"This is a really cool suite," Bobby said.
"I know," Julia said, smiling when he whirled around to her with the others on the balcony. "I'm finished, Mari went in already." She went to her mother and asked, "It's too early, isn't it?"
"Yes," Beckett replied, since she was aware her daughter was talking about contacting everyone at home. "We'll call them in an hour."
Nodding, Julia then said, "We'll go soon, right?"
"We'll have lunch once we're there," Beckett replied, wrapping her arm around her daughter's shoulders. She felt Julia leaning against her and said, "You told us that you slept."
"I did… I just was nervous," the teen said in protest. She then moved to look at her mother and told her, "But I'm fine now."
"I hope so," Beckett replied.
Realizing the balcony was silent Julia looked around and said, "Were you eavesdropping?"
Laughing with his siblings and Peter, Miller said, "Mum and Dad would kill us if we were, but you know we're here already."
"But that makes sense, Mum and Skye kept saying it was a big competition," Reiley told her when Julia was leaning next to her on the railing.
"Yep," the teen said before they were laughing.
"We're ready to go," Castle said suddenly, making the others turn to him and Mari before Peter was exclaiming in relief.
"Great, I'm starving," the teen said.
With the others laughing, Castle and Beckett got them to leave the balcony and then the suite. Once they were in the elevator car he said to Miller, "You're okay watching… whoever goes with you?"
"Yeah, I'm the babysitter," he replied before his three siblings were playfully hissing at him.
"It's what your parents say," Beckett told him.
"Yeah, but we'll be fine," Miller assured them before they were leaving the car.
After they were outside, Castle wasn't surprised when Reiley joined him, Beckett, Julia and Mari in one cab, surprised Bailey had gone in the other with the boys. Once they were on the way to the Tower he said to the girl, "She's okay with all of them?"
"I bet Mum asked her to go with them if the boys were going together," Reiley answered with a smile. She then said, "What happened to Skye?"
"She knows someone working there right now," Julia said.
"She's right," Beckett replied when Reiley looked at her. "Someone who is a Yeoman. They knew Skye's father from the RAF, he and his son live there."
"Oh, maybe we could go see the homes there," Reiley said.
"We saw that show about the Tower back home," Mari said. "They showed the homes."
"We'll have to wait and see," Beckett said quickly, placing her hand on her husband's shoulder when she saw he was about to speak.
"I think Skye was just helping us get our tour set," Castle said, sharing a look with his wife before they listened to the girls talking about their upcoming visit.
When they were nearing the Tower, Beckett kept a close eye on Julia, reassured when she appeared to be okay before they were leaving the cab. Walking to where Skye was standing with the McCartneys, she asked, "They couldn't stay?"
"No, they had that appearance on the Graham Norton show," the investigator said before Paul was adding to that in amusement.
"The three wanted us to join them, but I passed," he said to them all. "And the kids were expected to go, but I know how much they've been looking forward to this so I thought you and their parents might want them to pass on that," Paul told Castle and Beckett.
"Thank you, we did," the former said.
"But we can go now, right?" Bobby asked.
"They're thinking with their stomachs," Stella commented.
"My boys do the same," Mary said, shaking her head though she was smiling at the same time.
The group moved to walk into the tower since Skye already had their tickets set and they were walking through to the café where they were going to eat. After picking up their food they gathered around tables though they kept them separate.
"Did they really ask the kids to be on the show?" Beckett asked Paul since he and Nancy were sitting with her, Castle and Skye.
"Yeah, apparently some pictures got onto social media of us there in the audience," the singer said. He saw the three Americans were exchanging troubled looks and he was swift to tell them, "It's alright, I was aware it was going to happen."
"Are you sure," Skye said.
"I think he is," Nancy replied in amusement since her husband had eaten a spoonful of the soup he'd gotten. "But we should be alright here."
"Did they mention the kids wining at all?" Castle asked.
"Yeah, of course," Paul said before Skye was speaking quickly next to him while they were looking past the writers' shoulders.
Turning to the table six of the kids were sitting at, Mary said, "Is that a problem?"
"No, though interesting they're asking Mari for an autograph," Castle said since a girl was standing at the table.
"They've seen her on the show too," Beckett reminded him before she paused and then turned to Paul.
"They have aired it here," the singer said with a smile.
"They won't crowd them, will they?" Nancy asked since a couple more kids were walking up to the three.
"I wouldn't worry about it," Stella said before the others were looking at her. "Miller is watching… Alasdhair too," she said before she added the last when she saw her husband was doing the same.
"Do you want me to switch places with her?" Castle asked his wife after they'd been watching for a little longer.
"No, they'll be fine," Beckett replied, reaching for him so he would turn back to their table. "And if they have any problems they'll tell Alasdhair too."
Though he couldn't help looking at the other table, Castle was nodding before he went back to his food. When they were eventually finishing, he took their trash for himself and his wife, seeing her walking to the three.
"We're good," Julia said in a rush when she saw her mother. "They saw us on social media and wanted our autograph."
"Even mine," Mari said.
"We reminded her she was in the picture too," Peter commented. "We can start?"
"Right now," Beckett said, not surprised when Julia was speaking in a rush.
"No dessert?" she asked.
