The coming of a new power
"The former wielders of Rekka and Endless Dash visited." Reika said in mild surprised.
It's the next day after Ekrixi's and Shan's visit to the Clover branch of the Sword of Logos and Reika was informed about the two's appearance.
"Yes, although they didn't reveal about Asta's location." Ryo explained, making the messenger of the Sword of Logos nod her head slightly.
"It would makes sense for Asta's grandfather to keep any information about Asta's whereabouts a secret….." Reika said before trailing off.
"Is…..there something wrong, Miss Shindai?" Tetsuo asked as and the others becoming nervous as Reika become quiet.
"As long as Asta is under Ekrixi Staria's care, it would be likely that he won't be so easily swayed by Saikou's influence." Reika explained, making everyone to become tense at this.
When the Clover branch of the Sword of Logos gave their report about Saikou giving their support when fighting Hadashi no Ousama, they explained that the "wielder" of the sword of light preferred to fight alone rather than joining with the Sword of Logos rather saying his exact words.
This cause the Magic Knight squad to become concerned.
Whilst they are relaxed about Holy Swords leaving the Sword of Logos, but since Saikou is one of the two original swords, this cause the worry that something bad will happen as long as Saikou isn't kept in check.
"And what about the current wielder of Endless Dash. Do you think that Asta will be influenced by him?" Ryo asked, nudging the conversation away from what Tetsuo, Noelle and Rintaro have been told by Yuri, making Reika frown slightly.
"We in the Sword of Logos are aware about the current Shamshir's independent activities, but since he'd been trained by Exkrixi's partner, I highly doubt that Asta will influenced in a negative way." Reika explained, making the vice-captain of the Sword of Logos to nod his head slightly.
"Have you been contacted by the Magic Parliament in anyway? Master Logos is keen on being updated about the business with the Magic Parliament." Reika explained, causing everyone to tense.
"No, we haven't been contacted by the Magic Parliament ever since been giving the mission of r-retrieving Asta." Ryo responded, him and everyone still having a bad taste in their mouths ever since betraying Asta and attempting to hand him over to the Magic Parliament.
Ryo then glanced towards Noelle.
"No, I haven't been giving any "personal" message from Sir Kira." Noelle responded, she having a good idea what is going through the head of the wielder of Gekido.
"And what about the other Magic Knight squads, have they been giving the same mission?" Reika asked, becoming curious.
"As far I'm aware, we are the only Magic Knight squad who have been giving the mission…..unless the Magic Parliament decided to give them the mission in secret." Ryo explained whilst thinking that at least one of the captains, such as Charlotte or Dorothy, or even Nozel and Fuegoleon, would have give them a secret message of some kind to them.
"I see. That's enough for now, but Master Logos will be keen on any updates, farewell." Reika said before opening a portal and leaving which then closed after a few seconds.
After another few seconds of silence, everyone revealed a sigh of relief.
Somewhere within Wonder World, Yuri is standing in front of a house which is located on a floating island.
"Why did he chose a floating island as a place of living?" Yuri thought before knocking on the door.
After a few seconds, the door opened.
"Yuri? What are you doing here?" Tassel asked, becoming curious.
"I need something from you, can I come in?" Yuri asked back, making Tassel more curious before letting the "wielder" of Saikou inside his house which is of simply design.
"With the events of the two worlds are accelerating, I decided that its time for me to turn from sword to swordsman." Yuri explained, causing Tassel to widen his eyes before noticing a book that is in one of Yuri's hands.
"What sort of book is that?" Tassel asked whilst noticing that it has a figure of some sort on the front cover.
"It's a comic book that I picked up sometime ago." Yuri responded, seemingly going off topic, whilst handing the book to Tassel who opened it and saw that it contains multiple pictures.
"Now, please return it, the book containing my entire history as a swordsman, "The story of the Radiant Blade Saikou"." Yuri said, quickly returning to the topic whilst holding a hand up.
"…..Hm?" Tassel said whilst staring blankly at the "wielder" of Saikou.
