The sound of footsteps scattered through the dimly lit forest. A young hummingbird girl dashed weaving herself through the obstacle of trees as fast as she could. Her heart pounded like jack hammer to concrete, and she breathed in and out like a machine gun. Basically, her whole body was telling her to stop, stop running and rest. But she couldn't, not now. The girl could hear the robots behind her smashing at trees just to get their cold unfeeling hands on her. Despite her mom telling her that there are people searching for her and will do anything to get her, she didn't know why. The hummingbird didn't want to know what they what they're going to do with her, when they do, but whatever it was, it scared her.

Just then, she tripped and fall. As she raised her head, the girl looked behind her to see the robot nearing her. She couldn't do anything, but looked on in fear as the bot was going to grab her. However, as the machine was about to grab her, and the hummingbird girl closed her eyes shut, what sounded to be like gears being ceasing up. Curiosity getting the better of her, the girl opened her eyes to see the robot now stood still like a statute. She raised an eyebrow. What just happened? Her sight then peered down to bot's feet when she noticed something moving there, to find a mallard boy who had lighter feathers then an ordinary one and appeared to be about the same age as her with pale red messy hair like someone who didn't how to cut hair was tasked to cut his, wearing a green long sleeve coat. He, what looked to be pressing a button before hopping inside. Must be the entrance for where the workers do maintenance from.

This was not what she thought of doing and witnessing when she woken up this morning.

"It appears that you are trying to rewrite the robot's programing to find out where it came from?" The boy heard a voice popped up.

Raising an eyebrow, he looked out and saw a hummingbird girl with black wavey long hair that the ends stick up a bit, a black short sleeve coat covering a light blue long sleeve shirt, brown pants, and light blue boots.

He was surprised to say the least. Wasn't excepting to find anybody out here, least of all, not a girl who looked to be his age.

"Uh? Yeah. My name is Jason Mallard."

"Luna Saberwing."

"Luna huh? Where's you mom?"

"Don't know. Mom and I have been running away from those robots ever since I was hatched. One day, she told me to wait for her a mall, but she never came back."

"Huh, that's a lot like-" He was about to say more, but a loud noise sprang up.

"What was that?" He asked getting a bit worried about what might come.

Luna however displayed none of that. "Don't know," She told him. "but it might be my mom." The girl ran a bit before stopping and saying with a smile. "Come on, Jason?"

Just what was that? She acted like they were already friends when they just met less than a second ago. Huh. maybe he should go with the new girl? Maybe he'll be able to find the people he's looking for.

"Okay." He uttered right before he snagged a computer part, gotten out, head off with Luna.
