Following the liberation of Felixstowe, Resource had created Bulins to help with the rebuilding and renovations of the surrounding areas and to build the new facilities that the fleet required.

Some flagpoles had been erected at the entrance to the new base, three flags flying high above. The Flag of the Royal Navy, the Union Jack and the Azur Lane flag.

"Would be nice to have an American flag up" Wasp commented once the Azur Lane flag had been raised.

"Well if you can find one, we can hoist it" Sovereign replied. "I'm not sure it will be so easy to find one for Z20 or Akizuki however"

"What about Sevastapol? Would she not want one too?"

"I think she's too drunk to care" Sovereign replied, seeing the battleship in question asleep on a chair outside a building nearby.

"Way too drunk" Wasp commented. "How is Anson doing?"

"She's doing fine. Resource told her not to get injured like that again. It looked pretty bad"

"Yeah. I doubt it felt nice" Wasp replied, thinking back to that night.

"Not one bit" Sovereign replied.

Anson wasn't too far away, she was stood with Resource as they discussed recent events. "How is the construction going on?" the battleship asked as the Bulins were constructing a dry-dock. It was a large one, suited for the Battleships and Aircraft carriers of the fleet. A smaller one for the cruisers was planned to be built after the first one was completed. And it wasn't taking the Bulins too long. A lot of the metal materials they had came from the sunken Siren ships, Resource had managed to find a way to re-use the metal from their enemies warships and simply got the Bulins to tear the wrecks apart once she'd taught them how to do it.

"Well. We'll have the first dry dock completed by about mid-day. Then the Bulins will be moving onto the smaller dry-docks" Anson replied.

"Any chance you could build some more? We'll need to get our physical ships launched too."

"Way ahead of you. Been preparing some more Bulin's. They'll be ready in about…" Resource then checked her wristwatch, "Fifteen minutes"

"That's good" Anson said before she grunted slightly. "Bloody Siren" she remarked as she looked down to the sling her arm was in.

"That sling is going to be there till your arm is fixed.. Again" Resource reminded the battleship. "The injury was cleaner than you'd think given how much blood you had on your jacket and shirt.

"Well at least there were some spare clothes I can wear for the time being whilst those are repaired and cleaned" Anson replied. Whilst her lower attire had remained the same, she was for the time being wearing some spare Army clothing. It looked a bit odd on her but she wasn't bothered by it. Hector had also changed his outfit, as he needed to clean his own uniform. But the respite from battles had given everyone time to get refreshed and ready for anything. So Morale was high. Though questions of why the Siren's hadn't attacked again were on a few minds. But the ships were maintaining regular watch and patrols a few meters from the dockside, so protection from attack was assured.

An hour passed and as Resource had promised, a new bunch of Bulins had arrived and began work to build more facilities, notably the launch ramps for the ships. An order was already in the works for who would get their ship back first, and the ship who was first was very giddy about it.

"Can you believe it big sister? I'm getting my ship back first" Unicorn said as she jumped up and down with glee.

"You certainly are a very lucky girl, Unicorn. I imagine some of the others would be jealous that you got to go first" Indomitable replied with a soft smile "We just have to be patient, Resource needs some time to prepare so we can get your ship launched" Unicorn nodded in agreement but Indomitable could tell Uncorn was going to be full of energy for the whole wait. Whilst she knew she'd be waiting a bit. She was one of the last to go, she was to get her ship launched after her big sister, Formidable. She was wondering if that was a wise choice but had faith that things would go well for Formidable this time around.

Formidable however, was not as optimistic. She was sat on the dockside looking out towards the ocean. She was enjoying the peace when Hector walked over and sat down beside her. "Penny for your thoughts?"

"Resource listed me 19th in the list for getting ships re-launched. I really should be last, given the bad luck of my original launch" Formidable answered.

"What happened the first time?" Hector asked.

"It made the news, I don't know how you don't know about it. My ship launched by itself. Caused a panic. And someone passed away due to being crushed." Formidable said quietly. "It's like the world was against me from the get go."

"And yet, fate has brought you here with no issues." Hector replied. "You've got your little sisters back, and re-united with some of your friends" he added.

The carrier remained silent for a moment, thinking it over. "Yes. I'm extremely grateful to have two of my siblings back. But I worry for Vicky and Illustrious."

"I understand your feeling. I worry everyday about where my brother is. He joined the Army and I lost contact with him after this war started" Hector replied. "He was in Europe when this all kicked off. So if I can start searching for him. It'll be like looking for a needle in a haystack"

"I'm sorry to hear that" Formidable replied.