"No dessert," Beckett replied. "But I think the plan is to have some after dinner," she added, looking at Skye who was walking up to her.
"That's right," the investigator said. Skye then told her and the others, "We need to go meet our tour guide."
"I think they're around this building here," Castle said, looking at the map of the grounds he had.
"No he isn't," Skye said, shaking her head. She smiled when the writer's head snapped up to her and she said, "Follow me."
As they were walking down a flight of steps, Julia asked her mother, "Why aren't we going to where the Yeomen talk?"
"Because we're not," Beckett replied. "I don't know what the plans are but we're not going with the regular tour."
"We're still going to see the Crown Jewels, aren't we?" Julia asked.
"Of course, we're just going to walk around differently," Skye said.
"What're those?" Peter asked, seeing some structures in front of them.
"For the ra-" Mary started to say before Skye was suddenly making a bird call, two Yeomen on the grass in front of the habitats turning to them immediately after.
"Hey, found me did you Skye?" the older man of the pair said.
Waiting for him to talk to the other man, the investigator walked over to where he would step onto the path and hugged him tightly. "I'm so glad you got us permission to come," Skye told him.
"So am I, though I wish your family were here," the Yeoman said. "But you'll come back."
"More than likely," Skye said with a nod. "Alright, I need to introduce you to everyone." She turned to the others and said, "This is Odell Brassington, my father's and dad's fellow RAF pilot. And a Yeoman Warder for the past… Twenty years?"
"Twenty-five. And Scott is giving a tour at the moment," Brassington said. "He couldn't get away."
"But we're still going to the…" Skye said before trailing off and gesturing quickly.
"Yes," Brassington replied before he was looking at her pointedly.
Laughing briefly, Skye then turned back to everyone, and she named them all before her father's friend was putting on his hat. "You could get in trouble for that," she teased him.
"No," Brassington said firmly, smiling at that. "You're all ready for the tour then?"
After the kids were calling out they were, the Yeoman began walking them around before they were reaching Tower Green.
"Should we continue?" Brassington said, directing that to Skye.
"Yeah, I feel like everything's fine," the investigator said.
"Actually, if you would excuse me for a moment," Brassington said after a message came over his radio he was wearing.
"Go ahead, we'll stay here," Skye said before they were left looking at the scaffold site memorial. She then recalled something and looked for Julia, seeing she and Mari were walking away from the memorial.
"Julia," Beckett said, rushing after her daughter. "What are you doing?" she asked once she had reached her.
"I saw someone go inside there," Julia said. "I feel like I should follow her."
"Skye," Beckett started to say before she stopped herself when she spotted the investigator.
"Did you see her?" Julia asked intently.
"No, but I'm getting a feeling someone walked by this way," Skye said.
"Is she in trouble," Mari said. "I had to pull her back I didn't want her to get in trouble," she then said since she'd been trying to take her friend to their group.
"She's not," Castle said. "But you didn't sense anything?"
"Up until when Odell left? No," Skye replied, shaking her head.
"He knows about your… abilities?" Bobby asked slowly.
"He does, I was here with Dad when I was eighteen, well, before I went to UCLA my first year. Anyway, he brought me to London and we went up the 'pool," Skye answered, smiling at Paul at the end. "But we came here and visited the Brassingtons… though Scott was already in the RAF and off in… I think he was in Cosford training." Shaking her head the investigator said, "Anyway, Odell brought us around and when we came here I saw Anne Boleyn walking into the chapel."
"How did you know it was her?" Bailey asked in surprise.
"She was holding her head in her arms," Skye said. When the others looked startled, she told them, "I was shocked myself and screamed though I stopped myself because there were other people around here. Of course Dad and Odell heard, and we had to let him know what I'd seen since I told Dad."
"And his reaction?" Castle asked.
"Surprised but more at what I could do than what I saw here," Skye answered. "And it turns out he'd seen some things too."
"So he's understanding?" Paul asked her.
"He is," Skye said before she was waving to the Yeoman when she spotted him walking towards them. "Sorry about that."
"You saw something," Brassington said swiftly.
"I did," Julia said slowly since her friends had all turned to her in response to what the man had said.
"I thought it would be you," Brassington told Skye.
"Not surprised," the investigator said with a brief incline of her head. "Could we head to the chapel?"
"Yes, could we?" Julia asked eagerly.
"I was going to take you there next," Brassington said with a smile before they were walking to the chapel.
"Are you sure she can go in?" Beckett asked after hurrying over to Skye.
"Yes," the investigator said. She then took Beckett's arm gently and said, "I'll be keeping my eye on her, don't worry."
"And you?" Castle asked, having walked up behind the two.
"Yeah, I'll be keeping an eye on myself," Skye said. She wasn't surprised to see the expressions on the writers' faces and told them, "I'm serious. Mary knew we were coming here, and she told me to watch it. Dad too for that matter."
"We better go," Castle said then. "They're starting to head inside."
Nodding, Skye hurried after their group before she was walking inside the chapel, seeing the kids were gathered behind the last row of chairs.
"Feel free to walk up the aisle but stay in front of the first row of chairs there," Brassington told the group.
"Aren't you going to walk up to look?" Reiley asked Julia when the others were going except for her and Mari.
