Louie says, "If someone who's supposed to make us happy treats us like that, I wouldn't listen either. I'm with Carlos on this. Let's challenge the rules. Respect is earned, not demanded."

Carlos responds, "My dude," and they give each other a high five.

Upon hearing the news, Logan couldn't help but let out a deep sigh of frustration, while simultaneously facepalming in disbelief. However, despite his initial reaction, he ultimately agrees with the others who share the same sentiment. The reason behind his agreement stems from his personal distaste for Mr. Bitters' consistently rude treatment of the young residents. Logan has witnessed firsthand the negative impact it has on their well-being and morale. It is this understanding that solidifies his support for the collective decision to address the issue at hand.

"I totally get what you're saying, Carlos," Logan says, nodding in agreement. "But seriously, dude, it's super important for you to dry off. You don't wanna catch a cold right before Halloween, do you?"

Carlos quickly responds, "No way, absolutely not. My Papi is coming tomorrow, and I can't afford to be sick. It would totally break his heart, and I really don't wanna see him sad. He's seriously the happiest man I know," Carlos says, his voice filled with excitement as he thinks about his dad.

Logan smiles and says, "I totally agree, buddy."

They head upstairs to Apartment 2J, where they find James watching TV.

"So, you must be Louie?" James asks.

"Yeah," Louie replies.

"You really can't stand Kendall, can you?" James says, sounding annoyed.

Louie starts to feel sad and hangs his head down, not knowing what to say.

"James!" Logan scolds, coming to Louie's defense.

"What? It's the truth, isn't it?" James says, stubbornly.

Louie expresses his frustration, stating, "He has been quite bothersome to me, but overall, I don't have any major issues with him."

In response, James urges, "Then it's time to let go of this grudge you're holding against him!"

Carlos intervenes, trying to diffuse the situation, saying, "Hold on, James. Louie has personal reasons for not liking Kendall, but that doesn't mean we all have to be angry at him for that."

James insists, "All I'm saying is that I don't appreciate him being upset with our brother."

Louie, feeling the tension, decides to excuse himself, saying, "I'm sorry you feel that way. I'll leave now."

Logan, disappointed with James' reaction, expresses his frustration, exclaiming, "That's not cool, James! Just when I was finally building a positive relationship with him. I had a significant breakthrough in our connection. Now, he's going to think poorly of all of us because of your rude behavior towards him!"

As Louie makes his way towards the elevator, Logan quickly catches up to him, ensuring he intercepts him before he reaches his destination.

"What do you want? Are you going to yell at me too?" Louie says, his voice filled with apprehension.

"No, not at all. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that despite everything, I'm still your friend," Logan reassures him, his tone sincere. "And you know what? James is actually a pretty nice dude. Sure, he can be annoying at times, but deep down, he's a genuinely good person."

Louie's skepticism is evident as he responds, "Well, he certainly didn't seem very nice when he yelled at me."

"I understand why you might feel that way," Logan acknowledges, "but you have to understand that James is just incredibly protective. It's one of his quirks. Normally, he's an incredibly sweet guy. He just has some mild anger issues that he's working on."

After a moment of contemplation, Louie's expression softens, and he says sincerely, "Okay, I believe you." With that, he steps onto the elevator, leaving Logan behind.
