{"Here we go again, huh?"}
It's been two days since our last adventure, Theta and Fay have been hoping around like rabbits as they fixed up the console. I had told him that it didn't need to be fixed but Theta always needs something to do and he wanted to teach our daughter some things about the Tardis. I wasn't going to complain though, I loved watching them be father and daughter. It filled me with immense joy to see them so happy. Especially, since I knew something was coming. I turned to look towards Amy who is still studying the engagement ring that she found in the Doctor's jacket pocket. She had originally asked me if it was mine, to which I raised my own hand to show her the one I always wore. She then blushed in embarrassment before looking back down at the ring with a frown. "Vavoom!" Theta shouts causing her to jump as he and Fay bounded up the stairs. "Va-what?" Amy asked with a frown, "I can't believe I've never thought of this before. It's genius. Right. Landed. Come on."
"Where are we?" Amy asked as she followed after the three of us with a confused look. Shoving the ring in her pocket, "Planet One. The oldest planet in the universe. And there's a cliff of pure diamond, and according to legend, on the cliff there's writing. Letters fifty feet high. A message from the dawn of time And no one knows what it says, because no one's ever translated it." Theta explained with a wide smile on his face as we stepped out, "Till today." I teased gently with a small laugh. "What happens today?" Amy asked looking between us. "Us. The Tardis can translate anything. All we have to do is open the doors and read the very first words in recorded history." So we go outside and read - Hello Sweetie ΘΣ ΦΓΥΔζ, I sighed with a glare as I turned to Theta who also had a glare upon his face. "Here we go again, huh?" I stated lowly as he looked down at me with a small smile, "Vavoom." Amy smirked at the three of us before Theta pulled the lever and we were off once more.

The Tardis materializes at the edge of a wood, on a hill. "Right place?" Amy asked with a frown as we stepped out, I too frowned as I looked around. It was beautiful and cold but something didn't seem quite right. Theta hums gently as he picks Fay up again, "Just followed the co-ordinates on the cliff face. Earth. Britain. one oh two am. No, pm. No, AD." We move towards the edge were we are looking down on a Roman camp. I raise an eyebrow at the sight as Amy laughs in awe, her eyes widened in excitement. "That's a Roman Legion." She speaks up with a laugh, "Well, yeah. The Romans invaded Britain several times during this period." Theta explains not really paying attention to her excitement for them. "Oh, I know. My favourite topic at school. Invasion of the hot Italians. Yeah, I did get marked down for the title." I rolled my eyes with a snort as we moved away. A soldier runs up and salutes us, he then turns to Theta. "Hail, Caesar!"
"Hi." Theta mutters awkwardly as he looks towards me with a confused look, I shrug in response. "Welcome to Britain. We are honoured by your presence." We both stare at the man for a moment, "Well, you're only human. Arise, Roman person." Fay giggles at her fathers words causing him to smile down at her. "Why does he think you're Caesar?" I pointed towards the man at her question, he has a smear of lipstick on his face. "Cleopatra will see you now." Of course, she would choose cleopatra. I rolled my eyes at the thought before following after them, my eyes looking up at the sky with a frown.
This really didn't feel right.
:••:••:••:••:
"Hello, sweetie." River stated, Theta groans as I sigh, "River. Hi." Amy smiled gently, looking between the four of us awkwardly. "You graffitied the oldest cliff face in the universe. That's about as bad as Rose destroying the walls between worlds. Kate, why can't they just leave things alone?" Theta grumbled as he puts Fay down for a moment. I shrug as River glares in annoyance, by either his attention on me or being compared to Rose. Who knows. "Who's Rose?" Amy asked looking between us, "The Doctors first lo..." Theta interrupted River with an angry glare and a snarl. "She was a brat that used to travel with my ninth and tenth body. Treated Kate like shit, much like our cleopatra here." He snipped, there was a long pause before she smirked again. "You wouldn't answer your phone." Her slaves leave and she offers Theta the rolled up painting. "What's this?" Theta asked her with a suspicious look on his face. He looked towards me with a raised eyebrow before he hands it to me. "It's a painting. Your friend Vincent. One of his final works. He had visions, didn't he? I thought you ought to know about this one."
"Kate? Doctor, what is this?" I open it up and my eyes widen at the sight as I move to spread it out across a table nearby. Theta comes over, his own eyes widening as we flash back to the piece of Tardis he pulled from the crack. It is a version of Starry Night, with an exploding Tardis in the middle. Fay looks at it to with a frown on her face, her hand moving over the painting as her eyes glaze over. "Why is it exploding?" Amy asks as she looks towards River, Fay seeming to snap out of it when she spoke. "I assume it's some kind of warning." River shrugged, "What, something's going to happen to the Tardis?" Amy frowned looking between us, "It might not be that literal. Anyway, this is where he wanted you. Date and map reference on the door sign, see?" River explained but I shook my head with a frown, it was literal all right. "Does it have a title?" Theta asked with a look towards me. "The Pandorica Opens."