"Thank you. But we're all in this together. We've all got someone to find and reunite with. It'll just take time for us to find everyone we can." Hector replied before he looked back to the slipway being built. "Don't let what happened to you in the past define your new path. We're all here for you. Your ship's launch will go off without a hitch, I'm sure"

The hours passed and the first drydock and the slipway were completed. Resource had a device created beside the slipway that would allow them to rebuild their ships. Unicorn was taken to the slipway by Indomitable and they began the process. It was slow at first, but as the minutes went by, the Light Aircraft Carrier began to fully take shape. Unicorn stared up in amazement as the flight deck was fully formed and her bridge was finalised. Moments later, HMS Unicorn was returned to the sea. The Little Carrier tossed a empty bottle at her stern as it rolled down the slipway and entered the water. A cheer went up from nearby and Unicorn beamed from ear to ear as the slipway was prepared for it's next ship whilst the Bulins used a Tugboat that had been found a little further up the bank to tow Unicorn's ship out into the bay in order to clear the bay for Norfolk's vessel.

And whilst Unicorn had been rather giddy about getting her ship back, Norfolk had several questions racing through her head as she walked over with Suffolk. Her older sister was 14th in the queue, so she would have to wait, but she knew Norfolk was probably still a bit uncertain about things following her Retrofit. "You'll be alright. It's just your ship coming back after all. Nothing we've had issue with before" Suffolk stated.

"I know, but. I'm not the same little girl you once knew. I haven't seen my vessel since that last major battle before we all got separated"

"I imagine it'll look how it's always looked. Just with a few improvements." Suffolk replied as Norfolk walked over to Resource and they began to rebuild her ship. As it was re-constructed, Norfolk could make out only a few minor changes to her vessel. Though the camouflage was certainly different to how she remembered it. Last time she saw her ship, she'd been carrying just a long light blue strip close to her waterline. But now she'd re-received an earlier scheme.

"Was that meant to happen?" Norfolk asked as she looked to Resource

"Not exactly. But I suppose it saves time trying to find paint to repaint everyone into Atlantic camouflages" Resource replied. "It also explains why Unicorn's ship has her 1943 scheme"

"Question. Will this mean that Akizuki will need a camouflage to fit?" Z20 asked, who was next after Norfolk.

"Quite possibly. I imagine she will have sometime in mind that would fit our current location" Resource replied as Norfolk's ship completed construction of the main hull and moved onto the super structure and gun turrets. Soon enough, the Heavy Cruiser rolled down into the water and for the first time in some time, Norfolk had her ship back.

The hours went on and more and more ships followed Norfolk and Unicorn's ships out in the bay. By 3:00pm, Five ships had been launched and Wasp was in the progress of having hers rebuilt.

The Ships in the bay that had joined Unicorn's and Norfolk's were Z20's, Sheffield and Swift's. Everyone had been given an estimated time for when they would be called up so they spent their time doing other things around the base if they weren't waiting as their ship was rebuilt.

Indomitable and Anson had decided, alongside Sheffield once she had returned from building her ship, to investigate the crates Sheffield had come across during her scouting mission. The Cruiser also went and recovered the crate she had hidden and brought the blueprints out for Anson and Indomitable to investigate. The previously recovered blueprints also re-joined the main pile of blueprints. "Well Sheffy. You certainly hit the jackpot with some of these drawings. More modern aircraft for us to use. Improved anti-air weapons and ammo types." Indomitable said and the Cruiser simply nodded slightly in acknowledgement.

"Do we know why these are here? Surely not for keeping protected from our prying eyes." Anson pondered as she went over the design for an improved Bofors 40mm AAA that could be fitted to their vessels.

"Perhaps the Sirens intended to ship these out?" Indomitable suggested.

"You'd be correct, there" Agincourt spoke up as she entered the warehouse. "They've been loading documents of value onto transports and sending them out to more heavily defended bases."

"Would you know any specific bases they've fortified?" Anson asked.

"No. They kept me in a warehouse that was usually shrouded in darkness. I only ever left when I was sent out to hunt others like us." The older Battleship replied.

"Do you recall anyone else with you?" Indomitable asked.