"…...Don't me you lost it!" Yuri exclaimed, causing Tassel to jump.
"No, no, no! Just hold on and I'll find it!" Tassel said quickly before starting to search his house.
"And that's the report from the Clover branch." Reika explained to Master Logos as the two of them are in his house.
"That's interesting, a previous Saber and Shamshir decided to visit." Master Logos commented in an interested tone of voice.
"Although I think they would be feeling disappointment at Asta's former comrades rather than being curious about the ongoings of the Clover branch." Reika pointed out, making Master Logos wave his arm slightly.
"That isn't important." Master Logos responded, making the messenger of the Sword of Logos sweat-drop before regaining her composure.
"Aren't you disappointed that they couldn't get Asta's location out of Mr Staria and Mrs Kasper?" Reika asked, becoming curious.
"No. we can easily locate them and Asta will likely be one of them." Master Logos explained, causing Reika to nod her head slightly before a thought entered her head.
"But what would happen if Asta is living with the current wielder of Shinkiro at her birthplace?" The messenger of the Sword of Logos asked, causing Master Logos to become quiet.
"…..Then we will have a difficult time contacting Asta." Master Logos responded, making Reika sweat-drop again.
"And what are your plans when we find the boy?" Reika asked, becoming curious, causing Master Logos to become quiet for a seconds before speaking.
"Even if Asta will be influenced by his grandfather to still be loyal to the Sword of Logos, he still may be influenced by the sword of light to awaken the power to connect the stars. That's something we can't happen as of right now." Master Logos explained, making Reika nod her head in response.
Within the academy of Fissi, Asta and Bahadur are practicing with swords, the same type that the Sword of Logos back at the Clover branch possess.
"Thwak!" The sound of the wooden swords striking each other can be heard multiple times as Asta and Bahadur "fought" each other.
"Bahadur is certainly strong!" Asta thought in his head as he blocked another sword attack from his cousin.
For the most part, it was Bahadur being on the offensive whilst Asta is on the defensive.
Any attempts of trying to land a solid hit on the wielder of Endless Dash was easily blocked or dodged.
"Here I come, Asta!" Bahadur exclaimed as he lunged forwards with the ash-white hair teen raising his wooden sword in response.
However, the sword flew out of Asta's hands when Bahadur put a lot of power behind his sword attack.
"Oh oh." Asta thought before getting struck by Bahadur, making him collapse onto the ground.
"Are you okay, Asta?" Bahadur asked, starting to become nervous.
"O-ow…." Asta responded, making Bahadur sigh in relief.
"You certainly did a number on your cousin." Shan commented as she approached the two, the former wielder of Endless Dash having been watching the spar from the sidelines of the room.
"Hehehe, sorry, Gran." Bahadur responded with a sheepish smile on his face, making Shan shake her head slightly.
"W-why…..are you so s-strong….?" Asta asked in a pained tone of voice as he slowly got up.
"That's because Bahadur got trained by a former Magic Knight who had the title of "Grand Magic Knight"." Shan responded in a prideful tone of voice.
"That's right, just rub it in Asta's face, Gran." Bahadur responded in a deadpan tone of voice, but Shan seemingly ignored him as she focus her attention onto Asta.
"Are you capable of using Mana-Zone?" Shan asked, making Asta shake his head.
"No, I've only learned Mana-Skin from Lady Mereoleone." Asta responded, causing both Kaspers to stare at him.
"Who's this "Mereoleone" woman?" Shan asked, becoming curious.
"She's a crazily powerful Mage who extremely skilled in Mana-Skin and Mana-Zone. She'd became the acting captain of the Crimson Lions for a brief period whilst the actually captain, Sir Fuegoleon Vermillion, recuperated." Asta explained, making both Sarha and Bahadur to become surprise.
"As in the Clover Kingdom royal house Vermillion?" Bahadur asked, making Asta nod his head in response.
"You certainly are something, being able to talk to royalty, and that's without Richita's help!" Shan exclaimed, referring to how Richita was friends with Acier.
