And we are given absolutely no reason for this trust. Except for the indexed definition of his character in the back of The Fires of Heaven, that is, a man who believes in the letter of his oaths.

A year ago, during the Last Battle, Perrin Aybara killed Slayer. But Slayer had raised a son, whom no one knew, and that son, Luc, is looking for answers about his past. He doesn't wish to follow his fathers footsteps, but the search takes him among people who don't realize he is not there to harm, but to help. This leads to a chase, one in which Perrin is now involved...

Mat isn't sure what that annoying feeling is he gets in his chest every time he thinks about Rand is, but he's pretty sure he's not supposed to feel that about another boy. Especially not one that likes a girl. Pre-series, AU, Rand/Mat. Currently a one-shot, possibly more.

I thought there was a bit too much left to the imagination at the end of A Memory of Light, so I wrote this Lan/Nynaeve-centered story, taking place during and after the content of the scenes in the Epilogue, to fill in some of the blanks. I hope it gestures toward some of the problems going forward, and the pain of what's been lost, more than AMoL did.

A story following the exploits of Taringail Mantear,born out of wedlock in the year 969 NE to Luc Mantear and Anvaere Damodred. This story will follow his life concurrent with the events of The Eye of the World as well as flashbacks to his youth. It's a work in progress. I'll try and add 2 (short) chapters per week.