"They only referred to us by a single digit or two digit letters. I was AG" Agincourt replied before thinking back. "There was an E, V, F and a B also with me but I have no clue if there was anyone else"

"I see. I imagine the others are possibly glad you were able to be freed. Let's hope we can return the favour for them if we ever come across them" Anson replied before the Siren for another ship being completed went off as Wasp's vessel rolled down the ramp and returned to the sea. They could hear the slightly over-excited sounds of Wasp coming from nearby. "I do wonder where Enterprise is in all of this"

"Who knows. We're all spread out all over the world now. With many of us prisoners to the Sirens. I imagine they'll want to use her given her combat record from the last war" Agincourt answered.

"True. That would also mean Illustrious would possibly be targeted given her feats" Indomitable replied. "I hope that doesn't come to be."

"Finding Illustrious and Victorious will be important. We need as many carriers as we can get truth be told." Anson replied. "Carriers do seem to have surpassed what us Battleships can do"

"However. Things have changed. And Battleships can still show their claws. We carriers need Battleships to do what we can't" Indomitable replied, trying to re-assure Anson that her time wasn't up.

"You are right. Never know when a full broadside might be needed" Anson responded as they got on with checking the blueprints out.

As it was moved out into the bay, Wasp stood atop her vessel, staring off towards the horizon. It reminded her of things back during the war when she sailed around these waters and headed out to Malta with various planes loaded onto her deck. She recalled a Dirty Blonde haired carrier from the Royal Navy that sortied with her, but couldn't recall their name. "I'll do you proud, big sisters" she said to herself, hoping they were somewhere safe, fighting the good fight.

The day went on and more ships filled the harbour in a neat but well devised defensive perimeter. The first battleships had weighed anchor and silently waited as Akizuki's vessel slid down the ramp and into the sea, soon being moved into the pre-planned position. Hector and Anson watched on. "Bit of an odd question. But where are we sleeping?" He asked

"Resource plans to stop launches at 22 hundred hours due to a lack of visibility. Which is around the allocated time for Sovereign's launch. Agincourt will be first thing tomorrow"

"I guess we shall have to ask nicely if we can bunk onboard someone else's ship then?" Hector replied.

"As long as it's not Valiant being asked, then I'm fine with that. I'm almost certain that Resource put her first for Battleship launches so she wouldn't complain about myself or one of the Revenge sisters going first."

"Sadly some people just want all the attention on them." Hector said.

"That and Valiant lives in the shadow of her elder sisters being the ruling monarch of our fleet and the personal knight to her Majesty." Anson replied as she eyed the Queen Elizabeth Class Battleship in the bay. "We've just learned to live with her, but I cannot bring myself to keep silent about it."

"I would say that you should keep it to yourself for now. However, don't keep it bottled in there forever. That wouldn't be healthy. Find the right moment to let it out to her so she knows how you feel. How you truly feel about her attitude. Worse case she hates you forever more, best case she understands she's caused this pain for you and apologises" Hector answered, taking her hand in his and squeezing it to show her support.

"It's Valiant we're talking about. But, I will take your advice. Let's just hope we get a good moment" Anson said before they returned to their previous topic. "Shall we ask Sovereign? I'm sure she'd allow us to bunk onboard in one of her rooms"

"Well it's convenient that I've just turned up" Sovereign said as she appeared, holding some blueprints in her right hand. "The answer is yes. You may use one of my spare officer's quarters since I won't be needing it. But no funny stuff."

"Of course not. I'm not Ajax" Anson replied before both battleships chuckled. "But thank you, Sovereign. It's just a one time thing as we'll use my quarters once my ship is launched tomorrow"

"That's fine." The other battleship replied before she handed over the blueprints she had to hand. "I'm thinking these could go well with Indomitable. Given she and Formidable are the largest carriers we have in the fleet currently"

Anson looked over the aircraft blueprints. "Yeah. Fast with powerful weapons. Can we get these on both Indomitable and Formidable?" She asked, pointing to a blueprint of a Turboprop aircraft

"Well they appear to be capable of carrying a Torpedo alongside the varying Rocket types and the main cannons. Would enable them to use these as either Rocket attack or Torpedo aircraft" Sovereign replied before she looked to Hector. "You're a Pilot, Your expertise will come in handy"

"An Air Force fighter pilot, Sovereign. These are unfamiliar to me as they are navy planes."

"Well we'll train you to be able to perform Carrier Landings then" Anson suggested. "We have Five Aircraft carriers after all. I'm sure they'd be able to help teach you. Might even be good to train on all of them, so you can compensate for landing on each of them"

"It's a good idea I suppose. But yes, these Wyvern's should prove essential for fast attacks given the arrangement of the propellers and how it's been designed." Hector replied before he looked at the other Blueprint. "Ooooooh hello"

"You are familiar with this?" Sovereign asked, pointing at the much larger aircraft on the drawing.

