On January 4th, Tina yawned. While Charity did make breakfast for her, the others were getting ready to go to the Inkwell Isles.
Tina noticed. "What's going on?" She asked.
"Luke and Chalice have to be in their kingdom to prepare for the upcoming show. Not to mention that Aria and Jackson have an interview on the Inkwell Isles' first-ever morning show that isn't on the radio." Luna says.
"Oh." Tina says.
"And preparations have started for Chalice's birthday as well as the cup brothers' coronation. But that's not all on the same day or anything." Oliver says. "They're on different days."
"I see." Tina says.
With the cups, they were in the castle with Luke and Chalice, getting fitted for coronation suits, courtesy of the castle tailors. Kettle was present for this.
"Boys, you make me so proud…" Kettle says as he smiles at the cup brothers.
Cuphead was fidgeting as Mugman stayed still.
Tina was thinking about her birthday. She sighed as she knew her siblings would leave her behind. But they decided to take her.
In the castle, Luke smiled at the cups.
"You two look amazing!" Luke says.
"Thanks." Mugman says.
"I look like a frilly tart!" Cuphead whined. Lucy pats his back.
"I think Mugsy looks so nice in his coronation outfit!" Margo says. Mugman smiled and kissed Margo.
"The princes of the Inkwell Isles…you ding-dongs will do a wonderful job!" Chalice says to the cups.
"All right, you two can change if you want. The ceremony won't be for a few weeks." Luke says. "We still have to plan the afterparty, anyway."
Cuphead switched into his normal attire. Mugman put on his semi-formal outfit, which was a white shirt, a blue argyle vest, and brown shoes.
Soon, Aria and Jackson were off to do their interview.
Being on "Incredibly Good Morning, Inkwell Isles!" was considered an honor. This being the first morning show that wasn't on the radio, almost everyone was clamoring to appear on it.
Aria and Jackson were pretty excited about this. They couldn't wait to appear on this morning talk show. Aria was in her nicest dress while Jackson wore an outfit similar to Mugman's semi-formal clothes, except the vest was emerald green.
They got ready to go out on stage.
"It's an incredibly good morning here in the Inkwell Isles! And here to make the morning even better, your host, Gordon Gumball Machine!" The announcer says.
"Thank you, thank you! And welcome to Incredibly Good Morning, Inkwell Isles! We have a great show planned, so without further ado, I would like to introduce our first guests! They are competing on the current season of America's Next Hitmaker and are climbing the leaderboard…here they are, Aria Huntington and Jackson Roberts!" Gordon says.
Aria and Jackson appear and wave to the crowd before taking a seat on the couch that is on the stage.
"It's great to see you two on the show today. Now, tell me, what does it feel like to be a competitive team on America's Next Hitmaker?" Gordon asks the duo.
"Great!" Aria says. "I feel like we can win. I really want a victory party like my daddy gets. A big one!"
"It does sound fun…" Jackson says.
Meanwhile, Tina sat outside, knowing her birthday was forgotten. Her siblings had a history for forgetting birthdays.
This year was different. Why? Because Tina was having a party. Not a grand one, but a party nonetheless. This was just going to be a small affair with cake, gifts, and a nice dinner. Due to practice and rehearsals, Luke, Chalice, Aria, Jackson, and the cups wouldn't be in attendance. To be fair, only Luke gets grand parties so far. Savannah was baking a cake for Tina's birthday. It was a vanilla cake with cookies on it.
Tina noticed the siblings had plans and sighed. Lucy was busy working on decorations for Luke.
Chalice was practicing for the show with Luke. They planned to bring an old routine back for this show.
Cuphead and Mugman were practicing their freestyle routine.
Beau and Beatrix finished their practice, and Connor and Carol also finished.
Later, Tina's "party" began. There was food, drinks, and a minimal amount of gifts. She smiled at the fact that she was at least getting some gifts. It was better than getting none.
"I got us tickets to a Broadway show." Savannah says.
"Wow! Thanks!" Tina says. "And we get to perform on the tour! Though we may miss Luke's anniversary. But then again, he never shows up for mine."
"Luke doesn't even know when yours is." Luan says. "He didn't even know you had an anniversary."
Tina sighed as she opened the rest of her gifts.
With Luke, he hissed when he saw his anniversary invitations in the trash. He was fuming.
"Who. Did. This?!" Luke screamed.
"I planned your event, so it wasn't me." Lucy says. Luke then checks the castle's security footage. It was Begmax.
Meanwhile, Chrissy was resting, but the house was being lifted to space as Bill gasped.
"Okay, he's going to get it for real this time, let's do this!" Alem tuber says.
"I heard he trashed Luke's invitations to his anniversary celebration." Jason says.
"So what, that's not our problem." Bill says.
"You guys go." Tina says, about to hit the pinata
The cosmic buddies soon arrive.
"Okay, Begmax, another round!" Angry Luigi says.
"Yeah!" Alem tuber says as Emila used magic to send him to the null void, not wanting a proper long fight.
"Way to ruin the fun…" Alex says as Emila sighed.
Meanwhile, Luke proceeded to scream very loudly as he tore his calendar to shreds.
Chalice tried to calm him down.
"Forget my anniversary this year." Luke says sadly. "I clearly don't deserve it."
"You do deserve it." Chalice says.
"Someone out there ruined my anniversary already!" Luke hissed. Chalice tries to comfort him.
At Tina's party, it was cake time.
Tina smiled. "Thanks, guys." Tina says and thinks of a wish.
She had trouble thinking. Soon, she thought of one and blew out the candles on her cake.
Everyone cheered for Tina.
With Luke, he looked out the window, knowing that no one would come to his anniversary party. He knew someone was out to ruin him. Luna entered his room.
"Luke…" Luna says.
"What, Luna?" Luke asked.
"Are you OK?" Luna asked. Luke sadly shook his head no. She hugged him.
"Nobody wants to celebrate my anniversary anymore…" Luke sniffed, disappointed.
He went to bed after dinner that night.