"The Pandorica? What is it?" Amy asked looking at all of us in fear and confusion. "A box, a cage, a prison. It was built to contain the most feared thing in all the universe." River explains as Fay tightens her grip on my hand. "And it's a fairy tale, a legend. It can't be real." Theta utters out as he too frowns, "If it is real, it's here and it's opening, and it's got something to do with our Tardis exploding. Hidden, obviously. Buried for centuries. You won't find it on a map." I explained with a frown of my own. "No, but if you buried the most dangerous thing in the universe, you'd want to remember where you put it." Theta grumbled back before his eyes widened as he snatched up our hands pulling us outside.
Here we go.
:••:••:••:••:
We ride until Sunset, Fay on her fathers horse in front of him with a wide smile on her face. This being her first time riding a horse, Theta managed to laugh with his daughter causing me to smile. Even in the darkest times, I loved them with my whole hearts; the only two that could make me really smile. We arrived at the legendary stone henge circle, Theta jumping off his horse; helping Fay down before coming over to help me down as well. Amy and River forced to get off on their own which I could see greatly displeased the blonde woman. Theta and River immediately start scanning the stones, "How come it's not new?" Amy asked looking around, "Because it's already old. It's been here thousands of years. No one knows exactly how long." River responds back as she looks down at her tech. "Okay, this Pandorica thing. Last time we saw you, you warned us about it, after we climbed out of the Byzantium." I sighed as River's face looked confused for a second before she smirked. "Spoilers." I really hated that word of hers, "No, but you told the Doctor you'd see him again when the Pandorica opens."
"Maybe I did, but I haven't yet. But I will have. Doctor, I'm picking up fry particles everywhere. Energy weapons discharged on this site."
"If the Pandorica is here, it contains the mightiest warrior in history. Now, half the galaxy would want a piece of that. Maybe even fight over it. We need to get down there."
Night time.
River places a device on each corner of the Altar stone. "Right then. Ready." There is a sound of machinery moving, then the Altar stone moves aside to reveal a staircase down into the ground. "The Underhenge." Theta mutters as I grab Fay's hand and pull her close to me. We slowly make our way down into the chamber, Theta lights a handy torch with his sonic screwdriver. River waits for him to light her torch, but he ignored her, forcing her to light her own. They unbar a big door, and we all enter a hug room with something big inside. "It's a Pandorica." I breath out in awe as I stare at the beautiful thing of mystery. It is a big square monument with a circular design on each face. "More than just a fairy tale." Theta mutters out with a small smirk. Theta's foot touches a Cyberman's severed arm lying in the dust of the floor. He paused, before scanning the room with his sonic. "There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior. A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world."
"How did it end up in there?" Amy asked with a cock of her head as Theta looked towards me with a frown. I frowned back in confusion as I tightened my grip a little on Fay who looked up at me with worry. "You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it." I spoke up finally after a pause, "I hate good wizards in fairy tales. They always turn out to be him." River grumbled causing me to roll my eyes. "So, it's kind of like Pandora's Box, then? Almost the same name." Amy muttered out with a shrug causing Theta to turn and look at her with a confused look. "Sorry, what?" He asked cocking his head to the side, "The story. Pandora's Box, with all the worst things in the world in it. That was my favourite book when I was a kid. What's wrong?" She asked as she noticed the look that passed over his face as she explained. "Your favourite school topic. Your favourite story. Never ignore a coincidence, unless you're busy. In which case, always ignore a coincidence." I snorted lightly at the man I love.
"So can you open it, Daddy?" Fay asked looking up at her father with curious eyes. We both smiled gently at our little girl, "Easily. Anyone can break into a prison. But I'd rather know what I'm going to find first." Theta spoke with a frown as he looked back at it. "You won't have long to wait. It's already opening. There are layers and layers of security protocols in there, and they're being disabled one by one. Like it's being unlocked from the inside." River spoke as she looked between her tech and the box. The energy from it was unreal, I could feel something inside. Something familiar. "How long do we have?" Theta asked looking towards me, "Hours at the most." I told him gently, he nods before turning to glance at River. "What kind of security?" He asked her, "Everything. Deadlocks, time stops, matter lines." She replied with a shrug. "What could need all that?" Fay asked with a cock of her head. "What could get past all that?" Amy asked, "Think of the fear that went into making this box. What could inspire that level of fear? Hello, you. Have we met?"
"So why would it start to open now?" River asked, leaning in closer to Theta who immediately backed away. He moved around her towards me with a frown, "No idea." He uttered out, I raised an eyebrow at him as I continued to hold Fay close to me. "Ahem, and how could Vincent have known about it? He won't even be born for centuries." Amy asked with a raised eyebrow, "The stones. These stones are great big transmitters, broadcasting a warning to everyone, everywhere, to every time zone. The Pandorica is opening." I explained with deep frown, my eyes staring at the box. "Doctor, everyone everywhere?" River spoke up, ignoring my explanation. "Even poor Vincent heard it, in his dreams. But what's in there? What could justify all this?" Theta spoke as he began to pace back and forth. "Daddy, everyone?" Fay spoke up this time trying to gain his attention, and while he paused and turned towards our daughter; his mind still ran wild. "Anything that powerful, I'd know about it. Why don't I know? Unless..." He froze, his eyes widening as he went to speak again only to be interrupted by River once more. "Doctor, you said everyone could hear it. So who else is coming?"
