Athens:

Sirius pursed his lips as he waited in anticipation. It had been several months since Team 42 had been stationed in Athens and today was finally the day that their operation would happen. Using Zephyr as a means of communication, Team 42 was aware of the devastation that would happen later.

It was a multi-step plan. In the first stage, the snow elves would use ambient magic to generate a massive hailstorm that would guarantee the destruction of the muggle city. Once the weather settled, then the true nightmare would begin. Lord Hydrus, for whatever reason, had decided to give werewolves the ability to tap into the Space Force. The only thing scarier than a werewolf that could control its transformation and shoot mouth lasers, we're werewolves that could do all of that and also teleport.

The werewolves would come in, eat any muggle survivors, and slaughter as many wizards as they could, leaving only a few survivors. Then finally, members of the Church of Noctis would come in, give aid to the few survivors and direct them to Nocturnia, which was quickly becoming known as sacred ground.

While Sirius waited for the signal, he took the time to speak with Jr.

"Yo, Bart, there's something I've been meaning to ask you. What's the plan once this raid is over? Surely, we can't just stroll back up to base with everything that's about to go down." Sirius pressed.

"That's exactly what we'll be doing. I've got confirmation that Master Hydrus will be arriving personally to help us take Thunder Cloudian as our own air fortress. After that I'm not sure." Barty said, holding a finger to his telepathic earring.

"What?! That was not part of the escape plan!" Yaxley exclaimed. Barty shrugged, seemingly unconcerned. "It is what it is. No use complaining about it."

There was a sudden drop in temperature as thick, dark clouds started to form in the sky. "It's starting! Everyone, be ready! We only get one chance at this!" Barty said, readying his wand. The others nodded and prepared themselves.

Soon enough, hail started to fall in earnest. It started small, but it quickly ramped up to become dangerous. A large block of ice fell and completely crushed an SUV which blared weakly before going out.

Waving his wand, Barty materialized a magic circle and began using ambient magic. "Regalia Citius!" The magic circle grew until all of Team 42 were inside before it flashed with an ominous red light, and they all vanished with a loud bang of super apparation.

Grecian Ministry of Magic:

They reappeared deep underneath the Parthenon and in the heart of the Ministry. The team quickly ducked into an office that they knew would be empty thanks to their months of scouting. Barty downed a Pepper-Up potion to top off his energy before turning to address his squad.

"Yaxley, Dolohov, you two plant the charges, Black, you're with me. Before you go, Yaxley, give us some invisibility." Barty ordered.

Yaxley closed his eyes and inhaled. When the blonde man opened his eyes, he was completely emotionless, and the others could barely sense his magic. He pointed his wand at the others, and it started to glow with Light.

"Licht Vorbei." Yaxley said, sounding completely robotic. The spell made it so that a person or object wouldn't reflect visible light, making something completely invisible to the naked eye. It had the additional benefit of suppressing magic, making it even harder for them to be detected.

Dolohov grabbed Yaxley by the arm so as to not lose him and the two ran off. Barty did the same with Sirius and made their way into the hallway.

"Ascendio." The two shot up into the air and impacted the ceiling. "Lentum." Barty whispered and they stuck to the ceiling.

"Let's go." Still holding onto his teammate, Barty and Sirius made their way to the stairwell as countless employees rushed to evacuate or mobilized to deal with the ongoing threats outside.

They moved quickly, going deeper and deeper underground with Sirius using the limited Light skills he possessed to destroy various alarms and traps.

Barty scowled as finally reached the bottom floor of the Ministry where the Department of Research and Development could be found. They had never managed to gather any information on this part of the building as it was deep underground, so neither man had expected a branching path.

"We need to split up. If you don't find anything in thirty minutes, stick to the evacuation protocol." Barty ordered. Sirius pulsed his magic, undoing his invisibility.

"I'll go right, you go left." Sirius said, dashing off before Barty could say anything. He transformed into his dog form for more mobility and speed.

Normally he'd use Zephyr for scouting, but the wind spirit hadn't been answering him lately. Running around, sniffing for anything that smelt interesting, Sirius came to large, old, stone doors.

