The semi finals were two weeks later on March 8th, as the siblings were going to support Luke.
Garrett sees them and screams as Leni attempts to calm him down. Garrett settles down upon seeing Leni. Leni was actually gentle with him.
Lucy looks away from Lynn.
"What?" Lynn asked.
"Nothing." Lucy says coldly and looks at her family. "I still hate you all."
She heads out as Lincoln was confused.
"She's just being Miss Gloom & Doom. " Lynn says. But Lincoln isn't convinced. He knows Lucy is mad at them.
"I gotta go. Lots of people need me." Leni says.
"You had your thing yesterday." Lori says.
"People still need me. They want Luke's costumes. They've been, like, totes demanding me to do it since the show started and if I don't, Lukey's fame will fall." Leni says. "I'll like, be at the show later!"
"Leni, quit being so easy to push around. you need to stand up for yourself. If boys tell you to do what they want, tell them you have a life you need a break for once." Lori says.
Charity snapped at this point.
"ENOUGH!" Charity shouted at the siblings.
Later, Randy dragged Brandy to their interview. The teams remaining were them, Lisa and Beau, Luke and Oliver, Margo and Mugman, Cuphead and Lucy, and Mark and Brandon.
"Do we have to do this?" Brandy asked in a whiny voice.
"Yes, they want us both. Come on, idiot." Randy said.
Brandy sees Luke and hid, knowing Luke was better than him.
Luke was sore with his friends still. He hadn't really spoken to anyone but Stephen and Remy, who were helping him with Garrett more and more.
He was sore with the others, however.
Randy sees Luke and Oliver and glares at them. "Here to brag?" Randy says, annoyed.
Luke and Oliver shook their heads, trying to fix Garrett's wheelchair with Remy and Stephen.
"I mean, you and your friends broke Brandy's heart by ditching him when he needed it." Randy says.
"Remy never did like Brandy." Stephen says.
Soon, the interview began. They talked about the show and their birthday.
Meanwhile, the Adventure Kids were asleep as Kali's parents were driving them to help set up the twins' birthday party.
Soon, they arrived.
"Okay, let's set up this party." Deeders says, but realizes everyone ditched him to do other things.
The Adventure Kids enter a dressing room and see the cosmic buddies covered in feathers and scars.
"Ha, ha, ha!" Jack says and dumped water on them as Cynthia groaned, looking at her new dress she made, and the costumes she had made for Oliver. Needless to say, she was livid that her hard work was ruined.
"Um, we left Oliver's stuff in the car. Thank gosh…" David says, but Cynthia was mad.
Meanwhile, Cuphead was signing autographs.
"You're welcome. Oh, vote for me to go to the finals!" Cuphead says.
Lucy was a bit nervous, knowing the siblings wouldn't cheer for her.
With Lisa and Beau, they were getting ready. Beau modeled his marching band outfit in the mirror and smiled.
"My, my, you look amazing…" Lisa says, blushing.
"You guys do realize the show is in 6 hours" Luke says.
"I'm trying to model my outfit here…." Beau says.
"Good luck beating me." Luke says.
"Did you bring your drum?" Lisa asked Beau. He nodded.
Meanwhile, Ann was in line for autographs from Luke. She was getting bored.
Soon, she made it to the front.
"Well, hello! If it isn't Ann!" Luke smiled.
"Hi!" She says.
"What can I sign for you today?" Luke asked. She had a bunch of pictures of Luke. Luke grinned and signed them all.
Later, the kids head outside as the Golden Shooter shoots a net at all of them and flies off.
Bill tries reaching through his gadgets and uses mini scissors to cut free as the group falls on a bouncy house.
The Golden Shooter shot lasers as Cynthia used her mirror to reflect the lasers, actually destroying the Golden Shooter.
"Nice one." Bill says as Cynthia smirked a bit.
"What a woman…" Oliver says, blushing hard.
Wlem and Wandy glared at Angry Luigi and Alem tuber angrily.
Later, Savannah, Ann, Bill, Skylia, and Colleen were decorating for the boys.
"I want Brandy to win." Colleen says.
"It's not up to us to pick who wins." Ann pointed out.
"Whatever." Colleen says.
"Cynthia, look out!" Oliver says and saves her from the falling rubble of an old house.
"You saved my life!" Cynthia says.
"I know. Wanna go on a date?" Oliver asked.
"Aren't you busy?" She asked.
"I wasn't talking about doing it tonight." Oliver says.
"Maybe." Cynthia says. Oliver smiled a bit.
Soon, it was time for the show. The crowd was huge as they were crowding into the DeVos Performance Hall for the show.
"A lot of them are here to support you, Luke." Luan says. Luke smiled a bit.
