Two days...

It was dawn, two o'clock in the morning when Mal really realized she was sleepy. She was with Evie and Doug giving her as much support as she could, her best friend lay on her shoulder, while she remained awake and worried.

Rashid watched her from afar. He wanted to be brave enough to get there and take her where she needed to go, go after the Genius. His instincts told him that something bad was about to happen.

"Shouldn't yu have gone by now?"

Helena woke up to find the man standing there and asked with difficulty. The fairy was in a makeshift bed in the Dragon Hall school.

"Oh? Already awake?"

He looked at her startled and took his attention away from Mal.

"I'm a fairy, not a bear."

"We haven't been yet, because she doesn't want to leave her friend alone. They're very attached to this family thing." He lamented with a certain envy of this feeling that was so serious for them. "So, can you talk about what happened downstairs?"

"It was Demetrius. Demetrius and Cirse..." She sat down with difficulty to tell everything she knew, or at least suspected. "When I said I wasn't going to run away, I was hit on the head and when I saw it I was tied to a chair."

When Fairy Godmother had finished saying everything, Rashid found himself more frightened than before and a remote possibility crossed his mind, and it wasn't good.

"That's not good."

He said, deeply frightened and running his hands through his hair.

"What?"

"Think about it Helena, you know that turning humans into beasts requires a great deal of magic and until today I've seen very few people turn themselves or other people into beasts and their magic was no small feat."

"Maleficent and Cirse."

"And from where did Maleficent perfect her transformation into a dragon?"

"Agatha, shit!"

If there had been a pressure gauge there, they would surely have seen that Helena was slightly altered.

"Her magic has completely returned."

He began pacing back and forth with more fear than the fairy for sure.

"But how? She couldn't have done it, not now anyway."

They would never know, but the potion left in Merlin's hut was enough to make the witch return to normal.

"I don't know, but I need to go after someone urgently."

Rashid wanted more time to think of another solution to find the Genie, but that wouldn't be possible, since Agatha already had all her strength back. It would only be a matter of days before she finished her plan. The System Error left and went after the Beast's son.

"Do you really want to go there?"

Rashid ran up and asked Ben directly, who was currently falling asleep.

"What?" The boy was immediately startled by the man questioning him, but as soon as he regained his logic he realized what it was all about. "Yes, of course, I just need to talk to Mal."

"No, better not, if she finds out you're going, she'll go crazy on me. We'll go after the Genie, we have little time now."

"What happened?"

"I'll talk to everyone now if I can tell them to meet me at the Dragon Hall."

"Okay."

(...)

Half an hour later, the large family was reunited, even Evie who was shaken by her son's situation.

"So, I don't know how, but Agatha now has one hundred percent of her magic. Which means she can attack us and do whatever she wants, whenever she wants. Whoever destroyed Pixie Hollow was either Chad or the beast at Agatha's behest."

"How did she find out our location?"

Jane asked, while being warmed up by Carlos in the face of the early morning chill.

"Demetrius, Cirse and Colbi, we still don't know how, but they told her, which makes it very likely that Agatha already knows about Mal."

"And how do we go after the Genie?"

Mal asked Rashid, stepping out of Ben's embrace.

"I can't tell you yet, but I have a plan."

Rashid said.

"I'm going with Mal, can I go on this trip Rashid?"

Carlos asked, almost begging.

"No problem."

The man said, even though it wasn't ideal.

"I'm going this time too."

Jay warned, scaring Lonnie

"Jay can't go, you not fully recovered."

Lonnie reminded.

"I'm sure the queen will have no problem helping Ben and me heal faster."

Jay said, looking at Clarion.

"Of course."

As much as she hated to do it, Clarion knew she should.

"I'm not going, I mean I can't go." Ben argued, earning a suspicious look from his wife. "Agatha could still turn up and I think it's better to stay here in case something happens."

"I think so too, I think it's better if Ben stays."

Rashid argued, trying to persuade Mal.

"I'm going too." Evie said, startling everyone. "Tommy's not getting out of surgery any time soon and I can't stand being here with this anxiety." She made herself available, even though she was crying. "All right with you, love?"

"Sure, if that's what you want, fine."

He agreed, kissing him lightly on the forehead.

"So, Mal? Let's go?"

"Yes."

"Two hours and we'll go, okay?"

Rashid warned. She just nodded.

(...)

They were already leaving, but everyone was saying goodbye to their loves, which made Rashid anxious

"Queen? Are you all right?"

Mal approached Clarion's bed.

"Hi Mal, yes, I'm just resting for a while."

"I've come to ask your forgiveness for what happened. You and the Fairies had nothing to do with our world."

"Oh girl, unfortunately in wars everyone is affected, even if they had nothing to do with the conflict."

Mal would never know, but all Clarion felt for her was admiration.

"But if I hadn't..."

"If you hadn't tried, we wouldn't even have a chance. If there's a culprit in all this, it's those who haven't been able to understand and respect the love of others. You must prepare yourself, your journey is coming to an end and you know what awaits you."

She felt her wisdom strike again. With or without Mal, Clarion knew she was living her last days and all she wanted was to see peace again.

"Yeah, I know."

She hugged the queen's old hands affectionately in thanks for everything she had done for her and her family.