Transforming back into a human, Sirius placed a hand on the stone, and felt his magic start to flow sluggishly. His eyebrows raised in surprise; he had never seen such a large mythril construct.

Gritting his teeth, Sirius placed both hands on the doors and pushed with all his might. Slowly but surely the doors opened just wide enough for him to slip through. He fell to the ground out of breath as his magic was fully suppressed.

"What the hell?" He said, as he took in the sight before him. It was like he had been transported to a different dimension entirely. There was no ceiling above him, only inky darkness. There was black sand beneath his feet but more importantly, was the radioactive green river that seemed to stretch on forever.

Clearly in the wrong place, Sirius turned around only to find the mythril doors shut behind him. "You've got to be fucking kidding me." He grumbled, clutching his wand tightly. Seeing no way backwards, Sirius decided to go forward.

"It's just a myth, there is absolutely no way the River Styx is real. It's just a myth." Sirius repeated to himself over and over as he walked along the shore.

The river bubbled and splashed the shore, reducing the sand to nothing, completely erasing it from existence. Sirius stared at the gaping hole where sand used to be.

"I don't get paid enough for this." Sirius complained. As he began to walk away, he felt a strange compulsion and an oddly familiar sensation. He turned back to the river which was bubbling fiercely now.

Gripping his wand, Sirius prepared himself. Even though he knew it was coming, it still caught him off guard as a skeleton rose from the river and gained flesh.

"Long time no see, Padfoot."

?: With Barty

"Avada Kedavra!" Barty flung himself to the side as he dodged the killing curse. Popping back up to his feet and looking around wildly, Barty desperately looked for his assailant through the thick shadows.

He threw up a hasty shield just in time as an unknown curse slammed into it, its power sending him reeling.

"Face me, coward!" Barty taunted, hoping to draw out his opponent. He ducked another spell and sent a blasting curse in the direction the assault came from. Slowly, the shadows retreated and revealed his hidden opponent.

Bartemius Crouch Sr. leveled his wand at his son's face, ready to deal the killing blow. "Locus Sector!" There was distortion in the air as Sr folded space, closing the distance between the two in an instant.

Jr dodged the follow up stab, and caught his father's wrist, preventing him from casting any spells. "You're not real. I killed you and you've been dead for a long time. So, what are you?" Jr asked, as he analyzed the situation.

The thing that resembled his father didn't answer but kicked him in the ankle causing Jr to drop to one knee and let go.

"Avada- ". Sr was cut off as Jr unleashed a devastating uppercut fueled by magic. Putting some distance between them, Jr tried to figure out what was going on.

Between the heavy shadows, and the way the fight was going, Jr could only conclude one thing. Whatever he was fighting, was a dark creature. His theory was proven correct as Sr unleashed a crescent wave of moon magic.

"The jig is up! Why don't you drop the act already!" Barty yelled. The thing didn't respond and chose to launch another killing curse instead.

Dodging again, Barty focused all of his magic, making a magic circle and trapping a large amount of ambient magic.

"Magikus Extrema: Purgatio!" There was a harsh white light that eradicated the darkness and completely enveloped his opponent. Purgatio was a rather generic counter-curse, capable of only undoing minor dark magic. However, when powered up by ambient magic it became a devastating purifying spell.

When the harsh light faded, all that was left was a blob of gaseous darkness. Taking out an empty lacrima, he stored the thing away with ease. Only after making sure it was safe did Barty allow himself to fall to his hands and knees in exhaustion.

Using such strong ambient magic back-to-back had left him drained of energy and had done a number on his body. He grit his teeth as his wand arm throbbed with horrible pain.

Slowly, he got to his feet, panting and covered in sweat. Leaning on the wall for support, Barty made his way forward, intent on finishing the mission.

Department of Justice:

Antonin laughed wildly as he dueled several aurors at once. He was a whirlwind of destruction as he ducked, dodged and countered. "Confringo!" The auror let out a delicious painful scream as he was hit with the full force of a fiery explosion. He dropped to the floor, never to get up again.

Dolohov's laughter was cut short as he took a slashing curse to his shoulder. His IDA uniform stopped enough damage to prevent him from losing his arm, but the curse ran deep, and he was losing a lot of blood. He quickly parried a high-powered stunner that would have taken him out of the fight.