"Oh." We breathed out together as a rumble began to vibrate the ground. Suddenly, I could sense it. Sense them. "Oh? Oh, what?" Amy asked as my eyes began to glow a bright red. "Okay. If it is basically a transmitter, we should be able to fold back the signal." River speaks up as she ignores me, Theta bumps me gently as he calms me. He moves over towards the box, "Doing it." Theta goes around the bases of the Sarsen stones with his sonic screwdriver. "Doing what?" Amy asked as she stared between us, "Stonehenge is transmitting. It's been transmitting for a while, so who heard?" River spoke up with a frown, "Okay, should be feeding back to you now. Kate, what's out there?" I closed my eyes as my body immediately tensed up at the feeling of the power coursing through my veins. "Around this planet there are at least ten thousand starships." I started as I flinched back, the noises started ringing in my ears. "At least?" Amy asked with wide eyes, "Ten thousand, a hundred thousand, a million, I don't know. It's to many sensations." I whimpered slightly as I opened my eyes, Theta looked worried but I nodded at him.
"What kind of starships?" He asked me gently as my eyes darkened, my powers fading but a shield rising around Fay. Theta's eyes go dark at the sight as well, "Maintaining orbit." A voice vibrates the ground. "I obey. Shield cover compromised on ion sectors." Amy's eyes widened at the sound of them. "Daleks. Those are Daleks." She breathed out, "Scan detects no temporal activity." The first dalek spoke again, Theta and I moving closer to Fay. "Soft grid scan commencing." The second one responded, "Reverse thrust for compensatory stabilisation." The first one replied back, River moved over towards us. "Daleks, Doctor." I scoffed, no shit. "Launch preliminary armaments protocol." Theta immediately spun to face Fay and I, he leans down to hug our little girl before he stands up and kisses my forehead. "Yes. Okay, okay, okay, okay. Dalek fleet, minimum twelve thousand battleships, armed to the teeth. Ah! But we've got surprise on our side. They'll never expect four people and a child to attack twelve thousand Dalek battleships. Because we'd be killed instantly. So it would be a fairly short surprise. Forget surprise."
"Course correction proceeding." I closed my eyes as more sensations were thrown at me. All of them. "Doctor, Cyberships." River stated, "No, Dalek ships. Listen to them. Those are Dalek ships." I shook my head at them, it wasn't just them. It was every single alien we had ever encountered. "Yes. Dalek ships and Cyberships."
"Well, we need to start a fight, turn them on each other. I mean, that's easy. It's the Daleks. They're so cross."
"Sontaran. Four battlefleets."
"Sontarans! Talk about cross, who stole all their handbags?"
"Terileptil. Slitheen, Chelonian, Nestene, Drahvin. Sycorax, Haemogoth, Zygon, Atraxi, Draconian. They're all here for the Pandorica."
"What are you? What could you possibly be?"
Lots of spaceships are buzzing around in the sky.
"What do we do?"
"Doctor, listen to me. Everything that ever hated you two is coming here tonight. You can't win this. You can't even fight it. Doctor, this once, just this one time, please, you have to run." I mean, I could win this. It would drain me of almost all of my power and energy, I would most likely die in the process but I could do it. Theta scoffs at the woman who still continues to ignore me and try to reason with him. "Run where?" He hissed at her with a frown, "Fight how?" She snapped back, he paused causing her to smirk, thinking she had won. How wrong she was, he soon smirks confidently back as his brain continues to work. "The greatest military machine in the history of the universe." He stated, Amy frowns in confusion as she looks between us. "What is? The Daleks?" Theta groans and rolls his eyes, his shoulders sagging in defeat that those two weren't following along. "No. No, no, no, no, no. The Romans." Theta snaps towards River, who's eyes widened before she takes off to go get the greatest military in history.
"So what's this got to do with the Tardis?" Amy asked as we looked around as a collect group. "Nothing, as far as we know." Theta shrugged as he gestured to Fay and I. "But Vincent's painting. The Tardis was exploding. Is that going to happen?" He paused with a frown, his eyes slowly moving towards me causing me to cock my head in response. Why does he keep looking at me like that? "One problem at a time. There's forcefield technology inside this box. If I can enhance the signal, I could extend it all over Stonehenge. Could buy us half an hour." He smirked smugly, looking for praise which he didn't get. "What good is half an hour?" Amy scoffed causing him to pout in response, I snorted at the sight of them. "There are fruit flies live on Hoppledom Six that live for twenty minutes and they don't even mate for life. There was going to be a point to that. I'll get back to you."
Amy takes the ring box from her pocket. "So, is there a reason for this?" She held it up for Theta to see, he looked back confused for a second. "I'm sorry?" He uttered out, his eyes finally looking at the box in her hands and a sad expression overcame his face. "I found this in your pocket and Kate has hers on so unless you have another woman on the side. Why do you have it?" She asked with a cock of her head, I knew she wasn't trying to be mean. It was her brain trying to fill in the blanks, because I could tell that even if she didn't want too; she recognized it. "No. No, no, that's er, a memory. A friend of ours. Someone we lost. Do you mind?" Theta snipped as he grabbed it from her. "It's weird. I feel, I don't know, something." She spoke with a shrug, "People fall out of the world sometimes, but they always leave traces. Little things we can't quite account for. Faces in photographs, luggage, half eaten meals, rings. Nothing is ever forgotten, not completely. And if something can be remembered, it can come back."
