kuni. Okay Shisui sign here and here and go prepare-" He was unable to continue as the doors shot open, and a frantic-looking Chunin ran in. "What is the meaning of this interruption?"

The Jonin looked at Minato, "Hokage-sama! Kakashi Hatake is calling for backup, he has encountered two B-ranked Shinobi!"

Minato's eyes narrowed, "Shisui, Torune, and Fu, you all will go with your team to assist Kakashi in the land of Waves."

Shisui nodded his head, "Let's go, team!"

"Right!" Everyone responded on instinct.

Rose arrived at the Gate only a minute after everyone else, "Ready!" She grinned. It didn't take long for the entire team to run toward the cords sent by Kakashi and quickly arrived at Kakashi's location.

Rose saw Naruto and Satsuki, and she smirked. "Yo Team, what are you doing?"

Naruto and Satsuki grinned, "We are having an issue with these two." Naruto pointed behind him to the two chained-up ninjas.

Rose looked at them for a moment. "Demon Brothers? Shisui, we could use them, and not for interrogation. From what I read about Mizu, the Mizukage became corrupted and started a bloodline war, these two, plus Zabuza, tried to stop the conflict. Also think about it, instead of killing rouge ninjas that have potential we could recruit them, and possibly some runaway Mizu clans."

Shisui rubbed his cheek and nodded, "Good idea, but first, we need to capture and interrogate them."

"Make sure Ibiki knows to treat them well, and we need to capture Zabuza, alive." She gave a glance to Kakashi, fully understanding how he works

Kakashi gave an eye smile and looked at Tazuna. "You need to tell us why two rogue Chunin ninjas, and possibly an A-rank jonin, are after you."

Satsuki shrugged and looked at Rose, "So?"

Rose grinned, "We are helping you guys on this, but Dad told me that if we find any possible Ninja Allies we should take them, he has a bad feeling about things."

Satsuki's eyes widened, "Wait, Hokage-sama wants us to recruit these ninjas? Isn't that dangerous, they could be a spy for the um, red coats."

Rose shrugged, "Doubtful It's more likely they are solo mercs, and what's even better is that we could catch that disgusting man Gato. You never know."

Shisui and Kakashi began to converse with each other, while Torune and Fu were keeping their eyes out for anything.

When Shisui came back he looked determined, "Let's go kids, we have a mission to complete."

Rose nodded with a small smile, "Yes Shisui-sensei!"