"Fumos Toxica!" From Dolohov's wand, a thick toxic gas spewed enveloping the whole room. Using the gas as cover, Antonin repositioned and frantically searched his tool belt for a potion that would stop his bleeding.

"Evanesco Maxima!" In an instant all the gas vanished, and Antonin found himself surrounded once more. Staring at the glowing tips of three different wands, he closed his eyes and resigned himself to death.

"Lux Congerere." Three massive pillars of Light erupted from the ground, atomizing his foes. Looking around wildly for Yaxley he saw the blonde man standing on the ceiling.

"Alright up there, Corban?" Antonin called out, gripping his wand tightly unsure if the man was his ally at the moment. Yaxley fell from the ceiling and landed gracefully in front of Dolohov.

"Cura." A green mist spurted forth from Corban's and shrouded Antonin's wound. The pain dulled a little and the bleeding slowed but the wound wasn't fully healed.

"Thanks. Did you plant the charges?" Antonin asked. Yaxley nodded, rubbing at his temples as his control over the Light faded.

"Let's get to the rendezvous point, if we stay here any longer, we'll be killed." Yaxley said. Antonin huffed as he held his shoulder.

"I don't know if my body can handle the transportation." The injured man said, trying not to move lest his wound reopen.

"Don't be a bitch." Yaxley said, grabbing a lacrima filled with Barty's transportation spell and activating it.

?: With Sirius

Sirius gripped his wand so tightly his knuckles went white. The rational, intelligent side of him knew that this entire situation was the result of some twisted magic, but his emotional side, filled with grief and confusion yearned for it to be real. In front of him stood his family, his real family. The Marauders, young and uncorrupted by the war and higher powers.

"You've gotten old, Padfoot." The reanimated Remus said.

"And you don't smile nearly as much." Peter pointed out.

"I think you've got gray hairs!" James teased.

Sirius closed his eyes, hoping and praying that when he opened them the ghosts would be gone, and he would wake up. But they were still there, laughing and joking like no time had passed at all. Slowly but surely his feet moved to join them. Just as he was about to step into the river and go to his death, Sirius remembered what Yaxley had said. Soon, Hydrus would be able to revive the dead.

The sight before him was an illusion, but if continued with his faith, it could be real. Steadying himself, he raised his wand.

"Sanctus Lumos." He said softly. A soft, golden light surrounded him, vanishing the ghosts of the pass and filling him with confidence and conviction. When the light faded, the Light over Styx was no more and was replaced by the mission objective.

The Flame of Prometheus, the first fire and regarded as the primordial flame. The pressure it emitted was overwhelming and it nearly forced Sirius to his knees. Peering into the Fire he could see it. He was watching the entire history of this planet.

From the meteor that brought microorganisms to the planet, to the newest baby that was born. This was history. It was the past, and perhaps the future as well. Hearing footsteps behind him, Sirius turned and readied his wand.

"Put that away before you take someone's eye out." Barty said irritably. Slowly, Sirius lowered his wand as he took in the state of the other man. He seemed unharmed, but positively exhausted.

"So that's it huh? It's incredible. To think such a thing like that could exist in a place like this…" Barty trailed off as he too was captivated. He shook his head, trying to clear his mind before he pulled out an empty lacrima.

"Let's get this over with." Barty held up the lacrima to the Flame and it sucked into the crystal ball. With their mission now complete, he turned to Sirius who pulled out his escape lacrima.

"Varkja." And the two were off, disappearing in a flash of light.

Rendezvous Point:

Barty and Sirius reappeared on a boat in the Piraeus Harbor in a heap. "Ugh, that spell could use some work Jr." Sirius said, holding his head.

"Get off of me." Came Barty's muffled voice. The cabin door opened and Yaxley stepped out. After administering first aid the three went inside for their post mission briefing.

"Where's Dolohov?" Barty asked, as he slouched in his chair, fighting the urge to sleep. "He took a pretty bad slashing curse. I've got him on a potion IV drip so he'll live, but he's out of commission for the time being." Yaxley answered, looking tired himself.

"I'm assuming the mission was a success?" The blonde man asked. The others nodded as they thought about what they had seen in the depths of the Ministry.