"So, was she nice, your friend?" I raised an eyebrow at the woman who looked at us with a slightly jealous expression. "Remember that night you flew away with us?" Theta asked her as he moved over to stand next to me, wrapping his arm around my waist as I held my daughter in front of us. "Of course I do." She laughed, "And you asked me why we were taking you and I told you there wasn't a reason. I was lying." Theta uttered out with a serious look, Amy frowned at us. "What, so you did have a reason?" She asked with a confused look, "Your house." I told her gently as I tightened my grip on Fay. "My house." She repeated with a scoff, "It was too big. Too many empty rooms. Does it ever bother you, Amy, that your life doesn't make any sense?" An energy weapon suddenly fires at us, I let out a small shout as my shield raised around Fay. It is the severed Cyberman arm, shit. Theta and Amy moved to hide behind the Pandorica. "What was that?" Amy shouted in panic, "Okay, I need a proper look. Got to draw its fire, give it a target." I rolled my eyes with groan, "Cyberarm. Arm of Cyberman." I shouted over to him. He pops his head out for a second with a frown.
"I need to be over there." He uttered out to us, "No." I stated with a shake of my head. He needed to be safe, "How?" Amy asked with a frown, "You know how sometimes I have really brilliant ideas?" She gave him a look, "No." I stated with a smirk as he shot me a look, sticking his tongue out at me. "Yes." Amy and Fay uttered out causing him to smirk smugly. "Sorry." Theta runs out, "Look at me, I'm a target!" He gets shot at and runs towards us. He immediately pulls Fay into a tight hug before giving me a kiss. "And what's a Cyberman?" Amy called out towards us, "Oh, sort of part man, part robot. The organic part must have died out years ago. Now the robot part is looking for, well, fresh meat."
"What, us?" Amy asked again, "It's just like being an organ donor, except you're alive and sort of screaming. I need to get round behind it. Could you draw its fire?" I rolled my eyes with a shake of my head before my eyes glowed. "What, like you did?" Amy asked, neither of them paying attention to the fact that the shooting stopped. "You'll be fine if you're quick. It's only got one arm, literally." Amy runs, screaming only to stop in confusion when nothing happened. "Come here!" He lets out a small yelp, when he lands on the ground from trying to jump on it. I snorted slightly as I held it up in a glowing bubble, he pouts at me as Fay giggles at her father. She moves to help her father up as he smiles at her, Amy slowly starts to peak out. He grabs it before sonicing it, "Doctor? Kate?" Amy asked looking between us.
"Kate scrambled its circuits, but stay where you are, it could be bluffing." I rolled my eyes with a snort, "Bluffing? It's an arm." She scoffed out before starting to move towards us. "I said stay where you are!" He snaps out, Something creeps up behind Amy and lassoes her ankle. "Doctor?" She is pulled to the floor, "Amy!" I move to hand Fay over to Theta as I turned towards her, rushing forward. "Kate! No!" Amy is being attacked by the Cyberhead. She grabs it by the ears. It fizzles, then the mask pops open to reveal a skull, which falls out. Amy screams. The mask keeps snapping open and shut, my eyes flash and it explodes. "Doctor? Kate?" She calls out gently, A headless, armless Cyberman enters. "Seriously." I groaned out as the arm lifts and shoots at me. I let out a small yelp as something lands in my shoulder, a dart? "Kate!" Theta shouts as my body falls to the floor. "Mom." Fay's voice fades in and out as Theta catches me.
"Kate? Doctor?" Amy speaks as it shoots her as well, she grunts slightly in shock. A Roman short sword suddenly pierces the door, which swings open to reveal the Cyberman skewered to the wood. "Who, who are you?" The Centurion removes his helmet, my eyes widened as Theta looks between us. "Hello, Amy." Amy passes out, Fay smiles at him as Theta helps me up. "Whoa, whoa, whoa." He catches her in his arms and lays her gently on a stone. He moves to stand only to grunt when Fay jumps in his arms. "Rory!" She cheers as we move over as well, "Doctor, Kate. It's Amy." Theta nods in response his own thoughts on me. "Okay. Yes, she's sedated, that's all. Half an hour, she'll be fine. Kate got hit too, wasn't high enough dose for her. She's just a bit dizzy. Okay, Romans. Good. I was just wishing for Romans. Good old Rory. How many?" Theta spoke in one breath, not really paying much attention to his surroundings other than Fay and I. "Fifty men up top, volunteers. What about that thing?" Rory asked with a frown, "Fifty? You're not exactly a legion."
