Gwen was feeling antsy all over. Not only was her sunburn super itchy and painful, but now Duncan was back and the words he said still rung in her mind.
"Every time I ran from the cops. I thought of you."
Okay, he said that to Courtney, but was she wrong to hope it could've been for her…
"I don't know how anyone can sleep, especially Courtney. I still feel all fuzzy like I drank too much coffee…" Gwen sighed before smiling nervously, "Because we won… and Duncan's back and he missed… us."
Duncan then walked in the confessional much to Gwen's surprise.
Crap, how much had he heard?
"Oh my gosh, I didn't lock the door?" Gwen covered her mouth fearfully.
"Lock's busted, what happened to your paw?" Duncan explained before asking in concern.
"This is so strange but I have no idea, and I'm so glad you're here to mock me about it." Gwen smirked, holding out her sunburnt hand.
"Me too." Duncan smirked holding Gwen's sunburnt hand.
"Ow… hey…" Gwen whimpered with a smile before Duncan pulled her in much to the goth's surprise before kissing Gwen. Gwen didn't know what to do. A bunch of emotions were swirling all over her mind. Fear at what the other contestants would think, horror at what she was doing, guilty at what she was doing to Courtney but in the end, the emotion that took over was her overwhelming arousal.
Gwen immediately kissed the punk back and it devolved into a whole heated makeout session. She was so enraptured by it, that she barely missed Tyler peeking through the confessional door in shock. But in the end, she kept kissing him. Duncan then positioned Gwen against the wall, making the goth moan and continued to kiss her as Gwen began to run her fingers through his green mohawked hair. They continued to make out until finally Duncan parted his lips from Gwen's.
Gwen's euphoria faded in seconds before realizing exactly what they just did.
"Oh my gosh. What did we just do?!" Gwen asked incredulously, "Oh crap oh crap. We just betrayed Courtney's trust, and Tyler totally saw us and…"
"Babe, calm down." Duncan tried to reassure the goth which made her look at him worriedly, "Look, everything's gonna be fine. I'll deal with Tyler, Courtney's not gonna know what happened." He said calmly.
"I-I don't know Duncan… maybe we should bite the bullet. This was a mistake and-" Gwen began nervously before Duncan shushed her.
"No. If anyone finds out, you're gonna get major flak for this and I can't let that happen." Duncan reminded his friend… er, girlfriend… Whatever she was, he still really cared about her and didn't want her to suffer another Trent ordeal.
"Fine… I won't tell anybody." Gwen grumbled.
"That's good." Duncan sighed in relief before heading out of the confessional but he turned back to Gwen one last time, "And for the record, I don't feel this was a mistake."
Then Duncan finally walked off leaving Gwen contemplating what happened. She felt so guilty about what this would do to Courtney and how she had just betrayed a friend.
But for some sick twisted reason, she didn't feel she made a mistake.
Author's Note: Well… better get the anti-flame shield ready. I'm not a big fan of Gwuncan either, but it's leaps and bounds better than Duncney. Though that is not saying much.
Next Chapter: Alejandro cannot get Tyler out of his head, especially after seeing him in that winged costume in Greece. But he needed Tyler's vote and the jock himself... then again, maybe he could have both.