"I don't want to," Julia said. "I know I said I needed to come in here but now I'm here…"
"I forgot, the three queens who were executed are buried here," Mari said to Reiley who immediately nodded.
"You're not going up there Skye?" Julia asked when she realized the investigator was sitting on a chair near them.
"I feel it's better not to," Skye replied. "But you can come and sit here at least." She smiled when Julia hurried to, Mari and Reiley joining them before she made a quick gesture to Castle and Beckett who were watching her.
"She's okay," Castle told his wife before she was responding.
"I noticed that," Beckett replied before they were walking up to the altar.
"Are you disappointed?" Nancy asked her.
"A little, but we've been here before, so I knew already," Beckett said with a smile. "Though the fact that you can't take a picture of any of the Crown Jewels is the real disappointment."
"I agree, the first time I found that out I was… tempted to use Dad's name," Mary said.
"She's serious," Paul said with a smile. "Though I managed to convince her it wouldn't work, even for that." He glanced back at the four sitting, and he said, "She's alright?"
"I think they both are," Beckett said before they were walking back to them.
"I'm good Mom," Julia said, standing up at the sight of her mother.
"Do you know why you needed to come in here?" Castle asked.
"I do," Skye said when Julia looked at her. "She wanted us to visit where she'd been buried."
"They've been talking to her," Reiley said, whispering and looking around.
"Are you trying to get her to pass on?" Castle said.
"I did ask, but she's happier here," Skye said. "Believe it or not."
"I said it might be because the people who made her life so bad are where she's going to go," Julia said.
"And Julia and Skye said that Lady Jane said Julia was right," Mari said.
"You were talking with her?" Brassington said in surprise.
"We were, but she's gone," Skye said. "Felt you might return, and she was a little scared of so many of us." She stood and then said, "We're going to continue?"
"Of course, and I hope you're all interested in the Crown Jewels," Brassington said though he was directing that mostly to the kids.
Smiling when the seven were insisting they were, Castle reached for his wife's hand and held it while they left the chapel and made their way next door to continue their tour.
"There he is," Skye was saying, leaning over the railing as the Yeoman was coming up the staircase. "The modern Major-General," saluting him in the British manner when he reached the top of the staircase.
"You haven't changed," the man said, shaking his head before he embraced the investigator. "And you're well."
"I am, enjoying your home… you're lucky," Skye told him after they'd let each other go.
"Trust me, Danica and the kids agree," he said with a smile.
"Your dad's busy with your mum and wife," Skye told him before she turned to the others. "This is Odell's son, Scott."
After greeting the children and shaking the hands of the adults in the group the Yeoman said, "I'm sorry I couldn't get away to meet you until now. Hopefully my family has told you you're all welcome to our home," looking at Paul when he spoke first.
"They were very specific about that," the singer said with a smile.
"Alright, if you'll excuse me for a moment I'll just change for dinner," Scott said before he looked at two of the children and motioned to them.
"Sorry Dad, we wanted to see if you noticed us with everyone else," the teenaged girl said with a smile while she hurried up to him.
"And you thought I wouldn't?" Scott told her before he hugged his son as well. "Alright, I'll help out with dinner but enjoy the sunset."
"Dad…" Grant Brassington said before he trailed off. "He knows we need to go back in when the sun gets lower," he told his sister.
Nodding briefly, Adela said, "He's in a hurry."
"And you said nervous," Mari commented.
"Yep," Adela replied before they were laughing together and then returning to kicking around a soccer ball.
"I'm surprised they're so comfortable here," Stella said while they were watching the kids.
"Hello," Danica, Scott's wife said as she stepped outside. "I'm sorry to interrupt you but dinner is ready. We just need to wait for Scottie to finish changing before we eat."
"Are you sure we couldn't eat outside Mum?" Grant asked with a smile.
"Very, those clouds are coming fast," Danica said sternly before she was smiling at her son.
"Do you need help setting the table or anything?" Skye asked the woman.
"It's ready," Danica replied before they were getting the kids inside.
"I hope we'll be comfortable here," Pam, Brassington's wife, said while she was drying her hands.
"We'll squeeze together Grandmum," Adela assured her.
"I'm here," Scott said, hurrying down the narrow staircase before he saw the tables pushed together, his wife commenting on that as she touched his shoulder.
"We're ready to sit," Danica told him. "We'll be comfortable enough."
"I suppose we will," Scott said before he was sitting at the head of the table. "I would like to propose a toast for this dinner. We're very pleased to have you here and hope you've enjoyed our home."
After they had tapped their glasses together Castle said, "Your home is awesome."
Laughing with the others, Beckett said, "He appreciates the history though we all do."
"Adela told me you three won the dance competition you were a part of today," Brassington told the trio.
"We did," Peter said. "And we're really glad."
"So that's what they wanted," Scott said.
"Who?" Brassington asked his son in confusion.
"Some media folks came to the front gate," Scott told him. "They wanted to ask if the dancers were here."
"Should have said there were no Morris dancers here," Skye commented, smiling when Paul began to laugh.
"But I did," Scott said immediately before they were laughing together.
"What're Morris dancers?" Peter asked when the others had stopped laughing.
"Folk dancers here in England," Scott explained to the teen. "I told them that and they said the competition and they wanted to talk to them, but I said they'd told us already the dancers wanted to be left alone and they… left," he the said before Beckett was speaking in obvious appreciation.