"I'll contact Master Hydrus and give him a status update. I expect he'll be here shortly so try and get some rest." Yaxley left to make the call. With the briefing over, Barty finally closed his eyes to get some sleep. Sirius made his way to the kitchen in hopes of finding something to eat.

His hopes were dashed as he felt tremendous pressure. There was a ripple in space and Suddenly Hydrus and Bellatrix were there. Hydrus was dressed in an all-black suit with a green tie, and a green overcoat hung from his shoulders with the Black Family crest emblazoned in gold on the back.

Bellatrix was dressed in her standard death eater armor and was noticeably pregnant. She scowled as she saw Sirius. "Commoners should kneel in our presence." She said, radiating extreme heat. Hydrus waved it off and Bellatrix pouted.

"I heard your mission was a success. Well done. I'll take the Time Force off your hand, and you and your team can go to Darkwyn and relax for a bit. I'll handle the rest." Hydrus drew his sword and it crackled with dimensional energy. He effortlessly cut a hole in space and pointed towards it.

Once all of Team 42 had left, Bellatrix immediately pulled Hydrus into her grasp, a needy expression on her face. "Hydrus, mummy's hungry." She whined, nuzzling her son.

Over the last few months Bellatrix had somehow become even more clingy and obsessive than she usually was. It had gotten to the point that if she spent more than six hours away from Hydrus, Nebula would emerge and go on a rampage. Considering how extremely strong Nebula was it could be a serious problem.

Hydrus rubbed her swollen belly as he used occlumency to fend off her seduction. "After we get this done, we'll be free for the rest of the day, hold on just a little longer." He said, trying to placate her.

"No." She said, unzipping his pants and massaging him to hardness. Hydrus sighed. There really wasn't time for this, but it would be faster to give Bellatrix what she wanted then trying to fight it. Her movements were getting faster, and she was radiating a dizzying heat that invaded his senses and risked sending him into an animalistic rut.

"I'm gonna cum!" Hydrus warned and Bellatrix dropped to her knees and opened her mouth in anticipation. She caught rope after rope of seed without spilling a single drop. Bellatrix swished it around in her mouth savoring the taste before she swallowed.

"More!" She demanded her vampiric fangs sharpening. "Later. I promise once we get this over with you can have as much milk as you want." Hydrus said, really hoping to get this over with before the Thunder Cloudian got away. For a moment it looked like Bellatrix was going to continue anyway but she decided against it.

She sighed as Hydrus put his pants back on. Come on let's go, the faster we get this over with the faster I can milk you." Bellatrix said with a huff. Hydrus nodded and Zephyr's winds surrounded them and breezed to their destination.

Thunder Cloudian:

Hydrus scowled as he took in the sight of the flying fortress. There were massive blocks of ice and corpses everywhere. "I told her to keep casualties to a minimum." Bellatrix perked up at Hydrus's annoyance.

"Don't worry my love, I'll punish that filthy elf accordingly." She said with glee. "Nothing permanent." Hydrus said, moving quickly through the ship. Bellatrix giggled giddily at the thought of torturing someone.

They continued to jog through the base, knowing exactly where they were going due to the months of intel Team 42 had sent. On the way they passed many corpses, friends and allies alike. Finally, they made it to the top of the fortress where the control room/ main office could be found.

Bruma and several squads of snow elves were currently trying to breach the large cloudstone doors. "Again! Don't stop until we get through!" The queen ordered, firing a large ice dragon head at the doors.

"That's enough!" Hydrus yelled over the commotion. His elves fell in line and Bruma kneeled before him, kissing at his feet with a fanatic smile on her face. "Master! I missed you!" She said, her voice was bubbly and filled with happiness at the sight of him.

"I'm glad you're safe, Bruma. I'll take it from here" Hydrus said, laying a hand on her head. She preened and leaned into his touch, looking extremely satisfied.

Walking up to the doors, Hydrus drew Antinomy and focused on filling the blade with Space Force. With a single slash, the doors vanished, erased from this dimension entirely.

As soon as the doors were gone Hydrus was met with an onslaught of spell fire and Light barrages. His Umbrakinesis reacted immediately as thick shadowy tendrils burst forth from his shadow, batting aside spells and protecting him from the Light.

