Thor, a small boy with light auburn hair and a hammer by his side, was in Kuri. The boy, about 5 feet tall at an age of roughly 10, was lamenting about the state of the region. 'Man, Wano was so fun back then, and then that damn snake had to come and make things boring.' He ducked a furious blow from a man before punching him strongly in the face with a blackened hand.
"This isn't fun anymore! I've beaten up the whole crew that supposedly runs this village and I'm not even slightly entertained!" He shouted, the surrounding men all groaning in pain. "Fuck's sake I haven't even used Mjolnir yet!"
He sighed softly. "All I want to do is fight strong opponents, and you idiots can't even give me that! Come on, you idiots have to be led by someone strong."
A stomp was heard right beside him before a metal fist impacted the child's face, making the child bounce away and into a cliffside wall. "Boys boys boys, how could you let a CHILD BEAT YOU ALL?!" The tall, yet not overly overweight man shouted at them.
"We're sorry Queen-sama! But the kid is something else! He doesn't flinch from our blows, dodges in unpredictable ways, and hits like a cannonball!" Thor pulled himself out of the wall with a chuckle, spitting off to the side. "That… I actually felt that."
"HE'S STILL CONSCIOUS AFTER THAT?!" The grunts all shouted comically. "Hmm, boy. What do you want with the Beast Pirates?" Queen asked. "Beast pirates huh, that sounds like a strong name." Thor mused, walking back to them. "ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION BRAT!" Queen shouted comically.
"Hmm? Oh I'm bored." "BORED?!" Queen shouted with a fall. "Yeah. See, my mother and father died when I was young, had a disease of sorts. My brother was killed off by being a knucklehead and thought he was invincible. Nah, I don't hold that against anyone, especially when I killed the one responsible." Thor said with ease as Queen narrowed his eyes behind his goggles.
"Now? I just want to fight the strongest opponents I can meet, knock them on their asses." "To reclaim Wano, overthrow Orochi and Kaido?" Queen asked dangerously. Thor shrugged. "I don't care about reclaiming anything, I just want to fight." Queen sweatdropped.
Thor took Mjolnir off his hip. "Found this little bugger on my journey, now he won't leave me no matter what I do." "I-is he…. Talking to his hammer?" One of the grunts asked in nervousness. Queen meanwhile just narrowed his eyes and jumped up. "You mess with the Beast Pirates, you're as good as gone.. suckah!" He drove his fist down onto Thor's position as the boy merely swung at the fist, matching him in power. "EHHHHHHHH?! HE STOPPED QUEEN-SAMA'S FIST?!" The grunts shouted in terror.
Thor chuckled in amusement. "Oh you're a strong one alright, this will be fun." Queen scowled. "Cocky gaki, take this seriously!" "Oh I am, gotta learn to have fun with what you do."
Mjolnir was soon coated in a familiar sheen with Queen's eyes widening. "A-A-A-ARMANENT HAKI?!" Thor tilted his head in confusion. "Oh that's what that black stuff is called? Never knew about it, wasn't quite sure about it." He admitted as he parried Queen's fist to the side of him and turned sharply to drive an elbow into the man's stomach. Queen hunched over, eyes bulging out of his head as Thor turned fully and uppercut the large man. Queen flew up into the air a few inches from the blow before landing back. Queen scowled before his eyes bulged comically at seeing the flying hammer aimed at his face before the impact sent him flying.
"EHHHHHHHH QUEEN-SAMA!" The grunts yelled in horror. Thor recalled the hammer as Queen groaned lightly in pain. "Oh come on, this is still too easy!" He heard a thud as he turned to see an even taller man. Garbed in black leather, Thor raised an eyebrow at the newcomer. "You seem like a calm-" The boy was stopped as a fist impacted his face and knocked him out. King sighed softly. "Queen you dumbass, were you really toying around with a child?"
Queen sat up from his spot, rubbing his head slightly. "Maybe. He doesn't seem to share any of Oden's sentiments, said he just wanted to fight." King's eyes widened slightly before scoffing. "Tsk, of course. Just use him…. As…." He felt his fist slowly raise.
"And reasonable person, but I suppose not." Thor said as he slowly lifted King's arm off of him. 'That usually knocks out the weaker morons around here. How strong is this kid to be able to withstand that?' King thought.