"Thank you for doing that, their parents didn't want them to speak to the media any more than was normal," she said.
"And we didn't want Julia to either," Castle said.
"I'm glad I could help," Scott said with a nod.
"Sir," Julia then said shyly. "Sirs," she quickly corrected herself, looking at both Brassington and Scott. "We can't go around at all could we?"
"Outside here, since we walk and everything. But we could walk around where we live in this row if you'd like," Brassington said when his son looked at him.
"It's a little too cold," Beckett said gently when Julia, Mari and Peter turned to her and Castle.
"And you guys aren't tired?" he asked when the three looked obviously disappointed.
"A little," Mari said first.
"And you have homework tomorrow," Castle said.
"Homework?" Grant asked in confusion.
Explaining their assignments, Peter then said, "But it shouldn't take that long to do."
"You'll love the museum," Adela told Julia and Mari.
"We've been before," the former said. "And you're right, we do," Julia added before she and Mari were laughing with Reiley and Adela.
"Dad," Grant said then. "We could go outside and play soccer a little," he said, seeing the eagerness on Peter and Bobby's faces before his father was responding.
"They're allowed to," Scott said. "But they'd need to stay in the street… well where the homes are."
"I'm not sure about that storm," Beckett said.
"I was just going to say," Stella told the writer in agreement. She saw the way her youngest son was frowning and told him, "If it were two months ago there'd be no problem. But it is-"
Before the designer could continue, everyone was looking at the windows as there was a sudden spatter of rain against them, and the younger boys were groaning.
"There's that rain," Castle couldn't help commenting. "Sorry about your game."
"Don't we need to be out of here by a certain time?" Skye asked the two Yeomen.
"Ten," Brassington replied. "But we're not eating extremely late."
"Then what do we do with all these children?" Pam asked her husband though she was smiling as she said it.
"I get the feeling I'll be taking care of that," Skye said in amusement.
Laughing at the way Julia's lips were pursed, Paul said, "It might be the both of us," though he was startled when the Brassington adults were quick to assure him he didn't need to. "It's not a problem," he told them. "And you did let us come here and feed us."
"Is it alright if we film you both singing?" Adela asked a little shyly.
"Why not," Skye said, not surprised when Paul was nodding at her inquiring look.
"Just… wait to post it or whatever it is you kids do these days," the singer said jokingly.
"I will," Adela said, nodding rapidly.
"Our food is getting cold," Danica told the others before the boys were racing back to their ratatouille.
After they'd finished eating, Scott was standing at the door with Skye and said, "Should we keep an eye on this?"
"What, we're taking off?" the investigator asked in amusement.
When the Yeoman shrugged Beckett said, "Do you still fly?"
"He will when he retires," Skye said. "Or have you changed that plan?"
"No, as long as British will have me I'll fly for them," Scott said.
"Good," Skye replied before she looked at Julia walking up to them. "I remember," she said in mock annoyance.
"They want to hear the songs we danced to," the teen told her.
"All of them? You did let them know one song is from Madonna, right?" Skye asked in surprise.
"They know," Julia said with a nod.
"Do they want you to dance?" Beckett asked.
"Um… they do but they know we can't," Julia said, looking around the room they were gathered in. "I mean, we could do a tiny bit from each dance but…" she trailed off, shrugging her shoulders.
"And they know Paul won't be singing," Skye stated.
"They kind of feel bad about him doing that," Julia said slowly.
"But I said it would be fine," Paul immediately said, feigning anger.
"They just want to hear those songs… if we have enough time," Julia said, looking back at the investigator once they'd stopped laughing.
"Alright then," Skye said with a nod before she was walking to the seat she'd been given, and Scott was returning to his wife. "Am I going in order?"
"That would be nice," Peter said. He wasn't surprised when the others were looking at him in confusion and he shrugged his shoulders saying, "It makes sense."
"Okay," Skye said in obvious amusement before she was looking at her phone.
Watching Julia as the investigator was singing the first four songs, Castle wasn't surprised when his and Beckett's second oldest was tapping her feet in time with some of them. He exchanged a glance with his wife, not surprised to find her smiling before Skye finished what had been the Contemporary dance's song.
"That was a tough one," Peter said.
"You said you were fine after that," Julia told her partner, her brow furrowed.
"I am but still, we never did lifts like that before," Peter replied.
"I forgot to ask you," Castle said. "How were you able to?"
"I've been lifting weights," Peter said. "Ms. Grey said that would help but we really didn't do that for very long. So I wouldn't have dropped her."
"We didn't think you would," Beckett assured him.
"What's that look for?" Skye asked, exaggerating her voice when her friend looked at her. "Alright, I'll start now. Though two bad you three couldn't dance."
"It was fun to dance to," Mari said with a smile.
"It sure looked like it," Skye said, smiling when the trio laughed together briefly. She then got the music ready on her phone and began to sing it, not surprised the choice would lead to an impromptu lesson on the Jive once she had completed the song.
"I'm still surprised," Mari said to Julia.
"That I didn't bring my diary?" the teen asked her friend with a smile. At Mari's nod Julia said, "I really was planning on it, but things get so busy it's hard to keep writing in it sometimes."