"Anyway, as you are aware, the Mana within Wonder World is much more richer than in the world of the four Kingdoms, meaning that a Mage who have master both Mana-Skin and Mana-Zone within Wonder World will become a powerful warrior." Shan explained, making Asta nod his head.
"Lets hope that Lady Mereoleone doesn't further improve her Mana-Skin and Mana-Zone here." The ash-white hair teen thought, shivering in fear at the thought.
"I can help you master Mana-Zone, along with improving your Mana-Skin." Shan offered, making Asta widen his eyes.
"R-really?" Asta asked, making the former wielder of Endless Dash to nod her head in response.
"Of course, considering it as a form of bonding time since we have a lot of catching up to do." Shan explained, a small smirk appearing on her face.
"Gran. Please don't scare Asta." Bahadur said in a slight pleading tone of voice.
"Huh?" Asta said in a confused tone of voice.
"Lets just say….Gran can get to extreme levels when training someone." Bahadur explained in a low tone of voice as he stood next to the ash-white hair teen, seeing the expression on Asta's face.
"…..Maybe I should ask Grandfather if he can train me instead….." Asta muttered, knowing that Ekrixi is a part-time teacher at the academy, that's how he and Bahadur managed to gain access to the training room.
"Really? You do know that Gran and Granduncle were partners during their time as Magic Knights, right?" Bahadur pointed out, causing Asta to pale, realizing what the wielder of Endless Dash is getting at.
It was at that moment that I thought appeared in Asta's head.
"Speaking of training…" Asta began to say whilst taking out his Grimoire.
"What is this hidden power that Rekka possess?" Asta asked as he held out Rekka.
"Hidden….power?" Shan asked, tilting her head to the side.
"Yes, Tassel hinted at something a while back about Grandfather being close to awaken this hidden power." Asta explained, making Shan blinked her eyes for a few seconds before widening whilst Bahadur become curious.
"Well….it isn't a power that lies within Rekka, but those who wield the sword of flames are capable of unlocking it." Sarha explained, causing Asta to blink his eyes this time.
"This hidden power isn't within Rekka? Is it through a different sword?" The ash-white hair teen thought as he glanced down at the sword of flames.
Blanc, who is now resting on Asta's shoulder, glanced down at Rekka as well before chirping slightly.
It was at that moment that the communication device that Asta possess started to hum, signifying that he's getting a call, causing the ash-white hair teen to take it out of his pocket.
"Yes, Aunt?" Asta asked after he turned the communication device on.
"Mr Rega is calling us, saying that he wants help from the Holy Sword wielders." Sayo explained as her image appeared as a hologram.
"What happened?" Asta asked, him and the others to become tense.
"People have started to go missing at a rapid pace with reports of seeing a monster." Sayo explained, making Asta and Bahadur to glance at each other.
"Is it the Megid?" Sarha asked, causing the wielder of Shinkiro to purse her lips slightly.
"That is the most likely case, but the City Guard doesn't want to take any chances." Sayo responded.
"We've coming." Asta said before switching off the communication device and he starting to make his way out of the training room along with the other two.
"Why did Miss Rubah gave you a communication device?" Bahadur asked, becoming confuse.
This cause Asta to freeze slightly, which effected his walk as well.
"My aunt…..has gotten pretty protective with me." Asta responded in a sheepish tone of voice.
"Isn't it supposed to be your grandfather who is the protective one?" Bahadur asked in a deadpan tone of voice.
"I've been asking the same thing myself." Shan commented.
"….." Asta couldn't think of a response.
"You got some explaining to do, Storious!" Liegel exclaimed in an angry tone of voice.
"What? I'm just speeding things along." Storious responded in a calm tone of voice
"Who said that you can use our Megid!? Are you trying to create a Megid like Desast?!" Zoous demanded in an angry tone of voice.
"Come on now, a new book will be written thanks to this special Megid." Storious explained as he approach a white-skinned Megid that has what look like a gold zip going across it's entire body. It's head comprised of sharp gold teeth and six black slits for eyes.