"Your friend was very persuasive, but it's a tough sell." I rolled my eyes as Theta scoffed, sitting me down to rest. "Yes, I know that, Rory. I'm not exactly one to miss the obvious. But we need everything we can get. Okay, Cyberweapons. This is basically a sentry box, so headless wonder here was a sentry. Probably got himself duffed up by the locals. Never underestimate a Celt." I just watched him do his thing with a smile. "Doctor?" Rory asked with a frown, "Hush, Rory. Thinking. Why leave a Cyberman on guard, unless it's a Cyberthing in the box. But why would they lock up one of their own? Okay, no, not a Cyberthing, but what? What? No, I'm missing something obvious, Rory. Something big. Something right slap in front of me. I can feel it." Rory looked at me with an annoyed look, I just shook my head with a small laugh. "Yeah, I think you probably are." He uttered out, "I'll get it in a minute." Theta leaves with the weapons, drops them and returns. He prods Rory, making his sway for a moment. Fay giggles at them as she moves to stand next to me.
"Hello again."
"Hello."
"How've you been?"
"Good. Yeah. Good. I mean, Roman."
"Rory, I'm not trying to be rude, but you died."
"Yeah, I know. I was there."
"You died and then you were erased from time. You didn't just die, you were never born at all. You never existed."
"Erased? What does that mean?" Rory asked with a frown, "How can you be here?" Theta responded with a cock of his head. "I don't know. It's kind of fuzzy." Rory grunted as he tried to think about it. "Fuzzy?" Fay asked with a small laugh, "Well, I died and turned into a Roman. It's very distracting. Did she miss me?" Something shakes the ground. The circular designs on the Pandorica are glowing green and moving like cog wheels. "What is it? What's happening?" Rory asked as he looked between us, "The final phase. It's opening." I spoke up, finally feeling better. The dart poison finally passing through my body. Theta's comm cut in, "You're surrounded. Have you got a plan?" River's voice cut through the silence. "Yes. Now hurry up and Get the Tardis here. I need equipment. What are you? They're all here, all of them, all for you. What could you possibly be?"
A loud noise came through as feedback. "Sorry, sorry, dropped it. Hello, Stonehenge! Who takes the Pandorica, takes the universe. But bad news, everyone," Theta appears on the Altar stone, I stand beside it; Fay hidden within the chambers, my powers protecting her for the moment. "Because guess who? Ha! Listen, you lot, you're all whizzing about. It's really very distracting. Could you all just stay still a minute because I am talking!" The ships all come to a stop above us, Theta smirks smugly. His ego through the room as I rolled my eyes. "The question of the hour is, who's got the Pandorica? Answer, I do. Next question. Who's coming to take it from me? Come on! Look at me. No plan, no back up, no weapons worth a damn. Oh, and something else. I have my wife with me, the killer of you all. The most powerful beautiful being in the universe, ready to stop you." My eyes glow as my hands raise up, my powers destroy a small dozen of the ships floating around us. "That's just a taste of what could come. So, if you're sitting up there in your silly little spaceship, with all your silly little guns, and you've got any plans on taking the Pandorica tonight, just remember who's standing in your way. Remember every black day we ever stopped you, and then, and then, do the smart thing. Let somebody else try first." The spaceships retreat and Theta jumps down to face me with a smirk. "That'll keep them squabbling for more than an hour." I immediately grab him and pull him into a deep kiss. This man would be the death of me, I swear. "Romans." I muttered out walking away as he squeaked in response.
:••:••:••:••:
"Okay." River tries to dematerialize the Tardis, but it jerks. "What's the matter with you?" River snaps as she kicks the console, "She doesn't like you and she doesn't appreciate you hitting her either." River spins to face a blonde, who held a smirk on her face. "You." She growls out in annoyance as she glares back at the woman who was leaned against the railing looking like a badass. "Me."
:••:••:••:••:
"They're still out there. What do we do now?" Rory asks as I tug on Theta's hand; both of us noticing Amy starting to wake up. "If I can stop whatever's in this box getting out, then they'll go home." Theta explained to him, "Right." He slowly nodded in response. "Rory, I'm sorry. You're going to have to be very brave now." Amy walks past Rory, not even noticing him. "Oh, my head." She hissed slightly looking at me in confusion, probably wondering if I too had a killer headache. I did, but it wasn't because I got hit by a damn dart. It annoyed me to be honest, made me feel pathetic; I had all these damn powers and I still couldn't do shit.
"Ah." Theta opens his mouth, causing her to do the same. "Ah." He pops a mint in her mouth before turning to Fay who also had her mouth open and pops one into her mouth as well. She closes it with a smile, as he ruffles her hair. "Just your basic knock-out drops. Get some fresh air, you'll be fine." He pats her one the arm, "Is it safe up there?" She asked with a cock of her head. "Not remotely, but it's fresh." He shrugged back in response. "Fine. Oh, you're the guy, yeah? The one who did the swordy thing." Rory looked heartbroken at the fact that she looked right through him. I know I would probably brake down if Theta ever forgot me. I jumped slightly as his hand found mine, looking towards him; he gave me a smile and a wink. Right. My mistake. "Yeah." Rory uttered out, gaining our attention again. "Well, thanks for the swording. Nice swording." Amy heads out, "No problem. My men are up there. They'll look after you." She smirks happily, "Good. Love a Roman." Rory turns to me as she leaves. "She doesn't remember me. How can she not remember me?"