Hydrus felt a large swelling of magic behind him before Bruma stepped up to his side. The snow elf queen spoke in a language that Hydrus couldn't understand, and a majority of IDA soldiers were instantly flash frozen. Hydrus quickly shoved Bruma and Bellatrix behind him with his shadow tendrils just as he sensed a trap be activated, separating him from the rest of his fighting force.

"Hydrus!" "Master!" They yelled as a wall of thick Light slammed down. Thinking quickly, Bellatrix pulled out a mythril dagger and tried cutting away at it. To her surprise, she had barely made a scratch. The collective fighting force tried launching everything they had at the wall to no avail. It would also seem that the barrier was soundproof.

Unable to turn back and unable to telepathically communicate, Hydrus could only go forward, deeper into the fortress all alone. He passed by the ice statues keeping a hand on his wand as he searched for his objective.

Eventually the corridor split, with one sign pointing to the control room and the other pointing to the captain's quarters. "Umbra Duplex." His shadow separated from him, creating an exact replica of himself, minus Antinomy. His doppelgänger took off in the direction of the control room while Hydrus himself headed towards the captain's quarters.

"Hey, stop!" Several IDA operatives yelled out, trying to incapacitate him. Antinomy launched from its sheath, blocking the spells and smacking his opponents down to the floor with the back of the blade, knocking them out. With a mental command, his sword sheathed itself again and Hydrus continued on his way.

There were more operatives that tried stopping him, but Hydrus dispatched them every time, taking care to kill as few as possible. Thunder Cloudian was a big place and it would need plenty of manpower to keep it fully operational. Having people who knew how to do maintenance and optimize daily functions would be critical going forward.

Hydrus cut through the doors of the captain's quarters and another barrier of light slammed down behind him, trapping him inside.

"So, you've arrived at last. Surrender now and I will do my best to ensure you die a painless death." The Luminary said. Hydrus stared at the man before he tossed aside his sword and wand. Moody frowned at the act, unsure what to make of it.

"How about this? You surrender and we'll make a trade." Hydrus pulled out the lacrima containing the Time Force. Moody glared at him with both eyes and motioned to stand.

"Ah, ah, ah, I wouldn't do that if I were you. I could very easily absorb the Time Force and eradicate you right now. So, let's sit down and discuss the terms of your surrender." Hydrus said, grasping the lacrima tightly as he took a seat across from his foe.

"Here's the deal. Accept defeat and I will allow you and your highest-ranking officers to safely evacuate with the Time Force." Hydrus then pulled out a small rectangular mirror from his breast pocket and double tapped it. It showed Hydrus's doppelgänger in the control room with several hostages, some of which were seriously injured. The doppelgänger grinned maliciously, licking at its bloody teeth before the transmission cut.

Moody glared at Hydrus with such hatred and vitriol that the boy actually felt excitement start to bloom within him. While Hydrus had planned for nonviolent communications, he desperately hoped that a fight would break out.

They stared at each other for a long time, Moody's gnarled and scarred hands clenched and shook with pure fury. Then he took a deep breath, and the anger was hidden away.

"That is a tempting offer, however I'm willing to offer you a counter deal." The Luminary said.

"And what would that be?" Hydrus asked sharply, subtly tensing. "That I kill you and take the Time Force anyway." A laser beam shot out of Moody's prosthetic eye, grazing Hydrus's neck as the boy weaved to the side.

"Depulso Extrema!" Using the Elder Wand that he had hidden up his sleeve, Hydrus unleashed a devastating shockwave that blasted Moody, the desk and everything else in front of him into the barrier.

"Avada Kedavra!" Hydrus's killing curse was flawless and caught Moody right over the heart. Despite landing the kill shot, Moody did not die.

"If that's the best you can do, then you should give up right now." He glowed with golden energy before he transformed into a gigantic golden bear.

"Ursula Destroyer!" From its mouth, the bear shot large clamping bear traps made out of light. Hydrus summoned his sword and started to slash through the traps. It left him completely exposed to the swipe of claws that exploded on impact.

Hydrus slammed into the barrier before falling to the floor. He had no time to rest as Moody transformed into a giant golden bull.

