My apologies for this late posting on the afternoon of the finale, but this story grew and, much as I tired, I could not delete in the editing process. Jack works for the Police Department, but Elizabeth is currently looking for a new job. Jack was previously married until his wife passed away, leaving him with his infant son, Matthew. Both Jack and Elizabeth are looking for a new relationship and are excited to proceed with this new relationship together. I hope you enjoy!

Based on the preview for Season 10 Episode 11, a take on what could happen. After Nathan asks Elizabeth what she wants in the schoolhouse, Elizabeth finally comes to terms with feelings. Discovering what it is that is in her heart and despite any fears that she may still have, she fights through.

Hope Valley, 1913. Elizabeth and her children make a new start in a town filled with Hope, with a little help from a Mountie and his niece. A J/E story that could also easily be read as N/E!
