A/N: I only own the OC

Thank you for reviewing.

I was at a function with Tony, but all I could think about was Shaun. I had finally kissed him, and it was amazing.

"You seem happier than normal?" Tony said and I smiled again.

"I'm in the same town as my boyfriend for once." I said and he nodded.

"Is he coming to the show?" He asked me.

"I don't know if he's allowed." I said and he nodded.

"He is if you want him there." He said and I nodded as we spoke to more people. I was ready for this to be over with for the day.

We finally got done and I took the subway over to the nearest station and Shaun was outside waiting for me. He did a double take when he saw me.

"You rode the subway like that?" He asked me and I smirked. I was in a green wrap dress and black heels.

"Shaun..." I was saying when he kissed me.

"No, babe, next time no." He said and offered me his arm. He was being protective and it was cute. We walked over to Kalaveras. I was glad I had worn chunky heels instead of the stilettos. He got us a table and we ordered drinks.

"Um, do you want to come to the show tomorrow?" I asked him and he looked surprised.

"I'll be in a box with Aj and Tony... if you wanted to come." I said kind of shy. I didn't know if he was allowed or would want to come.

"Do you want me to come?" He asked me as they sat down our drinks.

"I want you to if you won't get in trouble." I said and he smiled at me.

"Anything to spend time with you." He said.

I was glad that Shaun was coming tomorrow night. We were supposed to go out tonight with his friends. I was excited that we were letting each other into our lives.

Shaun POV

Rae kept her outfit since we were going to a friends house in Calabasas. I was excited for Rae to meet my old friends that first welcomed me to the state and kind of the wrestling business. I drove us up there and she insisted on getting a bottle of wine because you aren't supposed to show up empty handed. I parked, and looked over at her.

"What?" she asked me and I gave her a soft kiss.

"Thanks for coming with me." I said and she smiled at me. We got out and I took her hand as we walked up to the front door. I didn't even get to knock when my best friend, Chris, opened the door. He pulled me in for a hug, and then hugged Rae. She was taken back, but went with it. Shelly came around the corner a second later and hugged Rae. She looked a little overwhelmed, but took it well.

"Thanks for coming tonight! The party is starting soon." Chris said as we walked out to their patio. They had the food set up, drinks, and I knew they were having their yearly get together. Rae stuck to my side as more people started to come to the party. I knew a lot of people and introduced her to many different people.

"Hey, man, heads up Michelle showed up." Chris said and I nodded as I tightened my grip on her waist.

"Sorry, babe, my ex is here." I said and she nodded.

"It's ok as long as you remember I'm here." she said and I gave her a small kiss.

We were talking to different people, and I could hear Michelle making comments about Rae. I was hoping to avoid her when the inevitable happened... and we ran into Michelle. We were walking around the edge of the pool, and actually getting ready to leave since Rae had to work in the morning.

"Shaun, this is what you replaced me with?" Michelle asked me and I smirked.

"It's called an upgrade." I said and she pursed her lips.

"Yeah, from the thrift store." she said and Rae to her credit just stood there as people started to look because Michelle was making comments.

"Michelle just stop." Chris said as he walked over and she pushed past him. She shoved into Rae who she managed to push into the pool, but Rae dragged her in with her. I held my breath because I had no idea how this was going to go.

"You bitch." Michelle said as they both resurfaced. Rae was ignoring her, but Michelle grabbed her hair. Rae didn't hesitate slamming her palm into Michelle's nose sending her back into the water. Rae pulled her to the shallow end and got out. She walked past everyone and walked out the front door. I shook my head and said goodbye to everyone. I walked out and expected to see Rae standing next to my car, but I saw wet footprints down the road. I saw her and ran over to her.

"Come on, I will drive you back." I said and tried to turn her back to the car. She shook her head no and kept on walking. I finally stepped in front of her.

"Nah, I have an Uber." she said and I was surprised at that. She stepped around me to keep on walking.

"Rae, come on, don't embarrass me any further." I said and she spun around on her heel to face me. I couldn't believe that she had hit Michelle. She didn't have to take it that far.

"You embarrassed? I just put up with some bitch talking about me for over an hour to people whom I have never met only to be shoved into a pool. And you're embarrassed? Fuck you." she asked me as I ran my hands over my face.

"You didn't have to hit her." I said and she smirked before slapping the shit out of me. I was shocked as I stumbled back. I got ready to say something when a car pulled up. It was her Uber. He actually gave her a towel and left me standing there in shock.

I walked back to my car and started to get in when I heard someone call my name. I looked up to see Chris.

"Sorry about ruining the party." I said and he waved it off.

"It's Michelle's fault. She couldn't shut up, and Rae handled it really well." he said and I shrugged.

"She didn't have to hit her." I said and Chris laughed.

"Honestly, the way Michelle treated her she had every right to hit her." he said and I raised an eyebrow.

"Look, I get it that you still have deep feelings for Michelle, but I am telling you right now that Rae handled herself with class and thinks you hung the moon. Don't tell me you think Rae was in the wrong?" he asked me and I sighed.

"I felt embarrassed because she hit her." I said and Chris started laughing.

"You're a fucking moron, but I love you." he said and I sighed.

"Go get her." he said and hugged me before I took off towards her hotel. I knew that he was right that I had fucked up, but I still didn't think it was right she had hit her.