"Yes. The Meteor. I was due to receive training to fly one of them. This appears to be a naval variant" Hector said as he went over the blueprints. "Having Jets like this will be of paramount importance. But, They will be expensive. So I won't be wanting precious resources wasted on creating a large flight of these, only to lose most of them in a fight. I'd suggest building Four for now."

"Alright. Who should get the flight of Sea Meteor's?" Sovereign asked.

"Indomitable. One of you mentioned she had an enlarged aircraft hangar compared to her elder sisters. Assign the flight to her" Hector suggested. "We can always look to deploy more to the others should they need them.

"We can give the blueprints to Unicorn as well. So she can always have some prepared in case one or two get damaged and we need replacements or need time for repairs to me made" Anson suggested.

"Benefits of having a Repair Carrier" Sovereign commented as she looked over to Unicorn's ship.

"Yes, quite. What of Perseus? Will she need anything?"

"I think what we need to do is evaluate how many planes each of the carriers can carry, and go from there. But we can keep what we've discussed so far. Given this new war. Swordfish Torpedo Bombers aren't going to cut it anymore" Anson replied

"Agreed" replied Hector and Sovereign.

"My Lady, I'm back" a maid said quietly as she crawled back through the small hole in the wall of the basement 'her lady' was in. The maid returned a cover to the wall in order to prevent any Sirens following them.

"What news is there?" The Lady replied. She appeared to be hurt, with bandages on her hands and over her right eye. Her outfit appeared regal, but it was hard to tell due to the damage the clothing had sustained, with multiple tears and burns all over.

"There was an attack at the Port of Felixstowe. Siren's appear to be saying it was reclaimed by Royal Navy vessels." The Maid replied.

"Was Elizabeth among them?"

"I do not know if Her Majesty was present. I could not remain where I was any longer" The Maid answered. "But, if there is now a Port freed from Siren control. I suggest me depart as soon as night arrives. It will give us the best chance to evade any patrols and get to the port"

"It will be a long trip. Are you sure you can carry me that distance?" The Lady replied.

"I got you here. I can get you to Felixstowe" The Maid replied, a firm but confident look on her face.

"Thank you, Phoebe. You do your siblings proud"

"Thank you, My Lady" Phoebe replied as she bowed slightly before looking out of the crack in the wall opposite The Lady. "They appear to be moving inland again. Likely to the prison" Phoebe observed as more Sirens moved around before she looked out towards the sky. "It's going to be far darker soon. I shall prepare our departure" Phoebe replied as she got to work.

A Siren sat in a chair observing a screen it had displayed in front of it. Going over recent deployments and skirmishes that had taken place. The notable one had been the battle at Felixstowe, and a large Red cross was marked there. The Siren had pondered why no additional drone units or elite units had been sent to destroy the small Kansen force that had been detected there. But all it had been told was that the force was not of serious note. The forces growing in the Pacific were of a greater threat to them. The small inconvenience may have a respite from battle for now. But soon doom would come to them. "How's our guest?" The siren asked as a Peace Breaker unit appeared from behind.

"Somehow she's managed to conjure up a musical instrument and merely spends her time playing it."

"She still has the strength to do so? I thought tearing her eye out would make her think twice about trying to conjure up a weapon again" The first Siren remarked, bringing up a screen showing their prisoner as she sat in a small, cramped cell, chains on both her arms and legs and one around her neck.

"It appears to be a Violin, the device would make for a poor weapon even if it was broken and the sharp edges were made of use for cutting at us" the Peace Breaker replied.

"Maybe I should break her leg, would mean that she wouldn't be able to chase after us if she were to break free and use the instrument as a weapon. Maybe Both legs?"

"Then it wouldn't be as fun seeing her squirm" The Peace Breaker replied.

"True. Just one for now. I want to enjoy breaking this newbie. It's laughable. These stupid Tea Drinkers thought they could get her into service to defend their precious Queen. Now she's our prisoner and all her 'friends' are either missing, ours or lost" The first Siren said with a chuckle.

"She'll break eventually. She has no other option"

"Perhaps… Unless we find a new role for her to play" The Siren said before closing the screen.

The Blonde haired woman chained up just sat in silence, continuing to play her instrument. In her solitude she continued to tell herself one thing. "Hold onto Hope"
