"Hm? What's going on outside?" A drunken middle-aged man with a curly mustache had wondered as he saw a lightning bolt strike down from within Shiganshina District.
Meanwhile, on the outside of the Shiganshina wall... Zeke Yeager had just transformed into his Beastial Titan, and the Survey Corp. had scattered a bit outside the wall. The Yeagerist soldiers-including Floch were captured and caught up in Zeke Yeager's Titan transformation.
Levi Ackerman who barely escaped Zeke's Titan transformation was many miles away from the wall, since he barely escaped on foot. The horse he rid all the way back to the walls had been caught within the blast radius. Now he's trying to run back on foot and call for help.
Zeke Yeager quickly looked up at the top of the wall to see his half-brother, Eren staring down at him. Giving him the look to hurry and reach him. Zeke had quickly ran toward and jumped onto the wall and clinched his Titan nails into the walls. Attempting to climb upward.
"H-He's climbing up the wall!" One of the Survey Corp. soldiers pointed toward Zeke.
Erwin clinched his teeth as he then saw Zeke Yeager climbing up the wall where Eren Yeager was. 'He's going to where Eren is! If that happens...' Erwin looked to his soldiers to see them shocked and hesitant. "SOLDIERS!"
Most of the Survey Corp. soldiers had quickly turned their gaze from Zeke who's climbing up the wall to Erwin Smith.
"DO NOT LET THE BEAST TITAN GET NEAR EREN YEAGER! IF THEY MAKE CONTACT, THEN THIS WORLD IS FINISHED!" Erwin had screamed to his fellow Survey Corp. soldiers.
Many soldiers had gasped in response, then responded as they withdrew their vertical maneuvering blades. "Sir!"
"SHINZO WO SASAGEYO!" Erwin had screamed as he raised his right vertical maneuvering blade in the air.
Erwin's fellow Survey Corp. soldiers screamed in response as they than ran and begun charging toward Zeke with their Vertical Maneuvering gear.
Meanwhile, Levi Ackerman who was trying to make it back on foot had been approached by a female Survey Corp. soldier on horseback.
Meanwhile, far away from the outer Shiganshina Wall...
"Captain!" The Female Survey Corp. soldier called after she had rushed to get to Levi on horseback.
"Take me back to the wall! Hurry!" Levi ordered as he jumped on the horses back.
"Sir!" The Female soldier whipped the horse reins. Telling the horse to ride back to the Shiganshina walls.
'I've had it up to here with Zeke. This time, I'm going to kill you. No doubt about it.' Levi had snarled and thought as he rid on horseback back to the Shiganshina wall.
Meanwhile...
As Zeke Yeager within his Beast Titan form was attempting to climb up the wall... four Survey Corp. soldiers quickly rushed Zeke with absolute speed and attempted to cut him with their blades.
"We're not going to let you destroy world after everything we've seen and been through, you hairy bastard!"
"This is for all our comrades you've murdered four years ago!"
"Your life and reign terror ends here!"
"Say your prayers, you monkey!"
As four Survey Corp. soldiers attempted to attach their Vertical Maneuvering hooks to the Beast Titan's skin and slash his nape in close range... the four Survey Corp. soldiers were shot quickly shot down by a hail of firing bullets.
Eren stood on top of the wall, still staring down at Zeke and many Yeagerists were lying on their stomachs and shooting downward at the Survey Corp. Mikasa Ackerman and Yelena were standing behind Eren.
Yelena had a smile on her face as she knew that Zeke was getting closer and closer to Eren.
The rest of the Survey Corp. whom was trying to stop Zeke had gasped and looked up at the top of the wall and saw multiple Yeagerists firing their rifles at those who attempt to do harm to Zeke. Three more soldiers who were latched to the wall were shot down by
Erwin saw this action and knew that he and his soldiers couldn't reach Zeke, this way. A bullet from above nearly hit the right ear of Erwin's horse. Erwin did not flinch. 'Dammit! At this rate, we won't be able to get pass their firepower at this rate...' Erwin blinked. He then looked to his remaining Survey Corp. soldiers. "EVERYONE! RETREAT WITHIN THE WALLS WHILE YOU STILL CAN!" Erwin had ordered.
"Yessir!" Some of the Survey Corp. had responded and had automatically retreated within the Shiganshina city on horseback. Some waited until their comrades unlatched themselves from the wall. Some of them were gunned down on the spot.