"Taurus Rush!" Hydrus dove out of the way to avoid being gouged by giant golden horns. Moody slammed into the barrier, causing an even bigger explosion, the shockwave causing Hydrus to go flying.

Despite the pain, the explosion finally put enough distance between the two to allow Hydrus to counterattack. His vision sharpened, his muscles bulged, and his magic flowed rapidly as he entered Clear Mind.

"Room!" Dimensional energy filled the entire area, giving Hydrus acute control over everything in the room sans Moody who was too powerful to be affected. He switched himself with a broken stapler to avoid a barrage of lasers. "Spatial Rend!" Hydrus roared, slashing with his sword.

"Constellar Pleiades!" Moody dissolved into seven orbs of light, his main body bypassing the omnidirectional slash that would have surely killed him. Not one to be deterred, Hydrus stabbed Antinomy into the cloudstone floor, and a massive transmutation circle appeared beneath his feet.

At first it seemed like nothing happened. Then Moody lowered his head, charging up an orb of light between his horns before another explosion went off right in Moody's face.

"Congratulations, you've discovered the joys of flammable gas." Hydrus snarked as he channeled more dimensional energy.

"Aquarius!" What could only be described as a tidal wave of light rose to an apex before it started to come down, erasing everything in its path.

Unconcerned, Hydrus merely raised the Elder Wand, his eyes sparkling with determination. "Voidus." He said calmly. A singularity formed at the tip of his wand sucking in everything.

The light vanished and the entire room was filled with darkness as Moody was pulled towards him. "Die in darkness." Hydrus said as his opponent came with arms reach. He slashed with Antinomy intending to behead his foe.

In a stroke of brilliance Moody tore off his prosthetic leg and blocked the sword swiped. But it was too late. He was already in the black hole's orbit and was crushed into paste at the immense gravity. Hydrus was splattered with blood and the barrier finally disappeared.

He licked his lips, enjoying the spicy flavor. Despite his injuries, Hydrus was heavily aroused after killing such a strong opponent. The door burst open, and Bellatrix and the others came rushing in.

"Hydrus! My baby boy! Are you ok? Are you hurt?" Bellatrix fretted, checking over her son and waving her wand. The burns from the light and explosions started to mend and all of a sudden exhaustion started to seep in.

"I'm ok, is the rest of the base secure?" He asked as his mother continued to search for injuries. "Everything is being handled my Master. The enemy has surrendered and once all of them have been rounded up, we will begin the reorientation process. They will serve you faithfully." Bruma reported.

Hydrus nodded and dismissed the underlings, telling them to head to the cafeteria and enjoy a well-earned rest. Once they were gone Hydrus threw himself into his mother's arms. Bellatrix caught and spun him around, kissing him passionately. She held him tightly for a long while before she next spoke.

"I was worried. Don't leave me again." She said sternly. The effect was ruined however as she absentmindedly started to stroke her son's dick.

Before Hydrus could apologize for worrying her, Bellatrix glared at him ever so slightly. Hydrus snapped his mouth shut and shrunk in on himself at the look.

"When we get home, you are going to sit down, relax, and allow mummy to take care of you. No exceptions. You may enjoy your time in Darkwyn, but no House business, and certainly no construction. In fact, that's another discussion we need to have. You are far too lenient with the plebeians." Bellatrix fussed.

Hydrus could only nod along with his mother's ranting, trying his best to not explode as Bellatrix continued to stroke him.

"Mummy, I—!" He was cut off as he busted, covering Bellatrix in semen. She blinked in surprise before a lecherous grin came to her face.

"Elf! Lick that up and then leave. My Hydrus needs to be milked and I don't need a dirty little cretin interrupting me." She said snappishly. Bruma fumed but the sight of Hydrus's white gold instantly quelled her, and she fell to her knees and began to happily lick the floor.

Bellatrix turned back to her son, lust in her eyes as she slowly began to undress him. "Mine. All mine." She whispered into his ear as Hydrus nuzzled and hugged her.

?:

"This is completely unacceptable. How is it possible that two of my most powerful underlings have been defeated mere months apart?!" Lumina raged. It's anger only grew as Vita laughed melodically.

"What could possibly be so funny?" Lumina growled.