"Does that mean you're going to stop?" Mari asked.
"No," Julia said. "I just don't think I can take it with me on trips."
"Too bad," Mari said, watching her friend getting up. "Are you feeling better?"
"I told you it was just a Charley horse," Julia said.
"But you stretched," Mari reminded her.
"Yeah, but when I pushed myself up in the Contemporary I wasn't in the right position with that leg," Julia said since they'd been about to sleep when she'd stretched her leg out and the cramping had struck her. She walked a little before she said, "Okay, I'm feeling way better now."
"You're sure?" Mari asked.
"I am," Julia said. "Don't even think of going to get my parents," she added in a rush.
"I wasn't… unless it got really bad," Mari said. "Remember the one you had after Halloween?"
"That was when we were practicing the lifts we had in the Contemporary," Julia replied as they got back onto the bed. "And I really wasn't standing the right way when I pushed myself up," she added, grimacing when she recalled how that had lasted into the night before it had abated finally when she'd gone to sleep. She then smiled and said, "You didn't have to get up," since Mari was yawning widely.
"No, but I would have been worried still," the girl said simply.
"Thanks," Julia told her.
"You're welcome," Mari said simply as she laid down.
Smiling at her friend, Julia turned off the light and once she was settled, she told Mari, "Night… again."
"Good night," the girl said with an obvious smile.
Taking a second to get into the position she'd been about to achieve before, Julia took little time to fall asleep after she closed her eyes, recalling her vivid dream she had the next morning.
"Again?" Julia said when she became aware of where she was and who was with her.
"Skye said to talk to you this way," Freddie told her.
Pursing her lips playfully, Julia laughed and then said, "It's just a little weird."
"What?" Freddie asked, looking around as she was.
"The scenery," Julia explained. She was startled when the singer snapped his fingers, jumping a little, before she said, "How…" since the bright white around them was replaced by the gardens at White Mount.
"You know this already," Freddie said. He sipped from his glass and said nonchalantly, "And I didn't change it, that was you," before she was responding in confusion.
"But if it was… why did you snap your fingers?" Julia asked him.
"For effect darling," Freddie replied easily, smiling when she was groaning.
"I shouldn't be surprised," Julia said when she'd stopped and was looking at the singer again. "So…" she began with a smile. "What'd you think?"
"I have the same opinion as the judges," Freddie began. "You were perfect." When the teen began to open her mouth, he quickly said, "Even with the Contemporary two points away. You did score the highest on that."
"Yeah," Julia said slowly. She then smiled and said, "But thanks for coming to see me."
"You asked for me," Freddie replied. He took another sip and then told her, "And Skye suggested I should come see you as well."
"Have you gone to see her?" Julia inquired.
"No, but she did tell me," Freddie said. "And here I am," he added before looking around. "Where are we?"
"You don't know?" Julia said in surprise.
"You do," Freddie said.
Explaining quickly, Julia said, "I guess since I'm in England and everything already…"
"I should let you rest," Freddie told her. "You're going to be seeing more tomorrow."
Hesitating for a moment, Julia said, "I was thinking of asking Mom and Dad if we could go by where you lived."
"I don't think you should," Freddie said. When she looked at him in surprise he explained to her, "Think, it was where I passed away, I'm sure it would be too sad for you."
"I can't go inside," Julia said swiftly. "I don't feel like I should."
"But you think you should go outside?" Freddie asked her.
"Yes," Julia said before she shook her head. "I mean I can go outside. And I'll ask Skye for sure."
"That isn't where I am," Freddie then informed her.
"Of course not, but I still want to go by it," Julia replied.
"Then I should let you go," Freddie told her.
"Oh… go where?" Julia asked though she was smiling widely.
"Cheeky," Freddie teased her before they were turning to the end of the gardens. "Go on, they're waiting."
"Thank you, Freddie," Julia told him before he kissed the tips of his fingers towards her. Though she wished she could hug him, she turned and rushed across the grass to her crush where they were waiting for her to her joy.
"A successful trip," Castle said, walking to the bed though he was looking at the screen of his phone at the same time. He expected his wife would tease him about the fact that they weren't returning home yet, but when he got no response, he looked up to find her turning onto her back and blinking a little furiously. "You were sleeping," he said in surprise before she was responding while she slowly sat up.
"You took too long," Beckett said, pushing her hair away from her face before she looked at him. She smiled and then told him, "And it's been a busy day," not surprised when he was climbing onto the bed with her.
"Very," Castle said. "But it also means we can relax and enjoy the rest of this vacation," he added before she was nodding and responding with a smile.
"With only one more day left," Beckett teased him.
"Don't depress me," Castle said jokingly before he leaned over to her and kissed her gently on the lips. He pressed his forehead to hers after he'd pulled away from her and said, "Though I am looking forward to being back home."
"I'm assuming you mean back in our bed," Beckett stated while she moved. Once she was sitting on his lap, she wrapped her arms around his neck and said, "Though-" before he was interrupting her.
"Wait," Castle said, having glanced down. He then looked back up at her and said, "Are you wearing anything under your robe?"
Beckett's response was to lean into him and kiss him, not surprised when he was immediately responding. They were holding onto each other tightly before she felt him reaching in between them and she broke off the kiss before she told him, "Let me."
