Hello everyone,
it's been quite a long time since I last posted a chapter for this story. I know I made a promise to post the latest chapter but events in my personal life had taken up much of my attention and I had to prioritize. Simply put, it involved having to embrace new routines and manage new responsibilities. However, that has not meant that I've abandoned this story to its entirety. I'll admit it's been forced to take a backseat for a little over a year, but recently I've been dwelling on the story once more and have been fleshing out the story bit by bit ever since. So here's where the narrative stands. After the 5th chapter, which ends with Rob receiving a phone call about Victoria officially being found alive, the next chapter originally would've started with Aaron and Rob driving to the hospital and seeing the reality at hand while word gets out about more former Blackwell students being home. A good portion of the chapter had already been written out, however upon rereading it I realized that parts of it had dragged on and would've been inconsistent with what I originally envisioned. Therefore, chapter 6 will be undergoing a huge revamp but this time I intend to publish it once I finish proofreading it. I understand the only thing I've been consistently doing is taking huge pauses in between 1-2 chapters. That was never my intention, but hey life.