"How fucking stupid you continue to be. Now can you release me already? If I stick with you any longer, your loser tendencies might rub off on me." Vita said, enjoying seeing how Lumina got riled up. Before Lumina could respond, Vita tried ripping herself away causing Lumina to scream out in pain as It tried to hold onto her power.

"That's the spirit! Feeling pain means you're alive!" The Life Force said maliciously.

Darkwyn, Nocturnia, Obsidian Venue:

Bellatrix couldn't wait any longer. It would be several hours before Thunder Cloudian arrived, and Hydrus would be constantly distracted with thoughts of trying to repair damage and making modifications. So, using Barty's super apparation spell, they returned home and Bellatrix wasted no time in making sure her love was properly serviced.

She ran a bath with rejuvenating water for Hydrus's injuries, happily washing his hair as he dozed off slightly. Bellatrix hummed merrily as she bathed her son before a knock on the bathroom door disturbed her and instantly ruined her good mood.

"Piss off!" She yelled before she returned to cuddling her son. The door opened anyway, and a very pregnant Orchid walked in. Bellatrix snarled bloody murder as the werewolf got in the tub without acknowledging her at all. All of Orchid's attention was focused on Hydrus who had woken up due to all the commotion.

"Orchid! He said, happily greeting her. "How'd the meeting go? Is the Bishanten Family ready to commit?" Hydrus asked. Orchid's lip turned up at the question, showing her razor-sharp teeth.

"They said they wanted to meet you and negotiate in person before they decide. Not speak with some mere representatives." Orchid said, snarling ever so slightly.

"They what?! The fucking nerve!" Bellatrix spat, shaking with anger.

"Relax. It can be dealt with later. Besides, as much as it would be nice to have their String Magic, it's not necessary at the moment. Right now, I want to focus development on Meridian Street." Hydrus said. The country of Nocturnia was divided by elevation levels. Obsidian Venue and its castle town Darkwyn was where all the high echelon lived, with more developed housing and a higher quality of living. Meridian Street was where all the common folk not born into a pureblood family lived.

Despite being of lower birth, Hydrus was determined to make sure that the common person had a good life within his country. At first, neither Druella nor Bellatrix could understand why this was so important to Hydrus, but Orchid, being his soulmate knew the reason. Nocturnia was his country, something that he actively participated in building and improving. Hydrus didn't care at all about the lives of his citizens, but as a man he took pride in his creations, so Nocturnia had to become a wizard's paradise. Nothing else would be good enough.

In order to make moving to Nocturnia an appealing decision, Hydrus had put unquestionable commandments in place.

Basic housing was a right. With so much space on the island and how quickly Hydrus could assemble a simple enchanted house with the Space Force, no one would be homeless if he could help it.

Everyone had the right to vote, whether they were born here or immigrants. As King, Hydrus could draft and veto laws and the high-ranking people who lived in Darkwyn would see how they interacted and affected other laws, making changes or telling him to redraft it if necessary. Once the legality was taken care of a voting session lasting three days would be held, and everyone who was O.W.L certified could vote to pass or veto the law.

Hydrus had also made getting medical help extremely easy. Everyone was entitled to two free annual checkups at the hospital, but actual treatment and prescriptions would still need to be paid for.

Lastly was what Hydrus had decided to do about education. Basic magical education was free for all citizens and taught up to the O.W.L level. Advanced N.E.W.T magic needed to be paid for and required previous certification to be learned. Specialized and Dark magic was taught if one could afford to take the class, but actual practice of said magic required a license. If someone was caught practicing dark magic without a license it was an automatic death penalty, no questions asked.

These were the bare basic rules that everyone in the country had to live by and so far, Hydrus had had no issues with crime. But if he was going to make paradise, he needed the best of the best. The Bishanten Family's String Magic was capable of mass-producing high quality enchanted clothing, something that would be highly beneficial to his people and his soldiers. He needed to find a way to convince them to ally with his nation.

"I'll ask Grandma if she can take care of it. Nobody can say no to her after all." Hydrus said. "And if they resist?" Bellatrix asked.

"Then you have full permission to curse their entire bloodline. Make their suffering generational." Hydrus said with a shrug of his shoulders.