"Because you never existed."
:••:••:••:••:
"What are you doing, here? Why are you, here?" The blonde just shrugs as she moves towards the console. The Tardis lurches down the Time Vortex, as she moves to try and settle it for a second. "I'm supposed to be here." She shrugs in response, letting out a small groan as a pain hits her.
:••:••:••:••:
"There are cracks. Cracks in time. There's going to be a huge explosion in the future, on one particular day. And every other moment in history is cracking around it." Theta explained to Rory who frowned, "So how does that work? What kind of explosion? What exploded?" Rory asked as he looked between us with a frown. "Doesn't matter. The cracks are everywhere now. Get too close to them and you can fall right out of the universe." I explained this time, "So I fell through a crack and now I was never born?" Rory asked, "Basically." We spoke together. "Well, how did I end up here?" He asked with a frown, "I don't know, you shouldn't have. What happened? From your point of view, what physically happened?" Theta asked him as he looked at Rory with a cock of his head. "I was in the cave, with you and Amy. I was dying, and then I was just here, a Roman soldier. A proper Roman. Head full of Roman stuff. A whole other life, just here like I'd woken up from a dream. I started to think it was a dream, you and Amy and Leadworth. And then today, in the camp, the men were talking about the visitors. The girl with the red hair. I thought you'd come back for me. But she can't even remember me."
"Oh, shut up."
"What?"
I throw the ring box to Rory, with a smirk.
"Go get her."
"But I don't understand. Why am I here?" Rory asked again, "Because you are. The universe is big. It's vast and complicated and ridiculous, and sometimes, very rarely, impossible things just happen and we call them miracles, and that's the theory. Nine hundred years, never seen one yet, but this would do me. Now get upstairs. She's Amy and she's surrounded by Romans. I'm not sure history can take it." I moved towards Fay and bent down to face her. "Do you want to go with them?" I asked her gently as I noticed she was watching him with a sad look. She looked up at me with a smile and a nod, "Alright. Be safe. Call me if you need me." I told her as I pulled her into a tight hug. She laughed gently before giving Theta and hug as well, "Rory! Wait up!" She ran towards him with a wide smile, he turned with a small laugh. Both of them walking out together hand in hand.
Theta turns to me as I looked towards him, "Let's do this."

The Tardis stops, the blonde frowns at the motor before nodding slightly. It is creaking somewhere. "Okay. You okay now?" River asked with a disdained look, "She's fine. For now." The blonde muttered as River leaves. The scanner lights up. Location: Earth. Date 26/06/2010. Then it breaks, a W shaped crack in the glass. The blonde sighs as a shiver runs down her spine. "Silence will fall." She whispers lowly to herself before following after River. It's night outside and immediately they both recognize the house. "Why have you brought me here?" She finds scorch marks in the lawn, and the front door is hanging off its hinges. "Okay, so something's been here." The blonde nods with an eye roll, "No shit." They follow her tricorder signal upstairs. "Amy. Oh, Doctor, why do I let you out?" The blonde scoffs at River's words. Like she knew him enough to let him out. She wished.
River finds a copy of The Story of Roman Britain by Amy's bed. And a copy of the Legend of Pandora's box. River's eye widened in horror, "Oh no."

Rory goes up to Amy as Fay watches from the side with a small smile on her face. "Are you okay?" Rory asked her, as she curled in on the blanket she seemed to have acquired. "Did the Doctor send you? I'm fine. He just fusses." She laughed him off, "You got a blanket. That's good. Who gave you that?" He asked, slightly jealous at the thought. "One of the fellows." She spoke with a smirk, "Which one?" Rory asked in slight annoyance as Fay giggled into her hand. "Just one of them. Does it matter?" She asked looking at him confused. "No. No. Forget him. It. Forget it." He shook his head with a frown, "What's your name?" She asked gently as she watched him with a smile, Fay could see it from where she stood. They still loved each other. "I'm Rory. What's wrong?"
"Nothing. It's just not what you expect Romans to be called. What's it short for? Roranicus?"
"Yeah. You're crying."
:••:••:••:••:
Theta contacts River, who is standing next to the blonde; said blonde placing a finger in front of her lips to keep her quiet. River rolls her eyes and nods with a scoff, "The Tardis, where is it? Hurry up." He snapped through the comm, "Don't raise your voice, don't look alarmed, just listen." We both frowned as we looked at one another, I really didn't like this. "They're not real. They can't be. They're all right here in the story book. Those actual Romans. The ones I sent you, the ones you're with right now. They're all in a book in Amy's house. A children's picture book." River insisted, Theta groaned in annoyance at the woman. "What are you even doing there?" He snapped causing me to snort slightly, leave it to River to not follow simple instructions. "It doesn't matter. The Tardis went wrong. Doctor, how is this possible?" Ok, fine so it wasn't her fault but still. I frowned in thought, why did Theta send her though? She couldn't really fly the TARDIS, so why did he send her? And how did she end up there?