Zeke Yeager heard Erwin's order and made a smile within his Titan form. "Just what I want to hear."
The Yeagerists stopped firing at the Survey Corp. from above as they saw most of what's left of the Survey Corp. retreat within Shiganshina District. But they weren't far from the Shiganshina gate.
"We're in Shiganshina! Now what?" A soldier asked.
Erwin Smith looked around within Shiganshina District to see that people were partying.
"Hey, look! The Survey Corp. has returned!" One woman had pointed directly toward the Survey Corp.
Erwin had quickly looked at the front of the Shiganshina and noticed Eren Yeager staring down at them from the top.
"RRRRROOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRAAAAAAHHHH!" Without a moment's waste... Zeke Yeager within his Beast Titan form had made a large roar loud enough to where the entire city can hear his roar.
As Zeke had roared... every single person within Shiganshina whom had drunken the wine mixed with Zeke's spinal fluids from young adult civilians to elderly people-had begun to glow a bright yellow light. Including Nile Dok and Dot Pixis. Most people looked at each other and at themselves in confusion as they glowed... some were hugging their loved ones... as Dot Pixis was drinking from a bottle, he closed his eyes as he glowed. He knew what was to happen, next.
Erwin Smith gave a shock expression as he stared at the many glowing lights within Shiganshina District. He knew what that meant. Erwin had then thought of Nile Dok and Dot Pixis and assumed that they fell victim.
"Don't tell me..."
Suddenly, the entire city was glowing with golden lights as many people within Shiganshina had automatically transformed into pure Titans. Within the streets and within their homes.
From on Top of the Shiganshina Wall...
This action horrified the remaining Survey Corp. as they had witnessed many people transform into pure Titans with their very eyes.
From on top of the wall... Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman and Yelena saw dozens if not hundreds of people within Shiganshina District transform into Titans. Eren had no reaction to his people transforming into Titans. Mikasa had a shocked reaction as she had never thought this would happen.
Mikasa had her Vertical Maneuvering Gear with her and she removed her green Survey Corp. trench coat.
From with a Underground Cellar...
The Survey Corp. soldiers such as Connie Springer, Jean Kierstein, Sasha Blouse and Hange Zoe had all stared up at the ceiling as they heard a loud rumbling. Nicolo and Onyankopon, whom had stayed and decided to watch them looked up at the ceiling.
"What the hell is that?" Connie asked.
"Has the Rumbling begun?" Hange asked as she assumed the worst.
From on Top of the Shiganshina Wall...
"You're kidding me... all those people turned into Titans?" Mikasa asked as she watched many people turn into pure Titans from the Fifty-Meter wall.
Eren remained silent as he stared at the city from above. He then looked over on the other side of the wall and saw Zeke still attempting to climbing halfway up the wall so that he can reach Eren.
Meanwhile...
"Soldiers! Flee back to the wall!" Erwin had ordered his loyal Survey Corp. soldiers to retreat to the inner Shiganshina wall.
Maany of Survey Corp. followed Erwin's order by retreating on horseback or by using Vertical Maneuvering Gear. As they were fleeing to the walls...
Suddenly, within a minute... dozens of pure Titans begun chasing them to the inner wall of Shiganshina by the front gate. Most of the Survey Corp. had used their Vertical Maneuvering Gear to grapple onto the wall high enough on the wall to where the pure Titans could not reach them.
"Dammit! That bastard Zeke did this!"
"Everyone in this city who had drunk the wine had all turned into Titans!" One of the Survey Corp. soldiers screamed in pain and frustration.
"My wife!"
"My nephew!"
As the Survey Corp. were complaining and screaming... Erwin remained calm as he stared at the crowd of pure Titans below him. 'So, this is how Eren wants to finish off the Survey Corp. By either fighting the Titans or the Yeagerists. Somehow, he had known that we were coming, and that Zeke was held in bondage. First, he made sure to free Zeke by injuring him with that gunshot-so that he could transform into the Beast Titan. Then, Eren and the Yeagerists fire their guns at us so that we wouldn't only reach Zeke... but to also force us retreat into the city. And now, with us trapped... Zeke has used the spinal fluids that was in the wine to transform everyone who's consumed it into pure Titans.' Erwin thought as bit his lower lip hard enough to where it started bleeding. He then turned back to his fellow Survey Corp. 'He's trying to put an end to the Survey Corp as we know it.'
