Lucy was with the morticians club, making a little welcome back party for Haiku. There wasn't too much as it would overwhelm her.
Meanwhile, Chalice and Elder Kettle were making a welcome back party for Mugman and Cuphead. But mostly Mugman.
Mugman came in.
"Surprise!" Kettle and Chalice say. Chalice had been glued up.
"Wow, thanks!" Mugman says, then gets concerned for Chalice.
"What happened to you?" Mugman asked her.
"My alternate daughter and Cuphead's alternate son assaulted me. For no reason!" Chalice says.
"That's horrible!" Mugman says.
With Lucy, she saw that Haiku was coming.
"Haiku, greetings." Lucy said and hugged her best friend. "How was France?"
"It was okay." Haiku says. "I made a few new friends. One in particular."
"Who is it?" Lucy asked.
"A girl named Juleka, she's a goth like me." Haiku says.
"Wicked. I missed you a lot." Lucy says.
"Lucy, we need to talk. Is your family treating you okay? You seem depressed and desperate." Haiku says, concerned.
"All of them have love except me, and they never support me anymore. So, I resorted to trying to ruin Remy's life. But that backfired. Big time." Lucy says.
"Then what happened?" Haiku asked.
"Remy became this dark poetry villain." Lucy says.
"I know that. I was there. So does your family know?" Haiku asked.
"Mom tries to tell them that family supports family and all that, but they seem to just make excuses." Lucy says. "Like Luke comes to all my events and doesn't make any excuses. He even puts me before his friends a lot."
With Remy, he came home.
"Welcome home, my little poetry star!" Victoria says, smiling. "How did you do?"
"I won!" Remy says, showing off his gold medal.
"Sweetie, that's amazing!" Victoria says. "You are truly outstanding!"
Remy smiled. "I know." He says before going up to his room to unpack.
Lucy handed Haiku a gift. Haiku opened it, seeing a new poetry kit and smiled, hugging Lucy, who blushed a bit.
"I need to go now, but thanks for this." Haiku says, eating a blood sausage as she heads home.
The siblings see Luke coming home via Bill's plane.
"Luke's back!" Lana says.
"Welcome back, sibling unit." Lisa says.
Luke just smiled before going off to unpack and unwind.
"Me and Oliver have big plans!" Luke says. "We're doing cheerleading and figure skating at school this fall!"
"I'm going back to basketball, hockey, soccer, and cheerleading." Lynn says.
"Um, okay, get a life!" Lola says. But Luke finally had enough of her negativity toward others' hobbies and Charity puts her foot down on Lola's snobby attitude by grounding her from pageants indefinitely.
Oliver comes home, looking lonely as he sees Ronnie Anne going to Luke's house. His girlfriend was days away. Having a long-distance relationship was more of a curse than a blessing to him.
A few days later, Maggie sighed as it was her birthday. She didn't like this day for obvious reasons. Stephen wasn't around because he was at baking camp this week. So, Haiku was the only one there.
Maggie decided to make herself some breakfast since her parents weren't around like always.
"Sigh." She says. She had feelings for Luan, but Benny beat her to it. She heard the two of them went steady at cooking camp.
She noticed a smell coming from Haiku's room and entered, seeing Haiku having her first period.
"Haiku, stay there, I'll call Remy to keep you company." Maggie says.
"I don't want him to see me like this…" Haiku groaned.
"I can't leave you alone…" Maggie says.
Luckily, Colin and Caroline had closed the bakery for the week and were available. They came to watch Haiku.
Maggie leaves the house. She sighed, thinking of Luan. She was still in disbelief that Luan and Benny had already gone steady. She knew it was only a matter of time before Haiku and Remy did the same thing.
Meanwhile, Lynn was packing. So was Luke.
"Sigh, are you all leaving?" Lucy asked.
"2-week-long figure skating camp in Huntington Oaks! Me and Oliver are bunkmates! And roommates!" Luke says. He packs his skates into their case with a big grin on his face.
"Sports camp with Margo and Francisco." Lynn says.
Lucy noticed Lincoln packing, too.
"Clyde and his dads invited me on their trip to the new waterpark resort in Grand Rapids!" Lincoln says. "I'm ecstatic!"
"I see." Lucy says and goes to be alone.
"Stupid summer camps and trips…" she muttered as she began to cry. She was going to miss them.
Sam's car horn honked as Luna dashed downstairs, suitcase and guitar case in hand. She was going to a music festival in Detroit with Sam and her bandmates.
Lucy frowned seeing this. She was hoping Leni would stay, but the chances were low as she was going to work. But she would be home a bit later. So Lucy would at least have her for company.
Later, Maggie finds some stuff for Haiku's period and comes home, seeing a bunch of decorations. Colin and Caroline were upstairs, watching over Haiku, who was resting after a warm bath. She was sound asleep.
"What is all that?" Maggie asked, referring to the decorations that were downstairs.
"Happy birthday, honey." Caroline says. "Your parents were the ones who did that. Me and your uncle Colin have been taking care of Haiku the whole time."
"Did they do this?" Maggie asked as her parents nodded.
After a small party, Maggie checks on Haiku, who was blushing in her sleep, muttering Remy's name over and over as her body started to move.
"Did she just?" Maggie asked and moved the sheets to see. Haiku had a little wet spot.
"Oh, my God, she just had a wet dream…" Maggie says, judging by how Haiku was still blushing.
Later, Haiku woke up, feeling sticky. She began to feel embarrassed. "Hey, Haiku, are you okay?" Maggie asked.
"I feel embarrassed…" Haiku says.
"Maybe you should speak to Remy about this." Maggie says.
"I can't. It's gross. And he already said he wasn't ready for that yet…" Haiku says.
"All right, all right…" Maggie says.
Lucy sees Luke entering his camp bus with Oliver before it drives away to Huntington Oaks.
Lucy waved good-bye as Leni came home from work.
"Leni…" Lucy says and hugged her.
"Hi, Lucy!" Leni says.
Lynn sees Francisco's brother's truck. Francisco's older brother Kiké was driving Margo, Lynn, and Francisco to sports camp and would be bringing them home next week. Lynn grabs her things and loads them into the back of Kiké's truck.
"Well, things sure are changing. So many things…" Lori says.
