It looked like a tear in the air, a subtle disruption in the fabric of reality. Through it, a clear and untouched image of a bedroom could be seen, as if one were looking through a transparent window.

As everyone gathered around the portal, a mix of wonder and melancholy filled the air. This passage would lead Finn back home to the future.

In the tranquil surroundings of Avalon, the weight of the final moments hung heavy in the air.

Finn looked at the sight of her bedroom with astonishment and said. "So, this is it. We're at the end."

Veronica stepped forward, pulling Finn into a tight embrace. "I will never forget you, Finn."

Returning the hug, Finn replied, "I'll miss you, too, Vee. All of you. Our adventures will become stories I'll share with my grandchildren."

Breaking the embrace, Finn turned to Abigail with a playful smirk. "You're hands down the coolest mom I've ever met. Just... stay awesome, alright?"

Abigail smiled warmly, touched by the compliment. "Right back at you, sweetheart. Keep shining bright."

Moving on, Finn approached Summerlee, a hint of regret in her eyes. "We didn't get much time together, but believe me when I say, you're one cool grandpa."

Summerlee chuckled softly, touched by the sentiment. "You've added a bit of youth to this old heart. Take care, dear."

When Finn reached Roxton and Marguerite, her smile was bittersweet. "I'm going to miss the both of you so much. You two are relationship goals." She winked at Marguerite, adding, "And Marguerite, with your spirit and drive, you'd make a kickass mom. Women's rights, feminism, the whole nine yards."

Marguerite raised an eyebrow at the mention of feminism, a hint of amusement in her eyes. "I'll take that as a compliment. Farewell, Finn."

Roxton just grinned, offering Finn a comforting nod. "We'll always cherish the time we had together. Be brave, and never stop exploring."

Coming face to face with Malone, Finn teased, "Alright, great-great-great-great grandfather... or however many 'greats' it's supposed to be. I'm just glad I got the chance to meet you. Here's wishing you and Veronica all the happiness in the world."

Malone laughed softly, his voice choked with emotion. "You've brought so much joy to our lives. Take care, and always remember where you came from."

Finally, she approached Challenger. "Challenger, you're hands down the most brilliant person I've ever known. Your genius is unparalleled."

Tears spilled over as Finn hugged him tightly. "I'm going to miss you so much."

Challenger, equally emotional, whispered back, "The feeling's mutual, Finn. You've changed our world."

Taking a deep breath, Finn approached the subtle portal. She cast one lingering look back at her friends, their faces etched in her memory, and stepped through into her bedroom. She turned back to throw one last glance towards her friends, and with a final wave, the portal closed.