"Guah!"
"Hm?" Erwin opened one of his eyes one of his fellow Survey Corp. soldiers, Harold falling down into the Titan horde. A second ago, he had been shot in the head by a Yeagerist with a rifle from atop the wall. Harold's body then fell down as his lost grip of the trigger to his Vertical Maneuvering Gear.
"Harold!" Another Survey Corp. soldier yelled as he sadly watched Harold's lifeless fall into the Titan horde.
One female pure Titan quickly caught Harold's body with her teeth and bit his legs off as Harold's body fell into her mouth. Erwin had then taken a step forward.
Erwin looked up only to see bullets raining down on them as before by the Yeagerists. "Everyone! Move! Move!" Erwin ordered as he then used his Vertical Maneuvering Gear to
From atop of the Shiganshina Wall...
Mikasa Ackerman, whom was standing on top of the Shiganshina wall... was horrified to watch her fellow Survey Corp. soldiers-including Erwin be attacked both Yeagersits from above and Titans from below. She wanted to be by Eren's side. But deep down, she knew what Eren and his brother Zeke were doing was wrong. She then looked over to Eren, who seemed to be unphased. Her heart thumped harder and Mikasa clasped her right head, once more. She had gained another headache. After thirty seconds, her headache disappeared and she decided to approach Eren. "Eren, you have to stop this! Please!" Mikasa begged.
Eren refused to look at Mikasa.
"You don't understand the depth I have to go through in order to stop the enemy." Eren said without looking at Mikasa.
"Stop the enemy?" Mikasa muttered. "But that's the Commander, down there! We wouldn't have gotten this far if it weren't for him!" Mikasa pointed downward with her right arm. "Did you forget that Commander Erwin vouched for you and let you join the Survey Corp. when everyone in the walls learned that you were a Titan?" Mikasa then thought of the time when Eren was placed on trial and Erwin Smith insisted that Eren join the Survey Corp. Four years prior.
Eren remained quiet.
"Please, Eren! It's not too late to do the right thing. Armin would've never-"
Before Mikasa could finish her sentence, Eren suddenly brought his face up close to Mikasa's. Their foreheads nearly made contact.
"Are you turning on me?" Eren asked Mikasa with an edgy voice.
Mikasa gasped as her blackish-gray eyes made contact with Eren's glare. "No, I just-"
"You better not. Because, if you are..." Eren had attempted to reach for Mikasa's red scarf with his right hand as he glared at her.
"Eren."
Eren suddenly heard a familiar bestial masculine voice and turned half his body around to see Zeke Yeager's Beast Titan standing on top of the wall, too. He was a few yards away from where Eren was standing.
"The time has come for our plans to come to fruition." Zeke said while speaking as the Beast Titan. He then moved his left foot forward and extended his right arm out toward Eren and to where Eren can see it. "Take my hand. Hurry."
Eren then turned his full body toward Zeke's Beast Titan and thought of walking toward Zeke. But as soon as he had taken a step forward... he felt his left elbow be grabbed. He looked back to see his left elbow was grabbed by Mikasa.
"Eren, don't!" Mikasa said as her eyes begun to water a bit.
Eren stared.
"Eren!" Zeke called as he still stood his right arm out.
Eren sighed, then pulled his arm away. Releasing himself from Mikasa's grasp and walking toward Zeke.
A stream of tears fell down Mikasa's face as she learned that Eren chose Zeke over her. She couldn't have felt more heartbroken. She felt like she was losing a bit of feeling within her legs as she sadly watch Eren move toward Zeke.
'This is really going to happen!' Yelena thought as she had a big smile on her face.
After fifteen seconds, Eren had successfully walked toward Zeke in close range. All that was left was to make contact with him. Eren slowly raised his hand toward Zeke's giant bestial hand... the unthinkable suddenly happened.
Suddenly, the moment when Eren had made physical contact with Zeke's bestial Titan hand... it had already fallen off of the beast's arm a second and a half earlier.
Both Zeke and Eren were confused as they watched Zeke's bestial Titan hand fall off his arm.
Zeke's entire right arm suddenly had been amputated off his right shoulder by a certain Survey Corp. soldier who used his vertical maneuvering gear to get to him. And his name was Levi.