"Wait," Castle said before he was having her get off him. He removed his robe and was tossing it aside before he realized his wife was tugging on the bottom of his shirt.
"Are you going to tell me to wait again?" Beckett asked him in amusement when she noticed he was looking at her.
"Not really," Castle said, though he took the shirt himself and removed it. He grunted slightly when his wife was pulling his pants and boxers off his hips before he was racing to stop her and she spoke teasingly while she obviously ogled him as he was removing the clothes himself.
"You realize I was going to let you do the same for me," Beckett told him.
"What if I wanted to watch you?" Castle asked her, stepping up to her and holding her by her upper arms.
"I might be persuaded to allow that," Beckett said, unable to help smirking when her husband cursed under his breath in Irish.
"Vixen," Castle told her roughly. He pulled her closer to him before saying, "No persuasion, I want what you got." When her response was to get out of his grip, he watched her reaching for the tie of her robe before she tugged it loose and then opened it for him.
"Goddess," Castle breathed to her before he was kissing her.
Beckett was a little startled, expecting him to help her with her robe before she felt his hands sliding underneath it. Feeling him clutching at the small of her back she was wrapping her arms around his neck, and they began dueling frantically for some time. As they parted, she began smiling when she felt her husband cupping her ass gently before squeezing. She couldn't help her moan when she arched her back up to him and said, "Thank you."
"Is that what you wanted?" Castle asked her.
"I wasn't aware I did," Beckett said, not surprised when he was laughing before he was stopping himself.
"Okay, this got a little too comedic," Castle said. When his wife gave him a look he said, "I can see your… most of you and look down."
"I'm aware already love," Beckett told him in amusement before she stepped away from him again. She was against his side of the bed but stopped herself from getting off balance while she was taking off her robe. She pushed her husband's hands away once she could and took his right to pull him back on the bed with her. Sitting on her knees in the middle of the mattress, she wrapped her arms around her husband again before they were kissing passionately. It didn't last for very long since he was slapping at her ass firmly and she gave a short cry before giving him a look.
"Are you honestly annoyed?" Castle asked her.
"No, but don't waste time," Beckett said before she was leaning into him, and they were kissing deeply again. She wasn't surprised when her husband was gently laying her down before she moved to slide her fingers through his hair gently. When he shuddered and ended the kiss she said, "Should I stop?"
"No," Castle replied, moving to kiss her. She was stopping him, and he was about to ask her what she wanted him to do before he was suddenly flipped onto his back. Breathing out a little hard he said, "No worshiping?"
Recalling him mentioning that the night before, Beckett asked, "Is that a hint?"
"Not really, I just wanted to point out how hard you threw me," Castle said, smiling himself when his wife began to laugh.
Calming herself down, Beckett told him, "And what does that mean?"
"That I want you to ride my cock for a while love," Castle said. He was startled when she wasn't responding to that and instead just staring at him, making him soon begin to feel a little uncomfortable. "So… does that mean it's too much?" he asked her slowly. When she deliberately shook her head he said, "I'm not sure if I want to know now," before she was responding with a smile on her face.
"You don't need to worry," Beckett told him. "I'll take care of you." She wasn't surprised when he immediately looked desirous and she leaned into him, kissing him deeply before he was wrapping his arms around her tightly. Sliding her leg over his eventually, she began to rub against him, ending the kiss when her husband was groaning in pleasure before she pulled away. "Stay there," she told him.
"Believe me, I won't," Castle replied swiftly. He watched her leaning down to him again, groaning in pleasure when she began kissing around his chest he reached down to her, running his fingers through her hair gently until she was looking at him with a smile on her face. "What?" he asked, stilling his fingers.
Moving up to him instead of replying verbally, Beckett kissed him gently before she pulled back. "Don't try to stop me," she then told him.
"I didn't really want to," Castle said slowly. He wasn't surprised when she kissed him again and he was pulling her to him a little tighter before they were parting, and he couldn't stop himself.
"Rick," Beckett said, trying to warn him when he'd reached up to her and he was cupping her breasts gently. She tried to speak again before she closed her eyes and leaned into him until she was pulling away. "I said don't stop me," she told him when she felt she could speak.
"I wasn't," Castle said simply before he was trying to pull her down to him. He wasn't surprised when she wouldn't allow him to do so, and he let her go with a huff before she was laughing.
"Do you want to start or don't you?" Beckett asked him. She smiled a little when he was gently running his fingers through her hair and she said, "I can start?"
"Please," Castle said before his wife was moving down to his chest. While she was kissing her way down to his stomach again, he moved to rub his other hand over her back before she was kissing the tip of his erection. Grunting in pleasure while she continued down his length, he moved his hand from her back and started to push himself up on his hand though it slipped, making her look up at him.
"You should have told me," Beckett said before she was moving to grab another pillow.
Castle was sucking in a breath of air when his wife very deliberately pressed her breasts into his face. But he was recovering quickly from the surprise, and he held her in place so he could suckle gently at both. "You know," he told her when she eventually stopped him. "I get the feeling this… delaying is deliberate."
"It may be," Beckett said simply before he was pulling her down to him. She let him instigate the passionate kiss they were involved with for some time until they were slowly parting, and she smiled against his lips. "Should I stop teasing?" she asked him.
