A/N: One of SWTOR aspects that I love the most are letters. They offer a new degree of immersion into the world and I enjoy the experience a lot. What more, I probably wouldn't be even playing anymore, if not for the letters received at the beginning of KoTFE by my first character, smuggler, from her romanced boys. Especially the message from Theron was a heavily impactful one - remember very well how stunned and breathless it had left me. I lack skills to create anything close to that level of heart-wrenching, but then, my smuggler's not a pro writer either ;)

An unsent message by The Alliance Commander, addressed to Theron Shan.

Theron,

My dearest. My beloved. I know that you've heard that from me a thousand of times already, but I enjoy saying this time and time again. I love you. I always will.

I'm no good with pretty words, but still want you to know this one thing, for which I'm thankful more than mere words can express anyway.

The day we've met on Odessen, it had changed my life more than the carbonite stasis alone did. The fact that you were there for me, ready to accept the mess of a person I was after the escape, it meant the world to me. It's like if you saved me that day too, a second rescue from the carbonite. Because, whenever we'd met, it was me you saw and loved. Me, not a future Commander. It was me I saw reflected in your eyes on Odessen, not that "Commander" person. From the very start you love me just the way I am. Please - love me this way forever. Love -me- forever.

Now, I do know that some of our recent experience shows that there is no eternity; no matter what path do we choose, our existence has an end to it. But whenever our time comes, I wish we could spend the remaining moments - days - years - together: hand in hand, heart to heart, always.

Eternally yours,

(message appears to be unfinished, lacking rest of the signature)