"Something's using her memories. Amy's memories. River, how did you get there?" I spoke up, "But how?" She asked, ignoring my question as well. "You said something had been there." Theta spoke up, moving on. "Yes. There's burn marks on the grass outside. Landing patterns." She explained to us, causing both of us to frown in thought. "If they've been to her house, they could have used her psychic residue. Structures can hold memories, that's why houses have ghosts. They could've taken a snapshot of Amy's memories. But why?" Theta turns to me causing me to frown in response, "Doctor, who are those Romans?" River asked over comms, "Projections, or duplicates." I explained in response. "But they were helping us. My lipstick even worked." I rolled my eyes at her words, until how that's the only way she can get a man to do her bidding. "They might think they're real. The perfect disguise. They actually believe their own cover story, right until they're activated."
My eyes widened at his words, Rory. "Doctor, that Centurion. It's a trap. It has to be. They used Amy to construct a scenario you'd believe, to get close to you." River explains over the comm as I move to leave but Theta stops me. I frown as he looks down at his own hand in confusion, "Why? Who'd do that? What for? It doesn't make sense. Nothing makes sense! Why did I stop you?!" He shouts more to himself than me but I knew it was because he was scared and so was I. Something goes bang over the comm, "River? River, what's happening?" I asked with a frown, "I don't know. It's the engines. Doctor, there's something wrong with the Tardis, like something else is controlling it." River turns to the blonde as she hissed slightly when the console fought back. Yes, something was definitely wrong. "You're flying it wrong. No, no, no. That's not right. You can't fly..." River interrupted him, "I'm flying it perfectly." She snapped back causing me to glare at the comm in suspicion. "Where are you? What's the date reading?"
"It's the 26th of June, 2010." Amy's time.
"You need to get out of there now. Any other time zone. Just go."
"We can't break free." I paused, we?
"Well, then shut down the Tardis. Shut down everything!"
"She can't!"
"Silence will fall. Silence will fall."
:••:••:••:••:
"But I don't know you, I've never seen you before in my life." Amy insisted as she moved away from Rory, "You have. You know you have. It's me." He told her gently as he grabbed her arms, Fay smiled before looking up at the sky with a sad look. "Why am I crying?" Amy asked in her own horror. "Because you remember me. I came back. You're crying because you remember me."
:••:••:••:••:
"Someone else is flying it. An external force. She's lost control." River snaps over the comm, "But how? Why? Who's she? Who else is in our TARDIS?!" I asked in annoyance, "Not the time, Kate!"
A high pitched noise fills the chamber and the Romans slump over for a moment, then reactivate. "Listen to me, just land her anywhere. Emergency landing, now. There are cracks in time. I've seen them everywhere, and they're getting wider. The Tardis exploding is what causes them, but we can stop the cracks ever happening if you just land her." There was a short pause as River looks towards the blonde who looked to be in pain. The blonde shakes her head with a grimace as golden light flows from her mouth. "It's not safe." River utters out lowly. The Pandorica starts to open. A brilliant white light floods out, almost blinding us. "Well, now. Ready to come out, are we?"
"Doctor? I'm down. We've landed." Who was she with? Damnit, why am I so worried about this? What the hell is going on? "Okay, just walk out of the doors. If there's no one inside, the Tardis engines shut down automatically. Just get out of there." Theta commands to her, "We're going." She responds back with a growl in annoyance. "Run!"The Roman's fingers drop away from their hands to reveal weapons. They are Autons. "Doctor! Doctor, I can't open the doors!" Theta and I see the Autons, "Fay! Amy!" We both shout in horror.
:••:••:••:••:
"Listen to me. You have to run. You have to get as far away from here as you can. I'm a thing! I'll kill you. Just go! Please, no, I don't want to go. I'm Rory! I'm, I'm..." Amy pulls him close as he fights off the brainwashing. "Williams. Rory Williams from Leadworth. My boyfriend. How could I ever forget you?" Amy laughs with tears as she stares at the man she loves. "Amy, you've got to run. I can't hold on. I'm going." Rory tries to push her away but it doesn't work as she shakes her head. "You are Rory Williams and you aren't going anywhere ever again."
:••:••:••:••:
"Doctor, I can't open the doors! Doctor, please, I've got seconds!" The blonde sighs at her as she continues to panic, there was no point. Theta cuts the comm, as we are grabbed. "Plastic Romans. Duplicates, driven by the Nestene Consciousness, eh? Deep cover, but what for? What are you doing? What's in there, eh? What's coming out?" Theta asked as he looked between each man. "The Pandorica is ready." The leader spoke up, "What, do you mean it's open?" I asked with a cock of my head. The White allegedly Supreme new style Dalek trundles forward. "You have been scanned, assessed, understood, Doctor, Killer." Red and Yellow beam in behind it, "Oh, joy." I muttered sarcastically.
:••:••:••:••:
"The ring. Remember the ring? You'd never let me wear it in case I lost it." Amy explained to him with a small laugh, "The Doctor gave it to me." Rory uttered out lowly as he stared at her. "Show it to me. Show me the ring." Amy demanded with a small smile, "Amy." He uttered out lowly. "Come on. Just show it to me." Rory obeys.