"I'm torn," Castle admitted to her.
"Then I'll decide," Beckett replied, brushing her lips against his. When she pulled back, she laughed briefly at his nod before she grew serious as she studied him closely. Leaning into him she initiated a slow, sensuous kiss until they were breathless, and she pulled back sliding down his body without touching him until she reached his length. Picking it up carefully, she pressed another kiss to the tip of it before she was leaning her head over it. She could hear her husband's breathing becoming a little more labored which in turn excited her. She did her best to ignore how she was feeling since she wanted to stimulate him the best she could. She was a little startled at how short it felt before he was climaxing, though she was enjoying his groans of her name while she took in his release. Staying on his member a little longer, she soon pulled away before he was grabbing her. "You-" she started to say before he was flipping her onto her back. "Don't take that long," she begged him without realizing she was doing so.
"I won't," Castle assured her, helping her settle on the pillows that were propped up. "I believe I said something about you riding my cock," he reminded her.
"You did," Beckett replied before she was smirking at him. "And I want to so please hurry."
Nodding, Castle kissed her again and deeply before they were slowly parting, and he moved to her breasts. Brushing his lips over the mounds he flicked his tongue out before he gently blew on her skin. Watching her trembling slightly he moved to press a kiss to each nipple and then moved to suck at them gently again. He wasn't surprised when she moaned yet again while he was doing that but was when she made him pull away.
"I told you to hurry," Beckett teased him though her effort was a little half hearted because of his stimulation.
"Okay," Castle said, pretending to think that over briefly. He had her let him go and he moved to kiss her scar lightly before pressing his lips in a trail to her sex. Once he had reached that mound he settled down on the bed and took her legs, nearly throwing them over his shoulders. He then moved to kiss her clit before he went down to her folds, feeling how wet she was. "Goddess," he breathed up to her.
Beckett wanted to respond, but her husband was shortly after moving to suck at her clit and she was reaching for the pillow underneath her. Clutching at the sides of it, she looked on while he was moving around her, just kissing her before his tongue finally delved inside of her. His fingers from both hands were soon rubbing her clit, and she couldn't keep herself from orgasming for very long, a culmination from what she had done to him and what he was doing at that moment to her. She wasn't sure if she called his name, hoping she had, only aware of the repeated waves of pleasure that made her jerk her body against his.
When his wife was still beneath him, Castle was gentle as he lightly kissed her entire sex. He could feel her jerking slightly against him in response before he was moving to lay next to her. "Now I'm wondering if I shouldn't have made you come first," he told her.
Smiling, since she could tell he wasn't fully joking, Beckett turned onto her side to him and said, "I don't shut down after coming once."
"I'm not worried about that," Castle told her. "What I'm more concerned about is if you're going to have the energy."
"I wouldn't worry," Beckett said, kissing him deeply. As he was responding and holding the small of her back, she could feel her husband was sliding his hand down. She did the best she could to press closer to him before he was suddenly clutching at her and laying on his back. Pulling away at the suddenness of the movement, she told him, "Unless you're not ready."
"If I could I would bounce you right now," Castle said.
"Pervert," Beckett teased him, smiling since she was aware he'd done that on purpose. She got up on her knees, about to straddle him swiftly before she watched him pushing himself up. "Does that assuage your fears?" she asked him, pushing her hair over her shoulders.
"It does," Castle answered absently, watching her closely. He exhaled hard when she suddenly pressed against his length and he said, "Mind if I help you?"
"No," Beckett said simply before she raised herself up and waited for him to grasp himself. She was about to lower herself when he was stopping her by rubbing at her clit, making her gasp at the shock of it. "Rick, you don't… need… oh," she started to say before she faltered and then moaned in pleasure.
Castle was pleased when his wife was rocking on his fingers and he told her, "I think I should. I need your pussy to be slick my love."
"It is," Beckett breathed though she wasn't stopping when he wasn't. She finally had to reach down to him and stop him saying, "I want you Rick, and your long, thick, cock."
"Believe me, I want your incredibly tight pussy," Castle told her seriously while he was grasping himself again. He held her hip with his free hand before he watched her lowering herself on him, breathing harder again as the tip of him was spreading her. He saw her glancing at him, and he said, "I should hold a mirror for you."
"When we're in… Mill… Mill Valley," Beckett replied though her breathing became a little rougher at her husband filling her until she was pressing her hips against him. She immediately wrapped her arms around him, and they were kissing deeply when he moved to take her lips. She felt her husband's hands rubbing around her roughly and she responded in turn until they were parting slowly to catch their breath. Moaning when he began to kiss around her neck, she was going to ask him if he wanted her to move a certain way when he was answering her unasked question.
"I don't care how exactly you move Kate," Castle told her, reaching up and gently cupping her breasts. He wasn't surprised when she carefully moved his hands and he allowed her to do so before he said, "Just move."
Beckett leaned into him and kissed him tenderly before she was moving, still kissing him until he went to her neck. "We're not going to last that long," she told him, closing her eyes tightly in pleasure at him sucking gently at her pulse.
"I don't care," Castle mumbled against her skin.