The Megid is currently examining the hand has it writes letters on a page.
"Anyway, with our enemies becoming more alert, we need to be one step ahead every time." Storious explained with a smirk on his face.
"Come on. Come on. It must be here somewhere." Tassel muttered as he continued to wreck his house.
"…" Yuri just watched from the conner with a deadpan expression on his face.
"So you haven't seen your sister for a few days now?" Sayo asked.
Currently, she, Asta, Bahadur and Blanc are interviewing a citizen whose sister has gone missing.
"That's correct, yes. We was supposed to meet each other, but my sister didn't appear….which was soon followed by those other disappearances." The woman explained, making the three Holy Swords to glance at each other, having a good idea as to what may have happened to the woman's sister.
"Miss Imoto, is there any….defined traits that your sister possess?" Bahadur asked, making Remi Imoto to blink her eyes in slight confusion.
"Well…..both of us are heavy eaters." Remi responded, which cause the three Holy Swords to glance at the two plates that are on the table in front of Remi.
"Oh. I thought that you were just starving." Asta responded, making Remi snort slightly.
"Yes, both of us have big appetites. But what does this have to got with the current situation?" Remi asked, becoming confuse.
This cause the Holy Sword wielders to glance at each other again, yet with tense expressions on their faces.
"Well…..Your sister's consciousness, plus many others, are being placed with other bodies…..yet being twisted." Bahadur explained in a calm yet nervous tone of voice, making Remi to gain a tense expression on her face.
"Why did you say that?" Asta whispered to his cousin in a slight annoyed tone of voice.
"What? It's not the actual true, is it." Bahadur responded back, also in a whisper.
The interaction caused a confusion to appear on Remi's face.
"Don't worry, Miss Imoto. We will make sure to save your sister." Sayo said in a firm tone of voice.
This cause Remi to nod her head in response before turning her attention towards Blanc.
"That's an interesting pet bird you have there." Remi said, tilting her head to the side.
Blanc gained a shock expression on her face before suddenly zipping towards Asta who caught her.
"If you were thinking of eating Blanc, don't." Sayo said in a deadpan tone of voice, causing a small pout to appear on Remi's face, despite the situation that they are in.
"So you're thinking that the Megid will appear here?" Asta asked as he glanced around a rocky area within the forestry area of the city.
"According to the reports of the sightings of the Megid, this may be the next possible place where it may appear." Sayo explained as she glanced around, Illusional Sword-Driver strapped around her waist.
"We still need to be careful about the what the Megid is capable." Bahadur pointed out in a serious tone of voice as she grip Endless Dash tightly.
This cause Asta to nod his head slightly before realizing something.
"Does anyone knows where Mr Yuri is?" Asta asked, making the other two blink their eyes.
The last time that they saw the "wielder" of the sword of light is him going to Tassel for some unknown reason.
"I'm sure he'll appear at some point." Sayo responded in a reassuring tone of voice.
Asta was about to respond, but was prevented as the three of them, plus Blanc, hear the sound of…..munching?
The three Holy Sword wielders glanced at each other before heading towards the sound of munching and when the turned around a few boulders and saw what is causing the munching sound, their eyes widened.
They watched as the white-skinned Megid eating some large insects…..with a mouth-like appendage coming from her stomach.
"What…..?" Asta asked in a confused tone of voice.
"Well, that's our Megid…." Bahadur commented whilst starting to feel slightly uncomfortable with the Megid's eating method.
"Come on, lets transform and fight this Megid." Sayo said, starting to pale, as she took out "Inaria No Trickster" and placed the Wonder-Ride book into Illusional Sword-Driver whilst Asta and Bahadur did the same.
Unsheathe the illusions!
Unsheathe the flames!
Shift the sands!
Three voices announced which caused the white-skinned Megid, who have finished eating, to turn her attention to the now transformed Holy Sword wielders.