:••:••:••:••:
"Scanned? Scanned by what, a box?" Theta frowns as he spins in a quick circle freeing himself for a second. He is grabbed again with a grunt both of us extremely worried, confused and angry. "Your limits and capacities have been extrapolated." Cybermen, Judoon and Sontarans beam down. "The Pandorica is ready." A Cyberman cut in, "Ready for what?" I asked in annoyance. "Ready for you." Theta struggles against the grip of two Romans. My eyes glow as I take out a few Sontarans and Cybermen before something hits me from behind. I grunt out in pain as a blind fold is put over my eyes, seriously?! Did they really think that would work? The hit, yes. The blindfold, not so much.
:••:••:••:••:
"There it is. You remember. This is you, and you are staying." Fay watched them with a smile before frowning as she noticed a gun hand activating from behind them, Rory and Amy watch as she steps up to defend them from the fire. "No!" They both shout in horror as she's shot then disappears in a bright light. His hand suddenly activates and before they could even blink he shoots Amy. "Omg! No! No! What have I done?!"
:••:••:••:••:
River and the blonde try frantically to escape the Tardis as the Doctor is dragged closer and closer to the Pandorica, then fastened into the seat inside it. Kate had fallen with a scream the moment she felt her daughter get shot. Both The Doctor and Kate had fallen together, Kate screaming in anger and agony. His arms, torso and head are clamped in place and all his old enemies stare at him. Kate who is now whimpering is dragged into the pandorica as well and thrown at his feet. He glares darkly at the machines who hurt the woman he loved. "I will kill you for that." He hissed angrily before his eyes widened and Kate suddenly stops. They could feel her again. She's ok. Like a flip being switched, they both perked up expectingly. "You lot, working together. An alliance. How is that possible?" The Doctor asked causing the enemies to pause for a moment.
"The cracks in the skin of the universe."
"All reality is threatened."
"All universes will be deleted."
"What? And you've come to me for help?"
"No. We will save the universe from you and your abomination!" Kate grunts slightly at the implication but doesn't object. She knew she was a monster and nothing would ever change that. "From me? From Kate?" He lets out a laugh at the thought. Her?! His love?! An abomination? Absolutely not! "All projections correlate. All evidence concurs. The Queen will destroy the universe and The King will not stop her." They both frowned at the words, Kate did however smirk at the notion that he was her king. She could also see him squirm slightly in the corner of her eye, he totally liked that title! Cheeky bastard. "No, no, no. You've got it wrong." He speaks up to try to change his and their thoughts on the subject. "The Pandorica was constructed to ensure the safety of the Alliance." The Cyberman spoke, "A scenario was devised from the memories of your companion." Kate scoffed as she sat up more, leaning against the Doctor's legs. "A trap the Doctor or his female could not resist."
"The cracks in time are the work of the Doctor and the Queen. It is confirmed." They all started to back away from the box. "No. no, no, not me, the Tardis. And I'm not in the Tardis, am I?" He spoke in a panic, their daughter was out there, recently regenerated and god knows where. They needed to get back to her as soon as possible, Kate was still connected with their daughter's regeneration so she was out of commission for the moment. "Only the Doctor and the Queen can pilot the Tardis." Kate smirked as she looked down, not anymore. "Please, listen to me!" The Doctor shouted, now in anger as the doors slowly began to close. "You will be prevented." Kate let out a dark laugh, "Total event collapse! Every sun will supernova at every moment in history. The whole universe will never have existed. Please, listen to me!"
"Seal the Pandorica."
"No! Please, listen to me! The Tardis is exploding right now and we're the only ones who can stop it! Listen to me!"
The Pandorica closes with them inside. The Doctor shouting in anger and annoyance as Kate smirks darkly at them right as it closed.
:••:••:••:••:
River opens the Tardis doors to discover she is parked right up against a rock wall. The blonde woman; Fay, sighs with a shake of her head still standing at the console. "I'm sorry." She breaths out as the Tardis explodes. As Rory weeps over Amy's body, every star in the universe goes KaBOOM.

Ok, so a few things.
Yes, this took me forever.
Yes, I'm sorry.
Yes, I killed Fay and made her regenerate.
Not gonna lie, I kinda just winged how she was gonna die. I had planned a long time ago this was gonna be the two episodes she would die. But I kinda threw it together on this one because I couldn't decide which episode to kill her and how to kill her. In the original thought, I was gonna have her take River's place but decided against it. The last idea was to have Rory accidentally kill her but I was like, I can't do that to Rory. I love Rory and so does Kate and Fay.
So that left a fallen enemy, that may or may not have been already there waiting to shoot at Rory and Amy only to have Fay intervene, which in turn caused them to turn Rory on to kill Amy if that makes any sense.
I'm sorry again guys. I've been super busy with work and when I'm not working I'm either sick or running out to do errands. I barely have time to sleep let alone write.
Thank you all for the love and support.
What are you guys dressing up as this year? I'm Sarah Sanderson from Hocus Pocus!
I'll try to keep it up but I've just been so busy and tired lately.
Also R.I.P
Matthew Perry.
I never really watched friends but I know he was popular and I've seen TikTok videos of him so it's a sad lose.
And on another note, FNAF was totally badass. I never really got into the series much but it was really good.
Please leave comments and reviews guys.
Thank you!!!!