The show was starting as Victoria and James were soon on stage.
"We welcome you all to DeVos Performance Hall in Grand Rapids for our Season 5 Semifinals show!" Victoria says. "Tonight's show will be one to remember!"
"Just as a reminder, tonight, three teams will be sent home as this is a triple elimination show. The three teams that remain will go to the finals show in Huntington Oaks!" James says. "As for tonight's themes…there will be two rounds of competition. First round will be a Broadway Bash round, meaning our teams must have either put together a routine to a Broadway song or put together a skit to a song of their choosing. Second round will be a freestyle round. But we always want your votes, ladies and gentlemen! So, if you want your team of choice in the finals, remember to vote!"
"And another reminder, the gold button will not be in play this time around. You'll have to earn your finals spot. So, tonight, just do your best!" Victoria says.
"Coming up first is the team of Lisa Huntington and Beau Yates!" James says.
Lisa and Beau smiled as they appeared on a science lab set, performing their musical skit to "She Blinded Me With Science" by Thomas Dolby. Fans cheered as they performed.
"Good luck winning." Brandon says to Brandy as Brandy looks down.
Lisa finished with a harmless experiment as the crowd cheered.
Margo and Mugman appeared after they cleared the stage as fans cheered.
"Margo and Mugsy!" they scream. The couple smiled as they performed "You're The One That I Want" from Grease.
Fans cheered.
Meanwhile, Oime grabbed Brandy and stuffed him in the garbage as Mike picked up Brandy's costume. "Well, well…" Mike says as Randy glares. Savannah and Bill gasp.
"Come on, punch me." Mike says as Randy growls, but didn't.
"Yeah, you've gotten soft, too soft." Mike says. Kali punches Mike in the face as he spat out blood.
"Leave them alone!" Kali says.
Josh punched Brock. Brock smirked as they began brawling. Jack shrugged and punched Oime, but Oime grabbed him and tossed him to a wall as Alex took out his swords.
"Since Randy is retired, I'll fight." Alex says.
"Woah! Cool swords!" Brock says as Cynthia kicks Oime in the balls. He fell over, in pain.
"Whatever." she said and walked off.
Meanwhile, fans cheered for Mugman and Margo as they dashed backstage.
"Nice job!" Lynn says.
"Thanks!" Margo says.
Luke hisses when he sees his costume was destroyed. And Oliver screamed when he saw his costume in shreds. James saw this.
"If one of the teams did this, the team in question will be facing immediate elimination tonight, no questions asked." James says. "We have a no sabotage rule here on this show. And we take it seriously."
"Not us, we only hate heroes. Plus, we don't work with Mike." Mark says.
"WHO DID THIS?!" The two boys screamed.
"I'm going to find out." James says.
"It was Mike and his crew and Cynthia went after them on a suicide trip. My girl is going to get hurt!" David says.
"Right, we fought Mike earlier." Mark says. Luke and Oliver were very angry about this.
They went on break as a big engine was running. Bill was on his plane flying after Mike as Angry Luigi was on the plane.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the only way to find the fiends is to follow that plane." Luna says.
"For the record, I'm retired." Angry Luigi says and tries to grab Cynthia.
Cynthia couldn't hold on and fell, thankfully on a crystal platform. Angry Luigi gave Bill a thumbs up and leaped off.
The boys were now very unconfident.
"You can do this. Leni's repairing your costumes." Lucy says.
Leni finishes with Luke and Oliver's costumes and sews Randy's ruined costume.
Luke and Oliver are still mad as they are getting changed for their first round performance.
"Ladies and gentlemen, get ready for the stars of our show!" Victoria says.
"Doing a skit that is sure to please…Luke Huntington and Oliver Fox!" James says.
Girls cheer and scream as the boys come on stage. Luke and Oliver start their skit as it's one they've never done.
They perform their skit that is using the song "The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia" by Reba McEntire. The crowd was in awe as they watched the entire thing.
Lynn cheered as the siblings were there.
The boys finished to wild cheers as everyone was on their feet, giving the duo a raucous round of applause.
Lucy smiled at Luke as he waved to the crowd, then she got ready with Cuphead.
They then came out and did their "Phantom Of The Opera" performance. The crowd fell in love with this performance. Admittedly, Lucy and Cuphead had good chemistry.
Brandy returns. "Like I said, retired." He says.
"You two are up in five minutes!" James says.
They get ready as quickly as they can.
Lucy and Cuphead soon finish. Forest and Charity cheer for Lucy and Cuphead, along with the crowd. It was a truly magnificent performance.
"Cuppy and Lucy!" Fans chanted.
Victoria soon prepares to introduce the twins.