"Time to save Miss Imoto's sister!" Saber, in his Dragonic Knight form, exclaimed as he charged forwards, the blade of Rekka glowing.
The white-skinned Megid stood where she is and her mouth-like appendage opened where two fists flew out of it.
"Flame Creation Magic: Metallic Dragon's Scales!" Saber announced, letting scale-like patters appear around his body.
However, even though the spell dulled the impact, the swordsman of flames was sent skidding backwards.
"Those fists…?" Saber thought, having a feeling that he seen them before.
Shamshir jumped over Saber, Endless Dash at the ready.
The white-skinned Megid ducked to the side to avoid getting hit by the glowing blade of Endless Dash, the sword of sand having received the blessing of Saikou, Shamshir swing Endless Dash again with this time the white-skinned Megid blocking the attack before getting kicked by the swordsman of sand, causing her to stumble backwards.
"Sand Trap Magic: Sand Cat's Lance." The swordsman of sand announced and the white-skinned Megid got struck by lances from behind.
This cause the white-skinned Megid to stumble forwards this time and Shamshir was about to swing Endless Dash, a heavier sword attack, but was prevented as he sensed an attack heading from behind, thanks to Mama-Zone, causing him to roll to the side.
"What sort fists are those?" Shamshir questioned with a confused expression underneath his helmet.
"I recognize them. The very first Megid that I fought had the ability to fire these fists that were attached to his head." Saber explained, making Shamshir raise an eye-brow underneath his helmet.
"From a different Megid?" Kris, who had help Saber got back onto his feet.
"Yes." Saber responded whilst nodding his head slightly.
"A Megid that is using an ability from a different Megid…?" Shamshir thought before noticing something.
"The Megid's gone!" Shamshir said in a shock tone of voice.
This cause the other two to become aware of the missing Megid.
"What?! it shouldn't have disappeared like tha-" Kris began to say but stop when the swords-woman of mirages sensed something heading towards the three of them.
Kris rolled forwards just as something wrapped around the necks of Saber and Shamshir.
"W-what?!" Saber exclaimed in a shock tone of voice just as the white-skinned Megid deactivate her invisibility, revealing that she's holding the two swordsmen by two whip-like appendages.
There is a third one that was meant for Kris.
"Those appendages!" Saber thought, recognizing them as well just as Kris dash towards the white-skinned Megid, Shinkiro at the ready.
The swords-woman of mirages swing Shinkiro twice, freeing Saber and Shamshir before focusing her attention onto the white-skinned Megid.
In response, the white-skinned Megid sent the fists flying towards Kris.
However, the flying fists simply went through the swords-woman of illusions, which cause the still recovering Saber and Shamshir to swing their respective Holy Swords to avoid getting hit by them.
The failed attempt to hit Kris caused the white-skinned Megid to become confuse and she swing an arm at the still approaching Kris, but the arm went straight through just before vanishing.
The white-skinned Megid then sensed a presence behind her, causing her to spin around to see Kris preparing to swing Shinkiro.
However, before Shinkiro could strike the white skinned Megid, a pack of piranhas appeared and swarm around Kris.
"W-what?!" The swords-woman of illusions exclaimed as she swing Shinkiro in a quick manner, attempting to hit the pack of piranhas.
"What sort of Megid are we facing?!" Shamshir thought before dashing forwards and striking the white-skinned Megid before she could attack the distracted swords-woman of mirages.
"Watch out, Aunt!" Saber shouted just as the pages of his Grimoire began to tun before stopping.
"Fire Creation Magic: Metallic Dragon's Fangs." Saber announced, creating silver-coloured fire daggers before firing them towards the pack of piranhas.
"Gah!" Kris exclaimed in a surprise tone of voice as the fire-based attacks strike the piranhas.
"Bulls eye…...erk…." Saber thought, first being pleased that he managed to hit all of the piranhas, but that disappeared as he sense Kris frowning at him.
With Shamshir, the swordsman of sand is keeping close to the white-skinned Megid with the idea of mind of preventing her from activating any more of her abilities.
