Hi friends! Here's some new chapters for ya! Please keep the requests coming! There's not a ton of wiggle room for fun/happy stuff in The Underworld which is where I'm currently writing in The Other Daughter, so writing chapters here is a lot of fun! Also, a guest mentioned that Chapter 72 isn't showing up. Is anyone else having that problem? I checked it out and everything looks fine to me. Let me know :) Just updated The Other Daughter too!

Sneaking Out

A guest asked from some teen drama/her keeping her parents on their toes. Hope you like that I came up with. I never really got into trouble growing up, so I feel like I'm not always the best at writing Hanna getting into trouble lol but this was fun to write! It's set sometime after season 6 when Henry and Hanna were in high school. Hope you enjoy :)

Snow and Charming were just about to go upstairs to bed when they heard an urgent knock on the door. They quickly went to see who could possibly be coming by this late at night.

"Regina, what…"

"Where's your daughter?" Regina asked interrupting Snow.

"Hanna?" Snow asked.

"No, the blond one who doesn't live here," Regina rolled her eyes. "Yes. Hanna. Why would I come here if I meant Emma?"

"Regina, what's going on?" David asked.

"Our kids have been sneaking out."

"What?" Snow and David said at the same time.

Regina raised her eyebrows at them.

"Hanna is upstairs. Asleep," David told her.

"Let's go see then," Regina nodded towards the stairs.

Snow and David looked at each other and shrugged. They stepped back and allowed Regina to lead the way upstairs.

Regina stopped a few feet from Hanna's door and looked towards Snow. "Go try to open it."

Snow looked curiously at Regina, but did what she said.

Regina turned David. "Watch."

David watched his wife walk towards Hanna's door. She reached out for the handle, but didn't open it. She stood there for a few seconds, starting off into space. Then she let go of the handle and turned back towards them.

"She's in her bed sleeping, Regina," Snow sighed.

"See," Regina raised her eyebrows at David.

"What?" Snow looked between her stepmother and husband.

"Snow you didn't even open the door." David told her.

"Yes I did. I opened it and saw her asleep in her bed, then I shut it again."

"Regina, what's going on?" David asked.

"It's a type of barrier spell. It's very clever, actually," Regina told them. She never taught this to Emma or Hanna, so she didn't know where the young girl learned about it. "The spell won't allow you to open the door, but it'll make you think you actually did open it and saw Hanna sleeping in her bed. The same spell was on Henry's door at my house, but I detected it before I reached for the handle. I don't think this is the first time they've done this. When I took th spell off of Henry's door, I could tell the spell had been enacted before."

Snow and David's eyes went wide at the realization. They had no idea.

Regina waved her hand in front of Hanna's door, removing the spell. She opened Hanna's door for real this time. "Oh would you look at that?" Regina turned to Snow and David and grinned. "Hanna isn't in her bed after all."

David pulled his cellphone from his pocket. "I'll find her. I have the location app on her phone."

"Don't bother," Regina told him. "She enchanted our phones too. The app will show that they're home. I can't remove the spell unless all of our phones are together."

David and Snow gave Regina their phones. She removed the spell, and they were all able to see just where Henry and Hanna snuck off to.

"I'll stay here with Neal," Snow said. "You two go get them."

David left with Regina to get the kids.

"They should be right here," David said as he looked down at his phone. The app showed Hanna at this exact location, but when he looked up all he saw was the beach.

Regina walked onto the sand. As she got closer to the water, she could detect magic. She held up her hand and shook her head. "Clever girl."

"What?" David asked.

"It's a cloaking spell." Regina waved her hand, revealing what the kids were hiding.

David's eyes went wide at the site in front of him. There were a couple dozen teenagers on the beach. Some were swimming in the ocean, some were dancing, others were roasting s'mores at the giant bonfire, and they were all wearing glow sticks around their necks. David scanned the beach for his daughter and found her dancing with some boy. He marched right over to her.

"What is going on here?"

Hanna jumped at the sound of that voice. She was really hoping it wasn't who she thought it was. Hanna slowly turned around and, unfortunately for her, it was exactly who she thought it was. Hanna gulped. "Hey Dad…"

David crossed his arms and looked down at her. "I'm going to ask you again. What is going on here?"

Hanna shrugged. "Just hanging out with some friends."

"This," David pointed to everything around him. "Is not just hanging out with some friends. It's almost midnight, Hanna, and you have a full blown party going on here!"

"Dad I…"

David held up his hand. "You know what. I don't even want to hear it. Go sit down." He pointed to the bench where Henry was already sitting.

Hanna did what she was told and sat down next to Henry. They didn't say a word to each other and just sat quietly while their parents shut down their party. David called all of the parents of the other kids and Regina got rid of all the party stuff. Once the last kid was gone, Regina and David went to retrieve their children.

"Henry. Let's go."

Henry stood and turned back to Hanna. "Good luck," he whispered. "You too," Hanna whispered back.

Hanna watched Regina take Henry's hand and poof them back to her house. Once they were gone, Hanna slowly looked up at her dad. She gave him a small smile and that saddest eyes she could muster.

David shook his head. "Don't give me that look."

"But…"

"No. Get to the truck right now."

"Ugh!" Hanna got up from the bench and stomped over to the truck.

David sighed and followed Hanna. This was already a long night, and he had a feeling it was only getting started.