Levi was currently suspended in the air with his Vertical Maneuvering hook attached to Zeke's bestial Titan's right back and his blades out and ready to slice. Levi was currently livid.
Flashback
Two minutes prior... Levi Ackerman and a female Survey Corp. soldier had arrived to the outside wall on horseback. Levi had seen Zeke within his bestial Titan form climbing up the wall. This action made him angry as he had suspected of what was going to happen if Eren and Zeke had made contact.
"Tch!" Levi then looked at his female comrade. "Give me all the gas you've got! Hurry! We need to stop them from ending the world!"
"Yessir!" The female Survey Corp. soldier who safely rode Levi back to the outer wall on horseback had begun removing her tanks of gas and begun passing them to Levi.
End Flashback
Mikasa gasped as she saw Levi. 'It's Captain Levi!'
Yelena gasped in shock.
Eren looked at Levi, annoyingly. He was not afraid of the Ackerman.
Zeke looked behind himself and saw Levi, once more. He was afraid and annoyed at the same time. "Damn it! Not again! What the hell do you want from me?" Zeke screamed as he then tried to use his left bestial Titan arm to back hand.
Levi saw Zeke's bestial right arm swing at him backwards, but instead of amputating his other arm... Levi used his gear to swing under Zeke's bestial left arm and go for Zeke's left leg. Which he had swiftly amputated with his blades.
As Zeke's left bestial Titan leg had been amputated, the Beast Titan had begun to lose balance. Zeke within his bestial Titan form began to fall on his left side over the wall. Zeke screamed his bestial Titan flipped over the wall. But luckily, his left Titan hand had not been amputated by Levi. So the left bestial Titan clung onto the wall with its sharp claws as if he was clinging on for dear life.
"Zeke!" Eren called. Then, he looked directly toward Levi, whom was staring at him with daggers.
Levi glared at Eren and wasted no second charging at him with his blades. As he tried to attack Eren with his blades... suddenly, Mikasa Ackerman intervened by stopping Levi's Vertical Maneuvering blades with her own blades.
"Move Mikasa." Levi ordered Mikasa to stop fighting him.
"I'm sorry, Captain. But I can't let you kill Eren!" Mikasa said as she was on the defensive.
"Tch!"
One of the Yeagerists whom were shooting at the Survey Corp. from atop had suddenly looked back and saw Levi Ackerman grappling blades with Mikasa. He then gasped. "It's Levi! Shoot him down!"
Many of the Yeagerists begun take their aim off of Erwin and the remaining Survey Corp. who were evading gunfire from below... to aiming their rifles at Levi.
Levi lightly gasped when he saw his former comrades now Yeagerists aiming their rifles at him. He quickly pushed Mikasa back a yard, then begun to use the gas he has in his Vertical Maneuvering gear to evade their gunfire.
Meanwhile...
As Erwin was clinging onto the wall, twenty-five-meters high... Erwin had begun to notice that the Yeagerists stopped firing at him and his soldiers while clinging on the wall. His eyebrows furrowed.
"H-hey, they stopped firing!" One of the Survey Corp. soldiers advanced.
"ADVANCE, SOLDIERS!" Erwin screamed at his soldiers to advance at the top of the walls.
Meanwhile, from atop of the Shiganshina Wall...
Levi Ackerman was maneuvering around dodging, flipping and jumping into the air dodging bullets from the Yeagerists.
Eren Yeager looked over the outer Shiganshina wall to see Zeke still in his bestial Titan form clinging onto the outer edge of the wall. He bent his left knee and extended his right arm out and downward. "Zeke, hurry!"
Zeke Yeager, whom was in his bestial Titan had quickly ejected himself from his Titan nape. He then quickly looked up toward Eren, whom was extending his hand out toward him.
Meanwhile, Erwin Smith and his Survey Corp. soldiers had maneuvered their way to the top to see Levi occupying the Yeagerists by dodging their bullets. Levi had avoided to kill them, because they were still people from Paradis.
Erwin quickly shifted his head left and right to try and find Eren. It had taken him a few seconds as it had to see that Eren was on his far left, miles away. He saw Eren kneeling by the wall, extending his right arm out. He suspected that Eren was trying to make contact with Zeke. Erwin's eyes had widened in horror, but still kept his composure. Erwin had begun to take a step forward toward Eren.