Thor chuckled softly. "I won't lie, I actually felt that one. Haven't felt a hit like that in a long time." 'What the fuck is wrong with this kid?' was the collective thought of Queen and King.
"Wororororo a fellow warrior!" A booming voice called out as a blue dragon came from the sky, landing before it changed into a very tall man, taller than the other two. Thor looked up at him with a small grin. "Tell me lad, what is it you fight for?"
"I don't fight for anybody or anything, I just love the thrill of battle and crushing skulls!" Thor said with a grin as the grunted all fainted in horror. "I didn't do it to your soldiers, great one, because even I know I wouldn't be a match for you."
King raised a non-existent eyebrow. 'Kid's got brains at least in that adrenaline junky mind of his.' "Worororo!" Kaido laughed. "I see! You're that gaki that's been making trouble for Orochi and Kyoshiro. Pretty ballsy for a gaki like you, considering that I could be looming overhead."
Thor shrugged. "Figured I'd fight some strong people without attracting your attention, can't exactly leave because of you and Orochi closing the borders and not allowing ships unsanctioned by either of you to leave. As strong as a swimmer I am, doubt I'd make it to any islands."
Kaido nodded sagely. "Of course. But if you were allowed to leave by me and Orochi, gaki, what would you do?" "Probably find some strong people to fight."
Kaido took out his sake bottle and drank some of it down. "There's more to life than just fighting people gaki. Granted I want to make a paradise of endless conflict, my goal is the One Piece."
Thor raised an eyebrow. "You'll have to forgive me boss man, but I've never heard of that. I was born the same year that you and Orochi took over the island." Kaido nodded. "Doubt you would. It's the greatest treasure in the world, left behind by the previous pirate king, Gold Roger. Whoever claims it lays down the biggest challenge to the World Government."
Thor hummed softly. "This…. World Government…. Are they filled with strong individuals?" Queen dropped to the ground comically. King had a deadpan. 'This kid has a one track mind, never mind I take it back, he doesn't have a brain in there.'
Kaido grinned. "Some of the strongest. Monkey D. Garp, the Hero of the Marines. Sengoku the Buddha. "Black Arm" Zephyr. Even then there are strong pirates out there as well! Shirohige, Big Mom!" That had peeked Thor's interest greatly. "I want to join you Kaido." Kaido grinned more. "Perfect! Tell me lad, have you ever heard of Devil Fruits?"
Years later (shortly before the end of Skypiea)
Thor was at Mock Town, checking up on a source of his. He had grown considerably, standing at 9' tall, an amber colored beard adoring his face and a gut that would rival anyone. Mjolnir was clipped to his belt, as if anyone could even lift the hammer. The only one who possibly could lift the hammer may be Garp but that's another story in itself.
He sighed softly. "Supposedly that devil fruit that would complete me is around here somewhere. The Goro-Goro no Mi… lightning itself. You'd like that wouldn't you buddy?" He asked as he pat Mjolnir, learning that the mighty hammer was one of the twelve Supreme Grade swords, despite not being a sword.
The hammer hummed in anticipation as Thor chuckled softly. He bumped into another large obese man. "Oy, watch where you're going." "Captain!" A few shouts were called out. "How dare you bump the captain like that!" A purple haired man said as he went to punch Thor. The captain raised his head. "Burgess it's fine! He's got no bounty on him, he's not worth it."
Thor raised an eyebrow and chuckled mirthlessly. "And you're supposed to be?" "Marshall D. Teach, captain of the Blackbeard pirates." "Yeah, I'm not worth it. I've never even heard of your sorry ass."
Teach laughed heartily, meanwhile internally scowling at the blatant disrespect to himself. "Doc, see if he wants one of your apples!" A sickly man walked up to him carrying apples. "I just picked them earlier today good sir." Thor raised an eyebrow. "In your condition? I sooner believe that the "Real Man" here picked them." He gestured to Burgess who scowled. Teach laughed again. "Tell me stranger, what brings you to Mock Town?" "I'm looking for something, a fruit."
Teach internally sweated. 'Shit did Pops send bounty hunters after me?!' "The Goro-Goro no mi." Thor continued as Teach let out a breath internally. "Why would you need that? You look plenty strong already!" Teach said with a small grin.