"Hopefully." Shamshir thought with an unsure expression underneath his helmet.
It was at that moment that the white-skinned Megid managed to jump back with a surprising burst of speed.
"Sand Trap Magic: Sand Cat's Yarn." Shamshir announced quickly, trapping the white-skinned Megid's arms with a sand-made rope whilst the swordsman of sand held the other end.
"You can escape no-huh?!" Shamshir said in a shock tone of voice as he and the other two Kamen Riders watched as the white-skinned Megid cut off her trapped arm.
"She just cut off her arm!?" Shamshir thought in a shock tone of voice.
However, this gave the white-skinned Megid the opportunity to attack the swordsman of sand, sending her mouth-like appendage upon Shamshir.
"Darn!" Shamshir thought as he began to move, but have the feeing that he wouldn't get out of the way in time.
However, an arm pushed him to the side and Saber got consumed by the mouth-like appendage instead.
And there we go, Reika being informed about Ekrixi's and Shan's visit to the Clover branch whilst Asta and Bahadur trained with each other, with Shan suggested that Asta should train in Mana-Zone and increase his proficiency with Mana-Skin, until receiving a call from Sayo about an appearance of a Megid. Meanwhile, Yuri went and visit Tassel and requested the return of "The story of the Radiant Blade Saikou"...which Tassel may have misplace.
In Gotchard:
1) A school trip to Kyoto is announced where Houtarou, Rin and Ryo formed a study group where Ryo suggested a Yokai-themed study. In Kyoto, a shrine-priest spotted a UFO which reached the ears of Ryo who decided to include it in the study. Spanner investigated the area of the previous battle before being approached by Lachesis where the two of them fought with Lachesis using a double transmutation with (3)Bambamboo, yet was defeated by Valvarad who used a triple transmutation. Lachesis retreated to a laboratory where Atropos informed her that a level 10 Chemy has been located, one that the Dark Sisters have been searching for, and Clotho has been told to retrieve it. Lachesis then placed a piece of the defeated Dragonfly Malgam into a flask which then added to an already ongoing experiment which starts to take the form of a stone-like object.
2) In Kyoto, Houtarou, Rin and Ryo visited a shrine where Houtarou and Rin discovered that (1)Hopper-1 has decided to come on the trip as well, resulting a small ruckus to occur where Ryo started to chase after (1)Hopper-1 until running into someone who has the same interests has him. Meanwhile, Clotho, having spotted the arrival of Houatou, decided to recruit two criminals, transforming one of them into the Jungle Malgam with (9)JungleJan. Houtarou, Rin and Ryo started to search for the girl, Hijiri Himeno, but couldn't find her until Rin suggested going into a haunted house attraction...something that she enjoyed whilst Houtarou and Ryo quickly became scared. Luckily, they managed to locate Hijiri, who was in fact working at the haunted house attraction before Hotarou and Rin where told by Mr Minato that Clotho has been spotted in Kyoto.
3) It didn't took Mr Minato long to spot Clotho where the two of them fought, with Mr Minato using alchemy to make some ninja-themed dummies to come to life. Houtaro, Rin and the Jungle Malgam appeared where Houtarou used (9)Renkingrobo and (1)Yamibat to transform into Gotchard's Batkingrobo wild form to fight the enlarged Jungle Malgam where the fight eventually ended uo back on the ground where Gotchard transformed his Steamhopper form.
So with the Dark Sisters attempting to capture a level 10 Chemy, aka (10)UFO-X, we may possibly learn if there are any differences between level 10 Chemies and the lower level Chemies. This episode shows that when multiple Chemies within the same category are used for a transmutation, more power is gained.
So images of Legend using his Legend Rider Chemy Cards which is basically the same with Decade's except that the "forms" have a gold sash added to them. Gotchard will also be using Legend Rider Chemy Cards as well, transform into forms that possess features of two Riders, such as a Kuuga+Faiz form, W+OOO form and a Fouze+Build form.