Moving to kiss him again, Beckett then sat up straighter, rocking against him and doing her best to rub her clit against him. She was pleased when he was holding onto her tighter in reaction to what she was doing, and she began to move faster before she realized he was managing to match her. She dug her nails into his shoulders, doing her best to use that for leverage before he was slipping out of her.
Cursing in Irish for a moment, Castle helped his wife back onto him before he was cupping her ass in his hands. Holding her while she was bouncing on him that time, he was kissing her neck and collarbone, sucking gently on her skin until he realized her movements were becoming a little haphazard. "Kate-" he started to tell her.
"No I… I'm going to come," Beckett breathed to him, faltering for a little before she was arching her back and crying out at the sensation of her husband slapping at her once. She moved to kiss him before she was breaking it off when she was suddenly orgasming, calling Castle's name before he was yelling hers. Feeling his release inside her, she was clutching at him almost frantically and they were thrusting wildly against each other until she was stopping first. Feeling her body still trembling in the aftermath of the ecstasy that had filled her, she allowed herself to take in her husband's continued thrusts until he was jerking hard once against her, and she immediately caressed the back of his head. "Okay?" she asked him after giving him a little time.
Grunting into her hair, Castle forced himself to move away before he said, "I think so. What about what you wanted?"
"What makes you think-" Beckett started to say before her husband was kissing her deeply.
When he eventually pulled away from her, Castle was helping his wife lay down before he was entering her again at her insistence. He made love to her a little furiously, Beckett urging him to do so until they were breaking at nearly the same. Doing his best not to collapse on her when his orgasm eventually stopped, he told her, "Don't tell me we have to stop."
"I don't think I need to," Beckett replied with a smile, gently caressing his hair. "You already know."
"Yeah, but I'm not happy about it," Castle said swiftly before he was suddenly beginning to groan at his wife's laughter.
"Sorry," Beckett said, stopping herself though he was still withdrawing from her. She waited for him to lay on his back before she was joining him and she told him, "But there is back at home."
"You mentioned something about Mill Valley," Castle told her, recalling suddenly.
"Yes, but that still isn't for a wile," Beckett replied. She wasn't surprised when her husband was looking at her in slight confusion and she told him, "I have some plans for there."
"Now you need to tell me," Castle said, not surprised at the look she gave him in response. "Did you plan it as a surprise?" he asked her, startled when she was smiling as her reply. "No? Then tell me love," he insisted.
Kissing at his jaw a few times, Beckett said, "I have clothes there."
Shuddering hard as he immediately recalled what she had in their Mill Valley home, Castle said, "We're going to be alone."
"It's why I mentioned them," Beckett said.
"Could I request something?" Castle asked her. He was pleased when she nodded and he said, "Wear the dresses you have."
"It depends on what we're doing there," Beckett commented. She glanced at her husband and told him, "No, we're not going to plan it now."
"Why not?" Castle asked.
Smirking at him, and fighting her laughter when her husband appeared taken aback, Beckett told him, "Because why should we? After Tahiti you want to go around that much?"
Breathing out roughly, Castle replied, "You're a vixen Kate."
"Of course," Beckett said, taking his kiss he was giving her as soon as she'd finished speaking. While they were dueling each other's tongues inside her mouth, she was running her hand over his back, feeling him doing the same to her. Once they'd stopped, she smiled and said, "I get the feeling you wanted more than that."
"Of course I did, I've seen you wearing your dresses and skirts… and not much else," Castle replied. He then caressed her cheek before he told her, "I love you, Kate."
"I love you too," Beckett replied firmly. She took his kiss, a little surprised when it was brief, before she said, "Try not to think of them too much."
"It's really difficult," Castle said. He rubbed at her upper arm, since they'd gone back to laying down as they'd been before, and he asked her, "What about your costume?"
"That dress stays at home," Beckett said firmly. She raised her head a little and asked, "Were you wondering if I would take it to Mill Valley when I don't need it anymore?"
"To be honest… yes," Castle replied.
Kissing his cheek, Beckett told him, "I'm not, it's not the right style." She laughed when he was tense and she brushed her lips to his telling him, "Not now Rick."
"But I want to," Castle said, not surprised when she lightly pinched his arm before she was carefully taking off his glasses. "I kind of need those," he told her, though he didn't have any real protest in his tone.
"Not anymore," Beckett replied easily. She placed them on her nightstand before she told him, "Goodnight love."
Pulling him to her when she returned to him, Castle wrapped his arm around her hip before he said, "Even though I don't want to, night love."
Beckett smiled and then said, "You're disappointed."
"Yes," Castle said, smiling himself when she was pressing her lips to his shoulder. "But I do remember we have our bed, Tahiti, Mill Valley…"
"What's wrong?" Beckett asked, surprised at his trailing off.
"No, just thinking of all the places we have," Castle said, laughing when she was shoving at his shoulder playfully.
"Pervert," Beckett replied. "I'm not surprised though but stop thinking about that because we need to sleep."
"Fine," Castle said in mock annoyance before he was leaning down to her and kissing her gently. After they parted, he kicked up the covers and pulled them over them before they were settling back to how they'd been laying down before. He held her tightly to his side, kissing her temple before he felt her settling against his side.
Falling asleep in each other's arms, Castle and Beckett slept deeply, dreaming of each other and Tahiti in anticipation of their trip as they moved into their last day in London.
