It's my birthday month so time to unleash all the stories in the works. Both big and small.
I'm becoming more active on discord so anyone just a fan of fanfiction, any of my current or future works, or just wanna vibe, come on through.

"Work has me going all over the place so hold down the place while I'm gone."
Staring at the same ceiling they've been greeted by every other morning for the last umpteen years, a vermilion-eyed male blinks.
Once again, he had recalled the words his dad had bid him with. As for why, he had no clue. Shifting his head to read the time on his phone, his eye twitches.
7:15 AM.
Not even 7:30 yet. I hate waking up before my alarm…
Attempting to move, he finds his body strangely restricted. Well, not exactly odd given he knows the culprit.
"Mmm, Onii…"
"Relnii…"
Correction; culprits.
Peering down in response to the soft groan, he has to hold back a soft chuckle as he takes sight of two patches of yellow and white hair respectively.
It amazed him how after all these years, his two loving sisters would constantly "sleepwalk" into his room. At least it wasn't 365 days out of the year.
Attempting to wring himself from their grasp like he has many times before, his efforts prove fruitless. Dropping his head back against his pillow, he can only shake at how he always finds himself in the same situation.
No matter what he did, be it simply locking his door, barricading both it and his screen door leading to his balcony, his sisters always found a way to find themselves at his side.
Well, it's not that he was complaining per say. It was just that he tossed and turned so having them retrain him in his sleep was fine but waking up made it uncomfortable after a while. Then again, he's been dealing with this since they were born so noting of himself being used to such would be a heavy understatement.
Allowing a subtle breath to exude from his lips, careful with his chest elevating and descending so as to not awake either, he recounts their daily to-do list.
Get washed up, make breakfast, head to school, take care of the weekly grocery shopping… Hmm, oh yeah, Dad's coming back. Better stock up on extra. There's that test coming up too. I'm pretty sure there's a few things I can't recall. Meh, mind's too groggy…
Beep beep beep.
Okay, no damn way 15 minutes passed in three sec-
7:30 AM.
"I hate sleep logic."
Feeling both forms rustle with soft sounds, it isn't long until their hold on him is relinquished followed by one unconsciously silencing the alarm.
Regaining feeling due to the lack of pressure, he flexes his muscles before slowly rising to greet the two drowsy girls.
Rubbing the remaining grogginess from her amber eye, the second eldest of the sibling trio; Es Lucinance. And stifling a yawn to immediately lean her head on his shoulder; the youngest sister Vatista. Caressing her hair, a mumble sounds from the girl earning a chuckle out of the boy.
"Morning sleepyheads."
"Morning, ah… Relnii." Es greets resting her head on his other shoulder. "Good morning, Vatista."
"Good morning, Onee-chan… Onii-chan…"
"Sleep well?" He asks to get the usual answer in the form of tired nods. "Good. Go ahead and get washed up. I'll get to work on breakfast."
Humming in acknowledgement, he chuckles at the groggy Es drag along the equally drowsy Vatista.
For as long as he could remember, neither of the two had been morning people. Then again, neither was he. Whenever they'd have a free day, they end up sleeping in past noon. Still, if someone didn't make them get up, they'd likely be late for school if not downright miss it altogether. He could only shudder at the mouthful his dad would give him and not the two.
Those were their angels and both would do God slash Kami's know what to anyone that would dare harm either. He could go into very specific details as for what horror would entail such victims but that's for another time.
Wiping the bead of sweat off, he cleans his hands with a towel. Over the years, Relon had gotten accustomed to being the main cook. Es had recently started practicing the art two years ago. Surprisingly, she'd struggled with several concepts such as baking and cooking.
Es and Vatista were the geniuses of the family. Zero exaggeration included. Their IQ was measured so damn high he felt like the odd sibling with how little he matched their brain power. For comparison in simple terms; if Relon has the average IQ of say 100, then Es currently has somewhere over 200 with Vatista either being on par if not outright surpassing her.
This is only brought up due to the fact that despite Relon, Es, and Vatista being 17, 16, and 12 respectively, both girls had tested for higher levels of academic studies yet refused the advancement. Instead, they remained by Relon's side. Specifically his grade level.
Finishing setting the table, his pursed lips level out.
A part of him was thankful to have such a close bond with his blessed sisters but there was always the sense of guilt lying in the back of his mind. Despite his and their dad's insistence, both had refused on several occasions to leave Relon behind. Vatista had been the most adamant and Es was barely any different.
If he too had their level of intelligence, then their abilities wouldn't be held back so much. They could have possibly been the child prodigies to advance through society like a blur. If only…
"Onii-chan… You're making that face again."
Snapped from his self-loathing, he finds himself angling down to face a pouting Vatista and Es.
Like a trait learned through numerous repetitive interactions, his body tenses as though he's a soldier.
"Erm, my bad." He eases himself where after a long moment, both do as well gifting him those priceless smiles.
It didn't take geniuses like his sisters to long since become aware of Relon undermining himself. Whether as an off-hand comment or simply a face he made when deep in thought, both were quick to jump on the bad habit. Each and every time they'd offer nothing but care and love reaffirming their belief in him being one of a kind and gratefulness in having a brother like him.
Again, he would call this bad habit something that sat at the furthest reaches of his mind and not the forefront. Only popping up whenever his mind drifted to the realization of how vast his abilities were compared to his sisters.
Feeling their sudden embrace, it takes only a moment for him to reciprocate the love he's grown accustomed to.
Of course, he could never forget.
When one was down, the other two were responsible for picking them up. That's what siblings were for. That's what…
"Relnii." Lifting up, he finds the sight of Es with toast in her mouth. "Hurry up or the food will get cold." She makes out through a muffle, Vatista already halfway through her pancakes.
"Haha, alright. Don't want to be late after all."
Without a shadow of a doubt; they have each other's back. Now and forever. That's what it means… to be a family.
