"C'mon, man!" Ryuji called to Joker. "When you bringing that turkey out? I'm starvin' here!"

"Be patient, Ryuji, seriously." Ann frowned. "You've been going on about this turkey all day! It's no wonder you failed today's English assignment at school when that's what you wrote about!"

"Don't blame me, blame my tummy!" Ryuji rubbed his stomach. "I can't get this turkey off my mind since Joker invited us all around for Thanksgiving dinner!"

"There's more to Thanksgiving than just the dinner, Ryuji," Makoto reminded the blond.

"That's why we are all here," Yusuke added, "to give thanks for all the blessings which we have been graced with. I have been fortunate to have achieved so many which could fill an entire portrait. It would make for quite the eye-catch in an art museum-"

"Oh, here's the turkey!" Haru cut in.

"Oh, finally!" Ryuji roared, his excited tone raising the cafe roof.

Everyone watched as Joker made his way to the booth they were seated in. He was carrying a tray on which a large plate was placed upon, covered by a shiny lid. He placed it onto the middle of the table where his friends were sat before taking his own seat alongside Ann.

"It sure was good of Boss to cook this Thanksgiving meal for all of us," Yusuke murmured, thinking of what Sojiro had done for them that evening.

"We must thank your dad for doing this the next time we see him," Makoto told Futaba.

"Alright!" Ryuji stretched his arm across the table towards the lid covering the food. "Time to sink our teeth this awesome dinner at last!"

Ann reached out and lightly smacked Ryuji's hand to stop him lifting the lid. "Not yet!"

"Ow!" Ryuji shook his hand and glared at the brunette. "Why not? That's what we're all here for! Thanksgiving only comes once a year!"

"Exactly!" Haru nodded. "Which is why it's important to give thanks before our meal!"

Ryuji narrowed his eyes while the others closed their own, bowing their heads as they placed their hands together.

"We'd like to give thanks," Joker said solemnly, "for all we have received to this point. This includes bringing us together as the Phantom Thieves. It is because we have found one another that we have been able to change people's hearts. It is an honour for us to be gathered for this meal we are about to receive-"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah! Thanks a bunch! Amen!" Ryuji hurriedly finished off the prayer which he felt their leader was growing out. "Now come on, let's dig into this roast bird!"

Joker pulled his hands apart before picking up two large knives. Everyone watched as he dragged the blades alongside each other. The slicing noises they made filled the whole Cafe LeBlanc.

Ready to serve up the Thanksgiving dinner to his fellow Phantom Thieves, Joker took hold of the lid's handle and lifted it off the plate.

At once, what was revealed to be underneath brought out loud cries and shouts from all of the teenagers.

"No way!" Ryuji hollered. "For real?"

On the large plate which Joker had lifted the lid away from was no large roast turkey.

Instead, it was a small, black and white cat, whose stomach was bulging as he lay contentedly, surrounded by several bare bones.

"Morgana!"

Hearing his name being chorused, the cat opened his blue eyes to see the youngsters who were all sat around him, gazing upon him with horror.

"Oh hey, guys!" Morgana slurred. "Wassup?"

"You-" Futaba raised a shaky hand and pointed. "You ate all the turkey?"

"I sure did!" Morgana stood on his four paws and stretched his furry body. "Man, I'm stuffed!"

"I will stuff you in a minute," Ryuji muttered with gritted teeth, his eyes burning with irritation towards the feline.

"That's was our Thanksgiving dinner you ate, Morgana," Joker scolded.

"Hey, it's not my fault! The chief left this turkey sitting in the kitchen! It was impossible for me not rest how good it smelled!" Morgana turned towards Ann. "Although I'd have known you were coming around tonight, Lady Ann, I would've found it in me to save you a leg or two."

A sweat drop ran down the back of Ann's head. She was as uncomfortable as she always was whenever Morgana tried to flirt with her.

"Typical! Leave it to a cat to devour an entire bird and leave none for anyone else!"

Ryuji folded his arms - before crying out a bone from the turkey was thrown in his direction, striking him in the head.

"I am not a cat!" Morgana yelled. "And I'm not selfish either! You should use this Thanksgiving, Skull, to think back on all I've done out of the goodness of my heart for all you amateurs!"

The teenagers exchanged knowing looks with one another. None of them bought that Morgana was a selfless soul. The only reason he'd joined their little group who fought to change people's hearts was so that he could regain his lost memories and return to his true form.

"What are we gonna do?" Makoto asked Joker. "We've got nothing for our meal!"

"Leave it to me. I'll sort it."

With a sigh, the leader of the Phantom Thieves stood up from the table. He left his friends at the booth as he headed towards the cafe's payphone. He picked up the receiver, waiting to request a connection to the business that was to send them a replacement Thankgiving dinner.

"Hello? Operator? Gimme the number for the nearest pizza delivery…"
