In a mountain-top laboratory, a mad scientist plays with a sample of DNA... Of Godzilla.
It cost him a mint, to get the sample from Japan. This researcher is in N. America.
"Just imagine... The perfect Super-Soldier! If Godzilla's DNA is mixed with a Human?"
After a long day and night, the crazy doctor finally goes off to take a needed nap.
Meanwhile...
A stray cat comes through a window open just enough for it to sneak inside the lab.
'Meow'... The gray male cat says to nobody in particular. The cat soon sees the bright
vials and glowing tanks nearby on some wide and flat tables. Some small fish are in one tank.
The cat is soon frustrated as the fish are out of his grasp: a tight metal cover lid over all of the tank.
The cat then proceeds to another greenish neon-like tank with what looks like a piece of a big fish.
It has a few scales on it, and on the other side light pinkish flesh... 'What fish this?' the cat wonders.
But this cat is so very hungry, it does not worry... It finds a way to lift the tank lid access door on top.
