Once upon a time, there was a shepherd's boy who got bored watching over his dad's sheep all day.
He was so bored that he wanted to do something fun over doing his boring job of watching over the equally boring grass-munching sheep.
That was when he had an idea for a prank.
A very naughty idea.
He went home and ordered a wolf costume online. A few days later, his wolf costume arrived and he then dons a disguise.
Then he went off to have some fun.
An old woman was baking wedding cakes in her bakery. The shepherd's boy(in his wolf disguise) sneaked into her bakery and spooked her with a roar. The poor old lady ran away from her bakery, crying wolf. The shepherd's boy happily snacked on the wedding cakes all by himself.
A toymaker had finished building action figures and blocks in his toy shop. The shepherd's boy(in his wolf disguise) sneaked into his toy shop and scared him with a growl. The poor toymaker ran away from his toy shop, screaming wolf. The shepherd's boy happily played with the toys all by himself.
The three brothers are selling tickets to the moviegoers at the cinema. The shepherd's boy(in his wolf disguise) sneaked into the cinema and frightened everyone with a howl. The poor brothers and all the moviegoers ran away from the cinema, shouting wolf. The shepherd's boy happily watched all the movies by himself.
After many days, weeks and months of pranking everyone with his wolf costume, everyone soon got suspicious and they hired a very clever detective to find the "wolf" who causing a ruckus in their town.
After a lot of investigating and searching for clues, the detective finds a wolf costume in a sheep den and he figures it out.
The shepherd's boy was caught and scolded by the poor people he pranked with a harsh, long lecture about why he shouldn't do mean pranks on innocent people. After that, he got grounded by his parents for a year for doing chores for the poor people he pranked and not watching TV.
At night, the shepherd's boy was still tending his sheep when an ordinary-looking man approached him.
The man was very average in looks. He was short but not too short. He wasn't too fat or too skinny either. His short black hair was perfectly neatly combed and not a single strand in his hair. He had friendly brown eyes and a friendly smile. He was perfectly shaved(except for his eyebrows and hair) with no moustache and beard. He looks young but not young enough to be in his twenties. Probably in his early thirties?
He wears very normal clothes. A brown cardigan sweater, a plain collared shirt underneath, a pair of jeans and plain white sneakers.
He turned out to be very nice and he gave him a huge bag of gummy bears, full-sized chocolate bars and lollipops to snack on. He asked the shepherd's boy if he wanted to have dinner at his house. The naive shepherd's boy accepted his invitation and he went with the ordinary man to go to his house.
They went to the woods, deeper and deeper, until they reached the man's house. The man's house was just a tiny, ordinary cottage with dull paintings.
They went inside and it turned out very huge and spacious inside the cottage. The man suggested they explore the rooms in his house first before they have dinner.
There is an enormous library full of comic books, children's books, picture books and manga. They also got a section of banned books.
There is a giant gaming where there are several comfy bean bags for them to relax on, a high-tech computer lab, fifty arcade games, futuristic virtual reality sets, five cinema-sized flatscreen TV sets and all kinds of billion video games ranging from oldest to latest. For snacks, they have a few types of vending machines like Candy, chips and soda.
There is a massive indoor swimming pool completed with over fifty water slides, water shooters, surfboards, splash pads, sand pits, water playgrounds, and lazy rivers. It was more like a fun water park dream than an average indoor pool. There is also a sauna, ten hot tubs and a volleyball net with a box of water balloons and beach balls.
There is a ginormous opera-sized movie theatre that shows cartoons and movies that can range from safe G-rated to beyond R-rated. They have tons of extra-dimensional 3D glasses, a snack stand and a popcorn machine that has 200 flavours ranging from plain flavour to full English breakfast flavour!
There is a gigantic playroom that looks like the world's biggest playground with several mega-sized treasure boxes of all kinds of toys, puppets, dolls, teddy bears, action figures, plushies, board games, puzzles, skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, dirtbikes, scooters, cards and one thousand tubs of slime. Downstairs was a giant walk-in closet of all kinds of costumes and fun-themed outfits. They have lots of mansion-sized playhouses, slides, crawl tubes, trampolines, rock climbing, swings and a pool-sized ball pit. Surprisingly, they included a laser tag room, a bowling alley section and an escape room section.
After a lot of touring inside the house, they went to the dining room. As he sat down at the dining table, the shepherd's boy asked where the food was and the man answered him with an eerily calm smile.
"There is food and the food is you"
Before the shepherd's boy reacted and said, the man gruesomely transformed into a terrifying ten-foot-tall wolf with fangs sharper than an orca, tongue longer than an anteater and claws sharper than knives. The wolf smacked his lips as he focused on the frightened shepherd's boy with hungry, glowing eyes and howled.
"Dinner Time!"
The shepherd's boy screamed, jumped and ran out of the house just as the wolf was about to pounce him. That is when the scary chase began and the wolf chased the shepherd's boy on all fours.
Out of the woods and into his hometown, the shepherd's boy began to cry wolf while being chased by the wolf trying to eat him.
To his bad luck, everyone stayed in their homes and buildings because they thought he was pranking again and didn't believe him. They even didn't notice him being chased by a wolf because they were too busy doing their own business.
No one knows what will happen next.
Did the wolf manage to capture the shepherd's boy and eat him up or did the shepherd's boy manage to escape and tell the truth to the authorities? It's up to you, the reader, to decide.
