Preface: Welcome to my all new story! The story is set a few years after "Ronins on the Hellmouth", a story by Harry2. It's also a revised version of my old story "Pink With Evil". Yeah, it's a Ronin Warriors crossover with Power Rangers Jungle Fury, with the old school Power Rangers eventually joining the fold. It's also a re telling of my old story "Pink With Evil", along with other ideas I had for a Power Rangers fanfiction series I had awhile back.

Through Dangerous Times

Chapter One

James sighed as he appeared to be satisfied. It had been a successful opening day for the Ocean Bluff branch of the Thunder Island Dojo. There had been more people who had come in attendance than he had expected but it was good business nonetheless.

A few years have passed since the Ronin Warriors saved the Lady Ronin Guardians from Talpa's control and defeated Talpa and Glory in Sunnydale. Since then, James had managed to have a few locations of the Thunder Island Dojo.

James smiled as he saw the last of the attendees leave the building for the day.

"Pretty good opening day, isn't it?" Twyla asked as she approached her husband.

"Yes," James turned around and faced his wife, "another dojo in town is helping us out which is also bringing good business for us as well."

"It was also nice of that young man who used to run the other dojo to help you out as well," Twyla noted.

"Yeah," James nodded in agreement, "It's just too bad that his old dojo was shut down by the state."

"Did he say why?" Twyla asked.

"No," James asked, "I assumed he didn't really want to talk about it."

"Probably a good idea not to stir the pot."

"Exactly. Besides, he is still working, but at another dojo, again, he didn't say where."

There was a pause of silence as James and Twyla were both staring at each other. They seemed to enjoy the silence though.

"I'm getting kind of hungry," Twyla finally spoke up, "You?"

"Yeah," James nodded.

"Why don't we check out that pizza place that's a few blocks down the road?" Twyla suggested.

"Jungle Karma Pizza?"

"Yeap, that's the place."

"I don't see why not. Let's get to it."

James and Twyla locked up the dojo for the day before making their way to Jungle Karma Pizza.

It didn't take them too long to make their way to the pizza parlor. They looked outside the building a moment before entering the pizza parlor. They saw a few people enjoying pizza at the dining room.

They were greeted by a young lady with her brown hair in pigtails and glasses, "Welcome to Jungle Karma Pizza. Table for two?"

"Yes, ma'am," James answered.

The couple walked to the table the young lady led them to and proceeded to read the menu to decide what they want to eat.

"Do you think these Power Rangers will need any help from us?" Twyla asked.

"I'll be here to back them up," James answered, "I haven't gotten the chance to encounter these Power Rangers yet, but I'm certain I shall do so."

"It's only a matter of time."

"If things come down to it," James glanced over, "I'll call for the rest of the Ronin Warriors and the Lady Ronin Guardians for back up."

"They might need all the help they can get." Twyla nodded.

-Through-Dangerous-Times-

Casey walked over to where Theo, Lily, RJ and Dominic were. Just recently, Dominic and Fran returned from their trip in Europe just as the new danger has shown its face.

"Long day?" Casey asked.

"You better believe it," Theo nodded, "we only have a few of customers left and there's a few customers left, as you can see."

"At least most of the customers were nice enough to leave a tip." Lily smiled, "We can look at it that way."

"You're right. We can look at it that way despite all the busy work we did." Dominic agreed with Lily.

"And it paid off today. So, you are right." Theo smirked.

Fran walked over to the group before looking over at the corner of the room, "Who's that?"

Casey, Lily and Theo glanced over at Fran's direction as they saw a petite young woman with wavy brown hair, pink shirt, denim jacket and blue jeans quietly eat her pizza.

"I've never seen her in Ocean Bluff before." Lily spoke up, "she must be new."

"RJ, why don't you go over there and talk to her." Casey suggested. Theo and Dominic nodded in agreement.

RJ sighed, annoyed. The guys have been trying to get him back into dating after the messy break up he had with his ex girlfriend Tiffany, who had been cheating on him.

"I don't know," RJ looked hesistant.

"Don't be scared." Dominic urged his friend.

"Scared? Of a girl? What makes you say that?" RJ exclaimed. Lily noticed as the girl was finishing her meal, "You guys should give RJ a break. He just got off a rocky relationship."

"Guys," Flit told the other males, "I am certain that the boss will get back on the dating thing whenever he feels like it. Albeit, it had been a couple of months ago back when the new threat has first shown up."

"It's okay, Lily, Flit," RJ assured the two.

"Well come on then!" Dominic held the wolf ranger's arms and lightly shook him, "what are you waiting for?"

"Fine. I'll talk to her. Besides, I think you guys are embarrassing her," RJ glanced at Casey, Theo and Dominic before he ran for the young girl and came face to face with her, "Hey. I would like to apologize about my friends if they were doing anything to embarrass you."

"No...it's okay." the girl slightly stuttered, "but one of them looked as if they were...about to ask me out...or something."

"Oh. I was just making sure. So, how long have you been to Ocean Bluff?"

"For a couple of days now. I've been adjusting to the town."

"Well," RJ replied, "I hope you have a nice stay here in Ocean Bluff."

"Thanks." the girl looked over at the others, "I'm Jillian. Jillian Hart."

"Nice to meet you Jade," RJ extended a hand, "My name is Robert James, but just call me RJ. Everyone else does."

"Okay." Jillian shook his hand as she smiled, "nice to meet you too RJ."

"Sorry we got you on the spot," Theo said as he, Fran, Lily, Dominic and Casey approached her and RJ.

"I was just wondering who you was is all." Fran added, taking one big breath in one sentence, "I had nothing to do with the whole dating thing the guys were trying to stir up."

"Breathe, Fran. Well guys, you should introduce yourselves to Jillian," RJ encouraged the others. Casey nodded.

"I am Casey Rhodes."

"My name is Lily. Lily Chilman."

"Theo."

"I'm Dominic, or Dom."

"They call me Fran."

"Nice to meet you guys." Jillian smiled.

"Same to you." Casey nodded.

"So, are you doing anything tomorrow?" RJ asked Jillian.

"Not really, why?"

"Well, I was...I was wondering if you would like to...um...have lunch with...me tomorrow."

"Is this a date?"

"Well...in a way."

"Okay. What time?"

"How about during Lunch Break tomorrow?"

"Sounds good."

"Great. I'll see you then."

"You too."

Seconds later, Jillian left JKP which left RJ with a warm fuzzy feeling and the others in giggles. RJ looked over at them, "What?"

"You like her don't you?" Dominic asked.

"Dom, knock it off."

"Well you sure look as if you "like" like her." Theo added.

"I am wondering if Jillian is related to a legendary Power Ranger," Casey stated.

"Okay. Everyone back to work!" RJ replied in attempt to evade the topic. The others resumed what was left of the work that they had to do for the day as RJ had Jillian on his mind for the remainder of the time.

James chuckled as he and Twyla were enjoying their dinner while watching the banter between the workers.

"They need to give him a break," Twyla stated, "it sounds as if he was going through a break up."

"He seemed to be calm and relaxed about the situation," James replied.

"These guys seem to be nice people overall."

James perked up. He had a feeling this would not be the last time he saw this group, not just at the pizza parlor or his dojo.