"Coming up for their first round performance, two boys who can be pretty heroic…Brandy and Randy Waterlash!" Victoria says.
The crowd cheers for them as they come out. The twins then do their performance of "Holding Out For A Hero", using the version from Shrek 2.
Fans cheered as the boys both put on quite the show. As they finished, the crowd went crazy for them.
Brandy was stunned by this. "For us?" He asked.
"Your routine was that good." Luna says.
"Luke is still going to win." Lola says.
"Again, not our call." Luan says.
Next was a break before the second round.
"That was a lame performance." Mark says as he walks off. Brandy looks down, still nervous and knowing he'll lose like he does at everything. But Luna reassures him that he did great and not to listen to people like them.
"I think Brandy and Randy are cheating." Remy says as he helps Oliver with his costume.
"What makes you think that?" Stephen asked.
"Because they're somehow in first place." Remy says.
Luke felt unconfident as he and Oliver were in second place.
Lucy sat alone. Cuphead was concerned.
"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked her.
"Not really." Lucy says.
"Okay, Brandy needs to go down." Lola says.
"Yeah, Luke has to win!" Lori says.
"Girls, this is the semifinals, not the finals." Charity points out. "And if you do anything harmful to anyone on the show, Luke will be eliminated. I don't think you want that to happen."
Later, Lucy got ready for her second round performance. She and Cuphead soon go on stage, doing their routine set to "I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)" by Whitney Houston.
Luke watched from backstage.
Fans cheered for Cuphead and Lucy as they performed.
Brandy sighed getting ready he was shaking Soon they finish as the crowd cheers.
Margo and Mugman were next as they went on stage and performed "A Little Less Conversation" by Elvis Presley.
The crowd cheered them on as they danced.
Luke gets nervous backstage. Oliver holds his hands.
"We can do this." Oliver says.
Soon, Luke got ready with Oliver as Oliver gave Luke another reassuring smile. Luke waited.
Margo and Mugman then finished their performance as the crowd cheered.
Soon, it was Luke's turn to go on. He began to shake before going on stage.
"Luke, come on, it's okay…" Oliver says.
"We'll support you." Lori says.
Luke soon settled down and went on stage with Oliver. They then began to perform a song that Luke had in mind with all that had been going on lately.
They start their routine, using the song "Forget You" by Cee Lo Green.
Fans cheer loudly while girls scream for them. Some girls fainted with smiles on their faces.
Colleen noticed Brandy shaking.
"You can do this." Colleen tells him.
Luke and Oliver soon finish as the crowd goes wild for them and girls are screaming their names.
Brandy runs away, unconfident. Unlike Luke, he didn't have much hope. Colleen grabs Brandy, explaining that he's next. He got even more nervous.
Randy and Brandy were soon on stage, doing their performance to "Immortals" by Fall Out Boy.
Their friends were impressed by this. Colleen watched and smiled.
The crowd cheers for the twins. Fireworks show up, lighting up the skies.
Beau is changing into his marching band outfit in his dressing room. Lisa is watching him.
He finished changing as Lisa smiled.
"You look amazing!" Lisa says to Beau.
Soon, the twins finished. As there was a bunch of fireworks….that crashed on the twins.
Mike snickered and drove off. Angry Luigi was unconscious as Alem tuber rubbed his head. Colleen carries Angry Luigi backstage.
Beau and Lisa went on stage and did a spectacular performance of the "Marching Band Medley" from Drumline. The fans and the crowd went insane for the couple as they really let loose on stage, and went even more insane for Beau's drum solos.
Luke sees the siblings cheer Lisa on and cries, knowing he'd never make it to the finals. Oliver pats Luke's back.
Soon, Beau finished, raising Lisa up. The judges cheer for them.
Soon Mark and Brandon performed "I'll Make A Man Out Of You" from Mulan, even doing a training skit as fans loved the drip. Girls loved the abs.
Alem tuber growled.
They were about to finish but Deeders pulled a rope, putting them in a net As Cynthia and Jason came up with Kali putting them in a box. Emila used a magic seal.
"The grass isn't greener on the other side." Emila smirked.
"That's what you get. You know what they say, whatever happens in the dark always comes to light." Ann says as the box cracked. Mark and Brandon used thier powers to escape.
"Luke's about to lose his friends and Oliver will too. you guys are dead!" They say, creating a magic body as it roared.
"We gotta save the show! Angry Luigi, Oliver, Luke, what do we do?" Savannah asked.
"Easy, we take it from both sides." Kali says and uses her crystal, shooting small bits of magic.
The hand was going to crush Forest and Garrett, but Angry Luigi used crystals to save them as he decided to step up.