Thor gauged Teach's response and chuckled. "Call it something I've been looking for. You seem to be a calm and reasonable person, so I'll be honest. Mjolnir here." He tapped the hammer, his cloak moving slightly as the hammer shined. "Mjolnir, as well as my own power, would be increased exponentially if I were to acquire this fruit. I've been searching for it for about five years now."
All of a sudden there was a ringing that came from above them, a faint ringing but a ringing nonetheless. "Hmm….. a sky island it would seem." Thor said before he found a gun aimed at his head. Teach grinned darkly. "Indeed; but seeing as how that hammer of yours has a name, I'd say it fetches a pretty beri. So why don't you hand it over to us and we'll let you go?"
Thor, despite the situation, chuckled softly. "If you can lift it, sure. Mjolnir's pretty sentiment when it comes to those who wield him." Thor unlatched the hammer and set it on the ground.
Teach nodded at Burgess who cheered ("Wiiiiihaha!") and grabbed the hammer. He went to lift it up but found it wouldn't budge. Doc's eyes widened slightly. "Burgess?" "I got it Wiii… wait…" Burgess continued struggling, an odd sight for the man who was just throwing buildings the last few days. Thor chuckled softly as Teach scowled. "What did you do it?!"
"I told you, Mjolnir's sentimental." Thor, in a bout of seriousness not seen in years, reached up and grabbed Van Augur's rifle and snapped it upwards, a bullet being shot out of it towards the air as the crowd of people ran away in terror. "And he's one of the twelve, he's not too fond of being picked up by garbage." His eyes darkened as a burst of conqueror's haki came off of me. Doc Q and Burgess fell to their knees as Van Augur and Teach had sweat running down their faces.
'C-c-c-conqueror's?! T-that means….' "You've been through here already?!" Teach yelled. Thor merely chuckled before throwing the rifle away. "Nah, I've been in the New World though. It seems as though I was wrong though, you aren't a calm and reasonable person." He grabbed Mjolnir's handle as Burgess reached out for it as Thor lifted the hammer up and smashed Burgess's hand, causing him to yell out in pain.
Teach meanwhile scowled. 'I wish I didn't have to use this already but it seems I have to.' He thrusted his hand out. "Black hole!" A black swirl of void and mist came out of Teach's hand as Thor grinned softly, standing his ground before he slowly slid forward. "Oh you want me huh? Fine then you punk!" Thor relaxed himself before flying towards Teach, armament Haki covering Mjolnir. Teach's eyes widened before Thor was upon him, smacking him across the face with the hammer.
Thor regained his balance and chuckled softly at the four men on the ground. "Pathetic." He heard screaming coming from above him as he glanced upwards before a body impacted the ground. "Hmm…." He noticed a few surges of electricity coming off of him before he smirked. "There it is."
He grabbed the unconscious man and hefted him over his shoulder. "It's been real fun folks, but my quarry has arrived. Oh and Teach, or whoever the fuck you're supposed to be?" He glanced at Blackbeard who sat up and glared at him. "Next time, get your damn information right. Name's Thor, Thor the Devastation of the Beast Pirates." Blackbeard paled considerably as Thor carried the unconscious man back to his ship.
A month later
"A war huh?" Thor asked to himself, having killed the man from before, some quivering idiot named Enel and took his devil fruit, the one he had been looking for. Lightning surged around Mjolnir as he chuckled. "Oh they're calling this the war of the best huh? Can't be that good if I wasn't invited."
"Purupuru." His den-den mushi rang as he answered. "Main man speaking." "Where are you Thor?! You were supposed to be back a few weeks ago!" "Been getting the hang of my devil fruit, don't want to blast off and atomize myself and cause a scene at Wano, especially around Maria."
There was silence before Kaido spoke again. "You found it? Wororo good for you Thor! I'm on my way to Marineford to go fight that old bastard Shirohige!"
"Oh really now?" Thor asked with a small smirk, looking out the Sabaody Archipelago. "They're calling it the war of the best. I think I should go crash it, see if anyone can give me a fight." "WORORORO! If you want to, be my guest Thor! It'll show off your unimaginable power and make the world tremble at the thought of the Beast Pirates' strength!"
Thor chuckled mirthfully. 'That, and Ace still owes me a rematch. I can't get a damn rematch if the little bastard's dead.' Kaido hung up first as Thor gave the mushi a treat before standing up, sobering up from his drinking at the thought of one hell of a fight.
