As the tour continued, Stewart found himself becoming more distant from Daniel. He couldn't shake the guilt and confusion that plagued him.

He tried to focus on his relationship with Amanda, hoping that would bring him the happiness he craved, but it wasn't enough. The strain of keeping his true self hidden was taking a toll on his performance, and tensions within the band were increasing.

As they arrived at their next destination, Stewart found himself avoiding eye contact with his bandmates. He knew they were sensing something was wrong, but he didn't know how to tell them the truth.

He felt trapped, unable to continue living a lie but terrified of the consequences.

He called Daniel and asked if he could arrange a one-night stand with him. He couldn't bear the thought of never seeing him again. Daniel agreed, and they met up in a secluded motel room.

As they made love, Stewart felt a sense of release and acceptance that he had never experienced before and yet, the guilt and confusion remained.

Daniel notices the confusion in Stewart's emotions and the sadness in his eyes. He knew that this could not continue, but he also knew that it would be difficult for Stewart to break away.

As they lay together, Daniel gently places his hand on Stewart's chest and says, "Stewart, we need to talk."

Stewart looks up at him, his eyes filled with fear and uncertainty. "I know, Daniel. I just... I don't know how."

"I love being with you and I feel that I am not being truthful to anyone but myself."

Stewart looked down at their entwined bodies, his heart heavy with the weight of his secret.

"I know I need to tell them." He finally said, his voice barely a whisper. "But I'm scared, Daniel. I don't want to lose them."

"You wouldn't lose me either, babe." Daniel leaned in closer to him, his voice barely above a whisper.

"I know it's hard, but you need to be true to yourself. You can't keep living this lie. It's not healthy for you or us."

"I know," Stewart said as he kissed him deeply. "But I don't know how to tell them. What if they don't understand? What if they don't accept me?"

"My career would be fucked if I didn't tell them." Stewart looked up at Daniel, tears welling up in his eyes. "I know I have to tell them. I just don't know how they'll react. They're my family, Daniel. I don't want to lose them."

"I don't want to lose you either," Daniel said as he hugged an upset Stewart.

Stewart couldn't deny the truth any longer. He had to face the consequences of his actions and come clean about his sexuality.

The thought of losing his bandmates and Amanda was devastating, but he knew it was something he had to do.

Despite needing to do so, he continued making love to Daniel, finding solace in their connection, however brief it might be. When they finally parted ways, Stewart felt a sense of finality wash over him.

He knew he couldn't keep living this double life anymore. As he dressed, he tried to imagine how his bandmates and Amanda would react.

Would they accept him or turn their backs on him? Would they still want to be friends, or would they see him as a stranger?

Daniel, remaining unclothed, wishes him good luck, and says that he loves him no matter what.

He then leaves the room, giving Stewart some time to gather his thoughts and prepare himself for the conversation he dreaded.

Daniel heads to sleep, leaving Stewart to gather his thoughts. As he lies awake in the darkness, he replays the events of the summer in his mind.

He thinks about the guys on the beach, the way they played volleyball and laughed together. He thinks about Daniel, his touch, his smile, and the way he made him feel.

He thinks about his bandmates and Amanda, and their reactions to his newfound attraction.

He knows that he can't keep living a lie, but the thought of losing them is terrifying.

As he walks back from the motel room, his heart heavy with anticipation and fear, Stewart tries to steel himself for the conversation that awaits him.
